Claims (15)
- Device (1) for opening and/closing and for locking a closed state of a locking device (2), for the at least partial closing of an opening in a room of a casement window and/or of a tilt window (3) or a door with a leaf (4) and a frame (5), wherein the device (1) comprises a drive unit (6) and a force transfer means (7), transferring the drive force onto the closing device (2), which can be coupled to a locking element (8) by means of a locking pin (9) of the locking device (2), and wherein a driver element (10) of the force transfer means (7), facing towards the closing device (2), can be deflected by a deflection element (11) of the device (1), starting from a first movement direction (12) for the closing of the locking device (2) into a second movement direction (13) for actuating the locking element (8) of the locking device (2), wherein the driver element (10), at the drawing of the force transfer means (7) into a housing (14) of the device (1), follows an arc-shaped section (15) of a guide track (16) of the housing (14) to the force transfer means (7),
characterized in that
the device (1) can be arranged so as to lie covered in a rebate space between the frame (5) and the leaf (4) of the window (3) or the door, that, at the entry of a guide member (17) of the force transfer means (10), connected by a joint to the driver element (10), into the arc-shaped section (15), the driver element (10) can be pivoted by an angle of close to 90° about the axis (18) of the locking pin (9), and, with the further drawing inwards of the guide member (17), the driver element (10) thereby, at the further engagement of the locking pin (9), actuates the locking element (8) of the locking device (2). - Device (1) according to claim 1,

the locking element (8), by means of the locking pin (9) guided in the opened section (24) of the driver element (10), after running through the arc-shaped section (15) of the force transfer means (7), can be moved out of a closed position of the leaf (4) in relation to the frame (5) and the location of the locking element (8) in the tilted position, with the open position of the opened section (24) pointing perpendicular to the leaf (4), and the leaf (4) is manually moved into a tilted position, or, with further drawing of the force transfer means (7) into a rotational position of the locking device (8), moves further, and allows for the leaf (4) to be moved into a standby position for manual tilting or rotation. - Device (1) according to claim 1,
