Definitions
- the invention relates to a gutter for laying in a floor having a limited by a gutter bottom and side gutter walls groove space, each gutter wall continues from the gutter bottom in a lateral grate and a side grate side wall and each opens into a sight bar.
- Such gutters serve the removal of liquids from a room, such as a sanitary area. About one or more laid in the floor gutter liquid to be discharged is fed to a drain pot connected to the gutters.
- Such gutters are for example off DE 201 20 946 U1 as well as out DE 20 2005 010 326 U1 known.
- This installation channel consists of a material sheet with a polygonal cross-section tapering upwards, wherein laterally projecting attachment elements are connected to the gutter profile, which are provided with openings through which a casting compound can be taken by the add-on elements.
- the troughs mentioned at the beginning have the disadvantage that the liquids guided through the troughs frequently leave residues in the gutters. This is undesirable, especially in areas of increased hygiene requirements.
- DE 10 2013 107 840 A1 describes a draining device with a bottom that is bounded by rounded outer edges and corners and merges over the outer edges in substantially perpendicular to the ground connecting walls.
- the invention has for its object to provide a trough that is particularly hygienic.
- a wall element is arranged between the channel base and each channel wall of the aforementioned gutter, wherein the wall element is at an angle to the channel bottom and to the adjacent channel wall.
- a wall element is thus provided between the channel bottom and each of the channel walls as an additional channel section, which is inclined relative to the channel bottom adjoining on one side and to the channel wall adjoining on the other side.
- the wall element thus extends in particular flat, ie along a plane.
- the plane of extent of the wall element can be at an angle to the channel bottom and to the adjacent channel wall.
- the wall element extends obliquely to the channel bottom and to the adjacent channel wall.
- the drainage channel according to the invention reaches high hygiene requirements.
- the gutter walls may extend, for example, in a plane that is vertical in the installed state of the gutter, in particular perpendicular to the bottom of the gutter.
- the drainage channel according to the invention is easier to produce, since no radius tools are necessary.
- a possibly provided longitudinal groove gradient ie an inclination of the channel bottom along a channel longitudinal direction, can be produced more easily.
- Such a longitudinal gradient causes an increasing distance of the channel bottom to the wall elements according to the invention and thus a necessary broadening of the wall elements. In the flat, inclined wall elements according to the invention, this is easy to implement.
- the inclined wall elements according to the invention also enable a simpler connection to an end section terminating the trough, since in particular only sharp edges meet one another here.
- a transition between the inclined wall elements of the main gutter and similarly inclined wall elements of the end portion can be easily made.
- a connection of such a gutter end portion is in rounded wall elements, such as DE 10 2013 107 840 A1 known, much more complicated, since the rounding must be performed around the corner.
- the mentioned rounded corners have to be formed, which is not necessary in the present invention.
- the channel bottom is flat. Eben means that the groove bottom extends evenly flat in a plane between the two wall elements.
- the gutter base can run in a state of installation of the gutter along a horizontal plane.
- the channel walls can run in planes parallel to each other, which are perpendicular to the channel bottom.
- Such a trough is particularly compact and easy to manufacture, avoids due to the angled wall elements between the channel bottom and the respective gutter walls, however, 90 ° angle.
- the channel bottom has at least one, preferably two sections, which are inclined transversely to a groove longitudinal direction.
- the gutter bank thus created preferably has the gutter center as the lowest point. With the bank bank can be prevented that deposits residues in the transition to the side wall.
- the channel space has a cross-section which is constant or increasing in a direction from the channel bottom to a channel opening.
- the cross-sectional area of the drainage channel increases from the bottom of the channel upwards or remains constant at least in sections. This means that the width of the groove space - ie the extension in a direction perpendicular to a groove longitudinal axis and perpendicular to the direction from the groove bottom to the groove opening - increases or remains constant, at least not decreasing.
- the channel opening may in particular extend between the viewing webs or the grate sidewalls of the drainage channel.
- An upwardly decreasing cross-section can also lead to an increased deposition of impurities, in particular inclined in the direction of the interior side walls. This is avoided by the described embodiment.
- the invention also relates to an inlet pot with at least one laterally attached gutter according to the invention.
- the inlet pot thus has at least one, in particular two, as described above troughs, the feed liquid into the gutters to the inlet pot. Through a drain of the inlet pot, the liquids can be removed from a room.
- FIGS. 1 and 2 is an inlet pot 40 with two attached to opposite sides troughs 10, 10 'can be seen.
- the inlet pot 40 has a square base surface and has on the side walls, where no drainage channels are attached to rust pads 42.
- the grate pads 42 serve to receive a corresponding to the base of the inlet pot 40 formed grate.
- the inlet pot 40 has a drain opening 44.
- the drainage channel 10 according to the invention is in FIG. 3 shown in a cross-sectional view, wherein only half the cross section is shown.
- the gutter 10 comprises a gutter base 12 at the laterally connect the wall elements 24 according to the invention. Because in FIG. 3 only half the cross-section is shown, only one of the wall elements 24 can be seen. However, the opposite wall element and the adjoining elements of the drainage channel are constructed identically.
- the wall element 24 is adjoined by a channel wall 14, which continues into a lateral grate support 18 and a lateral grate side wall 20 and opens into a sight web 22.
- the gutter wall 14 forms the longitudinal gradient of the gutter.
- the channel base 12 and the laterally adjoining channel walls including the wall elements 24 define a channel space 11.
- the grate pads 18 serve to receive a grate for (liquid-permeable) cover of the drainage channel.
- the rust supports can be inclined to the interior of the channel.
- the cross-section of the interior 11 increases in a direction R from the channel bottom 12 toward a channel opening 23 in sections, in sections, it remains constant. Consequently, the width B of the groove space 11 increases perpendicular to a groove longitudinal axis L and perpendicular to the direction R or remains constant.
- the drainage channels each terminate in an end section connecting the opposing channel walls, as in FIG. 1 and 2 to recognize.
- the end section 30 of the gutter 10 comprises a gutter end wall 32, which extends from the gutter base 12 into a sight web 34.
- a wall element 36 is arranged, which is at an angle to the channel bottom 12 and to the adjacent channel end wall 32.
- the wall element 36 connects the two opposing wall elements 24 with each other.
- the channel bottom 12 is flat in this embodiment, thus extending completely in a horizontal plane in the installed state.
- the channel walls marked with the reference numeral 14 are perpendicular to the channel base 12.
- the wall elements 24 are therefore at an equal angle with respect to the channel base 12 and with respect to the respective channel wall 14.
- the angles ⁇ 1 and ⁇ 2 in the present case are 135 °.
- angles smaller than or equal to 90 ° between the groove base 12 and the respective groove wall 14 are thus avoided.
- the relatively large opening angles ⁇ , ⁇ reduce the occurrence of deposits and facilitate the cleanability of the trough.
- FIG. 4 a further embodiment of the trough is shown.
- This differs from the first embodiment in that an inclined in the groove space 11 grate support 180 is provided.
- the channel base 120 is inclined transversely to a groove longitudinal direction, so that the groove base 120 has a transverse slope.
- the channel base 120 consists of two base sections which are inclined relative to each other, that is to say has a V-shape in cross-section, wherein in FIG FIG. 4 only one of the basic sections of the channel bottom 120 is shown.
- the angle ⁇ 2 is slightly larger than the angle ⁇ 1 in the aforementioned embodiment due to the inclination between the groove bottom 120 and the wall member 240. This also deposits are avoided.
- the groove base inclination in the direction of extent is achieved by the channel wall 140 having a decreasing height (extension along R) along the direction pointing in the image plane.
- the angle ⁇ 2 is preferably as large as the angle ⁇ 1 in the first embodiment.

Description
The invention relates to a gutter for laying in a floor having a limited by a gutter bottom and side gutter walls groove space, each gutter wall continues from the gutter bottom in a lateral grate and a side grate side wall and each opens into a sight bar.
The troughs mentioned at the beginning have the disadvantage that the liquids guided through the troughs frequently leave residues in the gutters. This is undesirable, especially in areas of increased hygiene requirements.
The invention has for its object to provide a trough that is particularly hygienic.
The object is achieved by a gutter according to claim 1. Advantageous embodiments are the subject of the dependent claims, the description and the figures.
According to the invention, a wall element is arranged between the channel base and each channel wall of the aforementioned gutter, wherein the wall element is at an angle to the channel bottom and to the adjacent channel wall.
According to the invention, a wall element is thus provided between the channel bottom and each of the channel walls as an additional channel section, which is inclined relative to the channel bottom adjoining on one side and to the channel wall adjoining on the other side. The wall element thus extends in particular flat, ie along a plane. In this case, in particular, the plane of extent of the wall element can be at an angle to the channel bottom and to the adjacent channel wall. In other words, the wall element extends obliquely to the channel bottom and to the adjacent channel wall. The inventors have recognized that deposits form primarily on edges of the gutter whose adjacent surfaces form an angle of less than or equal to 90 °. By the inventively provided wall element such steep angle between the groove bottom and the gutter walls are avoided, which leads in particular in the edge regions to a higher flow velocity of the liquids to be discharged. As a result, hardly any impurities are deposited on the edges. In addition, the edges between the channel bottom and the wall elements and between the wall elements and the gutter walls can be better cleaned due to the larger opening angle.
According to one embodiment, the angle between the groove bottom and the respective wall element in the range of 110 ° to 160 °, in particular at 135 °, and the angle between the respective wall element and the respective adjacent groove wall in the range of 110 ° to 160 °, in particular at 135 °. Angles in this area reduce the occurrence of deposits particularly strong. In addition, the cleanability is encouraged all the more.
According to one embodiment, the channel bottom is flat. Eben means that the groove bottom extends evenly flat in a plane between the two wall elements. The gutter base can run in a state of installation of the gutter along a horizontal plane. The channel walls can run in planes parallel to each other, which are perpendicular to the channel bottom. Such a trough is particularly compact and easy to manufacture, avoids due to the angled wall elements between the channel bottom and the respective gutter walls, however, 90 ° angle. It is also possible that the channel bottom has at least one, preferably two sections, which are inclined transversely to a groove longitudinal direction. The gutter bank thus created preferably has the gutter center as the lowest point. With the bank bank can be prevented that deposits residues in the transition to the side wall.
According to one embodiment, the channel space has a cross-section which is constant or increasing in a direction from the channel bottom to a channel opening. Based on an installed state of the drainage channel, the cross-sectional area of the drainage channel increases from the bottom of the channel upwards or remains constant at least in sections. This means that the width of the groove space - ie the extension in a direction perpendicular to a groove longitudinal axis and perpendicular to the direction from the groove bottom to the groove opening - increases or remains constant, at least not decreasing. The channel opening may in particular extend between the viewing webs or the grate sidewalls of the drainage channel. An upwardly decreasing cross-section can also lead to an increased deposition of impurities, in particular inclined in the direction of the interior side walls. This is avoided by the described embodiment.
The invention also relates to an inlet pot with at least one laterally attached gutter according to the invention. The inlet pot thus has at least one, in particular two, as described above troughs, the feed liquid into the gutters to the inlet pot. Through a drain of the inlet pot, the liquids can be removed from a room.
