Definitions
- the invention relates to a vibration training device according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Vibration training devices are used in the training and fitness area as well as in the health area, for example in physiotherapy, for a whole body workout or a targeted treatment of certain muscle or body areas.
- Vibration training devices of this type are typically also referred to as a vibration plate or vibration board due to their basic shape. These devices usually consist of at least one stationary lower plate or housing part and at least one upper plate or housing part arranged above this.
- the upper plate or housing part is set in oscillatory movements, in particular in a vibration.
- the upper plate or housing part has a substantially flat upper side, which forms a step surface on which the user of the training device stands with his feet. The vibrations of the upper plate or housing part are thus transferred to the entire body of the user.
- the upper plate or housing part vibrates, for example, at a frequency of 5 to 21 Hz.
- the intensity or the movement pattern of the vibration of the upper plate relative to the lower plate can typically be set and changed in these training devices.
- different training programs can be stored in the device, which include different movement patterns of the upper device plate.
- the user of the training device in particular in connection with a selection of his position on the moving upper side, can specifically control and train different areas of the body.
- Known vibration training devices include, for example, training programs which simulate movement patterns for walking, jogging or running or are suitable for training these types of movement.
- vibration training devices are generally intended for the user to stand with his feet on the top of the upper plate or to rest on other parts of the body on it.
- the user can also sit on the top or support himself with his arms or hands on the top in the manner of a push-up while he is kneeling or lying in front of the device.
- the vibration of the upper plate in particular trains the arm and shoulder muscles.
- the user In this type of push-up exercise, the user typically places his hands flat on the top of the top plate, or reaches around the outer edge of the top plate with the ball of the hand resting on the top edge of the plate.
- the positions that the user can take as a whole are thus limited.
- the exercise options are limited, i. H. only certain areas of the body or muscles can be reached through this training.
- a vibration plate for training a user which has the following features: a housing, an electrically operable actuator unit accommodated in the housing, a surface which is arranged on the housing and can be used directly by a user for training in standing, sitting and / or lying, several feet, and a plurality of receptacles arranged on the housing and / or on the surface for the manually releasable fastening of a separate seat, the receptacles comprising round recesses provided in the housing for receiving feet of the seat.
- the feet of the seat are preferably cylindrical.
- the separate seat can preferably be plugged and / or screwed onto the vibration plate by means of the receptacles.
- the seat particularly secure and easy to attach to the vibration plate. Furthermore, the seat is particularly easy to remove. A user can attach or screw the separate seat onto the vibration plate in a few seconds and remove the separate seat from the vibration plate in a few seconds. Thus, the user can either exercise directly on the vibration plate or exercise sitting on the seat attached to the vibration plate. By providing the receptacles, the vibration plate can be used in many ways and yet saves space.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of providing an improved vibration training device which offers new and different exercise options which go beyond the possibilities of the known vibration training devices.
- a vibration training device is to be created, which offers new or improved exercise possibilities in the context of a lying or half-lying training, in which the user, for example in the manner of a push-up, supports himself with his hands or arms on the vibrating upper side of the training device.
- a vibration training device according to claim 1.
- This includes a plate or housing part and at least one upper plate or housing part arranged above it, the upper plate or housing part vibrating against the lower plate or housing part by means of a drive mechanism - or moved like a vibration.
- the at least one upper plate or housing part is designed so that handles are attached to it that can be gripped by the user of the training device for training purposes.
- the handles attached or attachable to the top of the training device open up new exercise possibilities for the user, for example when he is no longer resting flat on the top of the device with his hands, for example during a lying or semi-lying training like a push-up. Rather, the user can now grasp the handles provided on the top, which requires a different hand position and therefore a different muscle actuation, so that this Way other muscles and body areas can be trained.
- it can be more pleasant or convenient for the user to grip and hold the handles according to the invention, instead of placing his hands flat on the top of the training device or grasping the upper edge thereof.
- the user can variably change his exercise positions during the workout by gripping the handles once or releasing them and then placing his hands directly on the top of the device.
- one or more handles can be arranged or fastened in different positions on the top of the training device.
- the number of training variants increases even further. It is thus possible for a number of handles to be arranged or attached to the training device at the same time, so that the user can change his hand positions and thus the muscle or body parts controlled by the training in the course of his training by moving from one handle to another handle .
- the handles can be detachably inserted into recesses on the top of the training device, with several recesses being provided such that the handles can be inserted into the recesses in different positions and orientations and in particular inserted.
- the recesses which are formed in particular by bores or holes, can be closed by means of closure devices, in particular lids, if no handle is inserted into the recess in question. This will place those parts of the top of the exerciser that are not are occupied by handles, a substantially flat, closed surface. This prevents dirt from getting into the otherwise open recesses on the one hand and preventing the user from getting caught on the otherwise open recesses and / or injuring himself on the other.
- the closure devices are coupled to a spring device and are designed such that they are pressed into a position in which they close the recesses by means of a spring preload or spring force caused by the spring device no handle is inserted into the recess in question.
- the locking devices can be opened by the handles opposite to the spring preload caused by the spring device, i. H. are pressed out of the position closing the recesses when the handles are inserted into the respective recesses.
- the handles are attached to the upper plate or housing part in such a way that they are movably attached to the upper plate or housing part, in particular on the top and / or on the side parts thereof, the handles in a first position is movable, in which they can be gripped by the user of the vibration training device for training purposes, and the handles are movable in a second position, in which they are stowed for storage purposes on the upper plate or housing part when they are removed from the Users of the vibration training device are not used for training purposes. It is provided here that the handles are fastened to the upper plate or housing part in such a way that they can either be folded in and out or pushed in and pushed out on the upper side and / or on the side parts thereof.
- the 1 to 6 show different views of an embodiment of the vibration training device 1 not belonging to the invention Fig. 1 and 2nd recognizes, this training device consists of a lower housing part 5 and a separate upper housing part 10. While the lower housing part 5 is generally resting on the floor, the upper housing part 10 can be moved relative to the lower housing part 5. The upper housing part 10 is supported on the lower housing part 5 inside the device. The upper housing part 10 can overlap the lower housing part 5 from the outside on its outer edge. In the in Fig. 2 Embodiment shown, the upper housing part 10 is arranged at a small distance above the lower housing part 5, ie there remains a relatively small gap 7 between the upper housing part 10 and the lower housing part 5. However, this gap 7 must preferably be so large that the can move upper housing part 10 relative to the lower housing part 5 so that the two housing parts 5, 10 do not abut each other.
- the two housing parts 5, 10 can each be designed more in the form of a flat plate, the distance or the gap 7 between the upper plate and the lower plate then typically being significantly larger than in the case shown here Embodiment.
- a drive or vibration mechanism 8 is provided between the lower housing part 5 and the upper housing part 10, which couples the two housing parts 5 and 10 together.
- the drive or vibration mechanism 8 comprises at least one motor and can thereby be activated such that it faces the upper housing part 10 the lower housing part 5 moves and the upper housing part 10 in particular set in oscillations or vibrations.
- the drive mechanism 8 is preferably designed so that it enables movement of the upper housing part 10 in all degrees of freedom.
- the upper housing part 10 can thus move in a substantially horizontal direction (thus parallel or perpendicular to the plane of the drawing in FIG Fig. 2 ) and / or in a vertical direction (therefore parallel to the plane of the drawing in Fig.
- the upper housing part 10 can thus also perform a tilting or rocking movement, for example by pivoting it about an axis that is in the plane of the drawing in FIG Fig. 2 or around an axis perpendicular to the plane of the drawing in Fig. 2 runs.
- all of these movements have only a (relatively) small amplitude, so that the overall movement of the upper housing part 10 is perceived by the user of the training device essentially as a small oscillation or vibration.
- the movement of the upper housing part 10 must not be so strong that the user standing on the training device falls from it.
- the maximum amplitude of the horizontal and / or vertical movement of the upper housing part 10 on its left edge and its right edge are, for example, in a range of 15 mm.
- one or more handles 20 can be attached to the upper plate or housing part 10, which are intended to be gripped by the user of the vibration training device 1 for training purposes.
- the user grips these handles 20 when the upper housing part 10 moves in the form of oscillations or vibrations.
- the handles 20 can in particular be attached to the upper housing part 10 in different positions so that the user can grip the handles 20 in these different positions in order to carry out different exercises or training applications.
- the user of the device can perform exercises in which he lies or kneels on the floor in the manner of a push-up in front of the training device and is supported on the handles 20 with his hands. Due to the possible different positions of the handles 20, the user must adopt corresponding different postures, as a result of which different parts of the body and / or muscles of the user are ultimately reached and thus trained when the upper housing part 10 moves.
- the user can assume various positions on the tread surface 12 of the training device 1, in which during the vibration movement of the upper housing part 10 movement sequences are simulated or trained that correspond to walking, jogging or running.
- these positions are indicated schematically and by way of example by the information "running, jogging, walking” shown on the tread surface 12 (see 3 to 5 ).
- handles 20 can be attached to the top 12 of the training device 1 in the present embodiment of the vibration training device. This number is only to be understood as an example, ie any other suitable number of handles 20 can also be provided.
- the handles 20 are received by holding devices 30 provided on the training device 1, into which the handles 20 can be inserted by means of suitable fastening devices, as will be described in more detail below.
- the handles 20 and the holding devices 30 are designed to be complementary to one another such that the handles 20 can be detachably inserted or inserted into the holding devices 30, the handles 20 being readily used by the user when not in use or for different positions and therefore for the implementation of various training options can also be removed from the holding devices 30 again.
- the handles 20 must be held by the holding devices 30 in such a way that they make it possible for the user of the device to grip them during the training application without the handles 20 falling out of the holding devices 30 or being pulled out or moving in them.
- the interaction of the handles 20 with the holding devices 30 must therefore ensure that the user can firmly grip the handles 20 when using the training device, whereby these must be held stably on the training device so that the user can carry out the intended exercises correctly, effectively and safely can.
- handles 20 are attached to the top or tread surface 12 of the training device 1.
- the two outer handles 20.1, 20.2 and 20.5, 20.6 ie two handles on the left and two handles on the right
- the arrangement of the handles 20.1 to 20.6 shown here is only to be understood as an example, ie other arrangements and orientations of the handles are also conceivable.
- the handle 20.2 or 20.5 arranged in the middle on the two sides of the tread surface 12 can assume two different positions.
- essentially parallel arrangement of the two outer handles 20.1 and 20.2 or 20.5 and 20.6 the handle 20.2 or 20.5, which is arranged on both sides in the middle between the outer handle 20.1 or 20.6 and the inner handle 20.3 or 20.4, can also be arranged such that it is essentially parallel to that on the the innermost handle 20.3 or 20.4 lies on both sides of the step surface 12, as shown in FIG Fig. 4 is shown.
- three holding devices 30.2a, 30.2b, 30.2c or 30.5a, 30.5b, 30.5c are provided in the area of the second, middle handle 20.2 or 20.5 in such a way that the handles 20.2 or 20.5 with their one lateral end (ie their in Fig. 3 shown upper end) can optionally engage in one of two holding devices 30.2a, 30.2b or 30.5a, 30.5b.
- the respective holding device 30.2c or 30.5c which the (in Fig. 3 shown) is associated with the lower end of the handle 20.2 or 20.5, serves as it were as a pivot bearing or pivot axis about which the handle 20.2 or 20.5 is pivoted when it is at its upper end by the in Fig. 3 shown in the first position in the Fig. 4 shown second position is shifted.
- FIG Fig. 1 These two alternative positions, which the respective middle handles 20.2 and 20.5 can assume, are also shown schematically in FIG Fig. 1 shown.
- the handles 20.2 and 20.5 which are in each case on both sides, are shown here simultaneously in their two possible positions mentioned. The same applies to the representation of the Fig. 2 . In the practice of the present embodiment, however, this simultaneous assumption of the two positions by the handles 20.2 and 20.5 is not provided. Rather, alternatively those in the Fig. 3 and 4th positions of these handles provided.
- handles 20.7, 20.8 can be attached outside the upper side or tread surface 12 on the upper housing part 10 of the training device 1.
- the handles 20.7 and 20.8 are here in particular in the lateral areas of the upper housing part 10. These handles 20.7 and 20.8 are arranged in such a way that they can in turn be gripped by the user of the device for training purposes.
- the position of these handles 20.7 and 20.8 thus enables other exercises or other positions of the user during the training.
- the position of the handles 20.7 and 20.8 in the lateral region of the upper housing part 10 can also serve to store or "park" the handles if they do not function as one of the handles 20.1 to 20.6 on the tread surface 12 of the training device be used for training purposes.
- handles 20 are included in the entire scope of delivery of the vibration training device. If, in this case, not all the handles supplied for training purposes are arranged on the top 12 of the training device and are used by the user, some of the handles can thus be stored or temporarily stored in the illustrated lateral positions of the handles 20.7 and 20.8. In this way it is avoided, for example, that handles that are not used for the training lie loosely next to the training device and then hinder the user during his exercises, or that handles that are not used and that are not connected to the training device may ultimately be lost.
- the handles 20 engage in complementary, suitable holding devices 30 provided in the training device, wherein the handles 20 and the holding devices 30 assigned to them must be designed such that the handles 20 are firmly connected to the training device for training purposes can be removed, but on the other hand can be removed from the training device when they are not used for training purposes.
- Various embodiments of the handles 20 with their complementary holding devices 30 are conceivable for this.
- the handles 20 or the holding devices 30 can have suitable hooks, each of which engages in suitable eyelets or other openings on the respective complementary part, that is to say the holding device 30 or the handle 20. It is also conceivable for the handles 20 to be screwed or screwed into the holding devices 30 provided in the training device. In yet another embodiment, it is conceivable for the handles 20 to be magnetically attached to the upper housing part 10 of the training device, the handles 20 and the holding devices 30 then each comprising corresponding, interacting magnetic devices.
- the magnetic holding force must be so great that, as already described above, the handles 20 are firmly mounted on the training device for training purposes, but it must be possible for the handles 20 to be easily removed from the training device and in particular from their holding devices 30 can be loosened and removed if they are not needed for training purposes.
- the holding devices 30 of recesses, in particular bores or holes 32, in the upper housing part 10 of the training device 1 are formed.
- the handles 20 are designed such that they can be inserted into these recesses 32, ie in the case of bores or holes they can be inserted into the latter.
- the handles 20 have complementary fastening devices 22, 24 which engage in the recesses 30, in particular bores or holes.
- the bores or holes 32 in the upper housing part 10 are in particular in Fig. 6 and in an enlarged, partial representation in Fig. 7 recognizable.
- the arrangement of the handles 20 in Fig. 6 corresponds to that of Fig. 5 , where in Fig. 6 however the in Fig. 5 recognizable cover (which is formed for example by a plastic or rubber mat) of the top or tread 12 has been removed.
- the Fig. 7 is an enlarged section of the representation of the Fig. 6 , where in Fig. 7 the two middle handles 20.4 and 20.5 can be seen on the right-hand side. In those positions where there are no handles, especially in the Fig. 5 , 6 and 7 the holding devices 30, in particular in the form of holes or bores 32 or other recesses, can be seen.

Description
The invention relates to a vibration training device according to the preamble of
Bei typischen Vibrationstrainingsgeräten schwingt das obere Platten- oder Gehäuseteil beispielsweise mit einer Frequenz von 5 bis 21 Hz.Vibration training devices are used in the training and fitness area as well as in the health area, for example in physiotherapy, for a whole body workout or a targeted treatment of certain muscle or body areas. Vibration training devices of this type are typically also referred to as a vibration plate or vibration board due to their basic shape. These devices usually consist of at least one stationary lower plate or housing part and at least one upper plate or housing part arranged above this. By means of a suitable drive mechanism, the upper plate or housing part is set in oscillatory movements, in particular in a vibration. The upper plate or housing part has a substantially flat upper side, which forms a step surface on which the user of the training device stands with his feet. The vibrations of the upper plate or housing part are thus transferred to the entire body of the user. In typical vibration training devices, the upper plate or housing part vibrates, for example, at a frequency of 5 to 21 Hz.
Using suitable control devices, the intensity or the movement pattern of the vibration of the upper plate relative to the lower plate can typically be set and changed in these training devices. Furthermore, different training programs can be stored in the device, which include different movement patterns of the upper device plate. On the basis of these training programs or by manual adjustment of the directions and intensities of movement, the user of the training device, in particular in connection with a selection of his position on the moving upper side, can specifically control and train different areas of the body. Known vibration training devices include, for example, training programs which simulate movement patterns for walking, jogging or running or are suitable for training these types of movement.
These vibration training devices are generally intended for the user to stand with his feet on the top of the upper plate or to rest on other parts of the body on it. The user can also sit on the top or support himself with his arms or hands on the top in the manner of a push-up while he is kneeling or lying in front of the device. In this case, the vibration of the upper plate in particular trains the arm and shoulder muscles.
In this type of push-up exercise, the user typically places his hands flat on the top of the top plate, or reaches around the outer edge of the top plate with the ball of the hand resting on the top edge of the plate. The positions that the user can take as a whole are thus limited. Correspondingly, the exercise options are limited, i. H. only certain areas of the body or muscles can be reached through this training.

The invention is therefore based on the object of providing an improved vibration training device which offers new and different exercise options which go beyond the possibilities of the known vibration training devices. In particular, a vibration training device is to be created, which offers new or improved exercise possibilities in the context of a lying or half-lying training, in which the user, for example in the manner of a push-up, supports himself with his hands or arms on the vibrating upper side of the training device.
This object is achieved according to the invention by a vibration training device according to
The handles attached or attachable to the top of the training device open up new exercise possibilities for the user, for example when he is no longer resting flat on the top of the device with his hands, for example during a lying or semi-lying training like a push-up. Rather, the user can now grasp the handles provided on the top, which requires a different hand position and therefore a different muscle actuation, so that this Way other muscles and body areas can be trained. In addition, it can be more pleasant or convenient for the user to grip and hold the handles according to the invention, instead of placing his hands flat on the top of the training device or grasping the upper edge thereof. In addition, the user can variably change his exercise positions during the workout by gripping the handles once or releasing them and then placing his hands directly on the top of the device.
According to the invention, it is provided that one or more handles can be arranged or fastened in different positions on the top of the training device. In this way, the number of training variants increases even further. It is thus possible for a number of handles to be arranged or attached to the training device at the same time, so that the user can change his hand positions and thus the muscle or body parts controlled by the training in the course of his training by moving from one handle to another handle .
In an embodiment not according to the invention it is provided that the handles can be detachably inserted into recesses on the top of the training device, with several recesses being provided such that the handles can be inserted into the recesses in different positions and orientations and in particular inserted. It is furthermore particularly provided that the recesses, which are formed in particular by bores or holes, can be closed by means of closure devices, in particular lids, if no handle is inserted into the recess in question. This will place those parts of the top of the exerciser that are not are occupied by handles, a substantially flat, closed surface. This prevents dirt from getting into the otherwise open recesses on the one hand and preventing the user from getting caught on the otherwise open recesses and / or injuring himself on the other.
In an advantageous development of this embodiment, it is provided that the closure devices (for example cover) are coupled to a spring device and are designed such that they are pressed into a position in which they close the recesses by means of a spring preload or spring force caused by the spring device no handle is inserted into the recess in question. The locking devices can be opened by the handles opposite to the spring preload caused by the spring device, i. H. are pressed out of the position closing the recesses when the handles are inserted into the respective recesses.
In one embodiment according to the invention it is provided that the handles are attached to the upper plate or housing part in such a way that they are movably attached to the upper plate or housing part, in particular on the top and / or on the side parts thereof, the handles in a first position is movable, in which they can be gripped by the user of the vibration training device for training purposes, and the handles are movable in a second position, in which they are stowed for storage purposes on the upper plate or housing part when they are removed from the Users of the vibration training device are not used for training purposes. It is provided here that the handles are fastened to the upper plate or housing part in such a way that they can either be folded in and out or pushed in and pushed out on the upper side and / or on the side parts thereof.

The

The

In practice, it can thus be provided, for example, that a certain number of
As already mentioned above, the
For example, the
In a further alternative embodiment shown in the drawings, it is provided that the holding devices 30 of recesses, in particular bores or holes 32, in the

The recesses or
The
In addition, the vibration training device can optionally be coupled to a remote control device (not shown in the drawings), via which the previously described control of the device is possible by means of suitable control devices and which also optionally has a display on which, for example, the function or the selected parameters of the training device and / or a selected training program are displayed.
The
