Description

The invention relates to a formwork for a prefabricated staircase with a lower formwork part and two lateral and essentially vertical formwork walls with an upper edge.

Prefabricated stairs made of hardening, mineral building material, especially concrete, are used in building construction and civil engineering.

Usually, such prefabricated stairs with a step area and an upper and/or lower, adjoining platform area are cast or manufactured lying in molds provided for this purpose. Such formwork is, for example, from CN 1049244425A and the WO 2008/033037 A1 known.

Weitere Schalungen für Fertigtreppen sind aus CN 206598367 U , DE 197 34 616 A1 , DE 35 18 200 C1 , DE 198 08 770 A1 , CN204935856U , CN204640456U und CN104924424 bekannt.More formwork for prefabricated stairs are out CN 206598367 U , DE 197 34 616 A1 , DE 35 18 200 C1 , DE 198 08 770 A1 , CN204935856U , CN204640456U and CN104924424 known.

The step area, which runs diagonally when the staircase is installed, is manufactured essentially horizontally during the manufacture of the finished staircase, whereas a landing area adjoining the step area, which runs horizontally when the staircase is installed, lies diagonally during the manufacture of the finished staircase.

A formwork suitable for the manufacture of such prefabricated stairs has vertical formwork walls running laterally over the entire length. Furthermore, the formwork has a lower part of the formwork, which has a central, sawtooth-shaped underbody, which forms a negative form of the steps to be produced. Flat sub-floors in the form of an inclined plane connect to this central sub-floor in the longitudinal direction of the formwork, which either extend upwards beyond the step area or downwards to below the step area, depending on whether an upper and/or a lower platform area is also produced shall be.

In order to be able to produce a platform area with a constant thickness, a counter-formwork wall must be arranged parallel to the flat sub-floor in the formwork section for the platform area, which, as mentioned, lies at an angle in the formwork. During the manufacture of the stairs, the level of the building material poured into the formwork rises in the downwardly sloping formwork section for the landing area up to the upper edge of the side formwork walls. The formwork section for the platform area, which points diagonally upwards, can then also be filled.

The disadvantage of such known formwork for prefabricated stairs is that in particular the position and alignment of the formwork section for the platform area in the formwork, which points diagonally downwards, i.e. the lower one in the installed position of the prefabricated staircase, can only be produced with great effort, because an individual adaptation to differently inclined platforms with different thicknesses takes a lot of time and harbors a large potential for errors.

The invention is therefore based on the object of providing a formwork of the type mentioned at the outset, which can be easily adapted for the production of differently shaped, in particular differently steep and/or long, prefabricated stairs.

According to the invention, this object is achieved with a formwork having the features of claim 1 .

Preferred and advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject matter of the dependent claims.

According to the invention it is provided that the formwork has at least one upper counter-formwork wall which is normal to the formwork walls and which is connected to the formwork walls via joints with pivot axes is pivotably mounted, and which is at least partially arranged between the formwork walls.

It is particularly advantageous with the formwork according to the invention that the inclination of the counter formwork wall for the landing area can be changed or fixed easily and quickly, so that the formwork can be used to produce prefabricated stairs of different steepness. Since the counter formwork wall is arranged between the formwork walls, i.e. is inclined downwards between them and does not rest on them, there is the further advantage that an adjustment of lateral formwork walls is not necessary.

In the case of the invention, it is particularly preferred if the opposing formwork wall extends at least to the upper edges of the formwork walls. The lateral formwork walls can have a constant height along the entire formwork and the formwork can be filled with building material up to these upper edges, since the counter formwork wall extends to the upper edges of the lateral formwork walls. The building material that has not yet hardened can simply be pulled off at the top edges to create a smooth surface that will later be the bottom view or underside of the stairs. Alternatively, of course, the step area can also be covered with a counter formwork wall. In such an embodiment, the building material that has not yet hardened does not have to be removed at the upper edges of the formwork in order to produce a smooth surface.

The embodiments described above relate primarily to formwork sections for platforms that are inclined downwards. In addition, a formwork section for platforms that are inclined upwards can also be used with the invention, which is also closed at the top by a counter formwork wall hardened building material has to be removed at the upper edges of the formwork in order to create a smooth surface.

In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the joints are arranged in the area of the upper edges of the formwork walls.

It is particularly preferred if the joints can be adjusted and fixed along the upper edges. The upper edges thus form a kind of horizontal guide in order to position the counter formwork wall at different positions in the formwork. As a result, the formwork can be easily adapted to the production of prefabricated stairs of different lengths and thicknesses.

In particular, it is preferred in the invention if the joints have pivot axes which intersect the upper edges of the formwork walls and if the counter formwork wall reaches at least, preferably essentially exactly, up to the pivot axis. In this embodiment of the invention, an upper edge of the opposing formwork wall is essentially exactly level with the upper edges of the lateral formwork walls, which on the one hand ensures that the formwork cavity can be filled with building material up to the upper edge of the formwork walls and, on the other hand, no area of the opposing formwork wall protrudes in a disruptive manner.

An advantageous embodiment of the invention is characterized in that at least one of the joints is a support part, which is arranged on the formwork wall in the area of the upper edge, in particular can be connected to it, and a pivoting part, which is arranged on the opposite formwork wall, in particular connected to it , Having, and that the pivot part is mounted pivotably about the pivot axis on the support part.

In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, first means, in particular depressions or projections or bores or pins, are arranged in the area of the upper edges on the lateral formwork walls at fixed intervals, to which means the joints can be fixed. These means make it easier to position the joints at defined points on the lateral formwork walls.

In a further development of this embodiment, the support part of the joint can have at least one second means, in particular a recess, preferably a bore, or a projection, preferably a pin, with which the joint can be fixed to the lateral formwork wall.

The first and second means are, for example, shaped in opposite ways, e.g. as a bore on the upper edge and as a peg on the support part, and can be fixed or connected to one another. This allows the position of the joint and thus of the opposing formwork wall to be fixed very easily and securely in the longitudinal direction of the lateral formwork wall.

Alternatively, it can also be provided that the support part on the formwork wall is connected via a connecting element, in particular a bolt, a pin or a screw, which connects the first and second means and is guided in particular through a recess in the support part and in the formwork wall in the area of the upper edge , is fixed.

The invention can also provide for an intermediate part, in particular an intermediate strip, to be arranged between the formwork wall and the support part, which has at least one third means, which is assigned to the first means in the area of the upper edge of the formwork wall, and at least one fourth means , which is associated with the second means on the bearing part of the joint. The third and fourth means can for example a recess, in particular a bore, or a projection, preferably a pin. The third and the fourth means can have the same or a different shape and size, for example bores with different diameters.

The form and allocation of the first and third as well as second and fourth means can, for example, but of course not necessarily, be implemented as described above for the first and second means. In particular, the support part may not have a recess, but rather a projection, for example pin-shaped or groove-shaped, adapted to the recess of the intermediate part, with which it is arranged in one of the recesses of the formwork wall, in particular inserted into it.

The position of the opposing formwork wall on the formwork walls in the longitudinal direction of the formwork can be precisely determined by varying the distance between the third and fourth means on the intermediate bar.

In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the formwork wall can be connected to the intermediate part in the area of the upper edge via a first connecting element, in particular a bolt, a pin or a screw, which connects the first and third means and is guided in particular through a recess in the formwork wall and the intermediate part , get connected. Furthermore, the support part can be connected to the intermediate part via a second connecting element, in particular a bolt, a pin or a screw, which is guided through a respective recess in the support part and the intermediate part.

What is particularly advantageous about the use of the intermediate part, in particular the intermediate strip, is that the joint can be very easily installed on site at the right point along the formwork wall can be positioned by merely arranging and connecting the spacer strip, which is already provided with the appropriate recesses, between the formwork wall and the joint. This reduces the risk of the joint being fixed in an incorrect position on site due to inaccuracy on the part of the operating personnel. The recesses on the formwork wall can be spaced so far apart for a rough adjustment that it is immediately apparent when the joint is incorrectly positioned.

By using the intermediate part or by the spacing of the means arranged on the intermediate part, for example bores, for connecting the intermediate part to the formwork wall on the one hand and the joint on the other hand, the position of the joint on the formwork wall can subsequently be precisely adjusted.

It is particularly advantageous if the pivoting part on the support part is arranged laterally outside the formwork walls and encompasses the top edge from above, because the pivoting part does not impede the arrangement and in particular the flexible adjustability of the counter formwork wall between the side walls.

1 shows a formwork 1 according to the invention in an isometric view, the formwork 1 having vertical formwork walls 2 with upper edges 8 on the sides, and the formwork walls 2 being arranged above and along a lower formwork part 3 . A central, sawtooth-shaped underbody 4 is arranged at least in sections on the formwork lower part 3 and between the formwork walls 2, which forms an interior space or

Formwork cavity of the formwork 1 limited downwards. The thickness of the step section of the finished staircase can be adjusted by the height at which this middle sub-floor 4 is installed in the formwork 1, or the distance of the middle sub-floor 4 from the upper edge 8.

Furthermore, the formwork 1 has formwork sections 5 for shuttering of platform areas, each of which has a flat sub-floor 6 and a counter-formwork wall 7 arranged parallel thereto. If a shuttering section 5 is provided for shuttering an upper landing area of the finished staircase, the flat sub-floor 6 extends upwards from the middle sub-floor 4 . At the in 1 In the central area of the formwork 1, the formwork section 5 shown protrudes beyond the formwork walls 2, with the counter formwork wall 7 adjoining the upper edges 8 of the formwork walls 2 and extending obliquely upwards away from them. If the shuttering section 5 is provided for shuttering a lower landing area of the finished staircase, the flat sub-floor 6 extends downwards away from the middle sub-floor 4, with the counter-housing wall 7 running diagonally downwards and being arranged at least partially, but preferably entirely, between the shuttering walls 2 .

In the illustrated embodiment, the formwork 1 has additional formwork wall sections 9 and 10 for formwork sections 5 that cannot be displaced in the longitudinal direction at both of its ends. The additional formwork wall sections 9 are firmly connected to the formwork walls 2 and protrude beyond the upper edges 8 . The additional formwork wall sections 10 are also firmly connected to the formwork walls 2 and protrude below the upper edges 8 downwards. Arranged between these additional formwork wall sections 9 and 10 of the non-displaceable formwork sections 5 are two formwork sections 5 that can be displaced in the longitudinal direction of the formwork 1, so that with the formwork 1 shown, two prefabricated stairs of different lengths and shapes can also be produced if required.

Embodiments of the formwork 1 according to the invention with more than two mobile formwork sections 5, with which more than two prefabricated stairs can be produced simultaneously and/or with no or only one non-movable formwork section 5 are possible within the scope of the invention, as are embodiments in which no additional Formwork wall sections 9, 10 are provided.

Within the scope of the invention, embodiments of the formwork 1 according to the invention are also possible in which a further, essentially horizontal counter formwork wall (not shown in the figures) is arranged above the middle sub-floor 4, i.e. between the adjacent formwork sections 5. This additional counter formwork wall can rest, for example, on the upper edges 8 of the side walls 2 and be fixed against lifting.

Between two formwork sections 5 and between the side walls 2 , a side formwork 17 that is essentially parallel to the side walls 2 can be arranged. By positioning and fixing the formwork 17 between the Side walls 2, the width of a formwork area limited to the side by the formwork 17 can be varied, so that finished stairs of different widths can be produced by filling the limited formwork area. The side shuttering 17 has an upper edge 20 directed upwards and a lower edge 21 directed downwards. The upper edge 20 of the side shuttering 17 runs essentially horizontally in the area of the central sub-floor 4 and essentially parallel to it in areas of flat sub-floors 6, so that preferably one or both of the opposing formwork walls 7 of the formwork sections 5 and possibly another one between the formwork sections 5 arranged opposite shuttering wall rests on the upper edge 20 of the formwork 17 / s. The lower edge 21 of the shuttering 17 is shaped analogously to the middle sub-floor 4 and to the flat sub-floors 6 that may be adjoining it, so that the lower edge 21 of the shuttering 17 rests tightly against the sub-floors 4 , 6 .

2 shows a in a detail A of 1 illustrated joint 11 of the formwork 1 according to the invention in a sectional view, which runs perpendicularly along a pivot axis 12 of the joint 11. The joint 11 is shown in this figure in the non-pivoted state, with the swivel arm 48 connecting the counter formwork 7 to the joint 11 being aligned horizontally.

The joint 11 has a bearing part 13 and a pivoting part 14 , the pivoting part 14 being pivotable about the pivot axis 12 with respect to the bearing part 13 .

The support part 13 has a support plate 15 on which a support plate 16 is arranged, in particular welded. The support plate 16 is arranged to the support plate 15 at right angles.

The formwork wall 2 of the formwork 1 according to the invention has a frame profile 18 which is arranged on a substantially vertical formwork wall panel 19, in particular welded to it. The upper edge 8 of the formwork wall 2 or the formwork wall panel 19 is, preferably only slightly, higher than the frame profile 18.

The frame profile 18 is designed as a hollow profile with an essentially rectangular cross section, but it can also be made solid and/or have a different cross section, for example it can be plate-shaped.

An intermediate part is arranged on an upper side 23 of the frame profile 18 and is designed as an intermediate strip 24 in the illustrated embodiment. The intermediate strip 24 is preferably narrower than the frame profile 18 so that the frame profile 18 projects to the side, away from the formwork panel 19, over the intermediate strip 24.

The joint 11 is arranged with the support plate 16 of the support part 13 above the intermediate strip 24 . The support plate 16 can rest directly on the intermediate strip 24, but there can also be a narrow gap between the support plate 16 and the intermediate strip 24, as in 2 is shown.

Within the right angle formed by the plates 15, 16 and directed towards the frame profile 18, several, preferably two, bearing ribs 25 are arranged orthogonally to the bearing plate 16 and to the support plate 15. The support ribs 25 run from the support plate 15 approximately to the intermediate strip 24 and rest with a lower edge on the upper side 23 of the frame profile 18 .

On a side of the support plate 16 opposite the support ribs 25 are formed by the plates 15,16 Angle several, preferably two, support ribs 26 orthogonal to the support plate 16 and the support plate 15, respectively.

In the longitudinal extension along the upper edge 8, the frame profile 18 has a plurality of first means for fixing the joint 11, which in the illustrated embodiment are first recesses 27, in particular bores.

The intermediate strip 24 has third and fourth means for fixing, which in the illustrated embodiment are further recesses 28, 29, preferably bores.

The support plate 16 has a second means for fixing, which in the illustrated embodiment is a second recess 31, preferably a bore, and extends through the support plate 16.

A first connecting element 32, which is preferably designed as a bolt or pin, connects the first and third means by being guided or inserted through the first recess 28 in the intermediate strip 24 and through the further recess 27 in the frame profile 18, so that the Is intermediate bar 24 fixed or fixed along the frame profile 18 at a certain position.

A second connecting element 33, which like the first connecting element 32 is designed as a bolt or pin, preferably with a different diameter, connects the second and the fourth means by passing through the further recess 29 in the intermediate strip 24 and through the second recess 31 is guided or inserted in the support plate 16 of the support part 13, so that the support part 13 and thus the joint 11 is fixed or fixed at a specific position of the intermediate strip 24.

Embodiments are also possible in which the connecting elements 32, 33 are not inserted but screwed in, or in which the connecting elements 32, 33 and the recesses 27, 28, 29, 31 are not circular but have a different shape, for example a rectangular shape exhibit.

In particular, however, embodiments are also possible in which one or both connecting elements 32, 33 are omitted, for example, instead of the recess 28 in the intermediate strip 24 and the recess 31 in the support plate 16, pins or the like are attached, which fit into the respective associated recess 27 are inserted in the frame profile 18 and the recess 29 in the intermediate strip 24. The reverse is also possible. The advantage of this embodiment with pins or the like is that no connecting elements 32, 33 are required, which can get lost or jammed. Of course, only one of the two recesses 28, 29 can be replaced by a pin or the like.

Furthermore, embodiments are possible in which additional further recesses 28, 29 are provided in the intermediate strip 24 and/or additional recesses 31 in the support plate 16, so that the intermediate strip 24 on the frame profile 18 and/or the support part 13 on the intermediate strip 24 further connecting elements 32, 33 can be fixed more strongly.

Also possible are embodiments of the formwork according to the invention, not shown in the drawings, without an intermediate strip 24, such as an embodiment in which there are no support ribs 25 and the joint 11 with the support plate 16 rests directly on the frame profile 18.

The support plate 15 of the support part 13 lies laterally against a side face 34 of the frame profile 18 facing away from the formwork wall 2 . A cylindrical pin 35 is fixed arranged on the support plate 15, in particular welded to it, and protrudes orthogonally from a side surface 36 of the support plate 15 facing away from the formwork wall 2.

The pin 35 is accommodated in a sleeve 37 of the pivot part 14 and can be displaced in the sleeve 37 in the direction of the pivot axis 12 of the joint 11 and rotated about the pivot axis 12 .

A circular disc 39 through which a screw 41 which is screwed into the pin 35 is guided is in contact with one end of the sleeve 37 which projects away from the side surface 36 of the support plate 15 .

The sleeve 37 is received in a hole 38, which leads through a side plate 40 of the pivoting part 14, and is fixedly connected to the side plate 40, preferably welded.

Below the sleeve 37, the side plate 40 has a through hole 45, on which a nut 46 is arranged, in particular welded, on the side surface 44 of the side plate 40. A clamping screw 47 is screwed into the nut 46 and protrudes through the through hole 45 in the direction of the side surface 36 of the support plate 15. By screwing in the clamping screw 47, it presses on the support plate 15 so that the support part 13 is pressed away from the pivoting part 14 onto the frame profile 18 , The pivot part 14 being supported on the support part 13 via the sleeve 37, the washer 39, the screw 41 and the pin. In this way, the entire device, ie the formwork via the joint 11 with the counter formwork wall 7, is braced and thus fixed.

A swivel arm 48 is arranged, in particular welded, on an upper edge of the side plate 40 and is orthogonal to the side plate 40 . The swing arm 48 protrudes on one side of the side plate 40 to beyond the formwork wall 2 into the area of the formwork and on an opposite side a little beyond the side face 44 of the side plate 40. The swivel arm 48 is connected to the in 2 Counter formwork wall 7, not shown, is connected.

A pull strap 50 is arranged, in particular welded, between the swivel arm 48 and the side plate 40 and orthogonally thereto, which preferably runs in a plane with the swivel axis 12 . A portion of the pull tab 50 protrudes laterally beyond the sleeve 37 and the pivot arm 48 and has a further hole 51 in this portion. The joint 11 can be clamped against the frame profile 18 from above by a clamping element (not shown), for example a clamping belt, which acts on this further hole 51 .

3 shows a detail of the formwork according to the invention, with the joint 11 pivoted by a pivot angle α, in a side view.

It can be seen that the support part 13 is fixed to the intermediate strip 24 via the bolt-shaped second connecting element 33, the second connecting element 33 being guided or inserted through the second recess 29 in the intermediate strip 24 and through the recess 31 in the supporting part 13.

Furthermore, the intermediate strip 24 is fixed with the first connecting element 32 at a specific position on the frame profile 18, the bolt-shaped first connecting element 32 being guided or inserted through the first recess 28 in the intermediate strip 24 and through one of the recesses 27 in the frame profile 18.

In the illustrated embodiment of the formwork according to the invention, the pivot axis 12 runs essentially on same height as the upper edge 8 of the formwork wall 2. Another embodiment, not shown in the drawings, in which the pivot axis 12 of the joint 11 runs above the upper edge 8, is also possible within the scope of the invention, as is an embodiment in which the pivot axis 12 of the joint 11 below the upper edge 8 runs.

Im Rahmen der Erfindung können alle Gelenke 11, 22 auch anders ausgeführt sein.in the in 1 illustrated embodiment is only the designated by the reference numeral 11 joint as to the 2 and 3 executed as described.
