Der dritte Anschlusskontakt des Akkumoduls ist vorzugsweise als Steuerkontakt ausgebildet, mittels dessen beim Ein- und Ausschalten des Hörgeräts die Wandlerelektronik des Akkumoduls aktiviert bzw. deaktiviert wirdThe third connection contact of the rechargeable battery module is preferably designed as a control contact, by means of which the converter electronics of the rechargeable battery module is activated or deactivated when the hearing device is switched on and off

The electronic frame is preferably formed by a (in particular three-dimensionally shaped) printed circuit board or comprises a (such or a flat) printed circuit board. In the latter case, the contact carrier is preferably attached to the circuit board and thus indirectly attached to the electronics frame.

By the first contact arm, it is advantageously possible that the electronics frame, which is basically set up and provided for operation with the battery module, can be used in a simple manner for operation with a conventional battery, in particular a button cell. Thus, storage costs, which are due to a variety of different, tailored to different energy sources to be used hearing aid components, omitted.

In a preferred embodiment, the first contact arm protrudes with its associated contact end beyond the plane of the contact ends of the contact springs of the contact carrier. In particular, a contact surface formed at the contact end of the first contact arm is aligned transversely to the contact surfaces of the contact springs situated in the common plane. This makes it possible, in particular, for the first contact arm to contact the button cell in the intended insertion state of the button cell on one of its end faces. A second contact surface of the button cell lying opposite this end surface at a different potential is arranged on the peripheral surface thereof (also referred to as lateral surface) and is preferably contacted by that contact spring of the contact carrier which is assigned to the electrical potential of the lateral surface. Conveniently, the button cell is also supported in the intended insertion state in a pivotally mounted to the electronics frame battery door for this case. This battery compartment door protects the two other contact springs of the contact carrier preferably against a contact with the button cell and thus against short circuit.

In an expedient embodiment, the contact carrier on a second contact, which preferably integrally with the second line connection, in particular with respect to the first line connection a different associated with electrical potential, associated second contact spring is formed. The two contact arms are in this case in particular configured to contact the button cell at their respective flat sides (ie the opposite end faces). Conveniently, in this case, therefore, the second contact arm with its contact end is analogous to the first contact arm in the manner described above beyond the plane of the contact springs.

Preferably, the third contact spring of the contact carrier associated with the control contact of the battery module is designed in particular independently of the first and possibly the second contact arm, d. H. isolated from the respective contact arm.

In a preferred embodiment, the first contact arm as well as the optional second contact arm each project from a side surface of the particular cuboidal contact carrier which deviates from the surface having the contact springs or supporting surface.

The hearing aid according to the invention according to claim 5 comprises the above-described electronics frame (hence also the contact carrier with the integrated first contact arm). Preferably, the hearing aid also includes a housing in which the electronic frame is arranged.

In an expedient embodiment, the hearing device also includes the aforementioned, pivotally hinged to the electronic frame on this or on the housing battery door for reversible particular support of the button cell. By means of the battery compartment door, the button cell is adjustable, in particular for switching the hearing aid on or off, between an operating position contacted with the first (and possibly the second) contact arm and an inactive position in which the battery is from the first contact arm (and possibly the second contact arm). is removed. As an alternative to the battery door, the hearing aid comprises the battery module described above.

In the event that the first and the second contact arm are present on the contact carrier, the battery compartment door is preferably designed such that it isolates the shell side of the button cell (in the intended contacting state with the first and the second contact arm) with respect to the three contact springs of the contact carrier.

The inventive kit according to the independent claim 8 is used in particular for optional equipment of the above-described electronic frame for use with the battery module or with the button cell. For this purpose, the kit in addition to the hearing aid described above, which in particular has the electronics frame of the type described above, the battery module and the battery compartment door described above, which are each adapted for selective mounting to the electronics frame or the housing of the hearing aid.

The electronic frame according to the invention according to claim 9 is used for holding electronic components of a hearing aid. Preferably, the electronics frame is thus used in a hearing aid. The electronic frame comprises a contact carrier which in turn has a first, second and third line connection for electrically contacting at least one of the electronic components supported on the electronic frame with a (assigned) first connection contact, a second connection contact which is opposite to the first connection contact on a different (electrical) Potential is, as well as having a third terminal contact of a battery module. This Ackumodul includes a rechargeable battery. The contact carrier further comprises at least one insertion slot for receiving a respective contact arm. This contact arm is used in the intended mounting state for electrical contact with a contact (also referred to as pole or contact surface) of a two-pole battery.

In principle, the components of this embodiment described here also correspond to the components of the electronics frame (or the corresponding hearing device) described above. So it is with the bipolar battery also preferably around the button cell described above. The same applies to the electrical potentials and the terminals of the battery module as well as the electronics frame or its circuit board.

Through the insertion slot, it is advantageously possible that the electronics frame, which is basically set up and provided for operation with the battery module, can be adapted in a simple manner for operation with a button cell, in particular during the production of the hearing aid or possibly retrofitted. Thus, storage costs, which are due to a variety of different, tailored to different energy sources to be used hearing aid components, omitted. Because according to the invention can be used both for non-rechargeable and rechargeable batteries, a high proportion of common parts for the corresponding hearing aids, in particular by only when needed for operation with a button cell, the contact arm described above is used in the contact carrier.

In a preferred embodiment, the first line connection is open in the insertion slot. This means that upon insertion of the first contact arm into the insertion slot, the first contact arm is contacted directly or indirectly (for example by means of an electrically conductive adhesive) with the first lead terminal of the contact support.

In a further expedient embodiment, the three line connections of the contact carrier are connected at the end to an associated contact spring. These three contact springs are in particular side by side on a surface of the contact carrier - which is preferably cuboid shaped - arranged and lie with their associated contact ends in a common (contact) level.

In a preferred embodiment, in particular for the case described above, that the three contact springs are arranged side by side in a common plane, the first contact arm protrudes in the intended mounting state with its associated contact end on the plane of the contact ends the contact springs of the contact carrier addition.

In a further expedient embodiment, which is also regarded as an independent invention, the contact carrier has a second insertion slot for receiving a second contact arm. In the intended mounting state, the above-described first contact arm is connected to the first line connection and the second contact arm is connected to the second line connection, which is assigned to a different potential in relation to the first line connection. In particular, the first and the second contact arm are arranged and provided to contact the button cell in the intended insertion state at its opposite end faces. Consequently, both contact arms also each have a contact section (at least the respective contact end) which projects beyond the (previously described) plane of the contact springs and serves to make contact with the corresponding flat side (front side) of the button cell.

In a preferred development to the above embodiment, the button cell in the intended insertion state is preferably (also) supported in a battery compartment door. The battery door is designed such that they Jacket side of the button cell isolated (in the intended contacting state with the first and the second contact arm) relative to the three contact springs of the contact carrier.

In an expedient development of the first and possibly also the second contact arm are formed as part of the contact carrier, that is, the first and possibly also the second contact arm is preferably both in the intended use with the button cell design of the electronics frame as well as in the use the battery module provided embodiment of the electronic frame in the first and second insertion slot of the contact carrier, in particular fixed and electrically contacted with the first and the second line connection.

In any case, the third contact spring of the contact carrier associated with the control contact of the battery module is designed in particular independently of the first and possibly the second contact arm, ie. H. of these, isolated.

The hearing aid according to the invention according to claim 14 comprises the above-described electronic frame as well as the first contact arm mounted on the contact carrier.

Preferably, the hearing aid also includes a housing in which the electronics frame is arranged, as well as a hinged to the electronics frame on this or on the housing battery compartment door for reversible mounting of the button cell. By means of the battery compartment door, the button cell is adjustable, in particular for switching the hearing aid on or off, between an operating position contacted with the first (and possibly the second) contact arm and an inactive position in which the battery is from the first contact arm (and possibly the second contact arm). is removed.

The inventive kit according to claim 15 is used in particular for optional equipment of the above-described electronic frame for use with the battery module or with the button cell. This includes the kit in addition to the hearing aid described above, which in particular has the electronic frame of the type described above, at least the first (described above) contact arm, which is for retrofitting to the contact carrier, specifically in the insertion slot, set up and provided. Furthermore, the kit also includes the battery module, as well as the battery compartment door described above, which are set up for optional mounting on the electronics frame or the housing of the hearing aid.

The contact carrier 8 is basically for contacting a in Fig. 3 set up and provided battery module 30 shown. The rechargeable battery module 30 comprises a rechargeable battery (hereinafter referred to as "rechargeable battery") and an electronic conversion unit which serves to adapt the output voltage value provided by the rechargeable battery to an operating voltage value required for operating the electronic components of the hearing aid. In addition, the Ackumodul 30 also includes a charging electronics with an antenna for wireless power reception. Furthermore, the battery module 30 comprises three on a lateral surface 32 next to each other and thus to the (serving for contacting) contact ends of the contact springs 14,16 and 18 corresponding terminal contacts. The corresponding to the contact springs 14 and 16 first and second terminal contacts 34 and 36 are at a different electrical potential. The first connection contact 34 is actually at ground potential.

18 elektrisch kontaktiert. The third connection contact of the battery module 30 represents a control contact 38, by means of which the converter electronics of the battery module 30 is activated or deactivated when the hearing device is switched on and off. The connection contacts 34 and 36 and the control contact 38 are electrically contacted in the intended mounting state of the hearing aid with the contact springs 14,16 and 18 respectively.

Fig. 4) die Knopfzelle 40 einliegt. To be able to operate the hearing aid as an alternative to the battery module 30 also by means of a conventional hearing aid battery, which is formed by a non-rechargeable (zinc-air) button cell 40, the hearing aid comprises an in Fig. 4 The battery compartment door 42 is articulated in the intended mounting state by means of a hinge 44 pivotally connected to the electronics frame 1 or to a housing of the hearing aid (not shown in detail). For the use of the button cell 40, first of all the first contact arm 26 is inserted into the insertion slot 24 and thus contacted with the first lead terminal 20. In the battery door 42, a cup-like depression 46 is formed, in the intended insertion state (see. Fig. 4 ) the button cell 40 is inserted. In the "pot bottom" of the recess 46 while an opening 48 is arranged through which the first contact arm 26 (im in Fig. 4 illustrated intended contacting state) with one of the end faces of the button cell 40 is in contact. A jacket surface 50 of the button cell 40 lying on this end face at a different electrical potential is in electrical contact with the second contact spring 16 in the intended contacting state through a recess 52 in the side wall of the battery door 42. The third contact spring 18 bears against the side wall of the battery door 42 and is thus isolated from the battery 40.

In Fig. 5 an alternative embodiment of the contact carrier 8 in the intended mounting state on the electronics frame 1 is shown. The contact carrier 8 has, in addition to the insertion slot 24, a second insertion slot 54 (see. Fig. 6 ), in which a second contact arm 56 can be received. In this case, the second contact arm 56 serves to engage the button cell 40 at their respective (located at different potentials) end faces for contacting. In this case, the battery compartment door 42 does not have the aperture 52, so that the three contact springs 14, 16 and 18 are protected against contact with the jacket surface 50 of the button cell 40 and thus against short circuiting.

In FIGS. 7 and 8 a further embodiment of the contact carrier 8 is shown. In this case, the contact springs 14 and 16 are formed integrally with the contact arms 26 and 56, respectively, and integrally with the lead terminals 20 and 22. In other words, the contact carrier 8 is always set up for contacting both the battery module 30 and the button cell 40. As already with reference to the embodiment according to FIGS. 5 and 6 also described here, when using the button cell 40, the contact springs 14,16 and 18 are protected by the (side wall of) the battery door 42 before contacting with the lateral surface 50 of the button cell 40. The contact carrier 8 has in this case - as out FIGS. 7 and 8 (and also 9 and 10) is apparent - none of the insertion slots 24 and 52 on.

In FIGS. 9 and 10 again, an alternative embodiment of the contact carrier 8 is shown. In this case, only the first contact arm 26 is integrally formed with the lead terminal 20 and with the contact spring 14. The second contact arm 56 is not present in this embodiment. Thus, this embodiment is similar to the embodiment according to Fig. 2 except that the contact arm 26 is constantly present, ie in the design of the hearing aid for use with the battery module 30, as well as in the embodiment for use with the button cell 40.

In the embodiments of the FIGS. 7 and 8 9 and 10 also serve the above-described battery compartment doors 42 for supporting the button cell 40.

The object of the invention is not limited to the embodiments described above. Rather, other embodiments of the invention may be derived by those skilled in the art from the foregoing description. In particular, the individual features of the invention described with reference to the various exemplary embodiments and their design variants can also be combined with one another in a different manner.
