Abstract

Es wird ein Verfahren und eine Erodiervorrichtung zur Herstellung von Partikeln mittels Funkenerosion vorgeschlagen, indem eine erste Elektrode aus einem ersten Metall und eine zweite Elektrode aus einem zweiten Metall bereitgestellt wird, die Elektroden in einem fluiden Dielektrikum werden, an die Elektroden eine gepulste elektrische Spannung angelegt wird und die Elektroden aufeinander zu bewegt werden, um elektrische Funkenentladungen zwischen denselben zu erzeugen, wonach die anlässlich der Funkenentladungen erzeugten Partikeln aus den Elektrodenmaterialien gewonnen werden. Die Erfindung sieht vor, dass wenigstens eine dritte Elektrode aus einem drittes Metall bereitgestellt und in dem Dielektrikum angeordnet wird, wobei ferner zwischen die erste und die dritte Elektrode eine gepulste elektrische Spannung angelegt wird und die erste Elektrode und die dritte Elektrode aufeinander zu bewegt werden, um elektrische Funkenentladungen zwischen denselben zu erzeugen, wonach die anlässlich der Funkenentladungen erzeugten Partikel aus den Materialien der ersten und dritten Elektrode gewonnen werden und der Anteil der aus dem Material der ersten, zweiten und dritten Elektrode erzeugten Partikel durch Verlagern der ersten Elektrode in Bezug auf die zweite und dritte Elektrode gesteuert wird.A method and erosion apparatus for producing particles by spark erosion is proposed by providing a first electrode of a first metal and a second electrode of a second metal which become electrodes in a fluid dielectric to which a pulsed electrical voltage is applied and the electrodes are moved toward each other to generate electrical spark discharges therebetween, whereafter the particles generated from the spark discharges are recovered from the electrode materials.
