Definitions
- the invention relates to a case for stacking with another suitcase.
- the invention further relates to an arrangement with at least two stacked suitcases.
- the invention relates to a method for stacking at least two cases.
- Cases are usually used for the transport and / or storage of objects, such as tools. Often the suitcases are stackable, so that several cases can be stacked, for example, one above the other. Such cases usually have fasteners to hold a stacked case. Corresponding suitcases are for example DE 10 2013 202869 A1 . DE 20 2012 002819 U1 . US 2011/155613 A1 . EP 2 346 741 B1 or EP 1 018 473 A1 known.
- An embodiment of the invention has for its object to propose at least one way to allow stacking a suitcase on another suitcase and mutual attachment of the case in the stacked state easy to use and handling.
- a case for stacking with another suitcase.
- the case has a contact surface for stacking the other suitcase and at least one coupling part, which is fauxbringbar with a negative feedback portion of the other suitcase to form a connector.
- the coupling part is aligned such that the plug-in connection with the negative-feedback part is formed by displacing the further case along the contact surface.
- the case has at least one locking element for securing the connector against loosening, in particular arbitrary loosening.
- the locking element is movably mounted on the case, in particular attached to the case or formed, for example molded. It is envisaged that the locking element is movable from an initial position to an intermediate or end position, in particular forcibly moved, and in the starting position is in a receiving area for the other suitcase, wherein the receiving area at or to a placement of the other suitcase on the landing surface is used.
- the other suitcase can be used in a user-friendly and easy-to-handle manner, and an attachment of the stacked further case can be implemented in a user-friendly and easy-to-handle manner.
- the proposed coupling part for forming a connector can be a coupling connection of the suitcase with the other suitcase by simply plugging or plugging the coupling part in or on the negative feedback part of the other suitcase reach.
- the formation of the connector is facilitated by the particular configuration of the coupling part, which supports the ease of use and handling.
- the plug connection of the coupling part with the negative feedback part is achieved by a targeted movement, in particular a guided movement, namely by moving the further case along the contact surface.
- the coupling part may be a Einsteckability.
- the counter-coupling part may be a plug-in receptacle, preferably a corresponding plug-in element, which can be inserted into the plug-in receptacle.
- the coupling part form a male and the negative feedback part of the Einsteckability for the male element.
- the locking element By the provided locking element, it is possible to effectively secure the connector of the coupling part with the negative feedback part of the other suitcase against divergence, in particular pulling against the Caribbeansteckraum.
- the locking element By the locking element is present in the starting position in the receiving area for the other suitcase, it is achieved that the further case comes into contact with the locking element and actuates the locking element and thus causes a movement of the locking element, when the further case a Friedsetzzi towards the Runs Aufsetz imagery and thereby reaches the receiving area. This will be the one from the other Suitcase executed Aufsetzgraphy also used to operate the locking element. A separate manual operation by an operator is saved. This measure also aims to support the ease of use and handling.
- a contacting of the locking element with the other suitcase in the course of its placement movement can be achieved if in the starting position, the locking element projects beyond a bottom surface of the receiving area and / or in the starting position, the locking element extends over the bottom surface and / or in the Starting position, the locking element is raised to a bottom surface of the receiving area.
- the locking element projects beyond one end of a bottom surface of the receiving area and in the intermediate or end position, the one end of the locking element relative to the starting position is lowered.
- the intermediate or end position then the locking element is brought, for example, outside of the receiving area and thus a placement of the other suitcase on the contact surface and / or a displacement of the attached further suitcase to form the connector allows.
- the bottom surface of the receiving region forms at least a part of the contact surface.
- the receiving area serves as an area in which the further case is placed.
- the locking element is movable spring-loaded. As a result, the energy from a movement of the locking element can be stored in a technically simple manner.
- the locking element is movable from the starting position against a spring force in the intermediate or final position.
- the locking element is automatically moved back from the intermediate or end position in the direction of the starting position and / or in the starting position by the spring force. Also by this measure, the ease of use and handling is supported.
- the locking element is held spring-loaded in the starting position.
- the locking element is thereby held under spring tension in the starting position. As a result, a possible unwanted wobbling of the locking element is counteracted in the starting position.
- a spring element or other power storage is provided. It can be used a compression spring. It is also possible to use elastomer springs, leaf springs, coil springs or springs of a general type. Likewise, rotary or disc springs can be used.
- the locking element as a locking slide is formed, which is displaceable from the starting position to the intermediate or end position, in particular translationally displaceable.
- Such a locking element can be realized in a technically relatively simple manner.
- the locking element designed as a locking slide can have a housing fixed with respect to the case arranged holding part or bottom part and a movably mounted sliding part, in particular sliding bar, or consist thereof. It is the holding part arranged on the case, in particular attached thereto or formed, such as molded or formed.
- the locking slide can be realized when the holding part and the sliding part in cross-section U-shaped and are mutually oppositely nested, wherein between the legs of the parts a compression spring is arranged, which on the one hand against a bottom surface of a holding part and on the other hand supported against a bottom surface of the slide part.
- the locking element is designed as a pivot lever, which is pivotable from the starting position to the intermediate or end position about a pivot axis, in particular housing-fixed pivot axis.
- the locking element may be formed as a rotary lever which is rotatable from the starting position to the intermediate or end position about a rotation axis, in particular housing-fixed axis of rotation.
- the locking element has a rotary closure or is formed by a rotary closure which is rotatable for rotation relative to a base part, in particular housing-fixed base part, from the starting position to the intermediate or end position.
- the case has an upper side, a lower side, a front side and a rear side, the extension of the case forming a longitudinal extension from the front side to the rear side.
- the upper side and the lower side are opposite one another and form, for example, flat sides or surface sides.
- the front and the back face each other and form, for example, narrow sides.
- the upper side and the lower side are arranged lying transversely relative to the front side and the rear side, in particular arranged at a right angle to one another.
- the contact surface is assigned to the top and on the front of the case, a carrying handle is arranged, so that when wearing the suitcase on the carrying handle, the back is turned down.
- the case is set up when the case is held on the carrying handle.
- the coupling part of the case and the negative feedback part of the other suitcase are then hooked against each other to form the connector, since the contact surface is present as a lateral side surface.
- the plug connection forms a suspension connection.
- the suspension connection is formed by a Ein vonansatz with a suspension opening and in the suspension opening engageable example flap-shaped suspension tab. It can form the coupling part of the Ein vonitzsatz and the negative feedback part of the Ein yogalasche. - the connector supports the coupling of the case with the other case when the case is carried on the carrying handle, since the weight of the other suitcase acts in the insertion direction on the coupling part of the case. For the weight acts in the insertion direction, which is directed in the direction of the handle away towards the back of the suitcase.
- the receiving area for the further case is assigned to the top and the locking element is arranged in the region of the front and protrudes in the starting position from the top.
- the top of the suitcase has at least one transverse rib, which runs transversely to the longitudinal extent of the suitcase and has an outwardly facing and the front side facing side surface. It is the side surface as a stop for the other suitcase used, for example, when the case is held on its carrying handle and thus the top of the suitcase is positioned laterally due to its upright position.
- the other suitcase can be supported with a mating surface against the side surface of the transverse rib, so that in this way the connector between the Coupling and the negative feedback part is relieved of power.
- the coupling part is attached or formed on the transverse rib.
- the stability of the coupling member itself is improved, as acting on the coupling part forces are absorbed by the transverse rib.
- the upper side of the suitcase has two transverse ribs, which respectively extend transversely to the longitudinal extension of the suitcase and have an outwardly facing side surface facing the front side, the transverse ribs delimiting a transverse groove extending therebetween.
- This measure also aims to be able to absorb a force acting on the suitcase weight of the other suitcase and relieve the connector when the case is worn on the carrying handle. An embodiment of the invention has for its object to propose at least one way to allow stacking a suitcase on another suitcase and mutual attachment of the case in the stacked state easy to use and handling.
This object is achieved with a suitcase, which has the features of claim 1. Further, an arrangement with at least two stacked suitcases is proposed to solve the problem, which has the features of
Advantageous embodiments of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims, the following description and the figures.
According to one embodiment of the invention, a case is provided for stacking with another suitcase. The case has a contact surface for stacking the other suitcase and at least one coupling part, which is zusammenbringbar with a negative feedback portion of the other suitcase to form a connector. The coupling part is aligned such that the plug-in connection with the negative-feedback part is formed by displacing the further case along the contact surface.
Furthermore, the case has at least one locking element for securing the connector against loosening, in particular arbitrary loosening. The locking element is movably mounted on the case, in particular attached to the case or formed, for example molded. It is envisaged that the locking element is movable from an initial position to an intermediate or end position, in particular forcibly moved, and in the starting position is in a receiving area for the other suitcase, wherein the receiving area at or to a placement of the other suitcase on the landing surface is used.
In such a case, the other suitcase can be used in a user-friendly and easy-to-handle manner, and an attachment of the stacked further case can be implemented in a user-friendly and easy-to-handle manner. Because by the proposed coupling part for forming a connector can be a coupling connection of the suitcase with the other suitcase by simply plugging or plugging the coupling part in or on the negative feedback part of the other suitcase reach. The formation of the connector is facilitated by the particular configuration of the coupling part, which supports the ease of use and handling. For it is permitted, in particular exclusively permitted, that the plug connection of the coupling part with the negative feedback part is achieved by a targeted movement, in particular a guided movement, namely by moving the further case along the contact surface. The coupling part may be a Einsteckaufnahme. In this respect, the counter-coupling part may be a plug-in receptacle, preferably a corresponding plug-in element, which can be inserted into the plug-in receptacle. Also, in the reverse manner, the coupling part form a male and the negative feedback part of the Einsteckaufnahme for the male element.
By the provided locking element, it is possible to effectively secure the connector of the coupling part with the negative feedback part of the other suitcase against divergence, in particular pulling against the Zusammensteckrichtung. By the locking element is present in the starting position in the receiving area for the other suitcase, it is achieved that the further case comes into contact with the locking element and actuates the locking element and thus causes a movement of the locking element, when the further case a Aufsetzbewegung towards the Runs Aufsetzfläche and thereby reaches the receiving area. This will be the one from the other Suitcase executed Aufsetzbewegung also used to operate the locking element. A separate manual operation by an operator is saved. This measure also aims to support the ease of use and handling.
In a technically simple manner, a contacting of the locking element with the other suitcase in the course of its placement movement can be achieved if in the starting position, the locking element projects beyond a bottom surface of the receiving area and / or in the starting position, the locking element extends over the bottom surface and / or in the Starting position, the locking element is raised to a bottom surface of the receiving area.
For example, it is provided that in the initial position, the locking element projects beyond one end of a bottom surface of the receiving area and in the intermediate or end position, the one end of the locking element relative to the starting position is lowered. In the intermediate or end position then the locking element is brought, for example, outside of the receiving area and thus a placement of the other suitcase on the contact surface and / or a displacement of the attached further suitcase to form the connector allows.
It can be provided that the bottom surface of the receiving region forms at least a part of the contact surface. As a result, the receiving area serves as an area in which the further case is placed.
According to one embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the locking element is movable spring-loaded.
As a result, the energy from a movement of the locking element can be stored in a technically simple manner.
For example, it is provided that the locking element is movable from the starting position against a spring force in the intermediate or final position. As a result, the locking element is automatically moved back from the intermediate or end position in the direction of the starting position and / or in the starting position by the spring force. Also by this measure, the ease of use and handling is supported.
It may further be provided that the locking element is held spring-loaded in the starting position. The locking element is thereby held under spring tension in the starting position. As a result, a possible unwanted wobbling of the locking element is counteracted in the starting position.
In order to move the locking element spring loaded, for example, a spring element or other power storage is provided. It can be used a compression spring. It is also possible to use elastomer springs, leaf springs, coil springs or springs of a general type. Likewise, rotary or disc springs can be used.
According to one embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the locking element as a locking slide is formed, which is displaceable from the starting position to the intermediate or end position, in particular translationally displaceable. Such a locking element can be realized in a technically relatively simple manner.
The locking element designed as a locking slide can have a housing fixed with respect to the case arranged holding part or bottom part and a movably mounted sliding part, in particular sliding bar, or consist thereof. It is the holding part arranged on the case, in particular attached thereto or formed, such as molded or formed.
In a technically simple manner, the locking slide can be realized when the holding part and the sliding part in cross-section U-shaped and are mutually oppositely nested, wherein between the legs of the parts a compression spring is arranged, which on the one hand against a bottom surface of a holding part and on the other hand supported against a bottom surface of the slide part. By the legs of the holding part and the sliding part a guided movement of the sliding part relative to the holding part is ensured in a simple manner in this embodiment of the locking slide.
It is advisable that the slide member relative to the stop member is slidably limited. This ensures that the sliding movement of the locking slide is covered within predetermined limits and remains therein.
According to another embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the locking element is designed as a pivot lever, which is pivotable from the starting position to the intermediate or end position about a pivot axis, in particular housing-fixed pivot axis. Also, the locking element may be formed as a rotary lever which is rotatable from the starting position to the intermediate or end position about a rotation axis, in particular housing-fixed axis of rotation. In principle, it is also possible that the locking element has a rotary closure or is formed by a rotary closure which is rotatable for rotation relative to a base part, in particular housing-fixed base part, from the starting position to the intermediate or end position.
According to a possible embodiment, the case has an upper side, a lower side, a front side and a rear side, the extension of the case forming a longitudinal extension from the front side to the rear side. In particular, the upper side and the lower side are opposite one another and form, for example, flat sides or surface sides. In particular, the front and the back face each other and form, for example, narrow sides. In particular, the upper side and the lower side are arranged lying transversely relative to the front side and the rear side, in particular arranged at a right angle to one another.
According to one embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the contact surface is assigned to the top and on the front of the case, a carrying handle is arranged, so that when wearing the suitcase on the carrying handle, the back is turned down. The case is set up when the case is held on the carrying handle. The coupling part of the case and the negative feedback part of the other suitcase are then hooked against each other to form the connector, since the contact surface is present as a lateral side surface. In this respect, the plug connection forms a suspension connection.
For example, it is provided that the suspension connection is formed by a Einhängeansatz with a suspension opening and in the suspension opening engageable example flap-shaped suspension tab. It can form the coupling part of the Einhängeansatz and the negative feedback part of the Einhängelasche. Also, the coupling part, the Einhängelasche and the negative feedback part form the Einhängeansatz.
The hanging loop can be bevelled. Also, the suspension opening or the attachment approach may have at least one insertion bevel in order to enable a displacement-secured and relatively play-free suspension connection between the suitcases or suitcase surfaces assigned to one another.
A possible embodiment of the invention is that suitcase has a lower part and a cover part arranged pivotally thereto, wherein the upper side of the suitcase are formed by the underside of the cover part and the underside of the suitcase through the underside of the lower part and the carrying handle is arranged on the lower part , The locking element is then assigned, for example, the lid part.
A further embodiment of the invention is that the coupling part is directed towards the carrying handle, so that the connector is formed with the negative feedback part of the other suitcase by moving the other suitcase away from the front towards the back of the suitcase. As a result, the connector supports the coupling of the case with the other case when the case is carried on the carrying handle, since the weight of the other suitcase acts in the insertion direction on the coupling part of the case. For the weight acts in the insertion direction, which is directed in the direction of the handle away towards the back of the suitcase.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the receiving area for the further case is assigned to the top and the locking element is arranged in the region of the front and protrudes in the starting position from the top.
It is advisable that the top of the suitcase has at least one transverse rib, which runs transversely to the longitudinal extent of the suitcase and has an outwardly facing and the front side facing side surface. It is the side surface as a stop for the other suitcase used, for example, when the case is held on its carrying handle and thus the top of the suitcase is positioned laterally due to its upright position. In this case, then the other suitcase can be supported with a mating surface against the side surface of the transverse rib, so that in this way the connector between the Coupling and the negative feedback part is relieved of power.
It can be provided that the coupling part is attached or formed on the transverse rib. As a result, the stability of the coupling member itself is improved, as acting on the coupling part forces are absorbed by the transverse rib.
It can further be provided that the upper side of the suitcase has two transverse ribs, which respectively extend transversely to the longitudinal extension of the suitcase and have an outwardly facing side surface facing the front side, the transverse ribs delimiting a transverse groove extending therebetween. This measure also aims to be able to absorb a force acting on the suitcase weight of the other suitcase and relieve the connector when the case is worn on the carrying handle. Because of the two transverse ribs are two side surfaces available, on which the other suitcase can be supported, each with a corresponding mating surface.
Also, a high stability is given if the case should be worn, for example, in the opposite direction, in which then the carrying handle is turned down. Because by the proposed transverse groove, a projection of the other suitcase can be brought into engagement, so that the other suitcase is supported against the case both with down-facing carrying handle and with upwardly turned carrying handle.
It is advisable to form the underside of the suitcase corresponding to its upper side, so that the suitcase is stackable with its underside on another suitcase, which has an upper side corresponding to the suitcase. In particular, the underside of the suitcase is formed corresponding to the underside of the other suitcase. It is thereby a Aufstapelung any number of suitcases to realize in a simple manner, since the suitcases are designed as a common part and thus a stacking down and up the suitcase, starting from, for example, a reference case, can take place.
For reasons of stability, according to a further embodiment of the invention, two coupling parts are provided, which can be brought together with an associated negative-feedback part of the further case to form a plug-in connection and are aligned such that the plug-in connection with the negative-feedback part is formed by displacing the further case along the contact surface. wherein the coupling parts are arranged side by side with respect to the insertion direction or plug-in direction for producing the plug connection.
In the same direction, the measure, according to which according to a further embodiment of the invention, at least one further coupling part is provided, which is zusammenbringbar with an associated negative feedback portion of the other suitcase to form a connector and oriented such that by moving the other suitcase along the contact surface the connector is formed with the negative feedback part, wherein the further Coupling and the coupling part with respect to the insertion direction for producing the connector are arranged one behind the other lying.
For example, the coupling part is arranged in the region of the front side facing edge of the top. For example, the further coupling part is arranged in the region of the rear side facing edge of the upper side. Also, the coupling part and / or the further coupling part may be arranged in a central region of the top of the case.
It may be provided exclusively a locking element. Also, the locking element can be provided several times. In this case, the locking elements can be arranged lying transversely to the longitudinal direction of the case one behind the other.
The at least one locking element can be integrated in the case itself, for example, with the exterior surfaces of the suitcase to be flush or lie behind or end. It can also be provided that the at least one locking element is present as a separate part or unit and is in particular material in one or more pieces connected to the associated luggage areas. In addition, the locking element may be connected as a separate part or assembly on an outer wall of the case. As a result, subsequent retrofitting of a case with the locking element is facilitated.
According to another embodiment of the invention is an arrangement with at least two stacked suitcases provided, of which at least one of the cases has a contact surface and at least one coupling part, being placed on the contact surface of the other case and the coupling part forms a connector with a negative feedback portion of the other suitcase, which by moving the other suitcase along and / or on the Touch surface is formed. Furthermore, at least one locking element is provided which is present in a locking position securing the plug connection against loosening, in particular arbitrary loosening. In the locking position, the locking element is in a receiving area for the other suitcase, which is used in a placement of the other suitcase on the mounting surface. For example, is or was placed by placing the other suitcase on the mounting surface, the locking element from the locking position to an unlocking position with respect to securing the connector and / or in a release position in which a collapse of the case for forming the connector between the suitcases is allowed. The locking position may be a starting position, for example the starting position described above.
The at least one case with the contact surface and the at least one coupling part may be the suitcase described above. The stacked suitcase of the arrangement may be the other suitcase described above. In this case, the locking position corresponds to the initial position of the case described above and the unlocking position and / or the release position of the intermediate or end position described above.
For example, in the attached case a surface or a surface portion is used as Anschlagfäche or usable, which is brought into the locking position of the locking element in abutment against the locking element or can be brought. The stop surface may be provided on a front side, for example of the front of the stacked suitcase, in particular be formed there. The abutment surface can also be formed by a recessed surface or provided with an insertion bevel surface, thereby to achieve an additional bias of the locking element on the connector or suspension connection between the stacked suitcases.
It may be profiled substantially rectangular in shape, the locking element to secure the connector between the coupling part and the negative feedback part with a little game, so that the coupling part and the negative feedback part in trained connector still have a play of movement to each other, for example, a game in the insertion direction of, for example, about 1 to 2 mm, without the plug-in connection diverge, for example, manually decoupled.
It can also be provided that the locking element itself or the stop surface on which the locking element is present in the locking position or usable as a stop, is wedge-shaped, so that the locking element additionally biases the connector in the insertion direction or insertion and secures against the movement of the two stacked suitcases relative to each other in the insertion direction.
The invention also includes a method for stacking at least two cases. At least one of the cases may be the case described above. It may also be the two cases, in particular all cases are formed by the case described above.
In the method, it is provided that one of the cases is placed on a contact surface of the other suitcase and then the case is moved over a displacement and along the contact surface in a plug connection with the other case, wherein by placing the case on the other suitcase a movable locking member is actuated by the suitcase moves the locking element from an initial position to an intermediate or end position. In the starting position, the locking element is in a blocking position or locking position, in which engages the locking element in the displacement path for the other suitcase. In the intermediate or end position, the locking element is in a release position or release position, in which the locking element releases the displacement.
It is thereby achieved that the suitcase comes into contact with the locking element and actuates the locking element and thus causes a movement of the locking element when the case performs a touchdown movement in the direction of the contact surface and thereby passes into the receiving area. It is thus executed by the suitcase Aufsetzbewegung also used to operate the locking element. A separate manual operation by an operator is saved. This results in advantages in terms of operation and handling.
Furthermore, the invention comprises a use of the suitcase described above for the transport and / or storage of tools and / or craft material.
In the course of the invention, the term "suitcase" is to be understood within wide limits. In particular, the suitcase is a container. The case may be an example closed on all sides with a lid container. The lid may be pivotally mounted on the container. Also, the container and the lid may be present without such a connection. The attachable to the case suitcase can be designed in the same way. It is also possible that the attachable case is designed as a half-open shell or as a plate, in particular adapter plate.
The suitcase is particularly suitable for transporting and / or storing objects. For example, the case is a tool case, which is used for storage and / or transport of tools, material and / or equipment or is usable.
By means of the invention it is possible for two suitcases stacked on top of one another to be brought into a coupling connection, for example a plug connection, wherein the bottom surface of the upper suitcase is placed on the top surface of the lower suitcase and one Displacement of the two cases in suspension connection or coupling between the suitcases is made.
By the invention, a fuse of the connector or coupling connection by at least one locking element, such as a spring-loaded locking slide, take place, which is arranged for example on the lower case and which can be actuated by the bottom surface of the upper case. The invention can also be realized that after the operation, the locking element engages a stop surface of the upper case and thus secures the Einhängeverbindung or connector between the two suitcases against accidental disconnection.
By means of the invention, the locking element can be arranged in the front region of the respectively lower suitcase and be configured, for example, by a locking element which can be displaced out of the upper side or ceiling surface such that the locking element is in a locking position or in a securing state on an associated abutment surface on the overlying one Suitcase rests and secures against decoupling of a suitcase against the other suitcase. To release this secure suspension connection or connector, the locking element can be manually operated to bring the locking element from the starting position or locking position or securing position in an intermediate or end position and / or unlocking and / or open position and so out of engagement with the associated To bring stop surface on the opposite case part.
