    • ZufĂĽhren eines ersten stabförmigen Produkts der Tabak verarbeitenden Industrie zu einer das erste Produkt queraxial fördernden Fördervorrichtung, wobei das erste Produkt wenigstens drei Segmente aufweist und wobei das erste Produkt mit einem UmhĂĽllungsmaterial umhĂĽllt ist,
    • queraxiales Schneiden des ersten Produkts in ein erstes und ein zweites Teilprodukt, wobei das erste und das zweite Teilprodukt jeweils wenigstens zwei Segmente aufweisen,
    • Anlegen eines Zwischensegments an das erste Teilprodukt, so dass in längsaxialer Richtung das Zwischensegment, das erste Teilprodukt und dann das zweite Teilprodukt hintereinander angeordnet sind, oder
  • gemäß einer zweiten Variante:
    • ZufĂĽhren eines Zwischensegments zu einer das Zwischensegment queraxial fördernden Fördervorrichtung,
    • Fördern eines ersten stabförmigen Produkts der Tabak verarbeitenden Industrie in einer das erste Produkt queraxial fördernden Fördervorrichtung, wobei das erste Produkt wenigstens drei Segmente aufweist und wobei das erste Produkt mit einem UmhĂĽllungsmaterial umhĂĽllt ist,
    • queraxiales Schneiden des ersten Produkts in ein erstes und ein zweites Teilprodukt, wobei das erste und das zweite Teilprodukt jeweils wenigstens zwei Segmente aufweisen,
    • Anlegen der Teilprodukte an ein Ende des Zwischensegments, wobei das erste Teilprodukt an dem Zwischensegment zur Anlage gebracht wird,
    wobei gemäß beiden Varianten die folgenden weiteren Verfahrensschritte ausgeführt werden:
    • gemeinsames Wenden des Zwischensegments und des ersten Teilprodukts, um die Orientierung des Zwischensegments und des ersten Teilprodukts um eine Querachse um 180° zu ändern, und

Die Segmente, also die doppeltlangen und die einfachlangen Segmente 50, 52, können sein: ein Tabakstock, ein Hohlsegment, ein Leersegment, ein Röhrensegment, ein Tabakfoliensegment, ein Filter mit Aktivkohlegranulat oder ein Filterelement, beispielsweise ein Filteracetatelement, bei dem auch beispielsweise eine Kapsel enthalten sein kann, die einen Aromastoff enthält. Es sind hier vielfache Varianten möglich. Insbesondere ist es möglich, dass das Segment 50 einen Tabakstock aufweist. Die in Fig. 1 dargestellten Organe, die im Wesentlichen als Trommeln ausgebildet sind, werden jeweils in Pfeilrichtung gedreht. Hierdurch entstehen die Teilprodukte 42 und 42', die längsaxial zueinander, beispielsweise in einer Mulde der Schneidtrommel 17, angeordnet sind. Claims (15)

  1. A method for producing rod-shaped products (45, 45') of the tobacco-processing industry, having the following method steps:
    - according to a first version:
    - supply a first rod-shaped product (41,41') of the tobacco-processing industry to a conveying device (14, 15, 16) conveying the first product (41, 41') along a transverse axis, wherein the first product (41,41') has at least three segments (50, 52), and wherein the first product (41,41') is wrapped with a wrapping material,
    - cut the first product (41,41') along a transverse axis into a first and a second partial product (42, 42'), wherein the first and the second partial product (42, 42') each have at least two segments (50, 52),
    - place an intermediate segment (43) on the first partial product (42) so that the intermediate segment (43), the first partial product (42) and then the second partial product (42') are arranged sequentially in the longitudinal axial direction, or
    - according to a second version:
    - supply an intermediate segment (43) to a conveying device (14, 15, 16) conveying the intermediate segment (43) along a transverse axis,
    - convey a first rod-shaped product (41, 41') of the tobacco-processing industry in a conveying device (14, 15, 16) conveying the first product (41, 41') along a transverse axis, wherein the first product (41,41') has at least three segments (50, 52), and wherein the first product (41,41') is wrapped with a wrapping material,
    - cut the first product (41,41') along a transverse axis into a first and a second partial product (42, 42'), wherein the first and the second partial product (42, 42') each have at least two segments (50, 52),
    - place the partial products (42, 42') at one end of the intermediate segment, wherein the first partial product (42) is brought into contact with the intermediate segment (43),
    wherein the following additional method steps are performed according to both versions:
    - jointly turn the intermediate segment (43) and the first partial product (42) to change the orientation of the intermediate segment (43) and the first partial product (42) by 180° about a transverse axis, and
    - wrap the intermediate segment (43) and at least part of the segments (50, 52) of the first and the second partial product (42, 42') bordering the intermediate segment (43) with a additional wrapping material (44).
  2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the second partial product (42') is also turned so that the orientation of the second partial product (42') is changed by 180° about a transverse axis.
  3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that turning is performed on a turning drum (20).
  4. The method according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that before placing the intermediate segment (43), the first and the second partial product (42') are spaced from each other along the longitudinal axis, in particular by at least a length of the intermediate segment (43).
  5. The method according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the first and the second partial product (42, 42') and the intermediate segment (43) are arranged coaxially to each other after turning.
  6. The method according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the first rod-shaped product (41, 41') having at least three segments (50, 52) is cut in a first product run (61) from a rod-shaped product (40) having at least five segments (50, 52) and then arranged staggered and flush with other first rod-shaped products (41, 41') along a transverse axis in the first product run (61).
  7. The method according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the intermediate segment (43) is conveyed to the first and second partial product (42, 42') in a second product run (62), wherein the intermediate segment (43) is in particular cut, staggered and arranged flush along a transverse axis with other intermediate segments (43) in the second product run (62).
