Claims (11)
- Beschichtetes Textil (1) mit einem Kern (6) auf Garnbasis und einem Beschichtungsmaterial, umfassend einen Mittelteil (2) und zwei Kanten (3), die jeweils mit einem Band (4) versehen sind, das aus einem Material hergestellt ist, das starrer ist als der Mittelteil (2) des Textils (1), so dass eine Faltzone (5) zwischen dem Mittelteil (2) und dieser Kanten (3) gebildet wird, wobei die Gesamtdicke (e34) dieser mit den genannten Bändern (4) versehenen Kanten (3) kleiner oder gleich der Dicke (e2) dieses Mittelteils (2) ist.
- Textil gemäß Anspruch 1, bei dem die Gesamtdicke (e34) dieser mit den genannten Bändern (4) versehenen Kanten (3) deutlich kleiner ist, als die Dicke (e2) dieses Mittelteils (2).
- Textil gemäß Anspruch 1, bei dem das Band (4) ein Elastizitätsmodul von über 1800daN/mm2 aufweist.
- Textil gemäß Anspruch 1, bei dem dieses Band (4) durchbrochen ist und bei dem das Beschichtungsmaterial durch diese Durchbruchstellen (7) des Bandes (4) geführt wird.
- Textil gemäß Anspruch 1, bei dem dieses Band (4) aus Metall ausgeführt wird, typischerweise aus Stahl.
- Bauteil Textil/ Gleitschiene, umfassend:- ein Textil (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dessen beide Kanten (3) in der Gleitrichtung ausgerichtet sind und- mindestens einer Gleitschiene (9), versehen mit einer Kehle (8) und einer Vertiefung (10), bestimmt zur Aufnahme dieser Kante (3) und mindestens einen Abschnitt dieses Mittelteils (2) dieses Textils (1),bei dem• das beschichtete Textil entlang der Faltzone (5) zwischen diesem Mittelteil (2) und dieser Kante (3) gefaltet wird, diese Faltzone (5) befindet sich auf der entgegengesetzten Seite zu dieser Kehle (8),• diese Kante (3) stößt an eine Innenwand der Gleichschiene, die sich auf der Seite dieser Gleitschiene befindet, die diese Kehle (8) enthält.
- Einheit gemäß Anspruch 6, bei dem, wenn die Kante in diese Gleitschiene eingeführt wird, diese Kante sich in Kontakt mit mindestens einer Wand dieser Vertiefung (10) befindet.
- Einheit gemäß Anspruch 6, bei dem die Vertiefung (10), enthalten in einer gekrümmten Zone in Gleitrichtung, so dass diese Kante um einen Winkel bis zu 150° kippen kann.
- Einheit gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Torsionsvorrichtung (11) enthält, die in der Lage ist, das Kippen der Kante bezogen auf den Zentralteil des Textils zu verursachen, wenn das Textil ins Innere der Gleitschiene eindringt.
- Einheit gemäß Anspruch 9, bei dem das Torsionsmittel (11) fest mit dieser Gleitschiene (9) verbunden ist.
- Einheit gemäß Anspruch 9, bei dem das Torsionsmittel (11) von dieser Gleitschiene (9) unabhängig ist.
