Claims (16)

  1. Maschine (1) zur Verarbeitung einer Materialbahn (2) für die Tabakindustrie, umfassend:
    - eine Abrolleinheit (10) zum Abrollen einer Materialbahn (2) für die Tabakindustrie entlang eines Zuführungswegs (P);
    - eine Einheit (20) zum Verarbeiten der Bahn (2), die sich stromabwärts der Abrolleinheit (10) entlang des Zuführungswegs (P) befindet und die ausgelegt ist, um die Bahn (2) zu empfangen und zu verarbeiten;
    - einen Führungsmechanismus (40), umfassend eine Haltevorrichtung (41), die ausgelegt ist, um einen Endabschnitt (2a) der Bahn (2) zu halten, wobei der Führungsmechanismus (40) ausgelegt ist, um den Endabschnitt (2a) entlang mindestens eines Teilstücks des Zuführungswegs (P) automatisch zu führen, sodass die Bahn (2) im Anschlag gegen und/oder teilweise gewickelt um Führungs- und/oder Transfer- und/oder Verarbeitungsmittel der Verarbeitungseinheit (20) angeordnet wird,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Maschine Bewegungsmittel (50) umfasst, die ausgelegt sind, um den Führungsmechanismus (40) zu bewegen, und umfassend eine Führung (51), die entlang einer Bahnkurve (T) angeordnet ist, und mindestens einen Steller (52), der ausgelegt ist, um den Führungsmechanismus (40) entlang der Führung (51) zu bewegen, und dadurch, dass der Führungsmechanismus (40) einen Wagen (42) umfasst, der entlang der Führung (51) verfahrbar ist, und mindestens einen Arm (43), der mittels einer Kupplung (44) auf dem Wagen (42) montiert ist, definierend mindestens einen Freiheitsgrad, um sich um die erste Rotationsachse (X) zu drehen, wobei die Haltevorrichtung (41) auf dem mindestens einen Arm (43) montiert ist.
  2. Maschine (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Führungsmechanismus (40) einen Arm (43) umfasst, definierend ein einzelnes steifes Element, das sich zwischen der Kupplung (44) und der Haltevorrichtung (41) erstreckt, und wobei die Haltevorrichtung (41) an einem freien Ende des Arms (43) gegenständig zur Kupplung (44) montiert ist.
  3. Maschine (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die erste Rotationsachse (X) senkrecht zur Kurvenbahn (T) und vorzugsweise horizontal verläuft.
  4. Maschine (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend eine vertikale Stützwand (1a), an der die Abrolleinheit (10) und die Verarbeitungseinheit (20) auskragend angebracht sind, und wobei der Zuführungsweg (P) im Wesentlichen in einer ersten Positionsebene liegt, die parallel zur vertikalen Stützwand (1a) an einem Abstand von der vertikalen Stützwand (1a) angeordnet ist, und wobei die Kurvenbahn (T) in einer zweiten Positionsebene liegt, die parallel zur vertikalen Stützwand (1a) an einem zweiten Abstand von der vertikalen Stützwand (1a) angeordnet ist, der größer ist als der erste Abstand.
  5. Maschine (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Kurvenbahn (T) geradlinig und vorzugsweise horizontal ist.
  6. Maschine (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Kurvenbahn (T) über dem Zuführungsweg (P) liegt.
  7. Maschine (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Haltevorrichtung (41) einen Greifer (41a) oder eine pneumatische Saugeinheit umfasst.
  8. Maschine (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei sich die Haltevorrichtung (41) quer zum mindestens einen Arm (43), vorzugsweise senkrecht, erstreckt.
  9. Maschine (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend:
    - Erkennungsmittel, die ausgelegt sind, um eine Änderung der Spannung der Bahn (2) entlang des Zuführungswegs (P) und/oder die Integrität der Bahn (2) entlang des Zuführungswegs (P) im Vergleich zu vorgegebenen Referenzwerten zu erkennen, und
    - eine Steuer- und Antriebseinheit, die mit den Erkennungsmitteln verbunden und ausgelegt ist, um den Führungsmechanismus (40) selektiv anzutreiben, wenn der Spannungsänderungswert bestimmten Akzeptanzkriterien nicht gerecht wird.
  10. Maschine (1) nach Anspruch 9, umfassend eine Schneidvorrichtung, die ausgelegt ist, um die Bahn quer in einer Zone der Bahn (2) zu schneiden, in der die Änderung erkannt wurde, wobei die Vorrichtung selektiv durch die Steuer- und Antriebseinheit aktivierbar ist.
  11. Maschine (1) nach Anspruch 10, wobei die Haltevorrichtung (41) die Schneidvorrichtung umfasst.
  12. Verfahren zur Verarbeitung einer Materialbahn für die Tabakindustrie, umfassend:
    - einen Schritt zum Abrollen einer Materialbahn (2) für die Tabakindustrie entlang eines Zuführungswegs (P);
    - einen Schritt zum Verarbeiten der Bahn (2) entlang des Zuführungswegs (P);
    - einen Schritt zum Halten eines Endabschnitts (2a) der Bahn (2) und zum automatischen Führen des Endabschnitts (2a) entlang von mindestens einem Teilstück der Zuführungsbahn (P), sodass die Bahn (2) im Anschlag gegen und/oder teilweise gewickelt um Führungs- und/oder Transfer- und/oder Verarbeitungsmittel einer Verarbeitungseinheit (20) einer Maschine (1) zum Verarbeiten einer Materialbahn (2) für die Tabakindustrie angeordnet wird, wobei es sich vorzugsweise um eine Maschine (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche handelt,
    wobei der Schritt zum Halten nur durch einen Führungsmechanismus (40) durchgeführt wird, umfassend eine Haltevorrichtung (41), die ausgelegt ist, um einen Endabschnitt (2a) der Bahn (2) zu halten, und durch Bewegungsmittel (50), die ausgelegt sind, um den Führungsmechanismus (40) zu bewegen, wobei die Bewegungsmittel (50) eine Führung (51) umfassen, die entlang einer Kurvenbahn (T) angeordnet ist, und mindestens einen Steller (52), der ausgelegt ist, um den Führungsmechanismus (40) entlang der Führung (51) zu bewegen,
    wobei der Führungsmechanismus (40) einen Wagen (42) umfasst, der entlang der Führung (51) verfahrbar ist, und mindestens einen Arm (43), der mittels einer Kupplung (44) auf dem Wagen (42) montiert ist, definierend mindestens einen Freiheitsgrad, um sich um die erste Rotationsachse (X) zu drehen,
    wobei die Haltevorrichtung (41) am mindestens einen Arm (43) montiert ist.
  13. Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, wobei der Schritt zum Halten und Führen der Bahn (2) durchgeführt wird, indem der Endabschnitt (2a) der Bahn (2) mechanisch oder durch pneumatische Ansaugung gehalten wird.
  14. Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, wobei vor dem Schritt zum Halten und Führen ein Schritt zum automatischen Bewegen einer Haltevorrichtung (41) durchgeführt wird, der ausgelegt ist, um den Endabschnitt (2a) der Bahn (2) hinführend zum Endabschnitt (2a) der Bahn (2) zu halten, sodass die Haltevorrichtung (41) automatisch mit dem Endabschnitt (2a) in Eingriff gelangen kann, um den Schritt zum Halten und Führen durchzuführen.
  15. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, umfassend eine Schritt zum Erkennen einer etwaigen Änderung der Spannung der Bahn (2) entlang des Zuführungswegs (P) und/oder der Integrität der Bahn (2) entlang des Zuführungswegs (P) im Vergleich mit vorgegebenen Referenzwerten, gefolgt von einem Schritt zum selektiven Antreiben der Haltevorrichtung, um den Schritt zum Halten und Führen durchzuführen, wenn der Wert der Änderung bestimmten Akzeptanzkriterien nicht gerecht wird.
  16. Verfahren nach Anspruch 15, umfassend einen Schritt zum Schneiden der Bahn (2) in Querrichtung in einer Zone der Bahn (2), in der die Änderung erkannt wurde.
