  • the lip extension protrudes obliquely or perpendicularly from the longitudinal section of the lip and can be pressed with its free end, which forms a lip edge, against the hard surface to be cleaned.
  • a pull-off lip extension inclined to the longitudinal section which forms a pull-off lip edge at its free end, has the advantage that the deformable pull-off lip can contact the hard surface to be cleaned practically linearly in a wide variety of orientations of the suction nozzle relative to the hard surface.
  • the user does not have to be careful to align the suction nozzle at a certain angle to the hard surface; rather, the provision of a longitudinal section and a protruding lip extension projecting from the longitudinal section in the direction of the hard surface ensure that this is practically independent of the Alignment of the suction nozzle relative to the hard surface, a line contact of the pull lip with the hard surface can be achieved. • a first arm of the peeling lip can form a first peeling lip extension with a first peeling lip edge
  • a second arm of the peeling lip can form a second peeling lip extension with a second peeling lip edge, the two arms protruding from an elongated middle part of the peeling lip on opposite sides and the middle part den Longitudinal section of the pull lip.
  • the length of the longitudinal section is at least six times the length of the lip extension.
  • the length of the longitudinal section is the distance between the front end of the longitudinal section facing away from the suction channel and the front face of the suction nozzle housing, and the length of the pull-off lip extension is the vertical distance of the pull-lip edge arranged at the free end of the pull-off lip extension from a central plane of the longitudinal section.
  • the length of the pull-off lip extension can be, for example, 1 to 6 mm, in particular 2 to 4 mm, and the length of the longitudinal section can be, for example, 10 to 30 mm, in particular 16 to 24 mm.
  • the longitudinal section of the pull-off lip is designed to be straight in the undeformed basic position of the pull-off lip.
  • An undeformed basic position is a position of the pull-off lip in which it does not contact the hard surface to be cleaned and is therefore not subject to any deformation caused by pressing against the hard surface.
  • the longitudinal section is advantageously formed in a straight line in this basic position of the pull-off lip.
  • the longitudinal section preferably extends parallel or collinear to a central axis of the suction nozzle housing.

  • the inclined surface can extend from the edge of the pull-off lip to the underside of the longitudinal section of the pull-off lip facing the support lip.
  • the underside can be flat in the undeformed basic position of the pull lip.
  • the at least one opening in the support lip is designed as a recess arranged on the edge of the support lip.
  • liquid builds up on the support lip when the suction nozzle is moved along the hard surface to be cleaned in the pulling direction.
  • the liquid that builds up on the support lip can reach the suction space between the support lip and the pull-off lip via the at least one end-side recess of the support lip. It is advantageous if a plurality of recesses are arranged on the lip edge.
  • the support lip has a plurality of depressions on its underside of the support lip facing away from the pull-off lip, each of which opens into a recess arranged on the edge of the support lip. Liquid that builds up on the hard lip to be cleaned when the supporting lip is guided along can pass over the Recesses, which are arranged on the underside of the support lip, reach the recesses arranged on the end face of the support lip and flow through them into the suction space.
  • the support lip prefferably has a plurality of elevations on its upper side of the support lip facing the pull-off lip.
  • the elevations can form spacers, so that it is ensured that the pull-off lip does not lie flat on the support lip even in the deformed state when the suction nozzle is moved along the hard surface to be cleaned. Rather, the elevations of the support lip ensure that liquid can get into the suction channel via the suction space.
  • the elevations which are arranged on the upper side of the supporting lips extend to an end face which has the supporting lip at its front end region.
  • a pull-off lip extension is supported with a contact surface on the end face of the support lip when the pull-off lip assumes its undeformed basic position.
  • the elevations arranged on the upper side of the supporting lips form rib-like flow guide elements.
  • the shape of the flow guide elements can be adapted to the direction of flow of the suction flow, which is formed in the suction space when the suction channel is connected to a vacuum source. Flow losses can be kept low.
  • the elevations are arranged in a fan shape.
  • the distances between elevations immediately adjacent to one another increase with increasing distance from a central axis of the suction nozzle housing. It can be provided, for example, that in a central position with respect to the central axis In the region of the support lip between two immediately adjacent elevations, only a single end recess is arranged, whereas the distance between the immediately adjacent elevations increases with increasing distance from the central axis, so that a plurality of end recesses are arranged between two immediately adjacent elevations.
  • the pull-off lip and / or the support lip form side walls in an advantageous embodiment of the invention.
  • the suction space can be at least partially closed laterally by means of the side walls.
  • the side walls can be designed, for example, in the manner of ribs which are formed on the pull-off lip and / or on the support lip in the region of the side edges.
  • the provision of the side walls reduces the lateral inflow of false air into the suction space between the pull-off lip and the support lip.
  • the lateral closing of the suction space thus optimizes the suction flow which forms between the pull-lip edge resting on the hard surface and the support lip edge resting on the hard surface and in this way improves the cleaning result.
  • a further improvement of the cleaning result is achieved in an advantageous embodiment of the invention in that the pull-off lip has a first and a second side edge, which limit the width of the pull-off lip, and in that the pull-off lip is regionally reinforced at a distance from the side edges. Due to the area-by-area reinforcement of the pull-off lip, it obtains a non-uniform bending stiffness, namely that the bending stiffness of the pull-off lip is higher in individual areas that are at a distance from the side edges than in the area of the side edges.
  • the increased bending stiffness in some areas improves the cleaning result in cases in which an edge region of a hard surface, in particular an edge region of a window pane, is cleaned by means of the suction nozzle, with unevenness occurring in the edge region.
  • Such bumps are caused, for example, by sealing strips formed that limit a window pane. If the edge area of the window pane is cleaned by means of the suction nozzle, the case can occur that the pull-off lip sits with its edge area adjacent to a side edge on a sealing strip and thereby stands out from the window pane.
  • the pull-off lip gains greater bending rigidity in some areas. This can reduce the risk of the pull-off lip inadvertently lifting off the window pane when it rests on a sealing strip with its outer edge region.
  • the pull-off lip has at least one reinforcing rib on its upper side of the pull-off lip facing away from the support lip, at a distance from the side edges.
  • the reinforcing rib advantageously extends over the entire length of the longitudinal section of the pull-off lip.
  • a pair of reinforcing ribs is preferably arranged at a distance from each side edge.
  • the pull-off lip has at least two pairs of reinforcing ribs on the top of the pull-off lip, a first pair of reinforcing ribs being arranged at a short distance from a first side edge, and a second pair of reinforcing ribs at a short distance from the second side edge the pull-off lip is arranged.
  • the two pairs of reinforcing ribs advantageously have the same distance from the nearest side edge of the pull-off lip.
  • the distance that the pairs of reinforcing ribs have from the respectively nearest side edge can be, for example, 4 mm to 8 mm.
  • the distance between the two reinforcing ribs of a pair of reinforcing ribs is preferably approximately 0.5 mm to approximately 3 mm.
  • the at least one reinforcing rib has a support surface which, when the pull-off lip is deformed from the undeformed basic position, bears against the front face of the housing in the direction facing away from the support lip.
  • the support surface of the reinforcing ribs can be at a distance from the front face of the housing, but if the pull-off lip is pressed against the hard surface when cleaning a hard surface, the pull-off lip is deformed and the support surface of the reinforcing ribs comes into contact with the front face of the housing.
  • the pull-off lip can be supported on the reinforcing ribs on the front face of the housing, and this in turn has the consequence that the pull-off lip has a greater bending stiffness in the region of the reinforcing ribs than in regions which have no reinforcing ribs.
  • the length of the area of the pull-off lip protruding from the suction nozzle housing is advantageously at least 18 mm, in particular 20 to 30 mm.
  • the length here is understood to mean the distance between the front face of the housing and the front end of the pull-off lip.
  • the length of the region of the support lip protruding from the suction nozzle housing is preferably at least 16 mm, in particular approximately 20 to 30 mm.
  • the two side edges of the pull lip are aligned parallel to one another, so that the distance that the two side edges have from one another, that is to say the width of the pull lip, is constant over the entire length of the pull lip.

  • FIGS 8 and 9 illustrate the cleaning of an edge area of a hard surface in the form of a window pane 110, which is delimited by a sealing strip 112. If the suction nozzle 12 is moved along the window pane 110, the case may occur that the pull-off lip 44, like the support lip 46, rests on the sealing strip 112 with its outer edge region. The lifting off of the support lip 46 does not have any major adverse effect on the cleaning result, but the lifting off of the pulling lip 44 could lead to liquid residues remaining on the window pane 110 in the area immediately adjacent to the sealing strip 112.

In addition, the invention relates to a hard surface suction device with such a suction nozzle.

A suction nozzle and a hard surface suction device for drawing off and sucking off a liquid from a hard surface are from the WO 2009/086893 A2 known. They are used in particular for cleaning window panes, but also for cleaning other hard surfaces, such as shower cubicle walls, glass doors or tiled walls. The portable hard surface suction device can be moved in a pulling direction along the hard surface in the manner of a manual window puller, so that liquid can be extracted from the hard surface.

The suction nozzle has a suction nozzle housing which surrounds a suction channel. An elastically deformable pull-off lip and an elastically deformable support lip, which protrude from the suction nozzle housing, are arranged on a housing end face of the suction nozzle housing. The pull-off lip has a pull-off lip edge on its front end region protruding from the suction nozzle housing, which can be applied to the hard surface to be cleaned, and the support lip has a support lip edge on its front end region protruding from the suction nozzle housing, which is also applied to the hard surface to be cleaned can. The pull-off lip and the support lip define between them a suction space, which is connected to the suction channel in the direction facing away from the pull-off lip edge and the support lip edge. The suction channel can be connected to a vacuum source, in particular to a suction unit, of the hard surface suction device, so that a suction flow is formed, under the effect of which liquid can be suctioned off the hard surface to be cleaned. The liquid can be sucked into the suction channel from the hard surface via the suction chamber. The hard surface suction device has a dirty liquid container that can hold the extracted liquid.

To vacuum a hard surface, the lip edge and the support lip edge are pressed against the hard surface to be cleaned and the suction nozzle is guided along the hard surface in a pulling direction, for example from top to bottom. Relative to the pull-off direction, the lip edge is arranged in front of the lip edge, so that liquid, which is located on the hard surface, builds up on the lip edge when the suction nozzle moves and from there reaches the suction lip via the at least one opening in the lip, from which from it is sucked into the suction channel. The pull-off lip edge, which is arranged behind the support lip edge in relation to the pull-off direction, slides along the hard surface and has the effect that, if possible, all the liquid is drawn off the hard surface, so that the hard surface is cleaned without streaks.

Die WO 2016/029967 A1 offenbart eine Saugdüse mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffes von Patentanspruch 1.The WO 2016/029967 A1 discloses a suction nozzle with the features of the preamble of claim 1.

Known suction nozzles and hard surface suction devices frequently have the problem that streak-free cleaning of the hard surface is only achieved if the user aligns the support lip and the pulling lip at a certain angle to the hard surface and presses the suction device against the hard surface with a certain force. If these conditions are not adhered to, there is a risk that liquid residues remain on the hard surface and impair the cleaning result.

The object of the present invention is therefore to develop a suction nozzle and a hard surface suction device of the type described in the introduction in such a way that a better cleaning result can be achieved.

This object is achieved by a suction nozzle with the features of claim 1.

In the suction nozzle according to the invention, a pull-off lip is used, which has at least one pull-off lip extension, which forms a pull-off lip edge and is oriented obliquely or perpendicularly to a longitudinal section of the pull-off lip protruding from the housing end face. The pull-off lip forms a longitudinal section protruding from the front of the housing, which is followed by the at least one pull-lip extension, which is inclined to the longitudinal section and forms a pull-lip edge at its free end. The lip extension protrudes obliquely or perpendicularly from the longitudinal section of the lip and can be pressed with its free end, which forms a lip edge, against the hard surface to be cleaned.

The use of a pull-off lip extension inclined to the longitudinal section, which forms a pull-off lip edge at its free end, has the advantage that the deformable pull-off lip can contact the hard surface to be cleaned practically linearly in a wide variety of orientations of the suction nozzle relative to the hard surface. In contrast to known suction nozzles, the user does not have to be careful to align the suction nozzle at a certain angle to the hard surface; rather, the provision of a longitudinal section and a protruding lip extension projecting from the longitudinal section in the direction of the hard surface ensure that this is practically independent of the Alignment of the suction nozzle relative to the hard surface, a line contact of the pull lip with the hard surface can be achieved. This in turn means that the cleaning result can be improved, in particular streak-free cleaning can be achieved.

The at least one pull-lip extension is preferably designed like a hook.

It is particularly advantageous if the pull-off lip has a pull-off lip extension which engages behind the lip edge in relation to the pull-off direction.

It can be provided, for example, that the pull-off lip has a longer and a shorter leg, which are oriented obliquely or perpendicular to one another, the longer leg forming the longitudinal section of the pull-off lip and the shorter leg forming a pull-off lip extension of the pull-off lip.

In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the pull lip is L-shaped.

It can be provided that the pulling lip has a single pulling lip extension, which can be pressed with its pulling lip edge against the hard surface to be cleaned, as was explained above. However, it can also be provided that the peeling lip has two peeling lip extensions, each of which forms a peeling lip edge and is based on the Point longitudinal section in different directions. This gives, for example, the possibility of mounting the pull-off lip optionally in a first or a second orientation on the suction nozzle housing, wherein in a first orientation a first pull-off lip extension is inclined in the direction of the hard surface to be cleaned and the edge of the pull-off lip can be pressed against the hard surface, and wherein in a second orientation the second lip extension is inclined in the direction of the hard surface to be cleaned and the edge of the pull lip can be pressed against the hard surface.

For example, it can be provided that the pull-off lip has two pull-off lip extensions, which are designed as a mirror image of a central plane of the longitudinal section of the pull-off lip.

In particular, the pull-off lip can be T-shaped or Y-shaped. A first arm of the peeling lip can form a first peeling lip extension with a first peeling lip edge, and a second arm of the peeling lip can form a second peeling lip extension with a second peeling lip edge, the two arms protruding from an elongated middle part of the peeling lip on opposite sides and the middle part den Longitudinal section of the pull lip.

It is advantageous if the length of the longitudinal section is at least six times the length of the lip extension. The length of the longitudinal section is the distance between the front end of the longitudinal section facing away from the suction channel and the front face of the suction nozzle housing, and the length of the pull-off lip extension is the vertical distance of the pull-lip edge arranged at the free end of the pull-off lip extension from a central plane of the longitudinal section.

The length of the pull-off lip extension can be, for example, 1 to 6 mm, in particular 2 to 4 mm, and the length of the longitudinal section can be, for example, 10 to 30 mm, in particular 16 to 24 mm.

In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the longitudinal section of the pull-off lip is designed to be straight in the undeformed basic position of the pull-off lip. An undeformed basic position is a position of the pull-off lip in which it does not contact the hard surface to be cleaned and is therefore not subject to any deformation caused by pressing against the hard surface. The longitudinal section is advantageously formed in a straight line in this basic position of the pull-off lip.

In the undeformed basic position of the pull-off lip, the longitudinal section preferably extends parallel or collinear to a central axis of the suction nozzle housing.

It is advantageous if the pull-off lip has a pull-off lip extension which, in the undeformed basic position of the pull-off lip, rests against the front end region of the support lip. With such a configuration, the distance between the front end region of the support lip and a pull-off lip extension is as small as possible. When applied to the hard surface to be cleaned, the pull-off lip and the support lip deform, the distance between the front end area of the support lip and the pull-lip extension in the basic position at the front end area of the support lip increases and liquid penetrate into the suction space between the pull-off lip and the support lip can. The smaller the distance between the front end of the support lip and the pull-off lip extension, the less air can flow into the suction space between the support lip and the pull-off lip extension and the stronger the suction flow prevailing in the suction space, and this in turn ensures that practically no liquid residues are present the hard surface remain. In order to keep the distance between the front end region of the support lip and the pull-off lip extension small during use of the suction nozzle, it is therefore advantageous if the pull-off lip extension which can be pressed onto the hard surface is in direct contact with the front end region of the support lip in the undeformed basic position of the pull-off lip.

It is expedient for the support lip to have an end face at its front end region, against which a pull-off lip extension rests with a contact surface in the undeformed basic position of the pull-off lip. In the undeformed basic position of the pull-off lip, a pull-off lip extension thus touches the support lip with its front end region, in that a contact surface of the pull-off lip extension rests against an end face of the support lip.

In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the end face of the support lip forms a wedge surface which extends to the edge of the support lip.

In the undeformed basic position of the pull-off lip, the contact surface of the pull-off lip extension advantageously forms an inclined surface inclined at an obtuse angle to an underside of the longitudinal section. The inclined surface can extend from the edge of the pull-off lip to the underside of the longitudinal section of the pull-off lip facing the support lip. The underside can be flat in the undeformed basic position of the pull lip.

In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the at least one opening in the support lip is designed as a recess arranged on the edge of the support lip. As already mentioned, liquid builds up on the support lip when the suction nozzle is moved along the hard surface to be cleaned in the pulling direction. The liquid that builds up on the support lip can reach the suction space between the support lip and the pull-off lip via the at least one end-side recess of the support lip. It is advantageous if a plurality of recesses are arranged on the lip edge.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the support lip has a plurality of depressions on its underside of the support lip facing away from the pull-off lip, each of which opens into a recess arranged on the edge of the support lip. Liquid that builds up on the hard lip to be cleaned when the supporting lip is guided along can pass over the Recesses, which are arranged on the underside of the support lip, reach the recesses arranged on the end face of the support lip and flow through them into the suction space.

It is expedient for the support lip to have a plurality of elevations on its upper side of the support lip facing the pull-off lip. The elevations can form spacers, so that it is ensured that the pull-off lip does not lie flat on the support lip even in the deformed state when the suction nozzle is moved along the hard surface to be cleaned. Rather, the elevations of the support lip ensure that liquid can get into the suction channel via the suction space.

In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the elevations which are arranged on the upper side of the supporting lips extend to an end face which has the supporting lip at its front end region. As already mentioned, it can be provided that a pull-off lip extension is supported with a contact surface on the end face of the support lip when the pull-off lip assumes its undeformed basic position.

In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the elevations arranged on the upper side of the supporting lips form rib-like flow guide elements. The shape of the flow guide elements can be adapted to the direction of flow of the suction flow, which is formed in the suction space when the suction channel is connected to a vacuum source. Flow losses can be kept low.

In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the elevations are arranged in a fan shape.

It is particularly advantageous if the distances between elevations immediately adjacent to one another increase with increasing distance from a central axis of the suction nozzle housing.

In order to close the suction space between the pull-off lip and the support lip laterally, that is to say in the region of the side edges of the pull-off lip and the support lip, the pull-off lip and / or the support lip form side walls in an advantageous embodiment of the invention. The suction space can be at least partially closed laterally by means of the side walls. The side walls can be designed, for example, in the manner of ribs which are formed on the pull-off lip and / or on the support lip in the region of the side edges. The provision of the side walls reduces the lateral inflow of false air into the suction space between the pull-off lip and the support lip. The lateral closing of the suction space thus optimizes the suction flow which forms between the pull-lip edge resting on the hard surface and the support lip edge resting on the hard surface and in this way improves the cleaning result.

A further improvement of the cleaning result is achieved in an advantageous embodiment of the invention in that the pull-off lip has a first and a second side edge, which limit the width of the pull-off lip, and in that the pull-off lip is regionally reinforced at a distance from the side edges. Due to the area-by-area reinforcement of the pull-off lip, it obtains a non-uniform bending stiffness, namely that the bending stiffness of the pull-off lip is higher in individual areas that are at a distance from the side edges than in the area of the side edges. The increased bending stiffness in some areas improves the cleaning result in cases in which an edge region of a hard surface, in particular an edge region of a window pane, is cleaned by means of the suction nozzle, with unevenness occurring in the edge region. Such bumps are caused, for example, by sealing strips formed that limit a window pane. If the edge area of the window pane is cleaned by means of the suction nozzle, the case can occur that the pull-off lip sits with its edge area adjacent to a side edge on a sealing strip and thereby stands out from the window pane. By strengthening the pull-off lip in areas that are at a distance from a side edge, the pull-off lip gains greater bending rigidity in some areas. This can reduce the risk of the pull-off lip inadvertently lifting off the window pane when it rests on a sealing strip with its outer edge region.

For example, it can be provided that the pull-off lip has at least one reinforcing rib on its upper side of the pull-off lip facing away from the support lip, at a distance from the side edges. The reinforcing rib advantageously extends over the entire length of the longitudinal section of the pull-off lip.

A pair of reinforcing ribs is preferably arranged at a distance from each side edge. In such an embodiment of the invention, the pull-off lip has at least two pairs of reinforcing ribs on the top of the pull-off lip, a first pair of reinforcing ribs being arranged at a short distance from a first side edge, and a second pair of reinforcing ribs at a short distance from the second side edge the pull-off lip is arranged. The two pairs of reinforcing ribs advantageously have the same distance from the nearest side edge of the pull-off lip.

The distance that the pairs of reinforcing ribs have from the respectively nearest side edge can be, for example, 4 mm to 8 mm.

The distance between the two reinforcing ribs of a pair of reinforcing ribs is preferably approximately 0.5 mm to approximately 3 mm.

It is particularly advantageous if the at least one reinforcing rib has a support surface which, when the pull-off lip is deformed from the undeformed basic position, bears against the front face of the housing in the direction facing away from the support lip. In the undeformed basic position of the pull-off lip, the support surface of the reinforcing ribs can be at a distance from the front face of the housing, but if the pull-off lip is pressed against the hard surface when cleaning a hard surface, the pull-off lip is deformed and the support surface of the reinforcing ribs comes into contact with the front face of the housing. As a result, the pull-off lip can be supported on the reinforcing ribs on the front face of the housing, and this in turn has the consequence that the pull-off lip has a greater bending stiffness in the region of the reinforcing ribs than in regions which have no reinforcing ribs.

The length of the area of the pull-off lip protruding from the suction nozzle housing is advantageously at least 18 mm, in particular 20 to 30 mm. The length here is understood to mean the distance between the front face of the housing and the front end of the pull-off lip.

Die Länge des aus dem Saugdüsengehäuse herausragenden Bereichs der Stützlippe beträgt bevorzugt mindestens 16 mm, insbesondere etwa 20 bis 30 mm.The length of the region of the support lip protruding from the suction nozzle housing is preferably at least 16 mm, in particular approximately 20 to 30 mm.

It can be provided that the two side edges of the pull lip are aligned parallel to one another, so that the distance that the two side edges have from one another, that is to say the width of the pull lip, is constant over the entire length of the pull lip. In the top view, the area of the pull-off lip protruding from the suction nozzle housing can be designed in a rectangular shape.

However, it can also be provided that the side edges of the pull-off lip have an increasing distance from one another with increasing distance from the housing front side of the suction nozzle housing, that is to say that the width of the pull-off lip increases with increasing distance from the housing front side increases. The area of the pull-off lip protruding from the suction nozzle housing can be designed trapezoidal in plan view, for example.

Alternatively, it can be provided, for example, that the side edges of the pull-off lip are curved outward in an arc shape.

As already mentioned, the invention relates not only to a suction nozzle but also to a portable hard surface suction device with such a suction nozzle. The portable hard-surface suction device can be designed in particular in the form of a hand-held device that can be carried by the user with one hand and can be guided along a window pane in a pull-off direction in the manner of a manual window puller. The hard surface suction device has a suction unit as well as a dirty liquid tank and a separating device, wherein liquid can be separated from an absorbed liquid-air mixture by means of the separating device. In addition, the hard surface suction device has a suction nozzle of the type explained above.

With the help of the suction unit, a suction flow can be generated in the suction space between the pull-off lip and the support lip and in the suction channel adjoining the suction space, under the effect of which a mixture of liquid and air can be sucked into the suction space. The sucked-in liquid can be separated from the mixture of liquid and air with the aid of the separating device and transferred to the dirty liquid tank. The sucked-in air can be released into the environment via air outlet openings of the hard surface suction device.

In the Figures 1 to 9 an advantageous embodiment of a portable hard surface suction device according to the invention is shown, the overall with the reference number 10 is occupied and which has an advantageous embodiment of a suction nozzle 12 according to the invention.

With the help of the portable hard surface suction device, liquid can be drawn off and sucked up from a hard surface, in particular from a window pane. The hard surface suction device can be moved along the hard surface by the user in the manner of a manual window puller. The portable hard surface suction device thus forms a window cleaning device.

The hard surface suction device 10 comprises a basic housing 14, which forms a handle 16 and surrounds a suction unit 18, which is driven by an electric motor 20. The electric motor 20 is supplied with electrical energy by a rechargeable battery 22 arranged in the basic housing 14.

The suction unit 18 is in flow connection via a suction line 24 running in the basic housing 14 with a separating device 26 arranged in the basic housing 14, with the aid of which liquid can be separated from a sucked-in liquid-air mixture. The separated liquid can be transferred to a dirty liquid container 28, which can be arranged on the side of the basic housing 14 facing away from the handle 16 and can be separated from the basic housing 14 for emptying.

The suction nozzle 12 adjoins the base housing 14 at the top. The suction nozzle 12 has a suction nozzle housing 30 and can be detachably connected to the basic housing 14. The suction nozzle housing 30 comprises an upper housing half-shell 32 and a lower housing half-shell 34, which are screwed together by means of connecting screws 36. How especially out Figure 7 becomes clear, the suction nozzle housing 30 surrounds a suction channel 38, which extends from a housing end face 40 to a housing rear side 42. The housing end face 40 faces away from the basic housing 14, whereas the rear side 42 of the housing faces the basic housing 14.

An elastically deformable pull-off lip 44 and an elastically deformable support lip 46 are held on the housing end face 40 and protrude forwardly from the suction nozzle housing 30 in the direction facing away from the suction channel 38.

For example, a silicone material can be used to produce the pull-off lip 44.

The support lip 46 is advantageously molded onto the lower housing half-shell 34. Here, the lower housing half-shell 34 can form a common injection-molded part with two components together with the support lip 46. The lower housing half-shell 34 can form a hard component of the injection molded part and the support lip 46 can form an elastomer component of the injection molded part.

The pull-off lip 44 has a holding section 48 which faces the suction channel 38 and is clamped between the upper housing half-shell 32 and an intermediate part 37. The intermediate part 37 is clamped between the upper housing half-shell 32 and the lower housing half-shell 34. In the direction facing away from the suction channel 38, the holding section 48 is adjoined by a longitudinal section 50 of the pull-off lip 44 protruding from the housing end face 40. In the in the Figures 1 to 6 In the undeformed basic position of the pull-off lip 44 shown, the longitudinal section 50 is designed in a straight line. The longitudinal section 50 is followed by a hook-like pull-off lip extension 52 which is inclined to the longitudinal section 50 and which forms a pull-off lip edge 54 at its free end. As will be explained in more detail below, the pull-off lip edge 54 can be placed against a hard surface to be cleaned, so that the pull-off lip 44 makes linear contact with the hard surface to be cleaned.

In der unverformten Grundstellung liegt die Stützlippenkante 56 an der Abziehlippenkante 54 an.The support lip 46 also protrudes from the housing end face 40. At its free end, the support lip 46 forms a support lip edge 56. In the undeformed basic position, the support lip edge 56 rests on the pull lip edge 54.

The support lip 46 has a support lip top 58 facing the pull lip 44 and a support lip bottom 60 facing away from the pull lip 54. A wedge-shaped end face 62 extends from the support lip 46 in the direction of the top lip 58, on which the pull-off lip 44 rests flat in the undeformed basic position by means of a contact surface 64 designed complementarily to the end face 62. The contact surface 64 forms an inclined surface 68 inclined at an obtuse angle to an underside 94 of the longitudinal section 50. In the embodiment shown, the angle between the inclined surface 68 and the underside 94 of the longitudinal section 50 is approximately 135 °.

Like from the Figures 4 and 5 becomes clear, the support lip 46 on the support lip top 58 has a plurality of elevations 70, which are arranged symmetrically to a central axis 72 of the suction nozzle housing 30, the distance between two immediately adjacent elevations 70 increasing with increasing distance from the central axis 72. The elevations 70 form rib-like flow guide elements 74 which are arranged in a fan shape on the upper side 58 of the support lip.

On the support lip edge 56, the support lip 46 has a plurality of openings in the form of recesses 76, which are designed in a semicircular shape.

On the underside of the support lip 60, the support lip 46 has a multiplicity of depressions 78 which each open into a recess 76.

The pull-off lip 44 defines, together with the support lip 46, a suction space 80 which is delimited on a first side edge 82 of the pull-off lip 44 by a first side wall 84 and on a second side edge 86 of the pull-off lip 44 by a second side wall 88. The two side walls 84, 88 are integrally connected to the pull lip 44. The distance between the first side edge 82 and the second side edge 86 defines the width of the pull lip 44.

The pull-off lip 44 has a pull-off lip top 92 facing away from the support lip 46 and the longitudinal section 50 has the already mentioned bottom 94 facing the support lip 46. The underside 94 is flat in the undeformed basic position of the pull-off lip 44 and extends parallel to the central axis 72 of the suction nozzle housing 30.

The pull-off lip 44 is reinforced in some areas. For this purpose, it has a first pair of reinforcing ribs 96, 98 on the upper side 92 of the pulling lip, at a short distance from the first side edge 82, and at a short distance from the second side edge 86 of the upper side of the pulling lip 44 has a second pair of reinforcing ribs 100, 102 on the upper side 92 of the pulling lip. The reinforcing ribs 96, 98, 100 and 102 are each identical, aligned parallel to the central axis 72 and extend with increasing height from the free end 90 of the pull-off lip 44 to the housing end face 40, each forming a support surface 104 facing the housing end face 40, which is aligned perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 66 of the longitudinal section 50.

Der Abstand beträgt jeweils etwa 4 bis 8 mm.The distance A1 that the first pair of reinforcing ribs 96, 98 occupies from the first side edge 82 is identical to the distance A2 that the second pair of reinforcing ribs 100, 102 occupies from the second side edge 86. The distance is about 4 to 8 mm.

The distance between the two reinforcing ribs 96, 98 of the first pair of reinforcing ribs is approximately 1 to 3 mm in the exemplary embodiment shown and is identical to the distance between the two reinforcing ribs 100, 102 of the second pair of reinforcing ribs.

The length L1 of the area of the pull-off lip 44 protruding from the suction nozzle housing 30 in the exemplary embodiment shown is at least 18 mm, preferably 20 to 30 mm, and the length L2 of the area of the support lip 46 protruding from the suction nozzle housing 30 is at least 16 mm, preferably 20 to 30 mm.

Der Abziehlippenfortsatz 52 hintergreift die Stützlippe 46 bezogen auf die Abziehrichtung 108.As already mentioned, the hard surface suction device 10 can be moved along this to clean a hard surface. In Figure 7 The cleaning of a hard surface 106 is illustrated, with only the suction nozzle 12 being shown schematically in a longitudinal section in the region of the central axis 72 in order to achieve a simpler overview. The suction nozzle 12 can be moved along the hard surface 106 in a pull-off direction 108, in the exemplary embodiment shown from top to bottom, the pull-off lip edge 54 and the supporting lip edge 56 contacting the hard surface 106. In relation to the pull-off direction 108, the support lip edge 56 is arranged in front of the pull-lip edge 54. During the cleaning of the hard surface 106, the support lip edge 56 is at a distance from the removal lip edge 54 due to the deformation of the support lip 46 and the deformation of the pulling lip 44. The pull-off lip extension 52 engages behind the support lip 46 in relation to the pull-off direction 108.

Von der Abscheideeinrichtung 26 strömt die Flüssigkeit in den Schmutzflüssigkeitsbehälter 28.If the suction nozzle 12 is moved along the hard surface 106 in the pull-off direction 108, liquid which adheres to the hard surface 106 accumulates in front of the support lip 46 and passes through the depressions 78 arranged on the underside 60 of the support lip and the recesses arranged on the edge 56 of the support lip 76 into the suction space 80 between the support lip 46 and the pull-off lip 44. To clean a hard surface 106, the suction nozzle 12 is of course connected to the base housing 14 of the hard surface suction device 10 and a suction flow is generated by the suction unit 18, under the effect of which the liquid in the suction space 80 reaches the separating device 26 via the suction channel 38. The liquid flows from the separating device 26 into the dirty liquid container 28.

Due to the extension lip 52 protruding obliquely from the longitudinal section 50, which gives the removal lip 44 a cranked configuration, the removal lip 44 contacts the hard surface 106 to be cleaned linearly even when the removal lip 44 is deformed from its basic position, as shown in FIG Figure 7 is illustrated. The linear contact ensures that the hard surface 106 can be cleaned without streaks, the cleaning result being practically independent of the force with which the user presses the pull-off lip 44 against the hard surface 106 and practically also independent of the angle that the central axis 72 of the Suction nozzle housing 30 to the surface 106 to be cleaned.

The Figures 8 and 9 illustrate the cleaning of an edge area of a hard surface in the form of a window pane 110, which is delimited by a sealing strip 112. If the suction nozzle 12 is moved along the window pane 110, the case may occur that the pull-off lip 44, like the support lip 46, rests on the sealing strip 112 with its outer edge region. This can result in the support lip 46 and the pull-off lip 44 lifting off from the window pane 110 in the region immediately adjacent to the sealing strip 112. The lifting off of the support lip 46 does not have any major adverse effect on the cleaning result, but the lifting off of the pulling lip 44 could lead to liquid residues remaining on the window pane 110 in the area immediately adjacent to the sealing strip 112. In order to prevent this, the reinforcing ribs 96, 98, 100 and 102 are arranged on the pull-off lip top side 92 at a short distance from the side edges 82, 86. The consequence of this is that the pull-off lip 44 has a higher bending stiffness in the region of the reinforcing ribs 96, 98, 100 and 102, since the reinforcing ribs 96, 98, 100 and 102 counteract a deformation of the pull-off lip 44. When the pull-off lip 44 is deformed in the direction facing away from the window pane 110, the reinforcing ribs, which are arranged adjacent to the sealing strip 112, are supported with their support surface 104 on the housing end face 40 and therefore counteract a deformation of the pull-off lip 44. The provision of the reinforcing ribs 96, 98, 100 and 102 thus leads to an improved cleaning result when cleaning an edge region of a window pane.

Figure 10 shows an alternative embodiment of a suction nozzle according to the invention, which is denoted overall by reference numeral 120. The suction nozzle 120 is largely identical to the suction nozzle 12 explained above. The suction nozzle 120 has, in particular, the suction nozzle housing 30 already explained above with a housing end face 40. In contrast to the suction nozzle 12, the suction nozzle 120 in FIG Figure 10 schematically shown suction nozzle 120 use a pull-off lip 124, the width of which increases with increasing distance from the housing end face 40. The pull-off lip 124 has a first side edge 126 and a second side edge 128, both of which are designed in a straight line and run obliquely outwards, so that the distance that the two side edges 126, 128 have from one another becomes uniform with increasing distance from the housing end face 40 enlarged. In the top view, the area of the pull-off lip 124 protruding from the suction nozzle housing 30 is designed to be trapezoidal.

The suction nozzle 120 also has a pull-in lip 124 in addition to the pull-off lip Figure 10 Support lip, not shown, is used, the width of the support lip also increasing uniformly with increasing distance from the housing end face 40.

In Figure 11 A further alternative embodiment of a suction nozzle according to the invention is shown schematically, which is denoted overall by reference number 130. The suction nozzle is largely identical to that in Figure 10 Suction nozzle 120 shown. The suction nozzle 130 has a pull-off lip 134, the first side edge 136 and second side edge 138 of which are curved outward in an arc shape. Of course, the suction nozzle 130 also has an in addition to the pull-off lip 134 Figure 11 support lip, not shown. The support lip can also be curved outward in an arc shape Have side edges, which thus show practically the same course as the side edges 136, 138 of the pull-off lip 134.

In the Figures 12 to 20 longitudinal sectional views of alternative configurations of pull-off lips are shown schematically. Figure 12 shows a pull-off lip 140 which is configured similarly to the pull-off lip 44 explained in detail above. The pull-off lip 140 has a longitudinal section 142, from which, as in the case of the pull-off lip 44, a single pull-off lip extension 144 projects laterally. The pull-off lip extension 144 is designed essentially in the manner of a right-angled triangle and has an inclined surface 146 which is oriented at an angle of approximately 135 ° to the underside 148 of the longitudinal section 142. In addition, the peel lip extension 144 has a front end surface 150 that is oriented at right angles to a central plane 152. The pull-off lip 140 is essentially L-shaped.

Figure 13 schematically shows a peeling lip 160, which also has a single peeling lip extension 164. In contrast to the pull-off lip 140, the pull-off lip 160 has a front end surface with an upper end surface section 166 and a lower end surface section 168 which are aligned at an angle to one another. The upper end surface section 166 is aligned parallel to an inclined surface 170, which projects from the underside 172 of a longitudinal section 173 and is oriented at an angle of approximately 135 ° to the underside 172, and the lower end surface section 168, which together with the inclined surface 170, the pull lip edge 174 of the pull-off lip 160 is oriented perpendicular to the central plane 176 of the pull-off lip 160.

In the Figures 14 to 20 Further alternative designs of pull-off lips are shown schematically, wherein these pull-off lips each have two pull-off lip extensions and are designed mirror-symmetrically to a central plane.

Figure 14 shows a peeling lip 180 with a first peeling lip extension 182 and a second peeling lip extension 184. The first peeling lip extension 182 protrudes downward from the underside 186 of a longitudinal section 190 and the second lip extension 184 protrudes upward from the upper side 188 of the longitudinal section 190. Together with the longitudinal section 190, the pull-off lip extensions 182, 184 form a common front end surface 192 of the pull-off lip 180, which is oriented perpendicular to a central plane 194 of the pull-off lip 180. A lower bevel surface 196 of the first peel lip extension 192 extends from the bottom 186 to a first peel lip edge 198, and an upper bevel surface 200 of the second peel lip extension 184 extends from the top 188 to a second peel lip edge 202.

Figure 15 schematically shows a pull-off lip 210 which is essentially T-shaped, a first pull-off lip extension 212 projecting perpendicularly from an underside 214 of a longitudinal section 215 and a second pull-off lip extension 216 projecting vertically from an upper side 218 of the longitudinal section 215.

In Figure 16 A peel lip 230 is shown schematically, in which a first peel lip extension 232 and a second peel lip extension 234 are oriented obliquely to a central plane 236 and are essentially rectangular. The pull-off lip 230 is essentially Y-shaped.

Figure 17 schematically shows a pull-off lip 240 with a first pull-off lip extension 242, which protrudes from an underside 244 of a longitudinal section 254 and forms a first arcuate transition surface 246, which is concave and adjoins the underside 244. In addition, the pull-off lip 240 has a second pull-off lip extension 248, which protrudes from an upper side 250 of the longitudinal section 254 and forms a second arcuate transition surface 252, which is designed in a concave manner and adjoins the upper side 250. The first lip extension 242, together with the longitudinal portion 254 of the lip 240, forms a lower end surface 256 of the lip 240, and the second lip extension forms together with the longitudinal portion 254 an upper end surface 258 of the pull lip 240. The two end surfaces 256, 258 are aligned at an obtuse angle to one another and each is designed flat.

Figure 18 schematically shows a peeling lip 270 with a first peeling lip extension 272, which has a first inclined surface 276 projecting from the underside 274 of a longitudinal section 290, and with a second peeling lip extension 278, which projects from an upper side 280 of the longitudinal section 290 and has a second inclined surface 282 connects to the top 280. The first peeling lip extension 272 forms, together with the longitudinal section 290 of the peeling lip 270, a lower end surface 292, and the second peeling lip extension 278 forms together with the longitudinal section 290 an upper end surface 294. The two end surfaces 292, 294 are each flat and aligned at an obtuse angle to one another.

In Figure 19 schematically shows a peeling lip 300 which has a first peeling lip extension 302 and a second peeling lip extension 304, the two peeling lip extensions 302, 304 forming an arcuate, concave end surface 308 together with a longitudinal section 306 of the peeling lip 300.

In Figure 20 A peeling lip 320 is shown schematically, in which a first peeling lip extension 322, together with a second peeling lip extension 324 and a longitudinal section 326, form a rectilinear end surface 330 oriented perpendicularly to a central plane 328. Both the pull-off lip 300, which in Figure 19 is shown, as well as in the case of the pull-off lip 320, which is shown in FIG. 20, the pull-off lip extensions of the respective end surface 308 or 330 have concave transition surfaces 310, 312 or 332, 334.

The in the Figures 12 to 20 schematically shown pull-off lips, like the pull-off lip 44, can be spaced in regions from their side edges be reinforced in order to impart a non-uniform bending stiffness to the pull-off lip, as explained in detail above using the example of the pull-off lip 44.

Especially those in the Figures 12 and 13 Peeling lips 140 and 160 shown can have reinforcing ribs on their top lip spacing at a distance from the respective side edges, in particular a pair of reinforcing ribs at a distance from each side edge.

Reinforcing ribs can also be used in the Figures 14 to 20 pull-off lips shown are used, which are each arranged at a distance from a side edge. It can be provided here that reinforcing ribs are arranged both on the upper side of the pulling lip and on the lower side of the pulling lip, whereby these stand out less far from the underside or the upper side of the respective longitudinal section than the edges of the pulling lip extensions, so that it is ensured that the edges of the pulling lip are in contact the hard surface to be cleaned can be pressed without the reinforcing ribs contacting the hard surface.
