Claims (15)

  1. Device for comminuting foodstuffs, having a base part (11) which has a receptacle (1) which can receive at least two cutting parts (2, 3) on top of one another, and having an activation part (8) which has a press ram (9) by means of which a product to be comminuted is capable of being advanced along an advancing direction through the cutting parts (2, 3) that are inserted into the receptacle (1), wherein the two cutting parts (2, 3) are disposable at different mutual relative rotary alignments in the receptacle (1), characterized in that the activation part (8) is connected to the base part (11) in an articulated manner and is pivotable towards the base part (11) so as to, by means of the press ram (9) that carries out a pivoting movement, advance a product to be comminuted along the advancing direction through the cutting parts (2, 3) that are inserted into the receptacle (1), wherein the cutting parts (2, 3) that are stacked on top of one another in the receptacle (1), independently of the selected rotary alignment, are fixed in terms of the mutual relative alignment thereof in a plane perpendicular to the advancing direction in that one of the cutting parts (2) stacked on top of one another in the receptacle (1) has a coupling means which is operatively connected to a counter-coupling means of the other cutting part (3).
  2. Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that
    a) the cutting parts (2, 3) are stackable on top of one another in such a manner that the cutting planes of the blades of the stacked cutting parts (2, 3) are disposed so as to be mutually parallel; and/or in that
    b) the cutting parts (2, 3) are stackable on top of one another in such a manner that the cutting planes of the blades of the stacked cutting parts (2, 3) are disposed so as to be mutually spaced apart; and/or or in that
    c) the cutting parts (2, 3) have identical external dimensions, or in that the cutting parts (2, 3) in a plane that is perpendicular to the advancing direction have identical external dimensions.
  3. Device according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that
    a) the coupling means is configured and specified for being operatively connected in a form-fitting manner to the counter-coupling means; and/or in that
    b) at least one cutting part (2) has a coupling means which is configured and specified for being operatively connected, in particular in a form-fitting manner, to a counter-coupling means of another cutting part (14), as well as a counter-coupling means which is configured and specified for being operatively connected to a coupling means of another cutting part (14); and/or in that
    c) the coupling means is configured as a toothing (39) or has a toothing (39), and/or in that the counter-coupling means is configured as a counter-toothing (40) or has a counter-toothing (40) .
  4. Device according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that
    a) the cutting parts (2, 3) have in each case one blade holder to which at least one cutting blade (4) is fastened, in particular so as not to be releasable in a non-destructive manner; and/or in that
    b) a blade holder without a cutting blade (4), in particular a placeholder frame (13), which in combination with at least one cutting part (2) is insertable into the receptacle (1) is present; and/or in that
    c) the cutting parts (2, 3) have in each case one blade holder to which at least one cutting blade (4) is fastened, in particular so as not to be releasable in a non-destructive manner, or a blade holder without a cutting blade (4), in particular a placeholder frame (13), which in combination with at least one cutting part (2) is insertable into the receptacle (1) is present, wherein the blade holder comprises the coupling means and/or the counter-coupling means; and/or in that
    d) the cutting parts (2, 3) have in each case one blade holder to which at least one cutting blade (4) is fastened, in particular so as not to be releasable in a non-destructive manner, or a blade holder without a cutting blade (4), in particular a placeholder frame (13), which in combination with at least one cutting part (2) is insertable into the receptacle (1) is present, wherein the blade holder as the coupling means has a toothing (39) that is aligned counter to the advancing direction, and/or the blade holder as the counter-coupling means has a counter-toothing (40) that is aligned in the advancing direction; and/or in that
    e) the cutting parts (2, 3) have in each case one blade holder to which at least one cutting blade (4) is fastened, in particular so as not to be releasable in a non-destructive manner, or a blade holder without a cutting blade (4), in particular a placeholder frame (13), which in combination with at least one cutting part (2) is insertable into the receptacle (1) is present, wherein the blade holder is configured as a frame (7) which in a cutting-blade plane of the cutting part (2) surrounds at least one cutting blade (4); and or in that
    f) the cutting parts (2, 3) have in each case one blade holder to which at least one cutting blade (4) is fastened, in particular so as not to be releasable in a non-destructive manner, or a blade holder without a cutting blade (4), in particular a placeholder frame (13), which in combination with at least one cutting part (2) is insertable into the receptacle (1) is present, wherein the blade holders of the cutting parts (2, 3) are of identical configuration, or in that the blade holders of the cutting parts (2, 3) have identical dimensions in the cutting plane and/or in a plane that is perpendicular to the advancing direction; and/or in that
    g) the cutting parts (2, 3) have in each case one blade holder to which at least one cutting blade (4) is fastened, in particular so as not to be releasable in a non-destructive manner, or a blade holder without a cutting blade (4), in particular a placeholder frame (13), which in combination with at least one cutting part (2) is insertable into the receptacle (1) is present, wherein the blade holders are configured so as to be square, and/or in that the blade holders comprise a rotational symmetry.
  5. Device according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that two cutting parts (2, 3) are disposable in the receptacle (1) selectively so as to have at least a first mutual relative rotary alignment or so as to have a second mutual relative alignment, wherein the first rotary alignment differs from the second rotary alignment by a rotation angle of 45 degrees or of 90 degrees.
  6. Device according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that
    a) at least two of the cutting parts (2, 3) have different cutting-blade arrangements; and/or in that
    b) a first cutting part (2) has mutually parallel first cutting blades (4) and in that a second cutting part (3) has mutually parallel second cutting blades (6); and/or in that
    c) a first cutting part (2) has mutually parallel first cutting blades (4) and in that a second cutting part (3) has mutually parallel second cutting blades (6), wherein the first cutting part (2) and the second cutting part (3) are disposable on top of one another in the receptacle (1) in such a manner that the first cutting blades (4) and the second cutting blades (6) are disposed so as to be mutually parallel; and/or in that
    d) a first cutting part (2) has mutually parallel first cutting blades (4) and in that a second cutting part (3) has mutually parallel second cutting blades (6), wherein the first cutting part (2) and the second cutting part (3) are disposable on top of one another in the receptacle (1) in such a manner that the first cutting blades (4) and the second cutting blades (6) are disposed so as to be mutually parallel but so as to be mutually offset in a projection along the advancing direction; and/or in that
    e) a first cutting part (2) has mutually parallel first cutting blades (4) and in that a second cutting part has mutually parallel second cutting blades (6), wherein the first cutting part and the second cutting part (3) are disposable on top of one another in the receptacle (1) in such a manner that the first cutting blades (4) and the second cutting blades (6) in a projection along the advancing direction are disposed in a mutually cruciform manner, and/or in a projection along the advancing direction are mutually orthogonal.
  7. Device according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that
    a) the activation part (8) has a press ram (9); and/or in that
    b) the activation part (8) has a press ram (9) which has grooves (15) into which the cutting blades (4, 6) of the cutting parts (2, 3) that are inserted into the receptacle (1) plunge in a comminuting procedure; and/or in that
    c) the activation part (8) has a press ram (8) which is disposed on a press lever (10) of the activation part (8) so as to be non-releasable, in particular so as not to be releasable in a non-destructive manner, or which is secured or securable on a press lever (10) of the activation part (8) so as to be releasable, in particular so as to be releasable again in a non-destructive manner and/or without tools; and/or in that
    d) the base part (11) is capable of being placed or is placed onto a container (12) for the comminuted product, or in that the base part (11) has a container (12) for the comminuted product.
  8. Device according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that
    a) the activation part (8) has a press ram (9) which is configured as a double press ram which has two, in particular different, individual press rams and which is secured or securable selectively in a first operative position or in a second operative position on a press lever (10) of the activation part (8); and/or in that
    b) the activation part (8) has a press ram (9) which is configured as a double press ram and which is transferable from a first operative position to a second operative position by rotating the press ram (9) relative to the press lever (10), in particular by 180 degrees;
    c) and/or in that the base part (11) is capable of being placed or is placed onto a container (12) for the comminuted product, or in that the base part (11) has a container (12) for the comminuted product.
  9. Device according to Claim 7 or 8, characterized in that
    a) the same press ram (9) is configured to be used with different cutting parts (2, 3) that are inserted into the receptacle (1), and/or in that the same press ram (9) is configured to be used with different combinations of cutting parts (2, 3) that are inserted into the receptacle (1); and/or in that
    b) the same press ram (9) is configured to be used with a plurality of cutting parts (2, 3) that are disposed on top of one another in the receptacle (1), independently of which mutual relative rotary alignment the cutting parts (2, 3) that are disposed on top of one another in the receptacle (1) have.
  10. Device according to one of Claims 7 to 9, characterized in that the press ram (9) includes a set of grooves which has at least two grooves (15) that run mutually parallel, and another set of grooves comprising a first other groove (16), wherein the first other groove (16) intersects the at least two grooves (15) in each case at an angle that is more than 0 degrees and less than 90 degrees (right angle).
  11. Device according to Claim 10, characterized in that
    a) the other set of grooves has a second other groove (17), wherein the first other groove (16) and the second other groove (17) mutually intersect in a crossing region (18); and/or in that
    b) the first other groove (16) and the other second groove (17) mutually intersect at an angle unequal to 90°; and/or in that
    c) the second other groove (17) intersects the grooves (15') of the first set of grooves at an angle which is in each case more than 0° and less than 90 degrees (right angle); and/or in that
    d) a further set of grooves is present which comprises at least two further grooves which run so as to be mutually parallel, and/or which intersect the first grooves (15) at an angle of 90 degrees, and/or the one further groove of the further grooves which intersects the first other groove (16) and the second other groove (17) in a crossing region (18); and/or in that
    e) a further set of grooves is present which comprises at least one first further groove (19) and at least one second further groove (20) which has a groove depth that is dissimilar to the first further groove (19); and/or in that
    f) a further set of grooves is present, wherein the other grooves (16, 17) of the other set of grooves have the same groove depth; and/or in that
    g) the grooves (15) of the set of grooves have the same groove depth; and/or in that
    h) the press ram (9) can be brought to engage with a cutting part (2) having one cutting-blade arrangement, and be brought to engage with another cutting part (14) having another cutting-blade arrangement in which at least three cutting blades (4, 6, 26) mutually intersect in a crossing region (27); and/or in that
    i) the further grooves of the further set of grooves extend from a first press ram side to a second press ram side; and/or in that
    j) the first other groove (16) of the other set of grooves and/or the second other groove (17) of the other set of grooves and/or the grooves (15) of the set of grooves extend from a third press ram side to a fourth press ram side.
  12. Device according to one of Claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the activation part (8) has a press ram which is secured or securable so as to be releasable, in particular so as to be releasable again in a non-destructive manner and/or without tools, on a press lever (10) of the activation part (8), and in that at least one further press ram which is securable as a replacement for the press ram (9) on the press lever (10) is present.
  13. Device according to Claim 12, characterized in that
    a) the press ram (9) is configured to be used with a plurality of specific cutting parts (2, 3) that are disposed on top of one another in the receptacle (1), while the further press ram is configured to be used with a plurality of other or in that cutting parts (2, 3) that are disposed on top of one another in the receptacle (1) ;
    b) the press ram (9) is configured to be used with a plurality of specific cutting parts (2, 3) that are disposed on top of one another in the receptacle (1) and that have a specific mutual rotary alignment, while the further press ram is configured to be used with the same cutting parts (2, 3) that are disposed on top of one another in the receptacle (1) when the latter have another mutual rotary alignment.
  14. Device according to one of Claims 1 to 13, characterized in that
    a) the device is configured as a hand-held apparatus; and/or in that
    b) the device is configured as a hand-held apparatus, wherein the base part (11) has a first handgrip part (28) and the activation part (8) has a second handgrip part (29), both handgrip parts (28, 29) being able to be collectively gripped with the fingers of one hand and being disposed so as to be able to be mutually compressed in particular in the manner of pliers; and/or in that
    c) the device is configured as a hand-held apparatus, wherein the base part (11) has a first handgrip part (28) and the activation part (8) has a second handgrip part (29), both handgrip parts (28, 28) being able to be collectively gripped with the fingers of one hand and being disposed so as to be able to be mutually compressed in particular in the manner of pliers, and wherein the first handgrip part (28) protrudes laterally beyond the container (12) .
  15. Device according to one of Claims 1 to 13, characterized in that
    a) the device is configured as a table-top apparatus, and/or in that the device for a comminuting procedure is configured and specified to be set up on a worktop, and/or in that the device has a stand for setting up on a worktop, and/or in that the device has a stand for setting up on a worktop, wherein the stand is formed by a container (12) for the comminuted product.
