Der beispielhafte Spannmechanismus 11 spreizt einen Abschnitt 15 des Spannbands 10 von dem Gehäuse ab, wodurch der verbleibende Abschnitt an dem Gehäuse angeklemmt wird. Der Spannmechanismus 11 hat einen Kragen 16, der teilweise mit dem Auge 13 des Spannbands 10 überlappt. Das Spannband 10 kann gegenüber dem Kragen 16 längs der Griffachse 7 verschoben werden, so sich der Überlapp des Kragenes 16 mit dem Auge 13 vergrößert. Die freie Öffnung des Auges 13 verringert sich, wodurch das Spannband 10 an dem Gehäuse angeklemmt wird. Der Kragen 16 hat eine von der Griffstange 2 abgewandte Stützfläche 17, welche beispielhaft kreisbogenförmig ausgebildet ist. Die Stützfläche 17 kann zu der Kontur des Gehäuses der Handwerkzeugmaschine 5 komplementär ausgebildet sein, aber auch einfach durch ein oder mehrere Stützstreben ausgebildet sein, welche sich nur punktuell an dem Gehäuse anlegen. Der beispielhafte Kragen 16 ist schalenförmige mit zwei parallelen kreisbögenförmigen Stützflächen 17, zwischen denen ein Spalt in der Breite des Spannbands 10 ist. Der Spannmechanismus 11 hat ein Spannrad 18 und eine Zugstange 19, welche einen dem Kragen 16 nahen Abschnitt 15 des Spannbands 10 gegenüber dem Kragen 16 verschieben. Das Spannrad 18 ist an dem Kragen 16 um die Griffachse 7 drehbar gelagert. Das Spannrad 18 ist längs der Griffachse 7 zumindest in Richtung zu dem Spannband 10 d.h. der Stützfläche 17 des Kragens 16 abgestützt, beispielsweise an einer der Griffstange 2 zugewandten Seite 20 des Kragens 16. Die Zugstange 19 ist koaxial zu der Griffachse 7 angeordnet und längs dieser beweglich. Die Zugstange 19 ist in dem den Kragen 16 nahen Abschnitt 15 des Spannbands 10 verankert. Vorzugsweise kann sich die Zugstange 19 nicht gegenüber dem Spannband 10 um die Griffachse 7 drehen. Beispielsweise ist die Zugstange 19 an dem Spannband 10 angeschweißt. Alternativ ist ein Kopf 21 der Zugstange 19 formschlüssig in dem Kragen 16 gefangen und nur längs der Griffachse 7 beweglich. Die Zugstange 19 hat ein Schneckengewinde oder eine ähnliche Verzahnung, in welche eine Mutter 22 des Spannrads 18 eingreift. Der Anwender kann das Spannrad 18 per Hand drehen und darüber die Zugstange 19 längs der Griffachse 7 verschieben. Dabei wird der Abschnitt 15 durch die Zugstange 19 gegenüber dem Kragen 16 bewegt, gegebenenfalls dessen Überlapp mit dem Kragen 16 vergrößert, um den anderen Abschnitt des Spannbands 10 an dem Gehäuse der Handwerkzeugmaschine 5 anzuklemmen.The

Die Blattfeder 23 hat zwei Längsseiten 26, die im Wesentlichen parallel zu der Griffachse 7 und senkrecht zu der Befestigungsachse 12 sind. Die beiden Längsseiten 26 sind durch im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der Griffachse 7 verlaufende Querseiten 25, 24 verbunden. Die eine der Querseiten 24 bildet den distalen Abschnitt der Blattfeder 23 und kann beispielsweise in die Griffstange 2 eingegossen oder mit der Griffstange 2 verschraubt sein. Die andere der Querseiten 25 bildet den proximalen Abschnitt der Blattfeder 23 und ist an dem Befestigungsmechanismus 3 befestigt. Die proximale Querseite 25 ist längs der Griffachse 7 von einer Seite durch das Spannrad 18 und von der anderen Seite durch eine Mutter 22 gehalten. Die proximale Querseite 25 hat ein auf der Griffachse 7 liegendes Loch 27. Die Zugstange 19 verläuft durch das Loch 27 und greift mit ihrem Außengewinde in das Innengewinde der Mutter 22 ein. Die Zugstange 19 verbindet die Mutter 22, die proximale Querseite 24 und damit die Blattfeder 23, das Spannrad 18, den Kragen 16 und das Spannband 10 zu einer zusammenhängenden Einheit.The

Der Dämpfer 6 kann einen Sicherungskäfig 32 aufweisen. Der Sicherungskäfig 32 ist an der Griffstange 2 befestigt. Der beispielhafte Sicherungskäfig 32 ist ein hohler Zylinder oder ein hohler, stumpfer Kegel. Der Sicherungskäfig 32 kann an einer dem Befestigungsmechanismus 3 zugewandten Seite 20 offen sein. - Side handle for a hand-held machine tool (5) with

- Side handle (1) according to claim 3 or 4, characterised in that the tensioning wheel (18) has a protruding edge (34) in the direction to the handle bar (2), which overlaps with the security cage (32) along the handle axis (7), and the edge (34) is at a distance from the security cage (32) in the radial direction to the handle axis (7).
- Side handle according to one of the previous claims, characterised in that the leaf spring (23) has two longitudinal sides (26) parallel to each other, which are connected to each other through transverse sides (25, 24) running perpendicular to the handle axis (7).
