Claims (5)

  1. Procédé de stabilisation d'un palier (19) d'une voie ferrée, dans lequel le palier (19) libéré après retrait de la voie ferrée et du ballast est mélangé à des agrégats ainsi que nivelé et compacté en formant une couche protectrice (21), caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) un ameublissement du palier (19), une introduction d'agrégats (30) ainsi qu'un aplanissement s'effectuent dans une première passe de travail dans une section de travail (20) adjacente à un mécanisme de roulement sur chenilles arrière (6) par rapport à un sens de travail (4) parallèlement au retrait du ballast (9),
    b) le palier (19) mélangé avec des agrégats (30) est mélangé dans une seconde passe de travail par réception au moyen d'une chaîne de dégagement (8) et poursuite de transport vers une station de déchargement (24) située derrière le mécanisme de roulement sur chenilles arrière (6) et de nouveau déchargé sur le palier libéré (19), suite à quoi une couche d'assainissement (26) est formée en aplanissant et compactant le palier déchargé (19).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le ballast (9) reçu dans la première passe de travail est nettoyé et ce faisant entreposé en tant que déblais de gravier séparé (27) qui est déchargé sur la couche d'assainissement (26) dans la seconde passe de travail et aplani pour la formation d'une couche protectrice (28).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un film (29) est déposé sur la couche d'assainissement (26) avant le déchargement de gravier (27).
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le ballast (9) reçu par la chaîne de dégagement (8) est nettoyé et déchargé sur la couche d'assainissement (26) après entreposage pour la formation d'un lit de ballast.
  5. Machine avec mécanismes de roulement sur chenilles, une chaîne de dégagement (8) pour la réception de ballast (9), une installation de tamis (10) ains qu'avec un dispositif de déchargement (22) prévu pour l'introduction de marchandise en vrac, pour la réalisation d'un procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) un réservoir de marchandise en vrac (13) présentant une ouverture de sortie (14) est disposé en tant que dispositif de déchargement (22) après le mécanise de roulement sur chenilles arrière (6) par rapport à un sens de travail (4) de la machine (1),
    b) des dents de défonçage (18) écartées les unes des autres dans un sens transversal de machine, réglables en hauteur par des entraînements pour un ameublissement d'un palier (19) sont disposées avant le réservoir de marchandise en vrac (13),
    c) un dispositif d'aplanissement et de compactage (15) est prévu derrière le réservoir de marchandise en vrac (13) par rapport au sens de travail (4).
