Definitions
- the present invention relates to a sliding wall arrangement with at least one wing, which is slidably mounted in a guide channel of a running rail that can be lowered into a building floor.
- Sliding wall arrangements with at least one wing which is mounted in a running rail that can be lowered into the building floor and can be slid along it, are generally known. They enable a wide view and can be manufactured without thresholds and with a comparatively small frame portion. Due to the sinking of the lower running rail in the floor, a profile-free transition of the sash to the floor is possible. This allows maximum light opening.
- the wings are usually multi-glazed and usually have a circumferential profile.
- the running rails of such sliding walls therefore usually consist of at least two profiles, for example aluminum profiles, which are firmly connected to one another via heat-insulating connecting elements.
- the separation by such connecting elements which are usually made of plastic, enables an effective thermal separation of the two profiles, in each of which a wing is slidably guided.
- effective drainage is also essential.
- the JP2005133298 shows a sliding wall in which the guide channel is covered by steel strips which are attached to both sides of the sliding wall.
- the steel strip lying in the opening direction is bent back downwards by 180° at the outer end of the guide channel and guided back into a part of the guide rail arranged below the guide channel.
- the WO 2012/156468 A1 shows a sliding wall arrangement in which a cover strip attached to the sliding wing slides over the guide channel when this is released when the wing is moved. When the leaf is closed, the cover strip extends into a channel arranged outside of the lateral door frame.
- GB 13,915 A.D. 1909 and GB 457 874 A are also mentioned for the technological background.
- GB 13,915 A.D. 1909 proposes creating a running rail with a spring-loaded rail segment that can be lowered into a channel and on which rollers can be slid under a sliding sash.
- the lowerable segment is partially covered on its sides by cover strips.
- the EP 2 093 364 A1 shows a generic sliding wall arrangement. This solution should be optimized in terms of its aesthetics and appearance as well as the tendency to accumulate dirt.
- the invention is based on the object of creating a sliding wall arrangement of the type mentioned which, starting from the generic prior art, avoids the disadvantages mentioned.
- the sliding wall should therefore also be able to be implemented with very wide guide channels, for example with a width of 50 mm and more, without aesthetic or other problems arising here.
- the at least one cover element also has a raised state, in which the cover element covers the guide channel released by the wing, and a lowered state, in which the at least one cover element is lowered into the at least one guide channel, so that it is projected upwards from the uppermost point of the guide means and the at least one wing can be displaced over the at least one cover element.
- the at least one cover element can thus be lowered into the guide channel in order to enable the wing or wings to be displaced over the cover element.
- the guide channel, in which the at least one displaceable wing is mounted, is thus used to mount the cover element in the lowered state. In this way, the aesthetics and appearance are improved over the generic prior art and the tendency for dirt accumulation is reduced.
- the raised or lowered state usually refers to the entire covering element, which is raised or lowered along its entire length and as a whole, that is to say it is moved up or down.
- the raising and lowering movement thus has, in particular, a component that is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the cover element. It is possible for the lowering element to be moved a certain distance along its longitudinal direction. However, the travel of the lowering element along its longitudinal direction is preferably no more than five times the movement of the lowering element perpendicular to its longitudinal direction, more preferably no more than twice the movement perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and most preferably approximately the same magnitude as the movement perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.
- the longitudinal direction or the direction of the longitudinal extension of the cover element usually corresponds to the longitudinal direction or the direction of the longitudinal extension of the running rail.
- the position of the covering element in the lowered state differs preferably by only one parallel displacement. Even the entire movement sequence of the cover element from the raised to the lowered state, and advantageously also the movement sequence from the lowered to the raised state, preferably represents a pure parallel displacement.
- the cover element preferably has the same overall shape in the raised state as in the lowered state, ie it is neither bent, compressed, reduced, enlarged or otherwise reshaped.
- the cover element is advantageously designed in one piece as a whole.
- the displaceable wing can be, for example, the wing of a sliding door or a sliding window, which can be displaced along the longitudinal extent of the running rail.
- the displaceable wing has at least one pane of glass.
- the guide channel is advantageously covered by the wing in the area of the wing and by the at least one covering element in the areas outside the wing.
- the sliding wall arrangement preferably has a closed position with respect to the at least one wing, in which the at least one wing closes a passage that can be closed by the sliding wall arrangement.
- the at least one guide channel is advantageously covered by the at least one wing in the area of the at least one wing and by the at least one cover element in all areas outside of the at least one wing.
- the lowering of the cover element can be achieved in various ways.
- a spring mechanism is arranged in the at least one guide channel, which acts on the at least one cover element with a spring force directed toward the raised state.
- the lowering is then preferably brought about with the aid of the weight of the wing acting on the cover element when the latter is displaced over the at least one cover element.
- the spring mechanism advantageously has one or more torsion springs.
- a guide means is provided, which is arranged in at least one guide channel and is used to mount the at least one wing.
- the guide means it can in particular be one or more rollers.
- the rollers are advantageously arranged one after the other and at regular intervals along the length of the guide channel in the latter.
- the at least one wing then generally has at least one running surface on its underside, which is moved over the rollers when the wing is displaced, so that these roll on the running surface.
- the rollers can also be attached to the underside of the at least one wing, and one or more running surfaces can be provided in the at least one guide channel, on which the rollers can roll when the wing is moved.
- the running surface(s) arranged in the guide channel can likewise be regarded as guide means in such an alternative embodiment.
- the cover element In the raised state, the cover element is arranged above the guide means and advantageously protrudes upwards. In the lowered state, the cover element is lowered at least far enough into the guide channel that the uppermost point of the guide means protrudes upwards. The at least one wing can thereby be displaced beyond the at least one cover element and at the same time be supported by the guide means.
- the cover element has at least one recess in order to allow the guide means to protrude through the cover element in the lowered state.
- the recess can be designed to be open at the side or be completely surrounded at the side by the material of the cover element. The provision of at least one cutout in the cover element enables greater coverage of the guide channel when the cover element is in the raised state.
- a first and a second guide means are preferably arranged in the guide channel, both of which serve to support the at least one wing and advantageously extend at a distance from one another and parallel to one another along the displacement direction of the wing.
- Both the first and the second guide means can each be one or more rollers. It is advantageous to have two parallel rows running in the longitudinal direction of the running rail and arranged one behind the other Rollers are provided, via which the at least one wing is displaceable in such a way that the wing can roll with its underside in turn over the rollers.
- the rollers can of course also be attached to the underside of the wing, and one or more running surfaces for the rollers can be provided in the guide channel.
- the at least one cover element is connected to the running rail in such a way that the at least one covering element can be moved in a guided movement, in particular a parallel displacement, relative to the running rail from the raised to the lowered state and from the lowered to the raised state. In this way it is possible to ensure that the covering element is always arranged parallel to the runner, with obvious aesthetic and functional advantages.
- a guided parallel displacement of the cover element relative to the running rail can be achieved in a variety of ways, such as by means of a slotted guide.
- at least one support block is movably arranged in the at least one guide channel.
- This at least one support block is preferably movably connected to the running rail and the cover element in such a way that the guided movement, in particular parallel displacement, of the cover element is specified by the at least one support block.
- the at least one support block advantageously also serves to absorb weight forces that act on the at least one cover element when it is raised and preferably also when it is lowered. In this way, significantly higher weight forces can be absorbed by the lowering element.
- the at least one support block advantageously has a rounded rolling surface in order to enable the support block to roll evenly when the at least one cover element is brought from the lowered into the raised state or from the raised into the lowered state.
- the at least one support block preferably has an essentially planar standing surface. The weight forces can be well dissipated by means of the planar standing surface and an undesired further movement of the support block is prevented prevented.
- the at least one cover element is preferably designed as a profile rail that is essentially U-shaped in cross section. Parts arranged in the guide channel can thus be well protected against external influences and in particular penetrating dirt particles.
- a wedge-shaped stop element is advantageously attached to the wing.
- Optimum ease of movement of the at least one wing can be achieved if rollers are attached to its lower edge, which roll on an upper side of the at least one cover element when the wing is moved and thereby hold it in its lowered state.
- a plurality of cover elements are preferably provided in order to advantageously completely cover a single guide channel in segments.
- the several cover elements are preferably arranged one behind the other.
- the cover elements in order to enable the best possible continuous coverage and an interlocking of cover elements arranged one behind the other, the cover elements, but at least one of the cover elements, in certain embodiments can have a first end with a part protruding along a first displacement direction of the wing and a second end with a Having a recess which extends along a second direction of displacement of the wing opposite to the first direction of displacement and is designed to be open to the outside.
- the recess is preferably designed to be complementary to the protruding part.
- FIG. 1 a sliding wall arrangement known in the prior art is shown.
- the Figures 2 to 13 show a first embodiment of a sliding wall arrangement according to the invention.
- the Figures 14 and 15 further embodiments of sliding wall arrangements according to the invention are shown. Similar or identically acting elements of the various embodiments of sliding wall assemblies are in the Figures 1 to 15 each provided with the same reference number.
- the sliding wall arrangement of the prior art shown has a running rail 1 with a first guide channel 11 and a second guide channel 12 .
- the running rail 1 is formed by a profile rail whose cross section is identical over the entire length of the running rail 1 .
- the two guide channels 11 and 12 running parallel to one another are delimited laterally outwards by a respective side bar 13 and are separated from one another by a central bar 14 .
- the two side bars 13 and the central bar 14 extend parallel to one another and perpendicularly from a main section 15 upwards.
- the main section 15 thus connects the side bars 13 and the middle bar 14 to one another.
- the running rail 1 is sunk into a building floor in such a way that the guide channels 11 and 12 are open at the top and the upper end faces of the side bars 13 and the central bar 14 come to lie flush with the floor surface B.
- the two guide channels 11 and 12 each serve to support one or more vanes 2, which are guided and displaceable along the longitudinal direction of the guide channels 11, 12.
- the wings 2 can in particular be wings of a sliding window or a sliding door. Due to the dimensioning of the guide channels 11, 12 and because of the sunken arrangement of the running rail 1 in the building floor, a part of a frame 22 extending along the underside of the wing 2 can be completely accommodated by the respective guide channel 11 or 12. As a result, the lower part of the frame 22 is largely invisible to the observer and the width of the light opening is maximized when looking through the glass panes 21 held in the frame 22 .
- the lower part of the frame 22, which is arranged inside the guide channel 11 or 12, has an upper channel 23 which is open towards the top and serves to accommodate and hold the glass panes 21. Sealing elements 24 can be provided in the areas between the frame 22 and the glass panes 21 .
- the underside of the frame 22 forms two mutually parallel running surfaces 25 and 25 ', which are each formed arched in the present case.
- a lower channel 26 open towards the bottom can be provided between the two running surfaces 25 and 25'.
- a base rail 3 with rollers 4 or 4' attached thereto is fitted in the guide channels 11 and 12 in each case.
- the base rails 3 are designed as profile rails with a cross section that is largely unchangeable along the longitudinal extent of the base rail 3 . They each have a main section 31 from which two outer webs 32 and two inner webs 33 extend downwards in the vertical direction and parallel to one another. The outer webs 32 and the inner webs 33 each extend the same distance downwards and end with their lower end faces on the upper side of the main section 15 of the track 1.
- the rollers 4 and 4 ′ are mounted freely rotatably between the outer webs 32 and the inner webs 33 in two parallel rows at regular intervals along the longitudinal extent of the running rail 1 .
- the first row of rollers 4 forms a first guide and the second row of rollers 4' forms a second guide for guiding the wing 2.
- the rollers 4 and 4' are each attached to roller axles 35 and 35', which each extend from an outer web 32 to an inner web 33 extend. An unused space remains between the inner webs 33 of the base rail 3 .
- Recesses 34 are provided in the main section 31 of the base rail 3 above the roller axles 35, 35′, through which the rollers 4, 4′ protrude in order to allow the running surfaces 25, 25′ to rest on the rollers 4, 4′.
- the radial outer surfaces of the rollers 4, 4' are designed to be complementary to the running surfaces 25 or 25' of the frame 22 due to their radially inwardly directed curvature.
- the running surfaces 25 and 25' of the frame 22 rest on the running rollers 4, 4', which roll on the running surfaces 25, 25' and thus ensure that the wing 2 can be easily moved.
- the base rails 3 can be firmly connected to the running rail 1, such as being welded to it in particular.
- the running rail 1 can also be designed in one piece with the base rails 3 .
- the one in the figure 1 The prior art sliding wall arrangement shown has the considerable disadvantage that the guide channels 11 , 12 are exposed outside of the sliding wing 2 . As a result, dirt can easily penetrate into the guide channels 11, 12. In addition, the guide channels thereby form a stumbling block and are particularly unfavorable for high-heeled shoes.
- a cover element 5 which has a raised state and a lowered state.
- the cover element 5 covers the guide channel 11 or 12, which would otherwise be exposed, from as shown in FIG figure 2 shown on the left at the guide channel 11.
- this is brought into the lowered state, as is shown in FIG figure 2 shown on the right at the guide channel 12.
- the guide channel 12 is then covered by the wing 2 .
- the track rail 1 is identical to that of the prior art embodiment of FIG figure 1 educated.
- the base rail 3 which is largely identical in design, is arranged upside down in the running rail 1, so that the main section 31 rests directly on the main section 15 of the running rail 1 and the outer webs 32 and the inner webs 33 are separated from the main section 31 extend upwards.
- the base rail of the figure 1 points out the one of figure 2 no recesses 34 on.
- the rollers 4, 4' are arranged here in such a way that they project upwards beyond the free ends of the inner webs 33 and outer webs 32 and thereby allow the running surfaces 25, 25' of the wing 2 to rest.
- the cover element 5 is designed as a profile rail with a U-shaped cross-section, with a main section 51 and two outer webs 52 that extend parallel to one another and downward in the vertical direction.
- the upper side of the main section 51 is essentially flush when the cover element 5 is in the raised state to lie with the floor surface B and covers the guide channel 11, 12 to a large extent at the top.
- the outer webs 52 bear with their mutually facing inner surfaces against the outer surfaces of the outer webs 32 of the base rail 3, as a result of which a laterally guided movement of the cover element 5 from the raised to the lowered state and vice versa is achieved. Also, the ones under that Cover 5 arranged parts better protected from the ingress of dirt particles due to the outer webs 52.
- Recesses 54 are provided in the main section 51 of the cover element 5, which allow the rollers 4, 4' to protrude when the cover element 5 is in the lowered state.
- the cover element 5 is thus arranged above the rollers 4, 4' in the raised state and below the running surfaces 25, 25' of the frame 22 in the lowered state.
- two inner webs 53 each extend perpendicularly from the main section 51 downwards. However, the inner webs 53 extend less far downwards than the outer webs 52.
- the inner webs 53 are connected to one another at regular intervals along the longitudinal extent of the cover element 5 by transverse axes 50 and 56, the functions of which will be explained below.
- the upper side of the main section 51 of the covering element 5 has a slightly raised central part which, when the leaf 2 is moved, serves to roll off rollers 28 which are attached to the underside of the frame 22 .
- the rollers 28 are each freely rotatably mounted in the lower channel 26 of the frame 22 via a transverse axis 27 .
- the wing 2 is otherwise identical to that in FIG figure 1 shown embodiment of the prior art.
- the area of the base rail 3 between the two inner webs 33 is used in the present embodiment according to the invention for accommodating a spring mechanism with one or more torsion springs 6 .
- the spring mechanism applies a spring force to the cover element 5, which pushes the cover element 5 in the direction of its raised state.
- the one or more torsion springs 6 each have two upper legs 61, the end regions, as is particularly the case in a synopsis of figures 2 and 5 is clearly visible, in each case abut the transverse axis 56 and are bent around it.
- Two lower legs 62 of the leg spring 6 each lie flat on the upper side of the main section 31 of the base rail 3 .
- a helical part of the torsion spring 6 is traversed by a transverse axis 36 which is attached to the inner webs 33 of the base rail 3 with its respective ends.
- the cover element 5 Because of the spring force of the at least one torsion spring 6, the cover element 5 is brought into its raised state and held there. When the wing 2 is pushed over the cover element 5, the cover element 5 is pressed against the spring force into the lowered state and held there by the weight of the wing 2, which is transmitted via the rollers 28. The mutual friction between the wing 2 and the covering element 5 when the wing 2 is displaced is minimized by the rolling of the rollers 28 on the main section 51 of the covering element 5 .
- Support blocks 7 are also arranged in the area between the inner webs 33 of the base rail 3 and are movably connected to the cover element 5 on the one hand and to the base rail 3 on the other hand.
- the connection to the cover element 5 takes place in each case via a transverse axis 50 which protrudes through the support block 7 and about which the support block 7 can be rotated freely.
- the connection to the base rail 3 is in each case via a transverse axis 37 which extends between the two inner webs 33 of the base rail 3 and about which the support block 7 can likewise be rotated freely.
- the support block 7 thus has two axle holes for the two transverse axles 50 and 37 .
- the support blocks 7, which are all of identical design, have a side view, as shown, for example, in FIG figure 5 shown, has an elongate shape extending from transverse axis 37 to transverse axis 50 .
- a first side of the support block 7 that faces in the longitudinal direction of the running rail 1 when the cover element 5 is in the raised state is essentially flat and transitions into a rounded surface in the areas of the axle holes, with the area in the area of the transverse axis 50 forming a semicircle around the corresponding axle hole extends around.
- the one in the area of the transverse axis 37 extends over an angular range of approx. 75° around the corresponding axle hole and thus forms a rolling surface 72 of the support block 7.
- This rolling surface 72 merges into a flat surface of a shoulder 71 attached to the support block 7.
- This flat surface forms a standing surface 73 of the support block.
- Paragraph 71 has a side view triangular shape, which is integrally connected along one of its side lines to a planar second side of the support block 7.
- the second side of the bearing block 7 is formed between the two rounded surfaces of the bearing block 7 and faces in the opposite direction compared to the first side.
- the cover element 5 When the wing 2 is moved, the cover element 5 is pressed horizontally along the longitudinal direction of the runner rail 1 and downwards into the guide channel 11, 12 against the spring force caused by the torsion spring 6 by means of the wing 2 striking an end facing in the longitudinal direction of the running rail 1 ( Figures 5 and 6 ).
- the upper legs 61 thereby approach the lower legs 62 of the leg spring 6 .
- the support blocks 7 tilt by approximately 90°, with the rolling surfaces 72 rolling on the main section 31 of the base rail 3 .
- the cover element 5 can be lowered as far as possible until the shoulders 71 of the support blocks 7 strike the underside of the main section 51 of the cover element 5 .
- the cover element 5 is held in the lowered state against the spring force by the weight of the wing 2 .
- the cover element 5 is then located below the lower edge of the wing 2 and completely within the guide channel 11, 12 of the running rail 1 (see figure 6 ).
- the cover element 5 Due to the support blocks 7, the cover element 5 is moved from the lowered to the raised state and vice versa in a guided parallel displacement. It is thus ensured in particular that the cover element 5 is always arranged parallel to the running rail 1 or to the floor surface B. Furthermore, the support blocks 7 allow a high load on the cover element 5 when the cover element 5 is in the raised state.
- a wedge 29 can be attached to the lower region of one or both of the end faces of the wing 2 facing in the direction of displacement (see e.g. Figures 8 and 9 ).
- a freely rotatable roller 55 can also be attached to the end of the cover element 5, which rolls on a lower inclined surface of the wedge 29 when the wing 2 is displaced. Due to the wedge 29, the force exerted by the wing 2 on the cover element 5 has both a horizontal and a vertical force component directed downwards.
- the cover element 5 reduces the exposed opening of the running rail 1 considerably and then also covers the parts arranged in the running rail, such as in particular the torsion springs 6, the support blocks 7 and the base rail 3, which is aesthetically pleasing to the observer .
- the covering element 5 thus still causes a certain covering of the guide channels 11, 12 even in the lowered state figure 6 is shown, a high weight load of the cover element 5 is also possible in the lowered state.
- cover elements 5 arranged one behind the other can be provided in a guide channel 11, 12, which are pressed downwards in the row into the lowered state when the wing 2 is displaced.

Description
The present invention relates to a sliding wall arrangement with at least one wing, which is slidably mounted in a guide channel of a running rail that can be lowered into a building floor.
Sliding wall arrangements with at least one wing, which is mounted in a running rail that can be lowered into the building floor and can be slid along it, are generally known. They enable a wide view and can be manufactured without thresholds and with a comparatively small frame portion. Due to the sinking of the lower running rail in the floor, a profile-free transition of the sash to the floor is possible. This allows maximum light opening. The wings are usually multi-glazed and usually have a circumferential profile.
With such sliding walls, good heat and sound insulation is essential. The running rails of such sliding walls therefore usually consist of at least two profiles, for example aluminum profiles, which are firmly connected to one another via heat-insulating connecting elements. The separation by such connecting elements, which are usually made of plastic, enables an effective thermal separation of the two profiles, in each of which a wing is slidably guided. In the case of sunken rails, effective drainage is also essential.
Increasingly, such sliding walls are being created with thicker wings, which are intended to enable even better heat and sound insulation. Accordingly, they must Guide channels are made wider so that these wider sliding walls can be sunk into them. However, such wide guide channels are rather undesirable, particularly from an aesthetic point of view. In principle, it is also possible that such wide guide channels are unfavorable when using shoes with narrow heels. Depending on the country, there are also standards for disabled-friendly construction that limit the dimensions of thresholds and floor openings.

The options for such systems with re-drawn masking tape are limited. For example, such a solution cannot be used in sliding wall arrangements in which more than one sliding wing is provided per guide channel. In the case of sliding wall arrangements in which the guide channel is designed to be particularly long in relation to the sliding wing, it can become difficult to have sufficient storage space for the cover strip place. In addition, the displacement and deflection of the long cover strip, particularly when dirt particles penetrate, can impair the smooth running of the displaceable wing due to frictional forces.
Das absenkbare Segment wird teilweise an seinen Seiten von Abdeckleisten abgedeckt.GB 13,915 A.D. 1909 and GB 457 874 A are also mentioned for the technological background. GB 13,915 A.D. 1909 proposes creating a running rail with a spring-loaded rail segment that can be lowered into a channel and on which rollers can be slid under a sliding sash. The lowerable segment is partially covered on its sides by cover strips.

The invention is based on the object of creating a sliding wall arrangement of the type mentioned which, starting from the generic prior art, avoids the disadvantages mentioned. The sliding wall should therefore also be able to be implemented with very wide guide channels, for example with a width of 50 mm and more, without aesthetic or other problems arising here.
To solve this problem, a sliding wall arrangement as specified in
- at least one wing with a lower edge,
- a running rail which can be lowered into a building floor and has at least one guide channel in which the at least one wing is slidably mounted at the lower edge, and
- at least one cover element for covering the at least one Guide channel is used when the guide channel is released from the at least one displaceable wing, wherein the cover element does not cover the guide means.
According to the characterizing part of
The at least one cover element can thus be lowered into the guide channel in order to enable the wing or wings to be displaced over the cover element. The guide channel, in which the at least one displaceable wing is mounted, is thus used to mount the cover element in the lowered state. In this way, the aesthetics and appearance are improved over the generic prior art and the tendency for dirt accumulation is reduced.
The raised or lowered state usually refers to the entire covering element, which is raised or lowered along its entire length and as a whole, that is to say it is moved up or down. The raising and lowering movement thus has, in particular, a component that is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the cover element. The longitudinal direction or the direction of the longitudinal extension of the cover element usually corresponds to the longitudinal direction or the direction of the longitudinal extension of the running rail.
In comparison to the raised state, the position of the covering element in the lowered state differs preferably by only one parallel displacement. Even the entire movement sequence of the cover element from the raised to the lowered state, and advantageously also the movement sequence from the lowered to the raised state, preferably represents a pure parallel displacement.
The cover element preferably has the same overall shape in the raised state as in the lowered state, ie it is neither bent, compressed, reduced, enlarged or otherwise reshaped. The cover element is advantageously designed in one piece as a whole.
The displaceable wing can be, for example, the wing of a sliding door or a sliding window, which can be displaced along the longitudinal extent of the running rail. As a rule, the displaceable wing has at least one pane of glass. The guide channel is advantageously covered by the wing in the area of the wing and by the at least one covering element in the areas outside the wing.
The sliding wall arrangement preferably has a closed position with respect to the at least one wing, in which the at least one wing closes a passage that can be closed by the sliding wall arrangement. In this closed position, the at least one guide channel is advantageously covered by the at least one wing in the area of the at least one wing and by the at least one cover element in all areas outside of the at least one wing.
The lowering of the cover element can be achieved in various ways. Preferably, however, a spring mechanism is arranged in the at least one guide channel, which acts on the at least one cover element with a spring force directed toward the raised state. The lowering is then preferably brought about with the aid of the weight of the wing acting on the cover element when the latter is displaced over the at least one cover element. The spring mechanism advantageously has one or more torsion springs.
A guide means is provided, which is arranged in at least one guide channel and is used to mount the at least one wing. At the guide means it can in particular be one or more rollers. The rollers are advantageously arranged one after the other and at regular intervals along the length of the guide channel in the latter. The at least one wing then generally has at least one running surface on its underside, which is moved over the rollers when the wing is displaced, so that these roll on the running surface. Of course, in an alternative embodiment, the rollers can also be attached to the underside of the at least one wing, and one or more running surfaces can be provided in the at least one guide channel, on which the rollers can roll when the wing is moved. The running surface(s) arranged in the guide channel can likewise be regarded as guide means in such an alternative embodiment.
In the raised state, the cover element is arranged above the guide means and advantageously protrudes upwards. In the lowered state, the cover element is lowered at least far enough into the guide channel that the uppermost point of the guide means protrudes upwards. The at least one wing can thereby be displaced beyond the at least one cover element and at the same time be supported by the guide means.
Advantageously, the cover element has at least one recess in order to allow the guide means to protrude through the cover element in the lowered state. The recess can be designed to be open at the side or be completely surrounded at the side by the material of the cover element. The provision of at least one cutout in the cover element enables greater coverage of the guide channel when the cover element is in the raised state.
A first and a second guide means are preferably arranged in the guide channel, both of which serve to support the at least one wing and advantageously extend at a distance from one another and parallel to one another along the displacement direction of the wing. Both the first and the second guide means can each be one or more rollers. It is advantageous to have two parallel rows running in the longitudinal direction of the running rail and arranged one behind the other Rollers are provided, via which the at least one wing is displaceable in such a way that the wing can roll with its underside in turn over the rollers. In such an embodiment, too, the rollers can of course also be attached to the underside of the wing, and one or more running surfaces for the rollers can be provided in the guide channel.
In a particularly preferred embodiment, the at least one cover element is connected to the running rail in such a way that the at least one covering element can be moved in a guided movement, in particular a parallel displacement, relative to the running rail from the raised to the lowered state and from the lowered to the raised state. In this way it is possible to ensure that the covering element is always arranged parallel to the runner, with obvious aesthetic and functional advantages.
A guided parallel displacement of the cover element relative to the running rail can be achieved in a variety of ways, such as by means of a slotted guide. In a preferred embodiment, however, at least one support block is movably arranged in the at least one guide channel. This at least one support block is preferably movably connected to the running rail and the cover element in such a way that the guided movement, in particular parallel displacement, of the cover element is specified by the at least one support block. The at least one support block advantageously also serves to absorb weight forces that act on the at least one cover element when it is raised and preferably also when it is lowered. In this way, significantly higher weight forces can be absorbed by the lowering element.
The at least one support block advantageously has a rounded rolling surface in order to enable the support block to roll evenly when the at least one cover element is brought from the lowered into the raised state or from the raised into the lowered state. In addition, the at least one support block preferably has an essentially planar standing surface. The weight forces can be well dissipated by means of the planar standing surface and an undesired further movement of the support block is prevented prevented.
The at least one cover element is preferably designed as a profile rail that is essentially U-shaped in cross section. Parts arranged in the guide channel can thus be well protected against external influences and in particular penetrating dirt particles.
In order to move the at least one cover element from the raised to the lowered state and from the lowered to the raised state when the wing is moved in a substantially continuously uniform movement, a wedge-shaped stop element is advantageously attached to the wing.
Optimum ease of movement of the at least one wing can be achieved if rollers are attached to its lower edge, which roll on an upper side of the at least one cover element when the wing is moved and thereby hold it in its lowered state.
A plurality of cover elements are preferably provided in order to advantageously completely cover a single guide channel in segments. The several cover elements are preferably arranged one behind the other. In order to enable the best possible continuous coverage and an interlocking of cover elements arranged one behind the other, the cover elements, but at least one of the cover elements, in certain embodiments can have a first end with a part protruding along a first displacement direction of the wing and a second end with a Having a recess which extends along a second direction of displacement of the wing opposite to the first direction of displacement and is designed to be open to the outside. The recess is preferably designed to be complementary to the protruding part.

The underside of the
In order to guide the
The
The radial outer surfaces of the

The
Between the two
Because of the spring force of the at least one
Support blocks 7 are also arranged in the area between the
