Abstract

Une structure (100) de piscine, pouvant être hors-sol, semi-enterrée ou enterrée, comportant des jambes (1) de force s'étendant chacune verticalement, des parois (P) extérieures verticales fixées entre les jambes (1) de force, une margelle supérieure. L'invention est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte en outre un support intermédiaire (21) horizontal, qui est fixé mécaniquement sur une partie supérieure (19) des jambes (1) de force et qui est à l'extérieur des parois (P), la margelle (15) comportant une goulotte (151), qui a une ouverture (152) tournée vers le haut, qui est fixée sur le support intermédiaire (21) et qui délimite un logement supérieur (153) apte à être rempli d'une matière d'habillage.

Description

  • L'invention concerne une structure de piscine, pouvant être hors-sol, semi-enterrée ou enterrée.
  • Un domaine d'application de l'invention concerne notamment les piscines d'agrément pour la baignade.
  • On connaît par les documents FR-A-2 719 5621 , FR-A-2 699 582 , FR-A-2 818 998 et FR-A-2 911 621 un premier type de piscines, comportant un coffrage en béton, qui est réalisé dans une goulotte et sur lequel la margelle réalisée en pierre est fixée.
  • Un deuxième type de piscines est les piscines en kit, telles que les piscines ayant des parties en bois. L'aspect et le rendu de la piscine dépendent très fortement des margelles et de leur capacité à durer dans le temps. Dans le cas des piscines concernées, ces margelles sont elles aussi en bois. Le bois est un matériau qui se déforme fortement dans le temps, sensible à toutes les variations climatiques et putrescible malgré un traitement adapté à l'usage. Les changements géométriques du bois sont totalement irréversibles et peuvent apparaître très peu de temps après la mise en place du bassin.
  • Un des moyens pour lutter contre ce phénomène est de multiplier les fixations du bois de sorte qu'il soit fortement contraint. Toutefois, les conditions et la durée de stockage peuvent faire apparaître des variations géométriques du bois avant montage du bassin, synonyme de beaucoup de réclamations de la part des clients.
  • Un autre inconvénient de ces piscines concerne les jonctions entre les lames de bois. Souvent inesthétiques, elles accentuent les variations évoquées précédemment, et sont compliquées à poser dans les angles avec les coupes d'onglet associées.
  • En outre, la margelle est prévue pour que les personnes s'assoient dessus. Par conséquent, la margelle doit non seulement avoir une certaine largeur pour offrir une assise suffisante sur sa surface supérieure, mais être correctement fixée au reste de la piscine.
  • En outre, l'on cherche à ce que la margelle puisse être personnalisée et choisie par l'utilisateur.
  • L'invention vise à obtenir une structure de piscine, palliant les inconvénients de l'état de la technique et répondant à ces exigences.
  • A cet effet, un premier objet de l'invention est une structure de piscine, pouvant être hors-sol, semi-enterrée ou enterrée, comportant
    des jambes de force s'étendant chacune verticalement,
    des parois extérieures verticales fixées entre les jambes de force,
    une margelle supérieure,
    caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte en outre un support intermédiaire horizontal, qui est fixé mécaniquement sur une partie supérieure des jambes de force et qui est à l'extérieur des parois,
    la margelle comportant une goulotte, qui a une ouverture tournée vers le haut, qui est fixée sur le support intermédiaire et qui délimite un premier logement supérieur apte à être rempli d'une matière d'habillage.
  • Ainsi, la matière d'habillage peut être fixée sur toute la longueur de la goulotte, ce qui, même dans le cas où le support n'est pas en béton, diminue fortement les variations géométriques de la matière d'habillage en cas de variations climatiques, y compris dans le cas où cette matière d'habillage contient du bois. En outre, l'utilisateur peut choisir la matière d'habillage, qui formera la surface supérieure libre de la margelle, en fonction de son aspect extérieur souhaité ou de son esthétique ou de ses qualités mécaniques, notamment de résistance à la flexion, à l'usure, à l'eau.

  • Suivant un mode de réalisation de l'invention, la partie avant comporte des évidements servant à fixer dedans des pattes intérieures du profilé de finition.
  • Suivant un mode de réalisation de l'invention, la goulotte comporte un fond dans lequel se trouvent des repérages de découpe pour ménager au moins un trou dans le fond, permettant le passage d'un dispositif d'écumage.
  • Suivant un mode de réalisation de l'invention, la goulotte comporte sous son fond un deuxième logement pour recevoir un dispositif lumineux.
  • Suivant un mode de réalisation de l'invention, le deuxième logement fait le tour de la piscine.
  • Suivant un mode de réalisation de l'invention, la goulotte comporte dans le premier logement au moins une réservation ou un anneau, dont l'ouverture est tournée vers le haut pour la fixation d'un accessoire dedans.

  • Aux figures est représentée une structure 100 de piscine, qui peut être par exemple une piscine hors-sol, une piscine semi-enterrée ou une piscine enterrée. La structure 100 de piscine comporte plusieurs jambes 1 de force, s'étendant chacune verticalement. Des parois P extérieures verticales sont fixées aux jambes 1 de force et s'étendent entre celles-ci. Les parois P sont par exemple formées de lames L superposées, s'étendant entre les jambes 1 de force et fixées à ces dernières. En variante, chaque paroi peut être d'une seule pièce. Les lames L et les parois P peuvent être par exemple en lames de bois (madrier en bois) ou en matière synthétique. Notamment, la lame L la plus basse peut être en une matière synthétique, pour être imputrescible. Les parois P délimitent un contour extérieur fermé de la piscine.
  • Un support intermédiaire 21 horizontal, servant à soutenir une margelle supérieure 15 fixée dessus, est lui-même fixé mécaniquement sur une partie supérieure 19 des jambes 1 de force. Ce support 21 est à l'extérieur des parois P (côté extérieur Cext de la piscine) et est par exemple périphérique aux parois P. Ce support 21 peut comporter par exemple une ou plusieurs solives 21a et/ou 21b côte à côte écartées des parois P et situées du côté extérieur Cext de la piscine, la ou les solives 21a et/ou 21b étant par exemple en bois ou en matière synthétique. La ou les solives 21a et/ou 21b forment par exemple une, deux ou plusieurs ceintures autour du contour périphérique de la piscine, les ceintures étant écartées l'une de l'autre.
  • Suivant un mode de réalisation, la partie supérieure 19 des jambes 1 de force, auxquelles est fixée la ou les solive(s) 21a et/ou 21b de support, est fixée à un montant vertical 2 de ces jambes 1 de force et dépasse vers l'extérieur par rapport à ce montant vertical 2.
  • Suivant un mode de réalisation, la structure 100 comporte au moins un profilé 25 d'accrochage, qui est fixé sur le côté supérieur 22 des parois P et qui sert à l'accrochage d'une feuille d'étanchéité formant un bassin de la piscine, devant être disposée entre les parois P. La margelle 15 est par exemple en appui au moins sur une partie supérieure 23 du profilé 25 d'accrochage et sur le ou les support(s) 21. La margelle 15 a ainsi au moins deux zones d'appui sur au moins deux parties distinctes l'une de l'autre (profilé 25 et solive(s) 21) de la structure 100. Dans le cas des solives 21a et/ou 21b côte à côte ou de la double ceinture, la margelle a trois zones d'appui sur trois parties distinctes l'une de l'autre (profilé 25 et solive 21a et solive 21b.
  • Suivant l'invention, la margelle 15 comporte une goulotte 151 délimitant un logement supérieur 153 qui est destiné à être rempli d'une matière 154 d'habillage. La matière 154 d'habillage est fixée à la goulotte 151. La goulotte 151 possède une ouverture supérieure 152, qui permet son remplissage de la matière 154 d'habillage par le haut.
  • La matière 154 d'habillage peut également être un carrelage pouvant être choisi par l'utilisateur.

  • La goulotte 151 peut s'étendre sur tout ou partie de la margelle 15 et peut par exemple s'étendre sur toute la périphérie de la piscine. La goulotte 151 délimite par exemple un logement supérieur 153 ayant un ou plusieurs tronçons rectilignes et formant par exemple un contour fermé formant la margelle 15. La goulotte 151 délimite un logement supérieur 153 fermé.
  • La matière 154 d'habillage forme la surface supérieure libre de la margelle 15.
  • Suivant un mode de réalisation, la goulotte 151 comporte un fond 155 relié à un premier rebord supérieur 156 et à un deuxième rebord supérieur 157. Les rebords 156 et 157 s'étendent par exemple le long de la ou des parois P horizontalement, le rebord 156 étant situé vers le côté intérieur Cint de la piscine, tandis que le rebord 157 est situé vers le côté extérieur Cext de la piscine. Les parois P délimitent entre elles le côté intérieur Cint de la piscine, séparé du côté extérieur Cext par les parois P.
  • Le fond 155 et les rebords 156 et 157 délimitent le logement 153. Les extrémités supérieures des rebords 156, 157 délimitent l'ouverture 152.
  • Le rebord 156 est prolongé vers le côté intérieur Cint de la piscine par une partie avant 158, par exemple arrondie dans un plan vertical. Cette partie avant 158 est recouverte d'un profilé 159 de finition. Ce profilé 159 de finition permet de cacher le rebord 156. Ce profilé 159 de finition peut se prolonger au-dessus du fond 155 sur une courte distance, ainsi que représenté à la figure 2.
  • Ainsi que représenté aux figures 1, 3, 4 et 5, la partie avant 158 du bord intérieur 156 peut être formée d'ailettes 1580 distantes l'une de l'autre horizontalement le long de la paroi P.
  • La partie avant 158 peut comporter des évidements 1581 servant à fixer des pattes intérieures 1591 du profilé 159 de finition, ainsi que représenté à la figure 2. Les évidements 1581 sont répartis sur la surface extérieure de la partie avant 158, de bas en haut, en ayant par exemple un évidement 1581 en bas de la partie avant 158, un autre évidement 1581 sur le côté Cint de la partie avant 158 et un autre évidement 1581 sur le haut de la partie avant 158.
  • Dans le mode de réalisation représenté aux figures 1, 3 et 6, le fond 155 comporte des repérages 40 de découpe, tels que par exemple des parties amincies. Ces repérages 40 permettent à un utilisateur de découper à cet endroit, le long des lignes 40 de repérage, un ou plusieurs trous dans le fond 155, ce trou pouvant servir à faire passer par exemple un dispositif d'écumage ou autre.
  • Dans le mode de réalisation représenté aux figures 1, 2, 3 et 10, la goulotte 151 comporte sous son fond 155 un deuxième logement 51 pour recevoir un dispositif lumineux, pouvant être électrique tel que par exemple un ruban lumineux, par exemple à diode(s) électroluminescente(s) (LED) ou autres. Le logement 51 est séparé du logement 153. Ce logement 51 est par exemple délimité par la surface inférieure d'une partie rehaussée 50 du fond 155. La partie rehaussée 50 et le logement 51 s'étendent horizontalement le long de la paroi P et font par exemple tout le tour de la piscine.
  • Dans le mode de réalisation représenté à la figure 3, la goulotte 151 peut comporter une ou plusieurs réservations, par exemple circulaires, ou un ou plusieurs anneaux 60 ou fixés sur le fond 155, et par exemple sur la partie rehaussée 50 du fond 155, l'anneau 60 délimitant une ouverture béante vers le haut et fermée vers le bas par le fond 155 ou la partie rehaussée 50. L'utilisateur peut utiliser le ou les anneaux 60 pour y fixer un ou accessoire, pouvant être un équipement de jeu à installer à proximité ou au-dessus du bassin, comme par exemple un poteau tenant un filet de volley ou de badminton, un but de water-polo ou autres. La réservation ou anneau 60 peut se trouver dans le logement 153. Cet accessoire peut aussi être une pièce rapportée, par exemple au moment de couler la résine formant la matière 154 d'habillage, dans laquelle l'accessoire sera alors fixé.
  • La margelle 15 peut comporter, dans le mode de réalisation à la figure 10, la goulotte 151 comporte une ou plusieurs autres saillie inférieure 161 sous son fond 155 délimitant le logement supérieur 153. Cette ou ces saillies inférieures 161 servent à guider son positionnement sur le support 21, par exemple soit entre la paroi P (à savoir le dispositif 25 d'accrochage fixé sur la paroi P) et la solive 21, soit entre les solives 21a et 21b, ainsi qu'entre les parties supérieures 19 des jambes 1 de force.

Claims (11)

  1. Structure (100) de piscine, pouvant être hors-sol, semi-enterrée ou enterrée, comportant
    des jambes (1) de force s'étendant chacune verticalement,
    des parois (P) extérieures verticales fixées entre les jambes (1) de force,
    une margelle supérieure (15),
    caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte en outre un support intermédiaire (21) horizontal, qui est fixé mécaniquement sur une partie supérieure (19) des jambes (1) de force et qui est à l'extérieur des parois (P),
    la margelle (15) comportant une goulotte (151), qui a une ouverture (152) tournée vers le haut, qui est fixée sur le support intermédiaire (21) et qui délimite un premier logement supérieur (153) apte à être rempli d'une matière (154) d'habillage formant la surface supérieure libre de la margelle (15).
  2. Structure suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la matière (154) d'habillage est choisie parmi le bois, le carrelage, une résine, une matière solidifiable, une matière synthétique.
  3. Structure suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la goulotte (151) est en une matière synthétique, ou métallique.
  4. Structure suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la goulotte (151) comporte au moins un profilé (167) s'étendant horizontalement le long des parois (P).
  5. Structure suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le premier logement supérieur (153) est délimité par un premier rebord supérieur (156), situé vers le côté intérieur (Cint) de la piscine, et par un deuxième rebord supérieur (157), situé vers le côté extérieur (Cext) de la piscine,
    le premier rebord supérieur (156) étant prolongé vers le côté intérieur (Cint) de la piscine par une partie avant (158), recouverte d'un profilé (159) de finition.
  6. Structure suivant la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que la partie avant (158) comporte des évidements (1581) servant à fixer dedans des pattes intérieures (1591) du profilé (159) de finition.
  7. Structure suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la goulotte (151) comporte un fond (155) dans lequel se trouvent des repérages (40) de découpe pour ménager au moins un trou dans le fond (155), permettant le passage d'un dispositif d'écumage.
  8. Structure suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la goulotte (151) comporte sous son fond (155) un deuxième logement (51) pour recevoir un dispositif lumineux.
  9. Structure suivant la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que le deuxième logement (51) fait le tour de la piscine.
  10. Structure suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la goulotte (151) comporte dans le premier logement (153) au moins une réservation ou un anneau (60), dont l'ouverture (61) est tournée vers le haut pour la fixation d'un accessoire dedans.
  11. Structure suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la goulotte (151) comporte sous son fond (155) délimitant le logement supérieur (153) au moins une autre saillie inférieure (161) servant au positionnement de la goulotte (151) sur le support (21).
