Claims (15)
- Uhrenunruh (10) mit Trägheitseinstellung, umfassend eine Welle (11), die einerseits über mindestens einen Arm (13) einen Unruhreif (12) trägt und andererseits einen Innenflansch (1) trägt, der an der Welle (11) befestigt ist und direkt oder indirekt einen Außenring (2) trägt, mit mehreren ersten elastischen Führungsverbindungen (3) zwischen dem Innenflansch (1) und dem Außenring (2), die in Bezug auf die Achse (B) der Welle (11) und in einer Ebene senkrecht zu der Achse (B) im Trägheitsgleichgewicht sind, wobei der Außenring (2) von dem Unruhreif (12) verschieden ist und angeordnet ist zum Schwenken in Bezug auf den Innenflansch (1) unter der Wirkung eines äußeren Drehmoments, das entgegen einem durch die ersten elastischen Führungsverbindungen (3) ausgeübten Widerstandsdrehmoment ausgeübt wird, wobei die Unruh (10) mehrere Fliehgewichte (4) umfasst, die jeweils von dem Außenring (2) mindestens mittels eines äußeren flexiblen Streifens (94) getragen werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder äußere flexible Streifen (94) in einer stabilen Winkelposition, die durch die Zusammenwirkung zwischen einer von dem Innenflansch (1) getragenen ersten Indexierungszahnung (91) und einer von dem Fliehgewicht (4) getragenen zweiten Indexierungszahnung (92) indexierbar ist, und dass jede Drehung des Außenrings (2) in Bezug auf den Innenflansch (1) die Winkelposition der Fliehgewichte (4) ändert, wobei der Außenring (2) Umfänge (53) einer Gleitführungsabstützung (52), die der Innenflansch (1) aufweist, umfasst.
- Unruh (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich jeder Umfang (53) über einen Winkelsektor erstreckt, der dem Einstellbereich der Unruh (10) entspricht.
- Unruh (10) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Abstützungen (52), die der Innenflansch (1) aufweist, an Armenden (51) befinden, die in Bezug auf die Achse (B) der Welle (11) im Wesentlichen radial sind.
- Unruh (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unruh (10) eine Trägheitseinstellungsstruktur mit Mittelspirale bildet, bei der das Schwenken durch Reibung der Abstützungen (52) auf den Umfängen (53) erfolgt, und dass der Innenflansch (1) als erste Indexierungszahnung (91) eine gezahnte Spirale (44) aufweist, die an der Welle (11) befestigt ist; und dass jede relative Drehung zwischen dem Außenring (2) und der gezahnten Spirale (44), mit der die Zähne (55) zusammenwirken, die die zweite Indexierungszahnung (92) jedes Fliehgewichts (4) aufweist, das zentrosymmetrische Ausfahren der Fliehgewichte (4) bewirkt.
- Unruh (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unruh (10) ferner vertikale Führungselemente umfasst, um den axialen Halt parallel zu der Achse (B) der Welle (11) des Außenrings (2) sicherzustellen.
- Unruh (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstützungen (52) des Außenrings (2) und die Umfänge (53) mit einem von null verschiedenen Spiel eines Wertes von einigen Mikrometern voneinander entfernt sind, und es geeignet ist, den gleichzeitigen Spannungsabfall von Hebelfedern (42, 29), die die Unruh (10) bei einer tangentialen Einstellung aufweist, garantiert.
- Unruh (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unruh (10) eine einteilige Platte aufweist, die den Außenring (2), die Fliehgewichte (4), die äußeren flexiblen Streifen (94) und die zweiten Indexierungszahnungen (92) umfasst.
- Unruh (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Innenflansch (1) mehrere elastische Streifen (19) aufweist, die die Welle (11) mit einem Reibungsdrehmoment größer als der maximale Wert des äußeren Drehmoments konzentrisch einklemmen.
- Unruh (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Innenflansch (1) an der Welle (11) irreversibel befestigt ist.
- Unruh (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Außenring (2) eine ununterbrochene Umfangszahnung (8) aufweist, die auf die Achse (B) der Welle (11) ausgerichtet ist, und dass die Drehung der Zahnung (8) die Position der Fliehgewichte (4) zwischen zwei stabilen Indexierungspositionen ändert.
- Mechanisches Uhrwerk (300), umfassend mindestens einen Uhrenoszillatormechanismus (100), der eine Unruh (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mechanische Werk (300) ein Betätigungselement (20) enthält, das angeordnet ist zum Steuern der Trägheitseinstellung der Unruh (10) durch Ändern der Position mindestens bestimmter Fliehgewichte (4), die die Unruh (10) aufweist, wobei das Betätigungselement (20) zwischen einer eingekuppelten Position und mindestens einer ausgekuppelten Position beweglich ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungselement (20) ein Anhaltemittel (160) aufweist, das so angeordnet ist, dass es den Unruhreif (12) in der eingekuppelten Position direkt oder indirekt blockiert, und mindestens ein Steuermittel (80) aufweist, das so angeordnet ist, dass es in der eingekuppelten Position den Außenring (2) drehend antreibt, um die Position der Fliehgewichte (4), mit denen der Außenring (2) zusammenwirkt, zu ändern.
- Mechanisches Werk (300) nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehung des Außenrings (2) durch das Steuermittel (80) durchgeführt wird, das ein Antriebsrad (81) angrenzend an die Unruh (10) umfasst und durch einen bistabilen Hebel (150) getragen wird, den das Anhaltemittel (160) aufweist, wobei der Hebel (150) durch die mechanische Wirkung eines Drehrings (102) am Umfang des Uhrwerks (300) seitlich eingekuppelt/ausgekuppelt wird.
- Uhr (1000), umfassend ein Werk (300) nach Anspruch 12 und ein Steuerelement, das durch einen Drücker oder durch eine Krone (110) gebildet ist, der/die zum Steuern der Bewegung eines Zeigerwerks (112) über ein Gleitritzel (111) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zeigerwerk (112) ein Eingangsrad (115) umfasst, das zum Antrieb mindestens eines Steuermittels (80) in die eingekuppelte Position des Betätigungselements (20) angeordnet ist, und ferner dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Uhr (1000) einen rotatorisch beweglichen Kupplungsring (102) umfasst, um das Ein- oder Auskuppeln des Betätigungselements (20) zu steuern.
- Uhrmacher-Anordnung, umfassend eine Uhr (1000) nach Anspruch 13 und ein Einstellwerkzeug (200), das so angeordnet ist, dass es die Trägheitseinstellung der Unruh (10) ermöglicht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einstellwerkzeug (200) zum Steuern der Drehung des Kupplungsrings (102) angeordnet ist, und dass der Kupplungsring (102) und das Einstellungswerkzeug (200) komplementäre magnetische Zonen (101; 201) zum Drehantrieb des Kupplungsrings (102) unter der Wirkung des Einstellungswerkzeugs (200) umfassen, wenn die komplementären magnetischen Zonen (101; 201) zusammenwirken.
- Uhrmacher-Anordnung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einstellwerkzeug (200) ein magnetischer Schlüssel ist, der Magnetklötzchen (201) aufweist und so angeordnet ist, dass er mit dem Kupplungsring (102) zusammenwirkt, dessen magnetische Zonen (101) ferromagnetische Targets (101) sind, deren Anzahl und deren Position dem Benutzer verborgen sind, um einen erfolglosen Einstellversuch von Seiten des Benutzers zu verhindern.
