Definitions
- the invention relates to a hob with a cooktop plate and heaters disposed thereunder and an arrangement of such a cooktop in a worktop.
- a corresponding hob including an arrangement in a worktop, wherein the hob is formed as it were as a weighing device.
- a hob according to the DE 102012216935 A1 be improved, and by a conflict between on the one hand a possible error-free and undisturbed weighing process is taken into account and on the other hand, a hob, in particular with its electrical functional units to be sealed. After all, cooking can quickly cause the liquid to overcook and spread on the hob plate. The penetration of such liquid into the hob or to the electrical functional units would be very harmful.
- that exists in the DE 102012216935 A1 that exists in the DE 102012216935 A1 recognizable problem of a falsification of the weight measurement by a seal.
- the invention has for its object to provide an aforementioned hob and an aforementioned arrangement of such a hob in a worktop, with which problems of the prior art can be solved and it is particularly possible to design a hob with so-called weighing function dense or to prevent liquid penetrating into the hob or to the electrical functional units.
- the hob has a cooktop plate and heaters disposed thereunder. Furthermore, a receptacle is provided under the cooktop panel, in particular in the arrangement according to the invention, wherein this receptacle may preferably already be part of the cooktop.
- the cooktop panel covers the heaters or advantageously extends over it, as is usual for a cooktop.
- the hob plate and the heaters are part of a structural unit, which means that they form a structural unit with each other, but still include other parts or functional units.
- This unit is advantageously integrated and can be at least partially closed. In particular, this unit can be sealed against the ingress of liquid from above, so that it does not necessarily have to be complete and tight all around.
- an operating device for the hob part of such a unit is also particularly advantageous. This operating device can be arranged within the receptacle.
- the receptacle may contain the heaters or they may be surrounded by the receptacle, at least in the lateral direction, in particular, the assembly.
- the aforementioned operating device is surrounded by the receptacle, in particular, the receptacle extends below the heaters and / or the operating device.
- the assembly is mounted in or on the receptacle by means of supports.
- Weight sensors are provided or arranged on these supports, so they can have weight sensors in order to measure a weight load on the supports.
- This can advantageously be designed basically similar to the aforementioned DE 102015226052 A1 or DE 102012216935 A1 ,
- At least three supports, each with weight sensors, should be provided, advantageously four supports for a rectangular hob, one in each corner area.
- the receptacle has an outer circumferential tub edge, which is pulled up.
- the trough shape of the receptacle is achieved.
- the receptacle and thus also the hob can be arranged on a countertop or in a countertop or in a corresponding cutout.
- the cutout may have a size that corresponds to the receptacle, so that it can be used well.
- the tub rim can thereby run relatively close to the inner edge of the cutout.
- An outer edge or an edge of the hob plate has a distance to the tub rim in a direction parallel to the hob plate, so a lateral distance.
- This lateral distance is advantageous given on all sides of the hob plate, so circulating or continuous.
- a distance can be 1 mm to 50 mm, preferably 10 mm to 30 mm.
- the movably mounted hob plate is separated from the fixed rim of the bath to allow just this free mobility for the weight measurement.
- a relatively low mobility for a weight measurement for example less than 1 mm or even less than 0.1 mm, is sufficient. What is important about this mobility is that it is as free as possible.
- the invention achieves, on the one hand, that the heating devices, if appropriate also an operating device and a power control for the heating devices, are combined as a structural unit and are largely protected, in particular against ingress of liquid. Due to the lateral distance of the hob plate, at the bottom of the rest of the assembly or its components is attached or attached, to the tub rim of the receptacle, this unit is, so to speak, freely movable for a genuine weight measurement.
- an inner housing is provided, which is firmly connected to the hob plate.
- the inner housing may be part of the aforementioned integrated and closed unit and may be largely sealed under certain circumstances. It may be glued to the underside of the hob plate or screwed with there adhered holding devices or otherwise secured.
- the heaters are arranged, advantageously also an aforementioned operating device or control or power control.
- the inner housing advantageously surrounds these functional units.
- the inner housing is disposed completely within the receptacle and may be below the aforementioned tub rim.
- the receptacle advantageously does not belong to the aforementioned unit, but just picks up on it.
- the weight measurement is then, so to speak, of the hob plate relative to the receptacle, so the receptacle fixed to the worktop should be arranged.
- the assembly or the inner housing is not arranged loosely in the receptacle, but at least at fixed points. For this purpose, more will be done below.
- the inner housing support projections in particular to the side or down.
- These support projections may be placed on the supports or on weight sensors, which are arranged in the receptacle.
- a support is considered vertically downwards. Since then but possibly the connection cost for the weight sensors is greater, if they are outside of the inner housing and possibly fixed to the receptacle, it is possible in an alternative embodiment, projecting from the receptacle support projections. In particular, they stand in front of a bottom of the receptacle, so advantageously vertically upwards.
- the inner housing or the integrated unit is then located with weight sensors, which are arranged at the bottom of the inner housing or in the inner housing, on these support projections on and on.
- the weight sensors can be arranged on or in the inner housing, which is structurally simpler, in particular also with respect to an electrical connection.
- the support projections can then just be part of the pads or these form.
- This channel can catch escaped liquid, which then overflows, so to speak at the edge of the hob plate and runs down or dripping, in particular by the above-described lateral distance to the tub rim.
- the gutter is a separately manufactured part and is attached to the receptacle. Since usually such receptacles and channels are made of metal, this allows a simplified production.
- Such a channel should advantageously be designed to be tightly sealed in order to prevent it, at least as long as it does not overflow, that water gets directly into the receptacle.
- Such a channel can advantageously extend to below the outer edge of the hob plate or provided on the outer edge of the hob plate circumferential aforementioned frame part.
- An overlap in the lateral direction parallel to the hob plate can be between 2 mm and 30 mm, in particular between 5 mm and 10 mm.
- a gutter may have a width of about 10 mm to 30 mm.
- a drainage pipe runs down from the gutter.
- a drain line may for example be a flexible hose and advantageously run to a nearby drain of a sink in the kitchen. So in the gutter liquid can be disposed of, so to speak, which can also be avoided that accumulates a very large amount of liquid, the gutter then overflows and the liquid still runs into the underlying receptacle.
- the gutter may have a slope to a lowest point, from which then the drainage line goes down.
- liquid from the gutter by means of a sponge cloth or cloth odgl. be removed.
- a prescribed frame part may consist of metal, in particular stainless steel or aluminum, advantageously as a conventional thin sheet. It can either be just flat and placed on top of the hob plate along the outer edge. Alternatively, the frame part can be angled at least once and also cover the outer edge surface of the hob plate, in particular also to protect against mechanical damage. In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the frame part of the bend can then be further pulled down with a so-called drip edge, wherein the frame part extends below the plane of the underside of the hob plate. Just when a frame part is made of flat material or thin sheet metal, this results in a relatively narrow drip edge with an advantageous function.
- the channel can advantageously have an upwardly drawn inner edge, wherein this inner edge runs within the outer edge of the hob plate without frame part or within a prescribed frame part or within the above-described drip edge, so it engages, so to speak.
- the inner edge of the channel may have an upper inner edge, which extends over the drip edge or is higher than this, so this engages under and engages behind. Thus, it can be very reliably prevented that liquid can pass over the barrier of the channel, so to speak down into the receptacle.
- a prescribed frame part can run parallel to the hob plate with a support section and thus be placed along the outer edge of the hob plate on its upper side.
- the frame part can then be bent at least once outside the hob plate, advantageously downwards, for example with a length of 5 mm to 20 mm.
- the inner housing is also optically closed to the side when an operator looks obliquely from the side into the gutter.
- a frame part may be angled at least once down and run with a contact portion parallel to the hob plate, however, be created and secured along the outer edge of the hob plate at the bottom. Again, offers itself to gluing. Such a frame part on the underside of the hob plate then forms only a drip edge, a protective effect or the like. for the outer edge of the hob plate is then not given.
- the channel is at least partially covered or closed at the top with a cover.
- the cover may advantageously be formed continuously encircling as a kind of frame or ring, alternatively, it may form with several individual parts such a ring shape.
- a surface of the cover may be parallel to the cooktop panel, then advantageously in the same plane as the top of the cooktop panel, or in the same plane as a pre-described frame member on top of the cooktop panel. The surface could also be oblique or rounded.
- Such a cover is advantageously secured to the receptacle or to the gutter, it is rigid and fixed, so that the aforementioned lateral distance of an outer edge of the hob plate or arranged thereon frame part with advantageously a few millimeters then just to the cover or to whose inner edge is there.
- an inner edge of the cover is evenly spaced from the outer edge of the hob plate or a frame part arranged thereon, so that the cover does not interfere with the free mobility of the hob plate and thus can not distort a weight measurement.
- Such a lateral distance can be 0.1 mm to 10 mm, advantageously 1 mm to 3 mm. It can form a narrow slot surrounding the hob plate.
- the cover may rest on or be connected to the tub rim.
- a tub edge is angled outwards so that it can rest flat on a top of a countertop, and then on this overlying area just the cover.
- the cover can be visible and not the edge of the tub.
- the cover can be advantageously solved without tools from the hob or from the gutter.
- the gutter below the cover is the gutter.
- a support of the cover should be made relatively stable, since it is quite possible that act on the cover greater weight forces by placing a heavy cooking vessel or by supporting with one hand. From the bottom of the cover projecting cover supports can engage in support supports in the gutter or on a bottom of the gutter.
- a lock can be made, for example, magnetic, but is not considered mandatory, since the cover will hardly solve by itself up when using the hob.
- a cover that its upper side extends in a plane with an upper side of the hob plate or with an upper side of the frame part, advantageously along an aforementioned outer edge of the hob plate. Then, in the region of the lateral distance, which forms a slit for the drainage of liquid on the hob plate, just given a lateral distance and no height offset. Furthermore, it can be provided that a frame part extends in the lateral direction below the cover, but with at least a small distance and especially without direct contact. As a result, an abovementioned slot can indeed be retained, but only with an angled course, and at the same time the slot can be concealed, as it were.
- the receptacle on the tub rim may have a laterally outwardly projecting support portion. This runs parallel to the hob plate and thus also advantageously parallel to a worktop in which the hob is to be arranged.
- This support section may be a few millimeters wide, for example 3 mm to 20 mm. It may be designed to rest on such a worktop as previously described. On this support portion, the aforementioned cover may rest over the gutter, as previously described, advantageously completely covering it.
- the channel not only serves to catch liquid in order to prevent it from getting into the receptacle and possibly to functional units of the cooktop, in particular to electrical functional units. It may, for example, be illuminated and thus cause a recognizable by the slot between cover or cover plate and frame part or hob plate luminous appearance.
- This luminous appearance can also be used functionally as a light display to represent different operating states of the hob or individual heaters, for example, by different colors.
- Directional and upwardly radiating light sources can even be assigned to the individual heating devices or cooking zones of the hob, which may also be used to display hot displays, active displays or problem states.
- the channel can also be designed for the extraction of steam, which is formed when cooking on the hob.
- the channel should be connected to one or more suction lines of a suction fan, as is generally known by so-called downdrafts integrated as integrated into hobs or worktops deductions.
- a downdraft may be provided centrally in the hob plate, alternatively also strip-shaped and extend in a direction largely across the hob plate or extend along a rear side.
- the hob has such a prescribed downdraft, then these usually have their own catch basin, since they also have an opening upwards. To this catch basin, the gutter can be guided, possibly with an aforementioned drain line.
- the receptacle may also have an opening or recess in a central region, on the one hand to save material and on the other hand to allow more cooling air to reach the hob. This is especially important if it is a cooktop with induction heating, the power control in operation develops a lot of heat.
- Fig. 1 is an oblique top view of an inventive arrangement 11 shown with a hob 20 according to the invention in a countertop 13.
- the worktop 13 with a top 14 a conventional, rectangular cutout 16 with an inner edge 18.
- This cutout 16 is a few inches larger than the hob used 20 and a later explained in more detail receptacle 37th
- the hob 20 has a hob plate 21, which has a top 22 and an outer edge 21 '.
- a frame member 24 made of thin stainless steel sheet and glued.
- This frame part 24 has an upper support edge 25 which rests flat on the outer edge 21 'or its upper side 22 and runs parallel to the upper side.
- the frame member 24 is angled downwards at right angles and extends approximately vertically downwards, wherein at the bottom of a drip edge 26 is formed.
- an operating device 28 is arranged in a conventional manner, here as a touch switch device or so-called touch control with touch switches and lights. Furthermore, in Fig. 1 dotted shown heaters 29, for example, five pieces with a distribution as usual for such wide cooktops 20.
- the heaters 29 may be of any kind, in particular radiant heaters or induction heaters.
- an inner housing 31 is provided from large flat parts, in particular sheet metal parts. It may be fixed to the hob plate 21 in a known manner below.
- the aforementioned functional units such as control device 28 and heaters 29 are arranged.
- power electronics or power control are included for a hob 20 with induction heaters.
- the initially described assembly 32 is formed, which essentially comprises the hob plate 21, inner housing 31 and arranged therein control device 28 and heaters 29.
- This unit 32 is a so-called integrated and functionally closed unit. It can be at least partially, in particular at the edge, sealed. Outward connections are essentially only a connecting cable 35 for an electrical power supply.
- the assembly 32 is supported by supports 34 in an aforementioned receptacle 37 and on a bottom of the receptacle 37.
- These supports 34 are not explained here in more detail, essentially it may be distributed in the corner areas supporting projections.
- You can, for example, from the bottom of the receptacle 37 are up and contain weight sensors not shown.
- the weight sensors are provided on top of or in the inner housing 31 or the assembly 32, which makes their attachment and electrical connection easier.
- these weight sensors can form the support points with which the assembly 32 rests on the support projections of the supports 34. Any weight load on the top 22 of the hob 20 and their Change can then be detected by means of the weight sensors. Resulting possibilities and advantages are sufficiently described in the aforementioned prior art.
- the connecting cable 35 is advantageously mounted so flexibly or easily movable, in particular led from outside the receptacle 37 through a corresponding opening to the unit 32, that there is no distortion of a weight measurement. Possibly, a calibration after installation of the hob 20 or completion of the assembly 11 can be made here.
- the receptacle 37 may be recessed in an advantageous embodiment in a large area below the unit 32 with an aforementioned opening.
- the components within the assembly 32 commonly generate larger amounts of heat that must be dissipated via active or passive cooling. Where there are no pads 34 of the assembly 32 on the receptacle 37 and no stiffening effect is necessary, the receptacle 37 may just be recessed.
- the receptacle 37 has, like the Fig. 2 and especially the sectional view of the Fig. 3 show well, an outer raised tub edge 38 on.
- This rim 38 is externally angled with a support portion 39, which is parallel to the top 22 of the hob 20.
- This support portion 39 rests on the top 14 of the worktop 13 around the cutout 16 around and can be glued, alternatively screwed. Such a screwing can also be done on the side of the tub rim 38 with the inner edge 18.
- the support portion 39 may also lie in a milled recess on the upper side 14 of the worktop 13, so that a flush mounting is possible.
- the receptacle 37 is functionally counted to the hob 20, even if it is not firmly connected to it at best, except possibly via the connection cable 35 plus feed.
- the support of the hob 20 by means of the supports 34 on the bottom of the receptacle 37 may be removable or removable, but this is not and is not advantageous to prevent misalignment of the weight measurement by accidental user handling.
- the support by means of the supports 34 is advantageously also designed so that the hob 20 can not be moved in the horizontal direction.
- the receptacle 37 is advantageously formed of metal, for example, at least one tub bottom within the supports 34. However, it may also be formed of plastic.
- a channel 40 is provided, advantageously made of water-resistant material such as plastic or metal or stainless steel.
- the channel 40 has a channel bottom 41 and a raised outer edge 42 and an angled raised inner edge 43.
- the outer edge 42 of the channel 40 is advantageously fixed and inseparable connected to the receptacle 37 and the tub rim 38.
- a possible screwing of the hob 20 with the worktop 13 pass.
- the inner edge 43 extends with an edge 43 'behind the frame part 24 and its drip edge 26 and projects beyond this clearly upwards.
- the groove 40 is completely circumferential and dense, so that the inner edge 43 with the edge 43 'completely rotates within and above the drip edge 26.
- liquid on the upper side 22 of the hob 20 and the cooktop panel 21 via the frame part 24 run to the outside, which is ensured by the drip edge 26 that all liquid while running into the groove 40 and can not get inside the inner edge 43. Otherwise, it could arrive at functionally important parts and above all electrical functional units of the hob 20. This can only happen if the channel 40 overflows, which is very unlikely. Not shown in the Fig. 3 is a possible drain from the channel 40 down, which can be installed as it were.
- the structural unit 32 which contains the necessary functional units for cooking, is mechanically decoupled from the channel 40, which, so to speak, assumes the sealing function. Since the distance of the frame member 24 in the lateral direction to the tub rim 38 and the support portion 39 is too large to remain open, also because this would not be visually appealing, although a certain distance for the mechanical decoupling is important, is a cover 45 described above intended.
- the Fig. 1 shows, continuously encircling as a kind of rectangular frame, which advantageously consists of metal such as stainless steel or aluminum.
- the cover 45 is fastened here by means of cover supports 48 at the bottom of the cover plate 46, possibly with further reinforcing plates or reinforcing ribs.
- the cover supports 48 are stored below in support supports 44 on the channel bottom 41, advantageously by simply plugging. It may also be possible to use holding magnets, latching or clamping mechanisms.
- the cover 45 can be removed upward to clean the channel 40 and / or to remove liquid therefrom, if it should be present there.
- the support seats 44 would not necessarily be necessary.
- the cover plate 46 is held down anyway by its weight.
- the support seats 44 only bolts or elbows could be mounted within the channel 40 or below the cover plate, which position the cover 46 against the outer edge 42.
- the slot 50 may also be smaller than indicated, but touching the cover 45 and the frame part 24 is absolutely to be avoided by an at least small distance, since this would just cause an impairment of a weight measurement.
- the frame member 24 may also be angled stepped and so the cover 45 and the cover 46 on the inner edge 46 "under attack, so that although an angled path for liquid for draining into the channel 40 would be present, but no consistently open up slot available This is indicated by the dotted curve shown in the figure The manufacture of such a frame part 24 is somewhat more involved, but at the same time an improved visual impression can be achieved.

It is envisaged that the hob has a cooktop plate and heaters disposed thereunder. Furthermore, a receptacle is provided under the cooktop panel, in particular in the arrangement according to the invention, wherein this receptacle may preferably already be part of the cooktop. The cooktop panel covers the heaters or advantageously extends over it, as is usual for a cooktop. The hob plate and the heaters are part of a structural unit, which means that they form a structural unit with each other, but still include other parts or functional units. This unit is advantageously integrated and can be at least partially closed. In particular, this unit can be sealed against the ingress of liquid from above, so that it does not necessarily have to be complete and tight all around. Also particularly advantageous is an operating device for the hob part of such a unit. This operating device can be arranged within the receptacle.
The receptacle may contain the heaters or they may be surrounded by the receptacle, at least in the lateral direction, in particular, the assembly. Thus, advantageously, the aforementioned operating device is surrounded by the receptacle, in particular, the receptacle extends below the heaters and / or the operating device.
Furthermore, the receptacle has an outer circumferential tub edge, which is pulled up. As a result, the trough shape of the receptacle is achieved. With this tub rim, the receptacle and thus also the hob can be arranged on a countertop or in a countertop or in a corresponding cutout. The cutout may have a size that corresponds to the receptacle, so that it can be used well. The tub rim can thereby run relatively close to the inner edge of the cutout.
An outer edge or an edge of the hob plate has a distance to the tub rim in a direction parallel to the hob plate, so a lateral distance. This lateral distance is advantageous given on all sides of the hob plate, so circulating or continuous. Particularly advantageously, such a distance can be 1 mm to 50 mm, preferably 10 mm to 30 mm. By this distance, the movably mounted hob plate is separated from the fixed rim of the bath to allow just this free mobility for the weight measurement. In commonly used weight sensors made of piezoceramic or with strain gauges, a relatively low mobility for a weight measurement, for example less than 1 mm or even less than 0.1 mm, is sufficient. What is important about this mobility is that it is as free as possible.
Thus, the invention achieves, on the one hand, that the heating devices, if appropriate also an operating device and a power control for the heating devices, are combined as a structural unit and are largely protected, in particular against ingress of liquid. Due to the lateral distance of the hob plate, at the bottom of the rest of the assembly or its components is attached or attached, to the tub rim of the receptacle, this unit is, so to speak, freely movable for a genuine weight measurement. Leaked on the cooktop panel liquid that can flow through the above-mentioned distance to the tub edge side of the hob down past, can be collected in the receptacle or next to an arrangement or storage of the unit with cooktop plate and heaters in the receptacle can cause a catching function , So it can also be prevented that liquid below the hob in lower cabinets or the like arranged underneath. can penetrate.
In an embodiment of the invention, it is possible that under the hob plate, an inner housing is provided, which is firmly connected to the hob plate. The inner housing may be part of the aforementioned integrated and closed unit and may be largely sealed under certain circumstances. It may be glued to the underside of the hob plate or screwed with there adhered holding devices or otherwise secured. In this inner housing, the heaters are arranged, advantageously also an aforementioned operating device or control or power control. The inner housing advantageously surrounds these functional units. Particularly advantageously, the inner housing is disposed completely within the receptacle and may be below the aforementioned tub rim. Thus, the receptacle advantageously does not belong to the aforementioned unit, but just picks up on it. The weight measurement is then, so to speak, of the hob plate relative to the receptacle, so the receptacle fixed to the worktop should be arranged. At the same time, however, it may be provided that the assembly or the inner housing is not arranged loosely in the receptacle, but at least at fixed points. For this purpose, more will be done below.
In one embodiment of the invention, it is possible that projecting from the inner housing support projections, in particular to the side or down. These support projections may be placed on the supports or on weight sensors, which are arranged in the receptacle. As advantageous a support is considered vertically downwards. The inner housing or the integrated unit is then located with weight sensors, which are arranged at the bottom of the inner housing or in the inner housing, on these support projections on and on. Thus, the weight sensors can be arranged on or in the inner housing, which is structurally simpler, in particular also with respect to an electrical connection. The support projections can then just be part of the pads or these form.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the tub within its rim and directly thereafter to inside then a circumferential groove, which runs deeper than the plane of the hob plate. This channel can catch escaped liquid, which then overflows, so to speak at the edge of the hob plate and runs down or dripping, in particular by the above-described lateral distance to the tub rim. This prevents this liquid from running all the way down into the receptacle, it collects just in the gutter and especially above. It can therefore be removed more easily. Advantageously, the gutter is a separately manufactured part and is attached to the receptacle. Since usually such receptacles and channels are made of metal, this allows a simplified production. Such a channel should advantageously be designed to be tightly sealed in order to prevent it, at least as long as it does not overflow, that water gets directly into the receptacle.
Such a channel can advantageously extend to below the outer edge of the hob plate or provided on the outer edge of the hob plate circumferential aforementioned frame part. An overlap in the lateral direction parallel to the hob plate can be between 2 mm and 30 mm, in particular between 5 mm and 10 mm. Thus, the gutter runs though partially outside the cooktop panel or especially outside of the inner housing, the hob plate but engages at least to the extent that is collected by this draining or dripping liquid. Does the hob plate on an outer edge of an aforementioned circumferential frame part, as is often the case for hob plates, for example, as a strip of aluminum or stainless steel, which is usually glued to the hob plate, so the gutter should just below this frame part or its outer edge , A gutter may have a width of about 10 mm to 30 mm.
In one embodiment of the invention, it can be provided that a drainage pipe runs down from the gutter. Such a drain line may for example be a flexible hose and advantageously run to a nearby drain of a sink in the kitchen. So in the gutter liquid can be disposed of, so to speak, which can also be avoided that accumulates a very large amount of liquid, the gutter then overflows and the liquid still runs into the underlying receptacle. For such a drainage line, the gutter may have a slope to a lowest point, from which then the drainage line goes down. Alternatively, liquid from the gutter by means of a sponge cloth or cloth odgl. be removed.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention may be provided on the outer edge of the hob plate, a prescribed frame part, which is formed circumferentially. Such a frame part may consist of metal, in particular stainless steel or aluminum, advantageously as a conventional thin sheet.
In turn, the channel can advantageously have an upwardly drawn inner edge, wherein this inner edge runs within the outer edge of the hob plate without frame part or within a prescribed frame part or within the above-described drip edge, so it engages, so to speak. The inner edge of the channel may have an upper inner edge, which extends over the drip edge or is higher than this, so this engages under and engages behind. Thus, it can be very reliably prevented that liquid can pass over the barrier of the channel, so to speak down into the receptacle.
A prescribed frame part can run parallel to the hob plate with a support section and thus be placed along the outer edge of the hob plate on its upper side. As an advantageous attachment offers a bonding. The frame part can then be bent at least once outside the hob plate, advantageously downwards, for example with a length of 5 mm to 20 mm. At the lower edge then the aforementioned drip edge can be formed. Furthermore, so the inner housing is also optically closed to the side when an operator looks obliquely from the side into the gutter.
Alternatively, although a frame part may be angled at least once down and run with a contact portion parallel to the hob plate, however, be created and secured along the outer edge of the hob plate at the bottom. Again, offers itself to gluing. Such a frame part on the underside of the hob plate then forms only a drip edge, a protective effect or the like. for the outer edge of the hob plate is then not given.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the channel is at least partially covered or closed at the top with a cover. The cover may advantageously be formed continuously encircling as a kind of frame or ring, alternatively, it may form with several individual parts such a ring shape. A surface of the cover may be parallel to the cooktop panel, then advantageously in the same plane as the top of the cooktop panel, or in the same plane as a pre-described frame member on top of the cooktop panel. The surface could also be oblique or rounded.
Since such a cover is advantageously secured to the receptacle or to the gutter, it is rigid and fixed, so that the aforementioned lateral distance of an outer edge of the hob plate or arranged thereon frame part with advantageously a few millimeters then just to the cover or to whose inner edge is there. Thus, it can also be achieved again that an inner edge of the cover is evenly spaced from the outer edge of the hob plate or a frame part arranged thereon, so that the cover does not interfere with the free mobility of the hob plate and thus can not distort a weight measurement. Such a lateral distance can be 0.1 mm to 10 mm, advantageously 1 mm to 3 mm. It can form a narrow slot surrounding the hob plate.
With an outdoor area, the cover may rest on or be connected to the tub rim. Advantageously, such a tub edge is angled outwards so that it can rest flat on a top of a countertop, and then on this overlying area just the cover. Thus, from the top only the cover can be visible and not the edge of the tub. This creates an optically reduced and appealing and easy-to-clean arrangement. By removing the cover the gutter is accessible and can be cleaned if necessary. For this purpose, the cover can be advantageously solved without tools from the hob or from the gutter. For this purpose, for example, protrude from an underside of the cover cover posts down, which engage in support receptacles in the gutter or on a bottom of the gutter. Finally, below the cover is the gutter. A support of the cover should be made relatively stable, since it is quite possible that act on the cover greater weight forces by placing a heavy cooking vessel or by supporting with one hand. From the bottom of the cover projecting cover supports can engage in support supports in the gutter or on a bottom of the gutter. A lock can be made, for example, magnetic, but is not considered mandatory, since the cover will hardly solve by itself up when using the hob.
It is advantageously provided for a cover that its upper side extends in a plane with an upper side of the hob plate or with an upper side of the frame part, advantageously along an aforementioned outer edge of the hob plate.
In an embodiment of the invention, the receptacle on the tub rim may have a laterally outwardly projecting support portion. This runs parallel to the hob plate and thus also advantageously parallel to a worktop in which the hob is to be arranged. This support section may be a few millimeters wide, for example 3 mm to 20 mm. It may be designed to rest on such a worktop as previously described. On this support portion, the aforementioned cover may rest over the gutter, as previously described, advantageously completely covering it. In addition to a mounting of a hob with the receptacle in a prescribed cutout in the worktop by resting the above-mentioned support sections on the top of the worktop can also be provided that the hob is supported by lateral screw or corresponding fasteners on an inner edge of the cut in the worktop. Then, not necessarily a supernatant over the other surface of the worktop is given. It may also be provided by a circumferential around the cutout recess at the top, that the hob with the support portion of the receptacle, possibly even in addition to the cover over the channel, is arranged flush with the surface in the worktop. For this purpose, however, it is possible to resort essentially to technical possibilities, as are generally known, for arranging hobs in cut-outs in a worktop. It may also be provided that only a raised edge of the tub is secured within an inner edge of the cutout in the worktop and does not overlap on the top of the worktop. Then it can be provided that only the above-described cover rests on the groove on an upper side of the worktop around the cutout around.
In a further general embodiment of the invention, it may be possible that the channel not only serves to catch liquid in order to prevent it from getting into the receptacle and possibly to functional units of the cooktop, in particular to electrical functional units. It may, for example, be illuminated and thus cause a recognizable by the slot between cover or cover plate and frame part or hob plate luminous appearance. This luminous appearance can also be used functionally as a light display to represent different operating states of the hob or individual heaters, for example, by different colors. Directional and upwardly radiating light sources can even be assigned to the individual heating devices or cooking zones of the hob, which may also be used to display hot displays, active displays or problem states.
In yet another embodiment of the invention, the channel can also be designed for the extraction of steam, which is formed when cooking on the hob. For this purpose, the channel should be connected to one or more suction lines of a suction fan, as is generally known by so-called downdrafts integrated as integrated into hobs or worktops deductions. Such a downdraft may be provided centrally in the hob plate, alternatively also strip-shaped and extend in a direction largely across the hob plate or extend along a rear side.
If the hob has such a prescribed downdraft, then these usually have their own catch basin, since they also have an opening upwards. To this catch basin, the gutter can be guided, possibly with an aforementioned drain line.
The receptacle may also have an opening or recess in a central region, on the one hand to save material and on the other hand to allow more cooling air to reach the hob. This is especially important if it is a cooktop with induction heating, the power control in operation develops a lot of heat.
These and other features will become apparent from the claims but also from the description and drawings, wherein the individual features each alone or more in the form of sub-combinations in an embodiment of the invention and in other fields be realized and advantageous and protectable Represent embodiments for which protection is claimed here. The subdivision of the application into individual sections as well as intermediate headings does not restrict the general validity of the statements made thereunder.

The
At the bottom of the
The assembly 32 is supported by supports 34 in an
The
The
Inside and in the upper region of the tub rim 38, a

The
The fact that the
The
