    - a second part (8), designed to be fixed to the supporting shore (3), and comprising a plug-in portion (10) which extends in a second direction (II-II) between a proximal end (10a) and a distal end (10b), which is equipped with a lateral surface (10c), and which is designed to be articulated to the first part (5) in pivoting about a third direction (III-III) substantially perpendicular to the first direction (I-I),
    characterized in that:
    - the third direction (III-III) is defined by a pivot pin (11) formed by the first part (5), while the plug-in portion (10) comprises an oblong slot (12) which extends in the second direction (II-II) between a first end (12a) and a second end (12b) and which is able to accept the pivot pin (11),
    - in an assembled state, the second part (8) is able to be moved with respect to the first part (5) between at least three positions, namely:
    • a plugged-in position in which the plug-in portion (10) is accepted by push-fitting into the plug-in housing (7), the pivot pin (11) being engaged in the oblong slot (12) and away from the first end (12a) of the oblong slot (12) in the second direction (II-II), the first (I-I) and second (II-II) directions being parallel to one another,
    • a withdrawn position in which the plug-in portion (10) is arranged out of the plug-in housing (7), the first (I-I) and second (II-II) directions being parallel to one another, and the pivot pin (11) being engaged in the oblong slot (12) at the first end (12a) of the oblong slot (12) so as to allow the second part (8) to pivot about the pivot pin (11),
    • a retracted position, in which the plug-in portion (10) is pivoted so that the second direction (II-II) is angularly (A) separated from the first direction (I-I), in which the pivot pin (11) is engaged in the oblong slot (12) away from the first end (12a) of the oblong slot (12), the plug-in portion (10) therefore bearing via its lateral surface (10c) against a lower edge (13) of a lateral wall (14) of the plug-in housing (7), to oppose the pivoting of the second part (8) towards the first direction (I-I).
  2. Connecting device (4) according to Claim 1, characterized in that:
    - the distal end (10b) of the plug-in portion (10) is closer, in the second direction (II-II), to the first end (12a) of the oblong slot (12) than to the second end (12b) of the oblong slot (12),
    - the pivot pin (11) is at a first distance (D1) from the said lower edge (13) of a lateral wall (14) of the plug-in housing (7) in a transverse plane (P1) perpendicular to the first direction (I-I),
    - the distal end (10b) of the plug-in portion (10) is at a second distance (D2) from the second end (12b) of the oblong slot (12), the said second distance (D2) being greater than the said first distance (D1).
  3. Connecting device (4) according to one of Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the lower edge (13) of a lateral wall (14) of the plug-in housing (7) is provided with a flared portion (13a) extending away from the first direction (I-I).
  4. Connecting device (4) according to Claim 3, characterized in that:
    - the lateral surface (10c) of the plug-in portion (10) comprises a hollow housing (15) with lateral edges (15a) extending substantially perpendicular to the second direction (II-II),
    - the flared portion (13a) comprises a protrusion (13b) intended to enter the said hollow housing (15) when the second part (8) is in the retracted position.
  5. Connecting device (4) according to any one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the first (5) and the second (8) parts can be separated from one another by withdrawing the pivot pin (11) from the oblong slot (12) .
  6. Connecting device (4) according to Claim 5, characterized in that the pivot pin (11) comprises a radial stud (17, 18) giving the pivot pin (11) a portion with a cross section having at least one dimension (L11) greater than the width (L12) of the oblong slot (12).
  7. Connecting device (4) according to any one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the pivot pin (11) is connected inseparably to the first part (5).
  8. Connecting device (4) according to Claim 7, characterized in that:
    - the pivot pin (11) is engaged slidingly in an hole (19) formed in the first part (5),
    - the pivot pin (11) comprises a radial stud (18) giving the pivot pin (11) a portion with a cross section having at least one dimension (L11) greater than the dimensions of the cross section of the said hole (19) formed in the first part (5).
  9. Connecting device (4) according to any one of Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that:
    - the first part (5) comprises a locking slot (20) passing through the housing (7) by extending in a fourth direction (IV-IV) perpendicular to the first direction (I-I), the said locking slot (20) aligning with the oblong slot (12) when the second part (8) is in the plugged-in position,
    - the connecting device (4) comprises a locking pin designed to be inserted simultaneously into the locking slot (20) and into the oblong slot (12) when the second part (8) is in the plugged-in position.
  10. Formwork assembly (1) comprising a formwork structure (2) defining a formwork plane (P), the said formwork structure (2) being connected to at least one supporting shore (3) by means of a connecting device (4) according to any one of Claims 1 to 9.
  11. Method for deploying a supporting shore (3) connected to a formwork structure (2) by a connecting device (4) according to any one of Claims 1 to 9 and initially arranged in a retracted position, the formwork plane (P) being substantially horizontal, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
    a) moving the supporting shore (3) and the second part (8) in axial translational with respect to the first part (5) by bringing the pivot pin (11) to the first end (12a) of the oblong slot (12) in the second direction (II-II),
    b) moving the supporting shore (3) and the second part (8) rotationally with respect to the first part (5) about the pivot pin (11) until the second part (8) is brought into the withdrawn position,
    c) moving the supporting shore (3) and the second part (8) in axial translation with respect to the first part (5) so as to bring the second part (8) into the plugged-in position.
  12. Method according to Claim 11, characterized in that it comprises a step prior to step a), during which the supporting shore (3) and the second part (8) are moved relative to the first part (5) in rotation about the pivot pin (11) so as to move the lateral surface (10c) of the second part (8) away with respect to the lower edge (13) of a lateral wall (14) of the plugged-in housing (7).
  13. Method for folding a supporting shore (3) connected to a formwork structure (2) via a connecting device (4) according to any one of Claims 1 to 9 and initially arranged in a plugged-in position, the formwork plane (P) being substantially horizontal, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
    A) moving the supporting shore (3) and the second part (8) in axial translation from the plugged-in position towards the withdrawn position while bringing the pivot pin (11) to the first end (12a) of the oblong slot (12) in the second direction (II-II),
    B) moving the supporting shore (3) and the second part (8) rotationally with respect to the first part (5) about the pivot pin (11) so as to bring the second direction (II-II) into an orientation substantially perpendicular to the first direction (I-I),
    C) moving the supporting shore (3) and the second part (8) in axial translation with respect to the first part (5) by causing the pivot pin (11) to slide in the oblong slot (12) in the direction of the second end (12b) until the second part (8) protrudes beyond the lower edge (13) of the lateral wall (14) of the plug-in housing (7),
    D) moving the supporting shore (3) and the second part (8) rotationally, or allowing these to rotate, with respect to the first part (5) about the pivot pin (11) so that the second part (8) comes to bear via the lateral surface (10c) against the lower edge (13) of a lateral wall (14) of the plug-in housing (7).
