Definitions
- the invention relates to a door fitting and a method for assembling a door fitting.
- the invention relates in particular to a door fitting and a method which allow the door fitting to be installed in such a way that the door fitting is secured against unauthorized dismantling from the outside of the door when the door is closed.
- Door fittings can be attached to a door leaf or a tubular frame of a door. Door fittings can cover components that allow actuation of a latch or bolt on the door. Door fittings can also be attached for aesthetic reasons, for example to cover openings that are not used but are present in the door.
- One way to secure the door fitting against unauthorized dismantling when the door is closed is to provide the outer fitting part with an internal thread on its rear side (ie on the side that faces the door in the assembled state).
- Fastening elements such as screws or threaded bolts can be mounted through the door from the inside of the door so that they engage with the internal thread of the outside fitting part.
- the door has openings which allow screws to be passed through from the inside to the outside as far as the internal thread of the external fitting part.
- openings are often not available as standard, for example in tubular frame doors. The introduction of additional openings that go from the inside to the outside through the door or the tubular frame of the door may be undesirable or prohibited for fire protection reasons or for other reasons.
- the U.S. 4,640,112 A discloses a cover arrangement for a door which is secured against unauthorized dismantling.
- a door plate is designed in such a way that it is placed over a fastening disc that is fixed to the door. To remove the door plate, the door plate must be rotated. A lock cylinder prevents the door plate from rotating when it is installed.
- Such a cover arrangement is complex in terms of its design and assembly.
- the US 6 264 255 B1 discloses an arrangement with a handle unit and an element which is fixed to the corresponding component on the inside with screws going through the door.
- the handle unit can be easily removed by disengaging a locking element on each side and is not secured against unauthorized dismantling.
- the GB 2 182 382 A discloses a fastening device having a base plate with a threaded hole for a screw. A locking pin extending from a handle is engageable with a bore on a top of the screw.
- the GB 2 167 114 A discloses another exemplary fastening device.
- the DE 199 20 037 A1 discloses a cylinder lock rosette in which dovetail grooves are machined.
- the invention is based on the object of specifying an improved door fitting and an improved method for assembling a door fitting.
- the invention is based in particular on the object of specifying a door fitting and a method for assembling a door fitting, with an outside fitting part being secured against unauthorized dismantling from the outside of the door when the door is closed, without additional openings being made in the door or a tubular frame for this purpose that extend from the inside to the outside of the door.
- the invention is based, in particular, on the object of specifying such a door fitting which is easy to assemble and has a simple and robust design.
- the outer fitting part has a projection or an undercut which interacts with a corresponding undercut or a corresponding projection of a first engagement element.
- the outside fitting part can, for example, first be placed on the first engagement element and then moved translationally or rotationally in a direction parallel to the outside of the door so that the projection is inserted into the undercut and the outside fitting part is hooked onto the first engagement element.
- the interaction of the projection with the undercut prevents the outside fitting part from being removed in a direction perpendicular to the outside of the door.
- a component which rests positively on the outside fitting part. This can prevent the outside fitting part from being moved in a direction parallel to the door relative to the first engagement element.
- the component can be a square handle pin, a lock cylinder, a screw or some other element that, in the assembled state, can be found through an opening that is mandatory in the door anyway (for example an opening for a square handle pin or lock cylinder) the inside extends beyond the outside of the door.
- the first engagement element is designed in such a way that it can be fixed on the outside of the door, for example by screwing with fastening threads on the outside of the door.
- the fastening threads on the outside of the door do not have to run from the inside to the outside of the door in order to prevent unauthorized dismantling of the outside fitting part. Rather, the outside fitting part is secured against unauthorized dismantling from the outside by the engagement between the projection and the undercut in combination with the positive engagement of the component.
- the first engagement element and the outside fitting part can be designed in such a way that they are only fastened from the outside of the door.
- the first engagement element can be screwed to the door, whereby the fastening screws do not have to go through the thickness of the door.
- the outside fitting part can simply be hung from the outside of the door on the first engagement element and optionally screwed from the outside of the door to a fastening plate, which can also be screwed on from the outside of the door.
- a door fitting is specified.
- the door fitting has an outside fitting part for mounting on an outside of a door and a securing arrangement for preventing unauthorized dismantling of the outside fitting part from the outside of the door.
- the fuse arrangement has a first Engaging element and a second engaging element.
- the first engagement element can be fixed on the outside of the door.
- the second engagement element is arranged on the outside fitting part.
- One of the engagement elements has an undercut, and the other of the engagement elements has a projection which can be introduced into the undercut.
- the securing arrangement has a component which, in the assembled state of the door fitting, prevents a relative movement between the outer fitting part and the first engagement element by means of a form-fitting contact in order to secure the projection in the undercut.
- the door fitting is easy to assemble, since first the first engagement element can be fixed on the outside of the door, then the outside fitting part can be placed on the first engagement element in a direction essentially perpendicular to the outside of the door, and then the outside fitting part by a movement can be hooked into the first engagement element parallel to the outside of the door.
- a disengagement of the projection from the undercut is prevented by the component, which can be, for example, a square handle pin or a lock cylinder and which rests positively on the outer fitting part when the door fitting is mounted.
- the component By positively engaging the outside fitting part, the component can prevent the outside fitting part from being displaced in a direction parallel to the outside of the door relative to the first engagement element, whereby the projection would disengage from the undercut.
- the component In the assembled state, the component extends from the inside to the outside of the door. This makes it easy to ensure that the component can only be removed if there is also access to the inside of the door.
- the component can be dimensioned to extend in the assembled state from an inside fitting part to the outside fitting part.
- the component can be dimensioned to pass through an opening for a square handle pin, an opening for a lock cylinder, a perforation for a door plate or another perforation or opening that is standard in the door and does not have to be machined extends to the outside of the door.
- the component can be a square handle pin, a lock cylinder or a screw.
- the outer fitting part can have a contact surface for the component.
- the outer fitting part can have a recess for receiving one end of the component in a form-fitting manner.
- the recess can be dimensioned so that the end of the component can be snugly received therein.
- the recess can be movably mounted in the outer fitting part.
- the recess can in particular be a recess for receiving one end of a square handle pin, which is pivotably mounted in the outer fitting part.
- the outer fitting part can have a coupling which selectively couples the recess for receiving the square handle pin for a pivoting movement with a door handle.
- the door fitting can have an inside fitting part on which the component rests in the assembled state of the door fitting, so that the component is positioned essentially free of play on the inside fitting part and the outside fitting part.
- the securing arrangement can have at least two spaced-apart undercuts and at least two projections which can each be introduced into one of the undercuts.
- the projection can be introduced into the undercut by a movement parallel to the outside of the door. This enables the projection to be brought into engagement with the undercut during assembly after the outer fitting part has been placed on the first engagement element by a simple rotation or displacement parallel to the outside of the door.
- the projection can be introduced into the undercut parallel to the outside of the door by a pivoting movement of the outer fitting part.
- the projection can be introduced into the undercut by shifting the outside fitting part parallel to the outside of the door.
- the first engagement element and the second engagement element can be designed such that they prevent a movement of the outside fitting part in a direction perpendicular to the outside of the door when the projection is inserted into the undercut. This prevents unauthorized removal of the outside fitting part in a direction perpendicular to the outside of the door.
- the first engagement element and the second engagement element can be designed so that they allow a movement of the outside fitting part in a direction parallel to the outside of the door when the projection is inserted into the undercut and the component does not rest positively on the outside fitting part. This makes it possible to easily bring the fitting part on the outside into engagement with the first engagement element and to simply disengage it during the authorized dismantling.
- the engagement elements can be designed in such a way that the projection is held in the undercut on a contact surface of the door fitting that runs parallel to the outside of the door when the door fitting is in the assembled state.
- the securing arrangement can have an insertion opening for passing through the projection and a slot-shaped opening which extends from the insertion opening and along which the projection can be moved.
- the slot-shaped opening can be dimensioned in order to prevent the projection from passing through the slot-shaped opening.
- the fuse arrangement can have two insertion openings each for passing through a projection.
- a distance between centers of the insertion openings can correspond to a distance between centers of fastening threads on the outside of the door or of a tubular frame.
- a distance between centers of the insertion openings can be, for example, 28 mm or 50 mm. This makes it easier to put the fitting part on the outside, in particular when the first engagement element has two threaded bolts which are screwed to the fastening threads on the outside of the door.
- the securing arrangement has a fastening plate on which the first engagement element is arranged.
- the fastening plate has fastening openings, which are aligned with fastening threads on the outside of the door, for screwing the fastening plate.
- a distance between centers of the fastening openings can be, for example, 28 mm or 50 mm.

- the controller can be configured to selectively control the actuator as a function of whether the identified identification element is authorized to operate the door.
- a door is specified which has the door fitting according to an exemplary embodiment.
- the door can be a tubular frame door.
- the door fitting can be mounted on a door leaf or on a tubular frame of the door.
- a method for mounting a door fitting according to the invention on a door, in particular on a tubular frame door specified.
- the method has the following steps: fixing a first engagement element on an outside of the door; Mounting an outside fitting part, which has a second engaging element, on the outside of the door in such a way that the first engaging element and the second engaging element engage with one another, one of the engaging elements having an undercut and the other of the engaging elements having a projection which, when the outside fitting part is introduced into the undercut; and assembling a component in such a way that the assembled component, by means of a form-fitting contact, prevents the projection from being moved out of the undercut by a relative movement between the outer fitting part and the first engagement element.
- the door fitting and the method for assembling a door fitting provide security against unauthorized dismantling of the outside fitting part from the outside of the door when the door is closed, without significantly increasing the costs and / or the installation effort for the door fitting.
- the door fitting and the method for assembling the door fitting can be used in particular in tubular frame doors, without being restricted to this.

- Embodiments relate to a door fitting with a security arrangement which prevents unauthorized dismantling of an outside fitting part from an outside of the door when the door is closed.
- outside of the door refers to the side that faces a non-secured area.
- inside of the door refers to the side that is opposite the outside.
- the inside of the door can face a secured area so that the door separates the secured area from the unsecured area without this being absolutely necessary.
- a “dismantling” of an outside fitting part is understood to mean, in particular, a non-destructive, reversible dismantling.
- An arrangement for preventing unauthorized dismantling can in particular be understood to mean an embodiment which prevents non-destructive dismantling of the outside fitting part from the outside even when the necessary tools are used if there is no access to the inside of the door.
- the door fitting which is described in detail below, defines a plane to rest on the outside of the door. This level can be reached through the side of the outer fitting part facing the door (door fitting from FIGS. 1 to 4 ) or by a mounting plate (embodiment of FIGS. 5 to 8 ) be defined.
- References to directions, which are given in relation to the outside of the door for the sake of clarity, are to be understood to mean that a movement of the outside fitting part takes place perpendicular to the outside of the door in a direction which is perpendicular to the plane through the outside fitting part or the mounting plate is defined.
- a movement parallel to the outside of the door is a movement which takes place in or parallel to the plane which is defined by the outside fitting or the fastening plate.
- Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 show a perspective view of a door 1 and components of a door fitting 10 according to the prior art in an exploded view.
- the door 1 can be a tubular frame door.
- the door 1 has an inside 3 and an outside 2.
- Several openings or perforations can be present as standard in a door leaf or a tubular frame, for example an opening 4 for a square handle pin or an opening 5 for a lock cylinder.

- a door handle in particular a handle 9, knob or button, can be attached to the outside fitting part 30.
- the securing arrangement secures the outside fitting part 30 on the outside 2 of the door 1 in such a way that the engagement between the first engagement element and the second engagement element prevents the outside fitting part 30 from being pulled off in a direction perpendicular to the outside 2 of the door 1.
- the component 40 (for example a square pusher pin 40) prevents in the assembled state, advantageously by a form fit with the outer fitting part 30, that the outer fitting part 30 is moved parallel to the outer side 2 of the door 1 in a translatory or rotational manner so that the first engagement element and disengage the second engagement element.
- the component 40 is advantageously a component that is passed through an opening that is already present in the door 1.
- the component 40 can be a square handle pin 40 which is dimensioned such that it runs through an opening 4 for a square handle pin when the door fitting 10 is mounted.
- Alternative configurations and arrangements of the component 40 are possible.
- the component 40 can be dimensioned such that it can pass through an opening 5 for a lock cylinder or a perforation for a door plate.

- the outside fitting part 30 can be placed on the threaded bolts in a direction perpendicular to the outside 2 of the door 1. Subsequently, the outside fitting part 30 can be shifted or pivoted in a direction parallel to the outside 2 of the door 1 relative to the threaded bolts in order to introduce the head 23 of each threaded bolt into the corresponding undercut. The outside fitting part 30 is thereby suspended on the first engagement element 21.
- the component 40 can, for example, be passed through an opening 4 present in the door 1 from the inside 3 of the door 1 in such a way that it protrudes beyond the outside 2 of the door 1 and enters the receptacle 33 in the outside fitting 30.
- the installation of the component 40 on the outside fitting part 30 secures the outside fitting part 30 against movement relative to the first engagement element 21 parallel to the outside 2 of the door 1.
- the inside fitting part (not shown) can then be attached to the inside 3 of the door 1 and with it the component 40 are brought into engagement in order to reduce the play of the component 40.
- FIGS. 5 to 8 are views of a door fitting 50 according to an exemplary embodiment according to the invention.

- Each insertion opening 67 has - similarly to what is referred to Fig. 4 - has a diameter which enables the heads 77 of the second engagement elements 71 to be inserted in a direction perpendicular to the outside 2 of the door 1.
- the outer fitting part 70 can be moved translationally or rotationally along the fastening plate 60, the heads 77 sliding into the undercuts 61 of the fastening plate 60.
- the head 77 of the second engagement element 71 is positioned in the (in Fig. 7 enlarged) undercuts 61 prevents the contact of the head 77 on the end surface 69 covering the undercut, that the outside fitting part 70 is pulled off in a direction perpendicular to the outside 2 of the door.
- the openings 67, 68 provided at the undercuts 61 in the fastening plate 60 have the insertion opening 67 and the slot-shaped opening 68 extending therefrom, which are generally as referenced Fig. 4 may be designed as described.
- the slot-shaped opening 68 enables the shaft 78 of the second engagement element 71 to pass through, but prevents the head 77 having a larger diameter from passing through and thus secures the head 77 in the undercut 61.
- the openings 67, 68 on the undercuts 61 can be designed so that the slot-shaped openings 68 are vertically below the insertion openings when the fastening plate 60 is installed 67 is located.
- the outer fitting part 30 can be displaced at least partially under the action of gravity in such a way that the head 77 slides behind the slot-shaped opening 68, so that the head 77 is positioned in the undercut 61.
- the outside fitting part 70 can optionally be screwed to the fastening plate 60 via threaded bolts or screws 75 which engage with openings 66, 76 in the fastening plate 60 and the outside fitting part 70. However, this is not absolutely necessary, since a safeguard against unauthorized dismantling takes place through the interaction of the first and second engagement elements 61, 71 as well as the positive engagement of the component 40 (for example a square handle pin 40) on the outer fitting part 70.
- the outer fitting part 70 can have a receptacle 73 for receiving one end of the component 40.
- the fastening plate 60 can have a recess 64 through which the component 40 can protrude into the receptacle 73.
- the receptacle 73 can, but does not have to be, arranged immovably in the outer fitting part 70.
- the receptacle 73 can be selectively rotatable in order to allow a pivoting of the square pusher pin 40 to actuate the latch.
- the outer fitting part 70 can have a coupling which can be activated in such a way that the door handle is only brought into an operative connection with the receptacle 73 for pivoting the square handle pin if authorization to operate the door 1 is positively verified has been.
- the door fitting 50 can be assembled as follows. First, the fastening plate 60 can be screwed onto the fastening threads 6 on the outside. The outside fitting 70 can be placed on the fastening plate 60 in a direction perpendicular to the outside 2 of the door 1. The outer fitting part 30 can then be displaced or pivoted in a direction parallel to the outer side 2 of the door 1 relative to the fastening plate 60 in order to introduce the head 77 of each second engagement element 71 into the corresponding undercut 61.
- the component 40 can, for example, be passed through an opening 4 present in the door 1 from the inside 3 of the door 1 in such a way that it protrudes over the outside 2 of the door 1 and enters the receptacle 73 in the outside fitting part 70 around the outside fitting part 70 to secure against movement relative to the fastening plate 60 in a direction parallel to the outside 2 of the door 1.
- the inside fitting part (not shown) can then be attached to the inside 3 of the door 1 and brought into engagement with the component 40 in order to reduce the play of the component 40.
- the door fitting 50 has additional components compared to the door fitting 10, it offers greater flexibility.
- the second engagement elements 71 on the outside fitting part 70 do not necessarily have to be arranged on the outside fitting part 70 in such a way that their relative positions correspond to the arrangement of outside fastening threads 6.
- the door fittings 10, 50 can each be electric door fittings.
- the door fittings 10, 50 can have an actuator (not shown).
- the actuator can be arranged for coupling and decoupling an outside door handle with the square handle pin 40.
- the door fitting 10, 50 can have a controller for controlling the actuator.
- the door fitting 10, 50 can have a sensor for recognizing an identification element (for example a transponder, an RFID chip, a mobile communication terminal or another identification element).
- the controller can be configured to selectively control the actuator as a function of whether the identified identification element is authorized to operate the door.
- the outside door handle can be selectively coupled to the square handle pin 40 via the receptacle 33, 73 when the controller has determined authorization to operate the door 1 on the basis of the identification element.
- the actuator can be set up to actuate a latch or a bolt on the door.
- first and second engagement elements do not necessarily have to be implemented by a screw-head-like element and an undercut with a keyhole-like opening for inserting the head of the screw-head-like element.
- Fig. 9 shows a schematic sectional view of a door 1 with a door fitting 90 according to a further embodiment.
- the door fitting 90 has a fastening plate 100 with a movably mounted, pretensioned component 101 and a fitting part 110 on the outside.
- the movably mounted, pretensioned component 101 forms a first engagement element which can be brought into engagement with a second engagement element of the outer fitting part.
- the fastening plate 100 can have fastening openings for screwing to it have external fastening threads 6 of the door 1. Screws 105 for fastening the fastening plate 100 may have a length that is smaller than a thickness of the door 1.
- the pretensioned component 101 is movably arranged on the fastening plate 101 in such a way that a projection 103 of the movably mounted, pretensioned component 101 can come into engagement with an undercut 111 of the outer fitting part 110.
- the material defining the undercut 111 forms a second engagement element.
- the mounting plate 100 may have a guide arrangement for guiding a movement 102 of the prestressed component 101.
- the guide arrangement can be set up to guide the pretensioned component 101 for a translational or rotational movement 102.
- the fastening plate 100 can have a resilient means 104 which is arranged between a contact surface and the pretensioned component 101 in such a way that it presses the pretensioned component into engagement with the undercut 111 when the outer fitting part 110 is mounted.
- the resilient means 104 can be, for example, a helical spring.
- the outer fitting part 110 and the fastening plate 100 can have elements 106, 112 which, in combination, realize a hinge-shaped connection.
- the outside fitting part 110 can have a pivot pin 112 which can be inserted into a corresponding recess 106 in the fastening plate in order to be able to simply pivot the outside fitting part 110 relative to the fastening plate 100 when the outside fitting part 110 is being installed.
- the pivot pin 112 and the corresponding recess 106 can be connected to one another in a detachable or non-detachable manner.
- the outer fitting part 110 causes the movably mounted, pretensioned component 101 to be initially moved back against the spring preload of the resilient means 104 under the action of the outer fitting part 110. Under the action of the spring pretension of the resilient means 104, the movably mounted, pretensioned component 101 is then displaced in such a way that the projection 103 comes into engagement with the undercut 111.
- a component 40 inserted through an opening 4 of the door can, in the assembled state, rest against the movably mounted, pretensioned component 101 in such a way that it is secured against displacement. It can thus be prevented that the projection 103 is brought out of engagement with the undercut 111.
- the pretensioned component 101 in a further embodiment can be movably supported on the outer fitting part 110 and optionally also be guided.
- the pretensioned component 101 can be resiliently pretensioned by a resilient element, for example by a helical spring.
- the pretensioned component 101 can snap into a corresponding undercut which is provided on the fastening plate.
- the outside fitting part can be secured to the fastening plate in such a way that it cannot be pulled off in a direction perpendicular to the outside 2 of the door 1 as long as the pretensioned component is positioned in the undercut.
- the component 40 can prevent the component 101 from being brought out of engagement with the undercut by means of a form-fitting contact with the prestressed component which has latched into the undercut.
- the outside fitting part 110 can, in a configuration as described with reference to FIG Fig. 9 has been explained, can simply be snapped into place on the fastening plate 100, wherein the component 40 in the assembled state of the door fitting 100 can prevent an unauthorized disengagement of the prestressed component from the undercut.
- the component 40 which prevents a movement of the outside fitting part 30, 70 parallel to the outside of the door, passes through an opening 4 for a square handle pin through the door
- the component 40 can also through another opening or perforation can be used, for example through an opening 5 for a lock cylinder, a perforation for a door plate, or another opening or perforation which extends as standard from the inside to the outside of the door and which does not have to be machined.
- the component 40 does not necessarily have to be a square handle pin, but can be a lock cylinder, a screw or another component.
- door fitting 50 can be attached to a tubular frame of a tubular frame door
- the door fittings and methods can also be used with other doors.

Description
The invention relates to a door fitting and a method for assembling a door fitting. The invention relates in particular to a door fitting and a method which allow the door fitting to be installed in such a way that the door fitting is secured against unauthorized dismantling from the outside of the door when the door is closed.
Door fittings can be attached to a door leaf or a tubular frame of a door. Door fittings can cover components that allow actuation of a latch or bolt on the door. Door fittings can also be attached for aesthetic reasons, for example to cover openings that are not used but are present in the door.
In particular in the case of doors that separate a secured area on an inside of the door from a non-secured area on an outside of the door, it is desirable that an outside fitting part of the door fitting cannot be dismantled without authorization when the door is closed. In particular, it is desirable that the outside fitting part is secured against unauthorized dismantling from the outside of the door, i.e. from the unsecured area, when the door is closed.
One way to secure the door fitting against unauthorized dismantling when the door is closed is to provide the outer fitting part with an internal thread on its rear side (ie on the side that faces the door in the assembled state). Fastening elements such as screws or threaded bolts can be mounted through the door from the inside of the door so that they engage with the internal thread of the outside fitting part. For this, however, it is necessary that the door has openings which allow screws to be passed through from the inside to the outside as far as the internal thread of the external fitting part. In practice, such openings are often not available as standard, for example in tubular frame doors. The introduction of additional openings that go from the inside to the outside through the door or the tubular frame of the door may be undesirable or prohibited for fire protection reasons or for other reasons.

The invention is based on the object of specifying an improved door fitting and an improved method for assembling a door fitting. The invention is based in particular on the object of specifying a door fitting and a method for assembling a door fitting, with an outside fitting part being secured against unauthorized dismantling from the outside of the door when the door is closed, without additional openings being made in the door or a tubular frame for this purpose that extend from the inside to the outside of the door. The invention is based, in particular, on the object of specifying such a door fitting which is easy to assemble and has a simple and robust design.
According to the invention, a door fitting and a method are provided with the features specified in the independent claims. The dependent claims define advantageous embodiments.
According to exemplary embodiments of the invention, it is provided that the outer fitting part has a projection or an undercut which interacts with a corresponding undercut or a corresponding projection of a first engagement element. During assembly, the outside fitting part can, for example, first be placed on the first engagement element and then moved translationally or rotationally in a direction parallel to the outside of the door so that the projection is inserted into the undercut and the outside fitting part is hooked onto the first engagement element. When the protrusion is inserted into the undercut, the interaction of the projection with the undercut prevents the outside fitting part from being removed in a direction perpendicular to the outside of the door. In order to prevent the outside fitting part from moving relative to the first engagement element parallel to the outside of the door, a component is provided which rests positively on the outside fitting part. This can prevent the outside fitting part from being moved in a direction parallel to the door relative to the first engagement element. The component can be a square handle pin, a lock cylinder, a screw or some other element that, in the assembled state, can be found through an opening that is mandatory in the door anyway (for example an opening for a square handle pin or lock cylinder) the inside extends beyond the outside of the door.
The first engagement element is designed in such a way that it can be fixed on the outside of the door, for example by screwing with fastening threads on the outside of the door. The fastening threads on the outside of the door do not have to run from the inside to the outside of the door in order to prevent unauthorized dismantling of the outside fitting part. Rather, the outside fitting part is secured against unauthorized dismantling from the outside by the engagement between the projection and the undercut in combination with the positive engagement of the component.
Neither the first engagement element nor the external fitting part has to be screwed on from the inside of the door in order to provide security against unauthorized dismantling from the outside.
The first engagement element and the outside fitting part can be designed in such a way that they are only fastened from the outside of the door. The first engagement element can be screwed to the door, whereby the fastening screws do not have to go through the thickness of the door. The outside fitting part can simply be hung from the outside of the door on the first engagement element and optionally screwed from the outside of the door to a fastening plate, which can also be screwed on from the outside of the door.
According to one aspect of the invention, a door fitting is specified. The door fitting has an outside fitting part for mounting on an outside of a door and a securing arrangement for preventing unauthorized dismantling of the outside fitting part from the outside of the door. The fuse arrangement has a first Engaging element and a second engaging element. The first engagement element can be fixed on the outside of the door. The second engagement element is arranged on the outside fitting part. One of the engagement elements has an undercut, and the other of the engagement elements has a projection which can be introduced into the undercut. The securing arrangement has a component which, in the assembled state of the door fitting, prevents a relative movement between the outer fitting part and the first engagement element by means of a form-fitting contact in order to secure the projection in the undercut.
The door fitting is easy to assemble, since first the first engagement element can be fixed on the outside of the door, then the outside fitting part can be placed on the first engagement element in a direction essentially perpendicular to the outside of the door, and then the outside fitting part by a movement can be hooked into the first engagement element parallel to the outside of the door. A disengagement of the projection from the undercut is prevented by the component, which can be, for example, a square handle pin or a lock cylinder and which rests positively on the outer fitting part when the door fitting is mounted. By positively engaging the outside fitting part, the component can prevent the outside fitting part from being displaced in a direction parallel to the outside of the door relative to the first engagement element, whereby the projection would disengage from the undercut.
In the assembled state, the component extends from the inside to the outside of the door. This makes it easy to ensure that the component can only be removed if there is also access to the inside of the door.
The component can be dimensioned to extend in the assembled state from an inside fitting part to the outside fitting part.
The component can be dimensioned to pass through an opening for a square handle pin, an opening for a lock cylinder, a perforation for a door plate or another perforation or opening that is standard in the door and does not have to be machined extends to the outside of the door. By using a standard perforation or opening in the door to lead through the component, the outer fitting part is secured against unauthorized dismantling without the need for additional openings or perforations running from the inside to the outside of the door.
The component can be a square handle pin, a lock cylinder or a screw.
The outer fitting part can have a contact surface for the component.
The outer fitting part can have a recess for receiving one end of the component in a form-fitting manner. The recess can be dimensioned so that the end of the component can be snugly received therein.
The recess can be movably mounted in the outer fitting part. The recess can in particular be a recess for receiving one end of a square handle pin, which is pivotably mounted in the outer fitting part. The outer fitting part can have a coupling which selectively couples the recess for receiving the square handle pin for a pivoting movement with a door handle.
The door fitting can have an inside fitting part on which the component rests in the assembled state of the door fitting, so that the component is positioned essentially free of play on the inside fitting part and the outside fitting part.
The securing arrangement can have at least two spaced-apart undercuts and at least two projections which can each be introduced into one of the undercuts. As a result, the outside fitting part can be secured at several points and unauthorized removal by force, for example by levering it off, is made more difficult.
The projection can be introduced into the undercut by a movement parallel to the outside of the door. This enables the projection to be brought into engagement with the undercut during assembly after the outer fitting part has been placed on the first engagement element by a simple rotation or displacement parallel to the outside of the door.
The projection can be introduced into the undercut parallel to the outside of the door by a pivoting movement of the outer fitting part.
The projection can be introduced into the undercut by shifting the outside fitting part parallel to the outside of the door.
The first engagement element and the second engagement element can be designed such that they prevent a movement of the outside fitting part in a direction perpendicular to the outside of the door when the projection is inserted into the undercut. This prevents unauthorized removal of the outside fitting part in a direction perpendicular to the outside of the door.
The first engagement element and the second engagement element can be designed so that they allow a movement of the outside fitting part in a direction parallel to the outside of the door when the projection is inserted into the undercut and the component does not rest positively on the outside fitting part. This makes it possible to easily bring the fitting part on the outside into engagement with the first engagement element and to simply disengage it during the authorized dismantling.
The engagement elements can be designed in such a way that the projection is held in the undercut on a contact surface of the door fitting that runs parallel to the outside of the door when the door fitting is in the assembled state.
The securing arrangement can have an insertion opening for passing through the projection and a slot-shaped opening which extends from the insertion opening and along which the projection can be moved. The slot-shaped opening can be dimensioned in order to prevent the projection from passing through the slot-shaped opening.
The fuse arrangement can have two insertion openings each for passing through a projection. A distance between centers of the insertion openings can correspond to a distance between centers of fastening threads on the outside of the door or of a tubular frame. A distance between centers of the insertion openings can be, for example, 28 mm or 50 mm. This makes it easier to put the fitting part on the outside, in particular when the first engagement element has two threaded bolts which are screwed to the fastening threads on the outside of the door.
According to the invention, the securing arrangement has a fastening plate on which the first engagement element is arranged.
The fastening plate has fastening openings, which are aligned with fastening threads on the outside of the door, for screwing the fastening plate.
A distance between centers of the fastening openings can be, for example, 28 mm or 50 mm.
The first engagement element can have at least one threaded bolt, wherein the threaded bolt can be screwed to a fastening thread on the outside of the door and has a head which forms the projection that can be introduced into the undercut. Thereby a securing arrangement for preventing unauthorized dismantling is implemented with a particularly simple design.
The first engagement element can have at least two threaded bolts which can be screwed to spaced apart outer fastening threads of the door and each have a head which forms a projection that can be introduced into an undercut.
The first engagement element or the second engagement element can have a movably mounted pretensioned component that can be moved into the undercut, the component being set up in the assembled state to prevent movement of the movably mounted pretensioned component. As a result, the fitting part on the outside can simply be snapped into place on the first engagement element.
The first engagement element or the second engagement element can have a resilient element, for example a helical spring or another spring, for preloading the movably mounted component.
The door fitting can have a door handle, in particular a handle, knob or button, which is mounted on the outer fitting part.
Der Türbeschlag kann ein elektronischer Türbeschlag sein. The door fitting can be an electronic door fitting.
The door fitting can have an actuator. The actuator can be arranged for coupling and decoupling an outside door handle with a square handle pin. As an alternative or in addition, the actuator can be set up to actuate a latch or a bolt on the door.
The door fitting can have a controller for controlling the actuator. The door fitting can have a sensor for recognizing an identification element (for example a transponder, an RFID chip or another identification element). The controller can be configured to selectively control the actuator as a function of whether the identified identification element is authorized to operate the door.
According to a further aspect of the invention, a door is specified which has the door fitting according to an exemplary embodiment.
Die Tür kann eine Rohrrahmentür sein. The door can be a tubular frame door.
The door fitting can be mounted on a door leaf or on a tubular frame of the door.
According to a further aspect of the invention, a method for mounting a door fitting according to the invention on a door, in particular on a tubular frame door, specified. The method has the following steps: fixing a first engagement element on an outside of the door; Mounting an outside fitting part, which has a second engaging element, on the outside of the door in such a way that the first engaging element and the second engaging element engage with one another, one of the engaging elements having an undercut and the other of the engaging elements having a projection which, when the outside fitting part is introduced into the undercut; and assembling a component in such a way that the assembled component, by means of a form-fitting contact, prevents the projection from being moved out of the undercut by a relative movement between the outer fitting part and the first engagement element.
Further features of the method according to advantageous exemplary embodiments and the effects achieved in each case correspond to the optional features explained with reference to the door fitting.
The door fitting and the method for assembling a door fitting provide security against unauthorized dismantling of the outside fitting part from the outside of the door when the door is closed, without significantly increasing the costs and / or the installation effort for the door fitting.
The door fitting and the method for assembling the door fitting can be used in particular in tubular frame doors, without being restricted to this.

Embodiments of the invention are described below with reference to the figures. While some exemplary embodiments are described in the context of a door fitting for a tubular frame door, the invention is not limited to this application. The door fitting according to the invention and the method according to the invention can be used for a large number of different doors.
Embodiments relate to a door fitting with a security arrangement which prevents unauthorized dismantling of an outside fitting part from an outside of the door when the door is closed.
The term "outside of the door" refers to the side that faces a non-secured area.
The term "inside of the door" refers to the side that is opposite the outside. The inside of the door can face a secured area so that the door separates the secured area from the unsecured area without this being absolutely necessary.
A “dismantling” of an outside fitting part is understood to mean, in particular, a non-destructive, reversible dismantling. An arrangement for preventing unauthorized dismantling can in particular be understood to mean an embodiment which prevents non-destructive dismantling of the outside fitting part from the outside even when the necessary tools are used if there is no access to the inside of the door.
The door fitting 10 has a
- a first engagement element that can be fixed directly on the
outside 2 of the door, and a second engagement element on the outsidefitting part 30, which can be brought into engagement with one another so that the outsidefitting part 30 is no longer in a direction perpendicular to theoutside 2 of thedoor 1 can be lifted off when the first engagement element and the second engagement element are in engagement with each other; and - a component (for example a square handle pin 40) which, when installed, prevents the outside
fitting part 30 from moving in a direction parallel to theoutside 3 of thedoor 1.
The securing arrangement secures the outside
The
The component 40 (for example a square pusher pin 40) can have a length that is selected so that in the assembled state it extends between the inside 3 and the
The door fitting has a
After the threaded bolt or bolts have been screwed on, the
The
The door fitting 10 can in particular be designed in such a way that both the
To mount the outside fitting part, the
When the
The
The
While a straight slot-shaped
If more than one undercut is provided for receiving a corresponding projection on the outer
The positioning of the
The interaction of the
The
The door fitting 10 can be assembled as follows. The door fitting 50 can be assembled as follows. First, the
For the authorized dismantling of the outer fitting part, the steps described are carried out in reverse order.
While the door fitting 50 has additional components compared to the door fitting 10, it offers greater flexibility. For example, the
The
The door fitting 10, 50 can have a controller for controlling the actuator. The door fitting 10, 50 can have a sensor for recognizing an identification element (for example a transponder, an RFID chip, a mobile communication terminal or another identification element). The controller can be configured to selectively control the actuator as a function of whether the identified identification element is authorized to operate the door. For example, the outside door handle can be selectively coupled to the
As an alternative or in addition, the actuator can be set up to actuate a latch or a bolt on the door.
Modified exemplary embodiments can be implemented. For example, the first and second engagement elements do not necessarily have to be implemented by a screw-head-like element and an undercut with a keyhole-like opening for inserting the head of the screw-head-like element.
The
The mounting
The
The outer
During the assembly of the outer
