Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a clamp according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • clamps for clamping various elements together, for example a set of electric cables, is known to those skilled in the art.
  • Most of the known clamps comprise a strap provided with teeth and a head provided with at least one hooking tooth, located at one end of the strap.
  • the head of the collar further comprises an insertion slot into which the free end of the strap is adapted to be inserted.
  • the collar then forms a loop which can be tightened around the electrical elements.
  • the teeth of the strap cooperate in retaining with the hooking tooth of the head to prevent withdrawal of the strap from the head of the collar.
  • the present invention proposes a new clamping collar in which the installation of the collar, and in particular, the insertion of the free end of the strap in the head, is facilitated.
  • the collar according to the invention the installation of the clamping collar is facilitated. It is possible to achieve a reversible hooking of the end of the strap in the head thanks to the cooperation of the relief and the hooking teeth of the head, then to manually pull the strap in the head to begin tightening the collar, before finally pulling the rest of the strap with a tool.
  • the relief makes it easier to grip the end of the strap.
  • the manual pulling of the strap through the head of the collar advantageously allows each tooth of the first group to cooperate with said corresponding tooth of the head of the collar. Pulling the strap with a tool makes it possible for each tooth of the second group to cooperate with the corresponding tooth of the head of the tool.

Description

DOMAINE TECHNIQUE AUQUEL SE RAPPORTE L'INVENTIONTECHNICAL FIELD TO WHICH THE INVENTION RELATES

La présente invention concerne un collier de serrage conforme au préambule de la revendication 1.The present invention relates to a clamp according to the preamble of claim 1.

ARRIERE-PLAN TECHNOLOGIQUETECHNOLOGICAL BACKGROUND

The use of clamps for clamping various elements together, for example a set of electric cables, is known to those skilled in the art.

Most of the known clamps comprise a strap provided with teeth and a head provided with at least one hooking tooth, located at one end of the strap.

The head of the collar further comprises an insertion slot into which the free end of the strap is adapted to be inserted. The collar then forms a loop which can be tightened around the electrical elements. The teeth of the strap cooperate in retaining with the hooking tooth of the head to prevent withdrawal of the strap from the head of the collar.

In order to prevent the strap from being withdrawn from the head reliably, the cooperation between the teeth of the strap and each catching tooth of the head must prohibit any relative movement between the strap and the head once the collar is tight. around electrical elements.

As a result, the friction between the teeth of the strap and the hooking tooth of the head is very high, including in the direction of insertion of the strap into the head. The insertion of the thong in the head of the collar must overcome this friction and is therefore very difficult.

The manual insertion of the strap in the head of this type of clamp can create risks of musculoskeletal disorders for users who install these clamps repeatedly.

It is thus known to use pliers to pull on the strap so as to limit the forces to be produced for the insertion of the strap into the head.

However, inserting the free end of the strap into the head remains difficult because the use of the pliers requires that the strap is already engaged in the head. The efforts to be produced to pull on the strap with the pliers nevertheless remain significant.

Différents colliers de serrage sont connus des documents EP1342672 , qui décrit un collier de serrage selon le préambule de la revendication 1 annexée, ainsi que WO83/00676 , FR2136843 et US4214349 .Different clamps are known from documents EP1342672 , which describes a clamp according to the preamble of the appended claim 1, as well as WO83 / 00676 , FR2136843 and US4214349 .

OBJET DE L'INVENTIONOBJECT OF THE INVENTION

In order to overcome the aforementioned drawback of the state of the art, the present invention proposes a new clamping collar in which the installation of the collar, and in particular, the insertion of the free end of the strap in the head, is facilitated.

Plus particulièrement, on propose selon l'invention un collier de serrage conforme à la revendication 1.More particularly, there is provided according to the invention a clamp according to claim 1.

Thanks to the collar according to the invention, the installation of the clamping collar is facilitated. It is possible to achieve a reversible hooking of the end of the strap in the head thanks to the cooperation of the relief and the hooking teeth of the head, then to manually pull the strap in the head to begin tightening the collar, before finally pulling the rest of the strap with a tool.

Advantageously, the relief makes it easier to grip the end of the strap. The manual pulling of the strap through the head of the collar advantageously allows each tooth of the first group to cooperate with said corresponding tooth of the head of the collar. Pulling the strap with a tool makes it possible for each tooth of the second group to cooperate with the corresponding tooth of the head of the tool.

  • la hauteur du relief est inférieure ou égale à la hauteur du premier groupe de dent ;
  • chaque relief est disposé dans une région d'extrémité de la lanière dont la longueur est comprise entre 2 et 25 % de la longueur totale de la lanière ;
Other non-limiting and advantageous characteristics of the clamp according to the invention, taken individually or in any technically possible combination, are set out in claims 2 to 11 or are as follows:
  • the height of the relief is less than or equal to the height of the first group of teeth;
  • each relief is disposed in an end region of the strap, the length of which is between 2 and 25% of the total length of the strap;
  • said first group of teeth extend in an intermediate region of the strap the length of which is between 3 and 25% of the total length of the strap; and
  • said second group of teeth extends in a central region of the strap the length of which is between 25 and 75% of the total length of the strap.

Each hooking tooth 115; 215; 315 of the head 110; 210; 310 of collar 100; 200; 300 extends transversely into the insertion slot 114; 214; 314 and has an end part whose longitudinal profile is triangular and has a hooking edge 115A; 215A; 315A ( figures 6 , 17 and 26 ). This hooking edge 115A; 215A; 315A has a sharp edge of the tooth which extends perpendicular to the longitudinal axis X1; X2; X3 of the collar. The hooking edge 115A; 215A; 315A is here arranged at the intersection of two faces of the tooth inclined with respect to a plane perpendicular to the reference plane P1; P2; P3 of the collar, on the same side of this perpendicular plane.

The angle between these two faces is an acute angle, preferably between 20 and 80 degrees of angle.

A first of the two faces forms an angle with the reference plane of the collar less than that formed between the second face and this reference plane.

On entend ici par « profil longitudinal » un profil selon une coupe longitudinale du collier, le long d'un plan perpendiculaire au plan de référence P1 ; P2 ; P3 passant par l'axe longitudinal X1 ; X2 ; X3.The term “longitudinal profile” is understood here to mean a profile along a longitudinal section of the collar, along a plane perpendicular to the reference plane P1; P2; P3 passing through the longitudinal axis X1; X2; X3.

The strap 120; 220; 320 is in the form of a narrow and thin strip which is attached at one of its ends to the head 110; 210; 310. More precisely, the strap 120; 220; 320 comes here from training with the base 111; 211; 311. It is flexible, so as to be able to surround the object to be clamped.

The clamp 100; 200; 300 is preferably obtained in one piece, by molding a plastic material.

Comme le montrent l'ensemble des figures, la lanière 120 ; 220 ; 320 porte ici au moins un relief 124 ; 224 ; 324 s'étendant en saillie à partir de l'une de ses faces 122, 123 ; 222, 223 ; 322, 323, principales opposées, à proximité de son extrémité libre 121 ;221 ;321, et adapté à coopérer à retenue avec l'une desdites dents d'accrochage 115 ; 215 ; 315 de ladite tête 110 ; 210 ; 310 lorsque la lanière 120 ; 220 ; 320 est insérée dans la fente d'insertion 114 ; 214 ; 314 de la tête 110 ; 210 ; 310.As all of the figures show, the strap 120; 220; 320 here bears at least one relief 124; 224; 324 projecting from one of its faces 122, 123; 222, 223; 322, 323, main opposites, near its free end 121; 221; 321, and adapted to cooperate in retaining with one of said hooking teeth 115; 215; 315 of said head 110; 210; 310 when the strap 120; 220; 320 is inserted into the insertion slot 114; 214; 314 of the head 110; 210; 310.

Elle porte en outre au moins un premier groupe de dents 125 ; 225 ; 325, s'étendant en saillie à partir de l'une des faces 122, 123 ; 222, 223 ; 322, 323 principales opposées de la lanière 120 ; 220 ; 320, chacune desdites dents 125 ; 225 ; 325 de ce premier groupe de dents étant également adaptée à coopérer à retenue avec l'une desdites dents d'accrochage 115 ; 215 ; 315 de ladite tête 110 ; 210 ; 310 lorsque la lanière 120 ; 220 ; 320 est insérée dans la fente d'insertion 114 ; 214 ; 314 de la tête 110 ; 210 ; 310.It also carries at least a first group of teeth 125; 225; 325, projecting from one of the faces 122, 123; 222, 223; 322, 323 main opposites of the strap 120; 220; 320, each of said teeth 125; 225; 325 of this first group of teeth also being adapted to cooperate in retaining with one of said hooking teeth 115; 215; 315 of said head 110; 210; 310 when the strap 120; 220; 320 is inserted into the insertion slot 114; 214; 314 of the head 110; 210; 310.

De manière remarquable, ledit relief 124 ; 224 ; 324 présente un profil exempt d'arête vive, autorisant une coopération débrayable avec ladite dent d'accrochage 115 ; 215 ; 315 et chaque dent 125 ; 225 ; 325 dudit premier groupe de dents présente un profil comprenant au moins une arête vive et une première hauteur H11 ; H21 ; H31 entraînant une coopération non débrayable avec ladite dent d'accrochage 115 ; 215 ; 315 (voir notamment les figures 9, 17 et 26).Remarkably, said relief 124; 224; 324 has a profile free from sharp edges, allowing disengageable cooperation with said hooking tooth 115; 215; 315 and each tooth 125; 225; 325 of said first group of teeth has a profile comprising at least one sharp edge and a first height H11; H21; H31 causing non-disengageable cooperation with said hooking tooth 115; 215; 315 (see in particular figures 9 , 17 and 26 ).

Ici, cette deuxième hauteur H21 ; H22 ; H23 est supérieure à ladite première hauteur H11 ; H12 ; H13.Remarkably, as shown in particular by the figures 5 to 8 ; 13 to 16 and 22 to 25 , a second group of teeth 126 is also provided; 226; 326 projecting from one of the faces 122, 123; 222, 223; 322, 323 of the strap 120; 220; 320, between the first group of teeth 125; 225; 325 and said head 110; 210; 310. Each of said teeth 126; 226; 326 of the second group of teeth has a profile comprising at least one sharp edge and a second height H21; H22; H23 causing non-disengageable cooperation with said hooking tooth 115; 215; 315 of the head 110; 210; 310 when the strap is inserted into the insertion slot 114; 214; 314 of said head 110; 210; 310. Here, this second height H21; H22; H23 is greater than said first height H11; H12; H13.

Lorsque la lanière est courbée de manière à insérer l'extrémité libre 121 ; 221 ; 321 de la lanière dans l'entrée de la fente d'insertion 114 ; 214 ; 314 de la tête 110 ; 210 ; 310, cette lanière 120 ; 220 ; 320 pénètre dans la tête 110 ; 210 ; 310 de telle sorte que la face supérieure 122 ; 222 ; 322 de la lanière 120 ; 220 ; 320 est orientée vers la ou les traverses 112 ; 212 ; 312 et la face inférieure 123 ; 223 ; 323 de la lanière 120 ; 220 ; 320 est orientée vers le socle 111 ; 211 ; 311.When the strap is bent so as to insert the free end 121; 221; 321 of the strap into the entrance of the insertion slot 114; 214; 314 of the head 110; 210; 310, this strap 120; 220; 320 enters the head 110; 210; 310 such that the upper face 122; 222; 322 of the strap 120; 220; 320 is oriented towards the sleeper (s) 112; 212; 312 and the lower face 123; 223; 323 of the strap 120; 220; 320 is oriented towards the base 111; 211; 311.

This implies that, in general, the structures of the strap 120; 220; 320 protruding from the top face 122; 222; 322 thereof can be adapted to cooperate, according to their shape and size, with hooking teeth 115; 215; 315 of the head 110; 210; 310 arranged on the underside of the sleeper (s) 112; 212; 312 of the head 110; 210; 310, while structures of the strap 120; 220; 320 rising from the underside 123; 223; 323 of the strap 120; 220; 320 may be adapted to cooperate, depending on their shape and size, with the hooking teeth of the head 110; 210; 310 located on the upper face of the base 111; 211; 311.

Dans les trois modes de réalisation envisagés ici, les reliefs 124 ; 224 ; 324 et les dents 125, 126 ; 225, 226 ; 325, 326 des premier et deuxième groupes de dents de la lanière 120 ; 220 ; 320 s'élèvent tous à partir d'une même face de la lanière 120 ; 220 ; 320, à savoir ici à partir de la face supérieure 122 ; 222 ; 322 de cette lanière. Les dents d'accrochage 115 ; 215 ; 215 de la tête 110 ; 210 ; 310 sont situées sur la face inférieure de la ou des traverses de la tête du collier (voir notamment les figures 5 à 8, 13 à 16 et 22 à 26).In the three embodiments considered here, the reliefs 124; 224; 324 and teeth 125, 126; 225, 226; 325, 326 of the first and second groups of teeth of the strap 120; 220; 320 all rise from the same face of the strap 120; 220; 320, namely here from the top face 122; 222; 322 of this thong. The hooking teeth 115; 215; 215 of the head 110; 210; 310 are located on the underside of the cross member (s) of the head of the collar (see in particular the figures 5 to 8 , 13 to 16 and 22 to 26 ).

In the following, the height of one of the teeth is defined as the distance between the reference plane P1; P2; P3 and the point of this tooth furthest from this reference plane P1; P2; P3. The heights of all the teeth are therefore measured with respect to the same plane.

The height of each relief is defined as the distance between the reference plane P1; P2; P3 and the point of this relief 124; 224; 324 furthest from this reference plane P1; P2; P3. The heights of all the reliefs and of all the teeth are therefore measured with respect to the same plane.

Ici, la lanière 120 ; 220 ; 320 porte, depuis son extrémité libre 121 ; 221 ; 321 jusqu'à la tête 110 ; 210 ; 310, dans une région d'extrémité, ledit au moins un relief 124 ; 224 ; 324, puis, dans une région intermédiaire, le premier groupe de dents 125 ; 225 ; 325, puis, dans une région centrale, le troisième groupe de dents 126 ; 226 ; 326 (voir notamment figures 1, 2, 10, 11, 18 et 19).Here, the strap 120; 220; 320 door, from its free end 121; 221; 321 up to head 110; 210; 310, in an end region, said at least one relief 124; 224; 324, then, in an intermediate region, the first group of teeth 125; 225; 325, then, in a central region, the third group of teeth 126; 226; 326 (see in particular figures 1, 2 , 10, 11 , 18 and 19 ).

Une première zone 127 ; 227 ; 327 libre de tout relief ou de toute dent est ménagée entre ledit relief 124 ; 224 ; 324 et le premier groupe de dents 125 ; 225 ; 325. Une deuxième zone 128 ; 228 ; 328 libre de tout relief ou de toute dent est également ménagée entre le deuxième groupe de dents 126 ; 226 ; 326 et la tête 110 ; 210 ; 310 du collier (voir notamment figures 1, 2, 10, 11, 18 et 19).A first zone 127; 227; 327 free of any relief or any tooth is provided between said relief 124; 224; 324 and the first group of teeth 125; 225; 325. A second zone 128; 228; 328 free of any relief or any tooth is also provided between the second group of teeth 126; 226; 326 and the head 110; 210; 310 of the collar (see in particular figures 1, 2 , 10, 11 , 18 and 19 ).

In said first and second zone 127, 128; 227, 228; 327, 328 no hooking is possible between the strap and the head of the collar. Here, the upper face 122; 222; 322 of the strap 120; 220; 320 is parallel to the lower face 123; 223; 323 of this thong. It is also conceivable that in these areas, the upper face is flat and inclined relative to the lower face of the strap or that the upper face carries one or more structures whose height relative to the reference plane is insufficient to allow attachment. with the hooking teeth 115; 215; 315 of the head 110; 210; 310 of the collar.

On the other hand, as shown in particular by figures 2 , 11 and 19 , teeth 125, 126; 225, 226; 325, 326 of the first and second groups of teeth follow one another without interruption.

A number of reliefs 124 is provided here more precisely; 224; 324 included in one and ten.

De préférence, chacun desdits au moins un relief 124 ; 224 ; 324 est disposé dans une région d'extrémité de la lanière 120 ; 200 ; 320 dont la longueur est comprise entre 2 et 25 % de la longueur totale de la lanière 120 ; 220 ; 320.Preferably, each of said at least one relief 124; 224; 324 is disposed in an end region of the strap 120; 200; 320, the length of which is between 2 and 25% of the total length of the strap 120; 220; 320.

The length of the end region is measured between the free end 121; 221; 321 of the strap and the part furthest from this free end of the relief 124; 224; 324 furthest from the free end.

La longueur de la lanière est mesurée entre son extrémité libre 121 ; 221 ; 321 et la partie de la tête 110 ; 210 ; 310 la plus proche de cette extrémité libre 121 ; 221 ; 321.The length of the strap is measured between its free end 121; 221; 321 and the part of the head 110; 210; 310 closest to this free end 121; 221; 321.

The first embodiment ( figures 1 to 9 ) comprises a single relief 124. The free end 121 of the strap further comprises here triangular marks disposed between the relief 124 and the free end 121 of the strap 120. These triangular marks do not protrude above of the upper face 122 of the strap and do not constitute reliefs.

The second embodiment ( figures 10 to 17 ) comprises three reliefs 224. The free end 221 of the strap further comprises here two triangular marks arranged between the relief 224 and the free end 221 of the strap 220.

Le troisième mode de réalisation (figures 18 à 26) comprend cinq reliefs 324.The third embodiment ( figures 18 to 26 ) includes five reliefs 324.

La valeur de cette dernière hauteur constitue la hauteur H11 ; H12 ; H13 du relief 124 ; 224 ; 324.Each relief 124; 224; 324 presents here a shape with a triangular base ( figures 1 , 10 and 18 ) and rises substantially perpendicular to the upper face 122; 222; 322 of the strap 120; 220; 320. It is delimited by a front face consequently also having a triangular shape, which is here slightly inclined with respect to the upper face 122; 222; 322 of the strap 120; 220; 320. This front face is preferably inclined with respect to the reference plane P1; P2; P3 so that the height of the portion of the relief 124; 224; 324 located on the side of the free end 121; 221; 321 of the strap 120; 220; 320 is less than the height of the portion of the relief 124; 224; 324 located opposite. The value of this last height constitutes the height H11; H12; H13 in relief 124; 224; 324.

Further, in the case where a plurality of reliefs 224; 324 are present, as in the second and third embodiments described here, one can advantageously provide that the height H11; H12; H13 of these reliefs increases from the free end 221; 321 from the thong towards the head.

Provision can be made for the height H11 of the relief 124 to be less than or equal to the first height H21 of the teeth 125 of the first group of teeth. This is particularly the case in the first embodiment shown in the figures 1 to 9 , in which the height H11 of the relief 124 is equal to 1.52 millimeters and the first height H21 of the teeth 125 of the first group of teeth is equal to 1.57 millimeters.

It is also possible to provide that the height H12; H13 of the relief 224; 324 is greater than or equal to the first height H22; H23 of teeth 225; 325 of the first group of teeth. This is particularly the case in the second and third embodiments shown in the figures 1 to 9 , wherein the height H12; H13 of the reliefs 224; 324 is respectively equal to 1.68 and 1.73 millimeters and the first height H22; H23 of teeth 225; 325 of the first group of teeth is 1.63 and 1.62 millimeter (mm).

For comparison, the height of the upper face of the strap 120; 220; 320 at the end region from which the reliefs 124 rise; 224; 324 is 0.8mm, 0.95mm, and 1mm respectively for each embodiment.

De préférence, la hauteur H11 ; H12 ; H13 du relief 124 ; 224 ; 324 est inférieure ou égale à la deuxième hauteur H31 ; H32 ; H33 des dents 126 ; 226 ; 326 du deuxième groupe de dent, définie plus loin.Preferably, the height H11; H12; H13 in relief 124; 224; 324 is less than or equal to the second height H31; H32; H33 of teeth 126; 226; 326 of the second group of teeth, defined later.

Reliefs 124; 224; 324 rise at a distance from each other.

In general, the reliefs 124; 224; 324 have the function of facilitating manual gripping of the free end of the strap by the user and of allowing a temporary, disengageable hooking on the head 110; 210; 310 of collar 100; 200; 300.

It is thus possible to form the loop of the collar around the object to be tightened without definitively engaging the strap in the head of the collar because it cannot be disengaged.

The point of the triangle formed by the base of each relief 124; 224; 324 is oriented towards the free end 121; 221; 321 of the strap 120; 220; 320. Each relief 124; 224; 324 is thus also an indication for the user the direction in which to pull the free end 121; 221; 321 of the strap 120; 220; 320 through the head 110; 210; 310 of the collar.

Each relief 124; 224; 324 presents here, as mentioned previously, a profile free of sharp edges and a height H11; H12; H13 allowing disengageable cooperation with said catching tooth 115; 215; 315.

This is more particularly a profile in a longitudinal section.

As can be seen in the longitudinal sectional views of the figures 5 to 8 , 13 to 16 and 22 to 25 , each relief 124; 224; 324 has a transverse end edge 124A; 224A; 324A which has a rounded shape ( figures 9 , 17 and 26 ).

The profile of the relief, in longitudinal section, does not present a sharp edge, but one or more rounded edges.

Thanks to the profile without a sharp edge, it is possible to slide the relief 124; 224; 324 relative to the hooking tooth 115; 215; 315 of the head 110; 210; 310 in both directions: in the direction of insertion of the strap, to hook the strap into the head, and in a reverse direction called hereinafter the direction of withdrawal, to bring out the strap 120; 220; 320 of the head 110; 210; 310 of collar 100; 200; 300, if necessary.

La coopération du relief 124 ; 224 ; 324 et des dents d'accrochage 115 ; 215 ; 315 autorise donc un accrochage débrayable, c'est-à-dire adapté à être défait sans endommager le collier, de la lanière 120 ; 220 ; 320 dans la tête 110 ; 210 ; 310.Cooperation of relief 124; 224; 324 and hooking teeth 115; 215; 315 therefore allows a disengageable hooking, that is to say adapted to be undone without damaging the collar, of the strap 120; 220; 320 in the head 110; 210; 310.

On the contrary, each tooth 125; 225; 325 of said first group of teeth has a profile comprising at least one sharp edge and a first height H21; H22; H23 causing non-disengageable cooperation with said hooking tooth 115; 215; 315 and each tooth 127; 227; 327 of the second group of teeth also has a profile comprising at least one sharp edge and a second height H31; H32; H33 greater than said first height H21; H22; H23, causing non-disengageable cooperation with said catching tooth 115; 215; 315 of the head 110; 210; 310 when the strap 120; 220; 320 is inserted into the insertion slot 114; 214; 314 of said head 110; 210; 310 (see figures 7,8 , 15, 16 , 24 and 25 ).

In practice, each tooth 125, 126; 225, 226; 325, 326 of the first and second group of teeth has an end part provided with a catching edge 125A, 126A; 225A, 226A; 325A; 326A formed by said sharp edge and delimited by two faces of said tooth. These two faces are inclined relative to a plane perpendicular to the reference plane P1; P2; P3 of the strap, on the same side of this perpendicular plane, so that each tooth is generally inclined towards the head of the collar ( figures 9 ; 17 and 26 ).

The angle between these two faces is an acute angle, preferably between 20 and 80 degrees of angle.

Une première 125B ; 225B ; 325B de ces faces forme par exemple un angle compris entre 10 et 50 degrés avec le plan de référence P1 ; P2 ; P3 du collier, tandis que la deuxième face 125C ; 225C ; 325C forme par exemple un angle compris entre 30 et 90 degrés avec le plan de référence P1 ; P2 ; P3 (figures 9 ; 17 et 26).A first 125B; 225B; 325B of these faces forms for example an angle of between 10 and 50 degrees with the reference plane P1; P2; P3 of the collar, while the second face 125C; 225C; 325C for example forms an angle of between 30 and 90 degrees with the reference plane P1; P2; P3 ( figures 9 ; 17 and 26 ).

The first face 125B; 225B; 325B forms an angle with the reference plane less than the angle formed between the second face 125C; 225C; 325C and the reference plane. This first face is more flattened than the second.

Overall, the longitudinal profile of the end portion of each tooth 125; 225; 325 is similar to the longitudinal profile of the end portion of each hooking tooth 115; 225; 325, so that these profiles are complementary.

Thus, during the insertion of the strap 120; 220; 320 in the head 110; 210; 310 of collar 100; 200; 300, the first faces 125B; 225B; 325B of the teeth of the strap and the first faces of the hooking teeth of the head slide over each other in the direction of insertion of the strap. When we pull on the strap 120; 220; 320 in the reverse direction, that is to say that of the withdrawal of the strap from the head, the second faces 125C; 225C; 325C of the teeth of the strap abut against the second faces of the hooking teeth of the head 110; 210; 310 and prohibit any movement of the strap 120; 220; 320 in this sense. Due to the particular shape of the teeth of the thong, inclined towards the head of the collar, it is impossible to bring out the thong from the head. The attachment of each tooth of the head to the corresponding tooth of the strap is thus non-disengageable, that is to say irreversible, in the sense that this attachment cannot be undone without damaging the collar.

In practice, the first height H21; H22; H23 of teeth 125; 225; 325 of the first group of teeth being less than the second height H31; H32; H33 of the second group of teeth, the insertion of the strap 120; 220; 320 in the head is facilitated when the head passes around the first group of teeth. The first height H21; H22; H23 is determined so that the strap 120; 220; 320 can be manually pulled without undue effort on the part of the user along the first group of teeth ( figures 7 , 15 and 24 ).

Ensuite, lorsque la tête 110 ; 210 ; 310 du collier 100 ; 200 ; 300 passe autour du deuxième groupe de dents, l'insertion de la lanière 120 ; 220 ; 320 dans la tête 110 ; 210 ; 310 devient plus difficile, et il peut être nécessaire de tirer la lanière 120 ; 220 ; 320 grâce à un outil, tel une pince, pour faire coulisser la lanière 120 ; 220 ; 320 dans la fente d'insertion 114 ; 214 ; 314 (figures 8 ; 16 et 25).Then when the head 110; 210; 310 of collar 100; 200; 300 passes around the second group of teeth, the insertion of the strap 120; 220; 320 in the head 110; 210; 310 becomes more difficult, and it may be necessary to pull the strap 120; 220; 320 using a tool, such as pliers, to slide the strap 120; 220; 320 in the insertion slot 114; 214; 314 ( figures 8 ; 16 and 25 ).

Preferably, the central part of the strap 120; 220; 320 having the second group of teeth is adapted to be pulled through the head 110; 210; 310 using a tool. In particular, the central part of the strap 120; 220; 320 having the second group of teeth may be adapted to be pulled through the head 110; 210; 310 exclusively using a tool.

The clamping of the collar around the object to be tightened is preferably possible exclusively using a tool.

Here, the intermediate region of the strap 120; 220; 320 comprising said first group of teeth extends over a length between 3 and 25% of the total length of the strap 120; 220; 320.

La région centrale de la lanière 120 ; 220 ; 320 comprenant ledit deuxième groupe de dents s'étend sur longueur est comprise entre 25 et 75% de la longueur totale de la lanière 120 ; 220 ; 320.The central region of the thong 120; 220; 320 comprising said second group of teeth extending over length is between 25 and 75% of the total length of the strap 120; 220; 320.

In its intermediate and central regions, the strap 120; 220; 320 here comprises two side walls 129; 229; 329 which rise along the longitudinal edges of the strap so as to frame the teeth of the first and second groups of teeth. These low walls 129; 229; 329 guide the insertion of the strap in the slit of the head (see in particular the figures 1 , 10 and 18 ).

La mise en place d'un tel collier 100 ; 200 ; 300 s'effectue simplement en entourant l'objet à serrer, par exemple un ensemble de câbles électriques, avec le collier, puis en faisant passer l'extrémité libre 121 ; 221 ; 321 de la lanière 120 ; 220 ; 320 à travers la fente d'insertion 114 ; 214 ; 314 de la tête 110 ; 210 ; 310, de manière à former la boucle (figure 5, 13 et 22).The establishment of such a collar 100; 200; 300 is carried out simply by surrounding the object to be clamped, for example a set of electric cables, with the collar, then by passing the free end 121; 221; 321 of the strap 120; 220; 320 through the insertion slot 114; 214; 314 of the head 110; 210; 310, so as to form the loop ( figure 5 , 13 and 22 ).

The user manually slides the strap 120; 220; 320 in the head 110; 210; 310, until the hooking teeth 115; 215; 315 cooperate with one of the reliefs 124; 224; 324. The collar is then held around the object, and can be released by the user, in a standby position ( figure 5 , 13 and 22 ).

A ce stade, l'accrochage de la lanière 120 ; 220 ; 320 dans la tête 110 ; 210 ; 310 est débrayable, et la lanière 120 ; 220 ; 320 peut coulisser hors de la tête 110 ; 210 ; 310 si l'utilisateur tire manuellement dessus dans le sens inverse au sens d'introduction dans la tête 110 ; 210 ; 310 (figure 5, 13 et 22).At this stage, the hooking of the strap 120; 220; 320 in the head 110; 210; 310 is disengageable, and the strap 120; 220; 320 can slide out of the head 110; 210; 310 if the user manually pulls on it in the opposite direction to the direction of introduction into the head 110; 210; 310 ( figure 5 , 13 and 22 ).

If the user decides to finalize the clamp 100; 200; 300, he continues to pull the strap 120 with one hand; 220; 320 while maintaining the head 110; 210; 310 with the other hand.

Le passage de la tête 110 ; 210 ; 310 au niveau de la première zone 127 ; 227 ; 327 de la lanière 120 ; 220 ; 320 libre de toute structure adaptée à coopérer avec la tête indique à l'utilisateur que la tête 110 ; 210 ; 310 sort de la partie de la lanière 120 ; 220 ; 320 comportant des reliefs 124 ; 224 ; 324 permettant un accrochage débrayable et est sur le point de s'accrocher de manière non débrayable sur la lanière 120 ; 220 ; 320 (figure 6, 14 et 23).The passage of the head 110; 210; 310 at the level of the first zone 127; 227; 327 of the strap 120; 220; 320 free of any structure adapted to cooperate with the head indicates to the user that the head 110; 210; 310 comes out of the part of the strap 120; 220; 320 comprising reliefs 124; 224; 324 allowing a disengageable hooking and is about to hook in a non-disengageable manner on the strap 120; 220; 320 ( figure 6 , 14 and 23 ).

For this purpose, said first zone 127; 227; 327 devoid of any structure adapted to cooperate with said hooking tooth 115; 215; 315 of the head 110; 210; 310 has a length, measured along the longitudinal axis X1; X2; X3 of collar 100; 200; 300 strictly greater than the distance between the two hooking teeth 115; 215; 315 of the head furthest from each other.

In practice, here, the length of this first free zone is greater than the longitudinal dimension, measured along the longitudinal axis X1; X2; X3 of collar 100; 200; 300, cross member 112; 212 in the case of the first two embodiments ( figures 6 and 14 ) and greater than the total distance between two faces furthest from the two sleepers 312A, 312B in the case of the third embodiment ( figure 23 ).

Les dents d'accrochage 115 ; 215 ; 315 de la tête 110 ; 210 ; 310 s'accrochent ensuite de manière non débrayable, c'est-à-dire irréversible, sur les dents 125 ; 225 ; 325 du premier groupe de dents (figures 7, 15 et 24).The hooking teeth 115; 215; 315 of the head 110; 210; 310 then hook in a non-disengageable manner, that is to say irreversibly, on the teeth 125; 225; 325 of the first group of teeth ( figures 7 , 15 and 24 ).

For a large diameter object, this manual tightening may be sufficient.

For an object of smaller diameter, the user continues to pull on the strap 120; 220; 320. When the head 110; 210; 310 arrives at teeth 126; 226; 326 of the second group of teeth, he feels that the resistance opposing the sliding of the strap in the head increases, because the second height of the teeth of the second group is greater than the first height of the teeth of the first group.

Les dents d'accrochage 115 ; 215 ; 315 de la tête 110 ; 210 ; 310 s'accrochent alors de manière non débrayable, c'est-à-dire irréversible, sur les dents 126 ; 226 ; 326 du deuxième groupe de dents (figures 8, 16 et 25).He then grabs a pair of pliers and pulls on the strap using this tool, until it is fully tightened. The hooking teeth 115; 215; 315 of the head 110; 210; 310 are then hooked in a non-disengageable manner, that is to say irreversible, on the teeth 126; 226; 326 of the second group of teeth ( figures 8 , 16 and 25 ).

After loosening, the collar remains in place, tight.

The hooking of the strap in the head of the collar is then non-detachable. It cannot be undone without damaging the collar. Tearing the thong out of the head, in addition to the fact that it requires a very significant effort, involves a permanent deformation of the teeth which makes the collar unusable.

In practice, the collar can only be removed from the object around which it is tightened by cutting the strap.
