Die Konsole mit Heberolle bzw. Hebehaken wird selbst über einen quer zum Gleis liegenden und sich insbesondere am Hebe-Richtaggregat abstützenden Hydraulikzylinder in die jeweilige Querverschiebeposition (Absenkpunkt der Heberolle oder des Hebehakens) gebracht. Anschließend wird das vom Bediener gewählte Hebewerkzeug vertikal abgesenkt bis die vorgesehene Greifhöhe erreicht ist.
