Definitions

  • the invention relates to a mounting clip for floating mounting of wall and ceiling panels made of wood materials on a substructure according to claim 1 and a wall and ceiling covering made of wood material panels and mounting clips according to claim 11.
  • Wall and ceiling panels for fastening with a mounting clip are, for example, in the EP 3 263 792 A1 described.
  • the document shows a mounting system with a rail with a hat-shaped cross-section for fastening to a substrate and a mounting clip which can be movably placed on the rail by means of a rotary movement and which is pushed onto a lower groove cheek of a first panel.
  • This system is already matched to the properties of panels made of wood-based material, in particular with a carrier plate made of fibers or chips and locking profiles on the side edges. It also enables a largely floating mounting of the covering surface formed from the wall and ceiling panels.
  • the system is complex to manufacture.
  • the mounting clips with the tabs protruding from the base plate for reaching behind the rail are also prone to errors, since the tabs often bend and have to be bent during assembly in order to be able to place them accurately on the rail.
  • the system is inflexible to the extent that both the rail and the clips are mandatory for the assembly of the wood-based panels and therefore no free selection of the substructure is possible.
  • the middle bracket has elongated holes that are fastened directly to the substructure by means of a fastening means such as a screw or a nail.
  • a fastening means such as a screw or a nail.
  • the middle brackets have spring tongues that a Enable swelling and shrinking movement across the longitudinal axis of the panel. Precisely such spring tongues for absorbing swelling and shrinking movements across the respective panels are also from the DE 20 2012 100 565 U1 known whose mounting clips are also screwed directly to a substructure.
  • the mounting clips are primarily intended for, for example, decking or facade boards for the outer wall facade of buildings.
  • Another fastening system for fastening wall and ceiling panels is from the DE 10 2005 058 105 B3 known, which makes it possible to connect panels with small or large joints to each other to form a wall or ceiling covering.
  • the mounting clip is also attached to the substructure by means of a screw or nail through a hole provided in the mounting clip.
  • the invention is based on the object of providing a mounting clip for the floating mounting of a wall or ceiling covering made of wood-based panels, which can be connected to a wall or ceiling covering by means of corresponding locking profiles, which are particularly inexpensive to manufacture and allow a high degree of flexibility in the substructure to be selected.
  • Another object of the invention is to provide a corresponding wall and ceiling covering made of wood-based panels and mounting clips to be provided.
  • the inventive mounting clip for floating mounting of wall and ceiling panels made of wood-based materials, which are connected to each other without adhesive using corresponding locking profiles to form a wall or ceiling covering and attached to a substructure has a base plate with a receptacle formed in one piece with the base plate for engaging a locking profile of a panel, the receptacle having a spacer bar that is largely perpendicular to the plane of the base plate and a contact bar that adjoins the spacer bar and is largely parallel to the plane of the base plate and an elongated hole in the base plate for attaching the mounting clip with a fastening means on the substructure, whereby the elongated hole is at least 1.5 - 4 cm long and extends across the contact web.
  • the receptacle enables the wall or ceiling covering surface (hereinafter referred to as covering surface) produced from the wood-based panels (also referred to below as panels) to be as floating as possible.
  • covering surface wall or ceiling covering surface
  • the panels In the case of swelling and shrinking movements of the panels, on the one hand, they can slide back and forth in the receptacle in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the panel, while, on the other hand, movement transversely to the direction of the longitudinal axis of the panels is enabled through the slot fastening of the clip.
  • the individual clips attached to the substructure with a fastening means move along the substructure transversely to the longitudinal axis direction of the panel, i.e. in the longitudinal axis direction of the assembly clip (hereinafter also just clip called).
  • the particularly long design of the elongated hole with 1.5 cm to 4 cm is made possible the necessary freedom of movement in the direction transverse to the longitudinal axis of the panel, even for large surfaces.
  • fastening means are understood to mean fastening means which have a pin-like base body with a fastening means head which is larger in cross section. These can be, for example, corresponding nails, but are preferably screws.
  • the mounting clips are advantageously attached to the substructure with countersunk screws.
  • a substructure in the sense of the invention is to be understood as a stud frame, free-standing or arranged in front of an existing wall / ceiling.
  • Locking profiles are to be understood as profiles on the side edges of the panels that enable the connection of two panels, the locking profiles to be connected being designed to correspond to one another and the profiles connected without adhesive both a height offset of the panel surfaces of the connected panels and the formation of joints between the connected panels prevent.
  • Locking profiles are designed in particular as rotary profiles, swivel profiles, rotary swivel profiles or push-button profiles (vertical locking profiles).
  • Wood-based panels are in particular wall or ceiling panels with a carrier board made of wood-based material, in particular made of a fiber board such as MDF, HDF or a chipboard, and a surface coating.
  • the surface coating is preferably decorative and has at least one colored decoration, but can also include a protective layer in addition.
  • the decorative coating can in particular be designed as a lacquer coating or as decorative paper with or without an overlay.
  • a bead extending around the elongated hole is formed on the edge of the elongated hole in the base plate.
  • the bead fulfills several functions. On the one hand, it is a reinforcement for the elongated hole. On the other hand, it forms a support for the connecting means or for the head of the connecting means, in particular a support for the head of a countersunk screw.
  • the bead prevents the pressure of the fastening means on the clip from becoming so great that it no longer moves on the substructure can perform.
  • the bead thus buffers the pressure of the fastening means on the mounting clips, but still guarantees that the clip is securely fastened to the substructure. This also improves the mobility of the clip on the substructure as a whole, without restricting the safety when fastening the clip.
  • the bead also prevents the fastening means from bending the edges of the elongated hole into the substructure, so that the mounting clip clings to the substructure and prevents the mounting clip from moving.
  • the elongated hole is particularly preferably designed as a punched hole. The punched hole and the bead are preferably produced together in one operation.
  • the receptacle only has a thickness between 0.2 mm to 0.6 mm, particularly preferably 0.4 mm +/- 0.15 mm.
  • the particular advantage of the low thickness of the receptacle lies in its universal usability with a large number of different generic locking profiles. Due to their functions of preventing both a height offset and a joint between two panels without adhesive, locking profiles are particularly compact and have only small gaps. However, the inclusion with the particularly low strength enables the use of the mounting clips with a large number of conventional locking profiles.
  • the receptacle and the base plate are preferably formed in one piece, i.e. formed from one component, and not composed of two previously separate components.
  • the mounting clip also has the following dimensions, which further improve the universal usability in wood-based panels with locking profiles: thickness of base plate 0.2 mm to 0.6 mm, in particular 0.4 mm +/- 0.15 mm, width of base plate 3.10 cm to 3.40 mm, length of base plate 5.10 cm to 7 cm, in particular 5.15 cm +/- 0.3 cm, width of receptacle 1.64 cm +/- 0.25 cm, height of spacer bar 0.5 cm + / -0.1 cm, height of the contact web 0.5 cm +/- 0.1 cm.
  • the base plate extends in the longitudinal direction of the base plate arranged extending linear beads.
  • the base plate tends to bend during assembly or in the assembled state due to the movements of the panels or to lift off in sections from the substructure.
  • the mounting clips can also tilt, for example, so that they are hindered in their movement transversely to the longitudinal axis of the panel.
  • the beads arranged in the direction of the longitudinal axis increase the stability of the mounting clips. This also keeps the receptacle in an exact position so that it cannot slip off the lower groove cheek of the panel.
  • the beads are particularly preferably arranged to the right and left of the receptacle.
  • the receptacle is usually arranged centrally in relation to the width of the base plate, the beads are accordingly provided in the edge area, whereby they are preferably slightly indented towards the outer edge of the base plate and do not form the outer edge.
  • Linear is understood to mean straight, that is to say without an arch shape in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the mounting clip.
  • a particularly high stability of the base plate in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the mounting clip is particularly preferably achieved in that the beads extend over at least half the length of the base plate, preferably at least two-thirds of the length of the base plate. This ensures that even with a strong displacement of the mounting clip in the elongated hole, there is still sufficient stability of the clip against lifting off the substructure and, if necessary, the receptacle from slipping out of the lower groove cheek.
  • the bead running around the elongated hole and / or the linear beads on the underside of the base plate ie. H. on the side of the base plate that rests against the substructure, recesses and on the top of the base plate, d. H. on the side on which the panel rests, elevation forms.
  • the linear beads as well as the beads running around the elongated hole can be fully fulfilled and the clip nevertheless has a low overall thickness.
  • the beads in particular have an elevation in the range from 1 to 2 mm, particularly preferably 1.4 mm +/- 0.2 mm.
  • the receptacle is designed as a punched out and twice bent tongue.
  • the recording has a free End in the area of the landing stage.
  • the contact web is integrally connected to the spacer web at the end opposite the free end, while the spacer web is integrally connected to the base plate at the end opposite the contact web.
  • the base plate and the receptacle are designed in one piece, ie formed from a workpiece.
  • the design as a punched tongue enables a particularly precise design of the receptacle, as a result of which the mounting clip can be manufactured particularly inexpensively as a mass product.
  • the receptacle corresponds to at least half the width of the base plate, advantageously at least two-thirds of the width of the base plate.
  • the mounting clip can be formed from different materials.
  • a mounting clip made of plastic or a composite material, such as a WPC would be conceivable.
  • the mounting clip is particularly preferably formed from a metal, in particular a sheet metal, preferably a galvanized sheet metal.
  • the mounting clip can be manufactured, in particular, as a mass product and extremely inexpensively, with all technical properties, in particular also the technical variation of the preferred embodiment, being easy to implement.
  • the invention is further achieved by a wall and ceiling covering made of wood-based panels and mounting clips of the aforementioned type, with a mounting clip resting with its receptacle on a lower groove cheek of a locking profile of a first wood-based panel and being fastened to a substructure with fastening means protruding through an elongated hole in the mounting clip, wherein the panel rests movably on the receptacle and the fastening clip is movably attached to the substructure along its elongated hole.
  • the inventive wall and ceiling covering is a largely floating covering made of modern wood-based panels that form a covering surface via interlocking profiles that are connected to one another without glue.
  • the wood-based panels particularly preferably comprise a carrier board made of chipboard or fiberboard, such as an HDF or MDF or a sandwich board made of chipboard and fiberboard.
  • the carrier plate usually includes a corresponding decorative coating and is formed on the side edges with locking profiles which, when connected, create an adhesive-free connection between the panels that does not allow any heights or joints between the panels.
  • All coatings known from the wood-based material sector are conceivable as a decorative coating.
  • This can be, for example, synthetic resin coatings with a synthetic resin-soaked and pressed decorative paper.
  • protective coatings such as an overlay, can also be arranged on the decorative paper.
  • Lacquer coatings can also be provided as decorative coatings, which include a colored decoration and optionally a further protective layer, for example based on lacquer, on the colored decoration.
  • the mounting clip increases the flexibility of the substructure, because the simple and standardized direct mounting of the clip by means of a fastening means on any substructure, for example wooden battens, a metal stud frame or directly on a room partition wall, the wall and ceiling covering, simply and easily in a large number of different rooms can be used without special preparation of the walls and ceilings.
  • the receptacle is arranged between a lower groove cheek of a first panel and a contact edge of a second panel, which is connected to the first panel via the locking profiles, the lower groove cheek against the contact section when the panels swell of the mounting clip and pushes the mounting clip and when the panels are shrunk, the second panel remains connected to the first panel via the locking profiles and the mounting clip is moved in the opposite direction via the contact edge on the locking profile of the second panel.
  • both with swelling and swiveling movement which can also take place alternately, for example, ensures that the recording with the contact section is still in contact with the lower groove cheek permanently and also during or after the corresponding movements and that the first panel does not move away from the Mounting clip can loosen.
  • the wood-based panels are designed as acoustic panels.
  • Acoustic panels have a surface into which sound waves from the room can penetrate.
  • the acoustic panels can have recesses such as slots, holes, micro-perforations or the like.
  • the sound waves that penetrate through the recesses in the acoustic panel or pass through the acoustic panel are correspondingly absorbed or reflected in the acoustic panel or in the wall / ceiling / substrate behind it.
  • the acoustic panel can preferably comprise an additional acoustic absorber on its rear side. Alternatively, the absorber can also be part of the substructure.
  • the spacer web of the receptacle on the mounting clip is preferably lengthened by at least the thickness of the absorber in order to ensure that the wood-based panels are securely fastened.
  • a particularly preferred embodiment of the wall and ceiling covering also provides that a fleece is stretched, for example nailed, onto the substructure before the mounting clips and the wood-based panels are fastened.
  • a fleece is stretched, for example nailed, onto the substructure before the mounting clips and the wood-based panels are fastened.
  • the fleece acts as trickle protection, for example in the case of studs that are filled with insulating material, and ultimately the fleece is a privacy screen for acoustic panels.
  • a black-colored fleece in particular is arranged.
  • the wall and ceiling covering is designed to be fire-protected, for which purpose, for example, the panels are designed as fire-protected panels.
  • the panels meet fire protection class BS2 Do according to EN 13501.
  • the panels include, in particular, a fire-protected carrier plate.
  • the panel is provided with fire protection, among other things, by a carrier board made of wood-based material, in particular a fiber board, which has a high density, for example in the range from 850 kg / m 3 to 950 kg / m 3 .
  • a carrier board made of wood-based material
  • a fiber board which has a high density, for example in the range from 850 kg / m 3 to 950 kg / m 3 .
  • Another component for fire protection in panels with a fibreboard as a carrier board is a flame retardant that is contained in the carrier board. The flame retardant can be mixed with the fibers prior to making a fiber cake.
  • Figures 1 and 2 show a first embodiment of the inventive mounting clip 1 with a base plate 2.
  • the base plate 2 is rectangular and approximately 3.3 cm wide, approximately 5.2 cm long and approximately 0.5 mm thick.
  • the receptacle 4 is arranged in the first third of the base plate 2.
  • the receptacle 4 is designed as a stamped tongue. It has a spacer bar 5 (see Figure 2 ) and a landing strip 6. In the area of the receptacle 4 there is an opening 7 in the base plate 2.
  • the opening 7 was created by punching out the receptacle 4.
  • the width of the receptacle 4 corresponds to approx. 50% of the width of the mounting clip 1.
  • the receptacle 4 also has a thickness of approx. 0.5 mm.
  • an elongated hole 8 extends in the direction of the longitudinal axis L (shown by an arrow) of the mounting clip 1.
  • the elongated hole 8 is 2.5 cm long and has a diameter of 4 mm on.
  • a bead 9 extends around the elongated hole 8 to reinforce the edge 10 of the elongated hole 8.
  • the bead here is approximately 4.5 mm wide. It is expressly pointed out that the individual features and components in the Figures 1-3 are not shown to scale to one another.
  • the mounting clip 1 also has two linear beads 11a, 11b which, however, are arranged at a distance from the side edges 12a, 12b in the area of the side edges 12a, 12b.
  • the linear beads 11a, 11b are thus arranged to the right and left of the receptacle 4 and the elongated hole 8.
  • the linear beads 11a, 11b are approximately 3.5 mm wide and extend over three quarters of the length of the mounting clip 1.
  • the linear beads 11a, 11b are arranged parallel to one another.
  • the height of the beads 9, 11a, 11b is approximately 1.5mm.
  • Figure 3 shows schematically in a cross section a section of a ceiling or wall covering with the mounting clip 1 in an installation situation with a first and a second wood-based panel 13, 14.
  • the wood-based panels 13, 14 are HDF with a decorative coating, but can alternatively also be a coated chipboard, MDF or the like.
  • the mounting clip 1 is placed with its receptacle 4 on a lower groove cheek 15 of a first part 16 a of a locking profile 16.
  • the second part 16b of the locking profile 16 corresponds to the first part 16a.
  • the corresponding parts 16a, 16b of the locking profile 16 are connected to one another without glue and prevent the formation of a joint or a height offset between the panels 13, 14.
  • the first panel 13 and the second panel 14 rest on the linear beads 11a, 11b of the mounting clip 1 .
  • the mounting clip 1 is fastened to the substructure 18 by means of a screw 17.
  • the lower groove cheek 15 strikes the receptacle 4, in particular the spacer bar 5, and moves the mounting clip 1 in the longitudinal axis direction L of the mounting clip 1, ie transversely to the longitudinal axis direction (not shown here) of the panels 13, 14 the mounting clip 1 along the fixed screw 17 with its elongated hole 8.
  • the panels 13, 14 contract. So that the mounting clip 1 does not remain in its position and possibly slides down from the lower groove cheek 15 of the first panel, the contact section 19 in the second part of the locking profile 16 is designed in such a way that when the panels 13, 14 are moved in the shrinkage direction, it is in contact with the mounting clip 1 Contact comes and moves it.
  • the panel surface moves as a whole due to the locking profiles 16 between the panels.
