Usually, the construction of bathrooms on site requires different craftsmen such as bricklayers, screed layers, drywallers, plumbers, electricians, plasterers, tilers and carpenters, who take turns doing their respective work. This often leads to significant delays and slow completion times in bathroom construction. In particular, this leads to high labor costs due to the large number of craftsmen involved in the construction process.
For example, building a bathroom on-site in a new residential building begins with a bricklayer or drywall builder building the bathroom walls. A plumber and an electrician can then work on site one after the other to install the water and sewer pipes or the required electrical cables and junction boxes. Then a screed layer, a plasterer and / or a drywall builder and also a tiler work one after the other on site to prepare the floor and the interior walls for laying floor and wall tiles or to lay the tiles. Then a carpenter can work, for example to assemble a bathroom cabinet or other furnishings. The plumbing fitter and electrician can then continue to install plumbing fixtures and fittings, or sockets, light switches and lighting fixtures. All of these trades must be coordinated in terms of time so that the work on site can be carried out efficiently without mutual hindrance. Frequently, however, there are delays, with the delay in one of the trades affecting all subsequent trades and extending the construction time of the bathroom.
Much or all of the aforementioned work also occurs when renovating a bathroom. In addition, there is demolition work to first remove old sanitary fittings, tiles, pipes, electrical cables, etc. Even with very good time coordination of the trades, many owners or residents of the building in question find the construction time required for a bathroom renovation uncomfortably long and annoying.

To solve this problem, a sanitary wall module with the features specified in
The sanitary wall module according to the invention is characterized in that the at least one water inlet connection is mounted on a fitting plate connected to the stud frame, with a mixing and / or distributor fitting being mounted on the fitting plate, to which the at least one water inlet connection is connected via a pipeline, the Faucet plate is shaped such that it has horizontally spaced assembly levels, the mixing and / or distribution fitting is mounted on a different of these assembly levels than the at least one water inlet connection, and wherein the horizontal distance between the assembly levels is such that the water inlet connection with the pipe connecting the mixer and / or distributor fitting runs as an axially straight pipe in a plane which is parallel to the assembly planes of the fitting plate.
Due to the prefabrication of the stud frame including the associated valve plate, on which the at least one water inlet connection is already mounted, and the prefabrication of the cladding panel in each case at a location remote from the construction site, preferably in an industrial production facility or workshop, a large proportion of the for the Construction of a bathroom required work in high quality efficiently carried out in advance and thus the construction time on site the construction site can be significantly reduced. In addition, this prefabrication allows significant cost advantages to be achieved.
The sanitary wall module according to the invention can be implemented variably within the scope of predetermined selection options. For example, the customer can select from a list of different module types a washbasin wall module, a toilet wall module, a shower wall module, a bathtub wall module and / or a combination of such modules, each with integrated fittings and pipes. In addition, the customer can select the height and / or width of the desired sanitary wall module from lists that contain certain lower and upper limit values for the height and / or width of the sanitary wall module. The size of the prefabricated stud frame of the sanitary wall module will sometimes be limited, since the stud frame should be transportable so that it can be transported by means of a conventional transport vehicle to the construction site and on the construction site, if necessary through constrictions such as a house entrance or a stairwell. In addition, the customer can be offered numerous other options with regard to the equipment of the sanitary wall module, as will become clear below with reference to further embodiments of the sanitary wall module according to the invention.
Several water inlet connections, in particular in the form of so-called wall panels, and possibly also several mixer and / or distributor fittings, in particular a concealed mixer tap, can be mounted on the at least one fitting plate of the sanitary wall module according to the invention. In the context of the present invention, a wall disk denotes a component with a pipe angle (curved pipe section) having an internal thread for later fastening of a fitting in or on a wall. For this purpose, the wall disk has a fastening flange formed in one piece on the pipe angle. The suitably prefabricated cladding panel of the sanitary wall module according to the invention already contains all the necessary openings (hole cutouts) for receiving a connection end of the respective water inlet connection or for carrying out one Operating element, for example an operating lever or rotary handle. The respective hole cutout is arranged in alignment with the associated connection end or the mixing and / or distributor fitting.
An advantageous embodiment of the sanitary wall module according to the invention is characterized in that the suitably prefabricated cladding panel to be attached to the front of the stud frame has a core layer of rigid foam and cement-containing cover layers, at least one of the cover layers being fiber-reinforced, e.g. glass-fiber reinforced, and / or containing a reinforcing fabric. The Cladding panel can thus serve in particular as a carrier panel for a decorative wall covering, for example for a tile or natural stone covering or a wall plaster. Due to its core layer consisting of rigid foam, preferably closed-cell rigid foam, for example polystyrene rigid foam, the cladding panel is essentially water-impermeable, heat-insulating and relatively light. The weight per unit area of the cladding panel is less than 4 kg / m 2 , preferably less than 3.8 kg / m 2 , for a panel thickness of, for example, approx. 4 to 5 mm. The cement-containing cover layers are also essentially impermeable to water and provide a good base for plasters and tile adhesives. The fiber reinforcement or reinforcement fabric contained in at least one of the cover layers, preferably in both cover layers, gives the cladding panel a high level of stability. The cladding panel can also be referred to as a lightweight panel. It can be cut very precisely and provided with through openings. This can preferably be done by means of a water jet cutting device. The cut and perforated cladding panel can be mounted to the front of the stud frame using sheet metal screws and washers. The cladding panel is preferably also connected to the stud frame by means of an assembly adhesive.
Another advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the cladding panel is partially provided with at least one reinforcement panel on its rear side. This allows the stability of the cladding panel to be increased in a targeted manner while largely maintaining its low weight in order to be able to securely attach relatively heavily loaded bathroom equipment elements such as towel rails, shower rails and / or support rods to the cladding panel using wood screws. The reinforcement plate consists, for example, of plastic or wood material, preferably of a waterproof glued laminated wood panel, and is glued to the back of the cladding panel in the area of a prefabricated fastening hole that receives the wood screw.
The at least one fitting plate connected to the prefabricated stud structure preferably has a multiplicity of fastening holes for fastening one or more fittings. This enables variable positioning of the relevant fitting on the fitting plate during the prefabrication of the sanitary wall module. The fastening holes can be arranged, for example, in the form of one or more hole patterns, in particular hole patterns.
Die Blechdicke liegt beispielsweise im Bereich von ca. 0,8 bis 3 mm.The at least one valve plate is preferably made from sheet steel, particularly preferably from galvanized sheet steel or sheet steel coated with a metallic corrosion protection. The sheet thickness is, for example, in the range from approx. 0.8 to 3 mm.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the fitting plate has at least two different groups of holes or different hole patterns for fastening one or more fittings. This refinement is based on the idea of designing the valve plate in such a way that it can optionally be used to mount different valves, for example different mixing and / or distribution valves from different manufacturers. As a result, the number of fitting plates to be kept available for the prefabrication of sanitary wall modules according to the invention can be reduced and storage costs can thus be saved.
A further embodiment of the invention provides that the valve plate has two fastening webs that are bent at right angles and run parallel to one another, with at least one through-opening being cut out in at least one of the fastening webs for the passage of a pipeline and / or an electrical line. As a result, the length of a pipe or electrical line to be connected can sometimes be reduced and thus material costs can be saved. The fastening webs, which are essentially bent at right angles, facilitate a variable arrangement of the valve plate in the stud frame.
In a preferred embodiment of the sanitary wall module according to the invention, at least two water inlet connections are mounted on the fitting plate the front of the stud structure opening connection ends in a common plane that is parallel to an assembly plane defined by the stud structure, in which the cladding panel is attached to the stud structure, wherein the cladding panel has at least two openings, which in the assembled state of the cladding panel in Covering are arranged with one of the connection ends, and wherein the connection ends end in front of the front of the mounted cladding panel. The connection ends are thus located in a common sealing plane in front of the cladding panel, so that the annular gap, which is delimited by the cladding panel opening and the connection end arranged therein, can be sealed in a simple and reliable manner by means of an annular sealing flange (sealing collar), preferably a self-adhesive sealing flange can. For this purpose, the sealing flange is designed to be flexible and elastic, for example, and is dimensioned in such a way that it can be pulled onto the protruding connection end in a non-positive, sealing manner.
By the invention, according to which a mixer and / or distributor fitting is mounted on the fitting plate, to which the at least one water inlet connection is connected via a pipeline, the fitting plate being shaped such that it has horizontally spaced assembly levels, the mixing and / or the distribution fitting is mounted on a different of these assembly levels than the at least one water inlet connection, and the horizontal distance between the assembly levels is dimensioned such that the pipeline connecting the water inlet connection to the mixing and / or distribution fitting runs as an axially straight pipe in one plane, which lies parallel to the assembly planes of the fitting plate, an intermediate arrangement of at least one washer element below the water inlet connection to be assembled can be omitted, which in turn can save costs.
In the case of a sanitary wall module according to the invention for a shower, the prefabricated stud frame can be provided, for example, with at least two, preferably with at least two different fitting plates, one of which Faucet panels, a hot-cold water mixer fitting and / or a distributor fitting are mounted, while one or more water inlet connections for side showers are mounted on another of the fitting panels. A further advantageous embodiment of the sanitary wall module is characterized in this case that at least one of the fitting panels is connected or can be connected to the stud structure so as to be vertically and / or horizontally displaceable relative to another of the fitting panels. In this way, the positions of the side showers relative to the position of the mixer and / or distributor fitting can be set in a simple and variable manner in accordance with the customer's request, and fine adjustments can be made.
There is also the option of inserting a cabinet in the niche element. The box element can contain a removable toilet brush and have a door or flap with a slot for the passage of a toilet paper strip.
According to a further embodiment of the sanitary wall module according to the invention, the prefabricated stand structure is provided with electrical cabling and / or with at least one empty pipe for receiving an electrical line. This can further shorten the construction or renovation time of a bathroom on the construction site. The cabling or the empty pipe can be used, for example, to connect sockets and / or to illuminate a mirror or the niche element.
Compared to the conventional construction of a bathroom, the sanitary wall module according to the invention offers a significant time saving on the construction site, especially when the prefabricated stud structure is preferred Embodiment of the invention has a width of at least 80 cm, preferably at least 100 cm, a height of at least 200 cm, preferably at least 240 cm, and a depth of at least 10 cm, preferably at least 12 cm.
The visible front of the cladding panel of the sanitary wall module according to the invention can be plastered and then painted. Preferably, however, the sanitary wall module according to the invention comprises at least one waterproof decorative panel for arrangement on the front of the mounted cladding panel (carrier plate), the decorative panel being cut at least in terms of its length or width essentially conforming to the cladding panel serving as the carrier panel. The decorative panel can be, for example, a large-format tile, stoneware, natural stone or glass panel. In the case of a floor-to-ceiling design of the prefabricated stud structure and the prefabricated cladding panel to be attached to it, it is advantageous for assembly-technical and optical reasons if the decorative panel is not designed to be floor-to-ceiling but ends at a distance, for example 30 to 40 cm below the upper edge of the mounted paneling panel (carrier panel) . The decorative panel contains all necessary or desired cutouts so that they can be arranged congruently with the openings cut out in the cladding panel. The prefabricated cladding panel, which already has the required openings, is preferably used as a template for cutting the decorative panel and / or the cutout of the corresponding openings in the decorative panel. The openings in the decorative panel are preferably cut out by means of a water jet cutting system.

In the drawing, various embodiments of a sanitary wall module are shown, which offers a significant time saving when building or renovating a bathroom on the construction site. A customer has the option of selecting one or more sanitary wall modules from a list of different predefined basic types of sanitary wall modules. The list of the basic types of selectable sanitary wall modules can include, for example, a bathtub wall module, a shower wall module, a toilet wall module, a washstand wall module and one or more combinations of such wall modules. The various sanitary wall modules are designed as front wall or room divider modules, with the various basic types of sanitary wall modules being able to be selected in predetermined dimensions, in particular in predetermined widths and / or heights. The room divider modules are designed as room dividers connected on one side or as free-standing room dividers.
Furthermore, the customer has the option of choosing preferred or desired sanitary fittings, such as wash basins, toilet bowls, urinals, bidets, bathtubs, etc., or preferred or desired fittings, such as inlet fittings, from a list of various specified sanitary and / or fitting series. and mixer taps, shower taps, drain taps, actuator plates, etc. In addition, the customer has the option of choosing from a list of various specified bathroom furnishing elements preferred or desired furnishing elements, such as mirrors, cupboards, in particular base units or built-in cupboards, sideboards, shelves, towel rails, sockets, lights, in particular built-in lights, etc.
The respective sanitary wall module can be designed as a substantially room-high or half-high sanitary wall module. Its height can thus be, for example, approximately 250 cm or less. As a half-height front wall or room divider module, the sanitary wall module according to the invention can, for example, have a height in the range of 120 and 150 cm.
In addition, it is also within the scope of the invention that the customer can individually select the various basic types of sanitary wall modules not only in specified dimensions, but also in special dimensions, with the sanitary wall module in question then also being largely prefabricated away from the bathroom construction site, in order to reduce the construction time (assembly time) on site accordingly.
The sanitary wall module is based on a
The
The profile bars 2, 3 are arranged in such a way that a plurality of the
