Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une pièce pliée à partir d'une pièce à usiner allongée, en particulier à partir d'un fil ou d'un tube en matériau rond, plat ou profilé, au moyen d'une machine de pliage selon lequel la pièce à usiner est introduite dans une unité de pliage de la machine de pliage, l'unité de pliage comportant une tête de pliage (180) qui peut être conduite au moyen d'un moteur dans la direction Z parallèlement à un axe (185) de tête de pliage et qui comporte un outil de pliage (184), lequel peut tourner au moyen d'un moteur de pliage autour d'un axe de pliage. Un segment introduit de la pièce à usiner est déformé au moyen des mouvements de travail de la tête de pliage en une pièce pliée arquée bidimensionnelle ou tridimensionnelle. La pièce pliée prête est séparée du matériau de pièce à usiner introduit dans une opération de coupe au moyen d'un dispositif de coupe (150) séparé de la tête de pliage. Le dispositif de coupe (150) est actionné par un mouvement de travail de la tête de pliage (180) parallèlement à l'axe (185) de tête de pliage ou par un mouvement de rotation de l'outil de pliage (184) autour de l'axe de pliage au moyen d'un dispositif de transmission (250).Selon l'invention, dans la machine de pliage, un composant mobile (160) du dispositif de coupe (150) est couplé au moteur dans la direction Z ou au moteur de pliage au moyen d'un dispositif de transmission (250) pour la transmission de forces et de moments, de sorte que le dispositif de coupe puisse être actionné à l'aide des éléments couplés.On peut ainsi se passer d'un moteur séparé pour le dispositif de coupe (150).
