Claims (10)

  1. Lastträgerverriegelungsanordnung (100) zum Sichern eines Lastträgers (10) an einem Lasthalter (4) eines Flurförderzeugs (1), umfassend:
    - eine Greifvorrichtung (200), die eine erste und eine zweite Greifklaue (201, 202) mit einem jeweiligen Greifabschnitt (201.1, 201.2) aufweist, die angeordnet sind, um einen Abschnitt (15) eines Lastträgers (10) zu halten, und die so zueinander hin und voneinander weg beweglich angeordnet sind, dass ein Abschnitt (15) eines Lastträgers (10) zwischen den Greifabschnitten (201.1, 202.1) aufgenommen werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lastträgerverriegelungsanordnung (100) einen Aktuator (400) mit einem beweglichen Verriegelungselement (402) umfasst, das mit der Greifvorrichtung (200) in Eingriff gebracht werden kann, wobei die Greifvorrichtung (200) so angeordnet ist, dass der erste und der zweite Greifabschnitt (201.1, 202.1) daran gehindert werden, sich voneinander weg zu bewegen, wenn das Verriegelungselement (402) mit der Greifvorrichtung (200) in Eingriff steht, wobei die Greifvorrichtung (200) einen Eingriffsraum (205) umfasst, der konfiguriert ist, um mindestens einen Abschnitt des Verriegelungselements (402) aufzunehmen, so dass der Abschnitt den Eingriffsraum (205) füllt und die Bewegung effektiv blockiert.
  2. Lastträgerverriegelungsanordnung (100) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Greifabschnitte (201.1, 202.1) in einem vorderen Ende (201.5, 202.5) der ersten und der zweiten Greifklaue (201, 202) angeordnet sind und wobei die erste und die zweite Greifklaue (201, 202) jeweils ein hinteres Ende (201.4, 202.4) umfassen, das schwenkbar an einer Basis (101) befestigt ist, so dass der erste und der zweite Greifabschnitt (201.1, 202.1) in einer gemeinsamen Ebene aufeinander zu und voneinander weg schwenken können.
  3. Lastträgerverriegelungsanordnung (100) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die erste und die zweite Greifklaue (201, 202) so angeordnet sind, dass die hinteren Enden (201.4, 202.4) voneinander weg schwenken, wenn der Greifabschnitt (201.1, 201.2) aufeinander zu schwenkt.
  4. Lastträgerverriegelungsanordnung (100) nach Anspruch 1 und 2, wobei das jeweilige hintere Ende (201.4, 202.4) der ersten und der zweiten Greifklaue (201, 202) eine Aussparung (201.3, 202.3) umfasst, wobei die Aussparungen einander zugewandt sind und den Eingriffsraum (205) bilden.
  5. Lastträgerverriegelungsanordnung (100) nach Anspruch 4, wobei der Aktuator (400) hinter dem hinteren Ende (201.4, 202.4) der ersten und der zweiten Greifklaue (201, 202) angeordnet ist, so dass das Verriegelungselement (402) in den Eingriffsraum (205) bewegt werden kann.
  6. Lastträgerverriegelungsanordnung (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1-5, wobei die erste und die zweite Greifklaue (201, 202) durch eine jeweilige Schwenkwelle (300.1, 300.2) schwenkbar an der Basis (101) befestigt sind und wobei eine Vorspannanordnung (301) auf den Schwenkwellen angeordnet ist, so dass die erste und die zweite Greifklaue (201, 202) zueinander vorgespannt sind.
  7. Lastträgerverriegelungsanordnung (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1-6, wobei das Verriegelungselement (402) länglich und so angeordnet ist, dass es sich axial bewegt.
  8. Lastträgerverriegelungsanordnung (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1-7, umfassend eine Sensoranordnung (500) zum Erfassen, ob ein Abschnitt (15) eines Lastträgers (10) zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Greifabschnitt (201.1, 202.1) aufgenommen ist, wobei die Sensoranordnung (500) mit dem Aktuator (400) verbunden ist, so dass das Verriegelungselement (402) in Eingriff mit der Greifvorrichtung (200) bewegt wird, wenn die Sensoranordnung (500) das Vorhandensein eines Abschnitts (15) eines Lastträgers (14) in einer vorbestimmten Position zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Greifabschnitt (201.1, 202.1) der ersten und der zweiten Greifklaue (201, 202) erfasst.
  9. Lastträgerverriegelungsanordnung (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1-8, wobei der Abschnitt (15) des Lastträgers ein Käfigbolzen oder ein Palettenträger ist.
  10. Flurförderzeug (1) mit einem Lasthalter (4) und einer Lastträgerverriegelungsanordnung (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1-9 zum Sichern eines Lastträgers an dem Lasthalter (4).
