There are no additional entry systems (folding ramp, Schiebetritt etc.) in the door area necessary but can also be provided in addition. Existing multi-articulated rail vehicles can be individually adapted to the system and retrofitted. The lateral Displacement can be implemented via the ratio car body height to (half) car body width as a transmission ratio directly into a lowering or raising of the entry edge. The lateral displacement manifests itself only in extremely low vertical displacement, which can be absorbed by structural tolerances, etc. The lateral displacement takes place only at a standstill on the platform, whereby dynamic additional stresses are avoided. The relative movements between the car body parts can be absorbed by the joints and bellows, since the platforms are (mostly) in the straight line, and the joints are designed for movements in up to 20m horizontal and 200m vertical radii.
