Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a system for providing a sheet-like structure, such as a wall or a ceiling, as used for example in systems engineering or exhibition construction.
  • System construction is a construction process in which prefabricated components or modules are assembled, and exhibition construction is understood as the construction of exhibition stands. Often, in systems construction or in trade fair construction, the systems, such as a trade fair stand, are not conventionally built, but assembled from prefabricated components or modules.
  • a clamping device for releasably connecting two profile pieces is from the EP 2 685 11 A1 known.
  • the clamping device is inserted into a recess of the first profile piece and comprises a plate with hook elements and a clamping element, wherein the hook elements engage in the first profile piece.
  • the bracing element is mounted on an opposite side of the plate and braces the plate against the second profile piece.
  • the EP 2 392 742 A2 discloses an edge profile element for wallboard.
  • the edge profile element has a profile strand, on whose one surface there is a groove running in the direction of the strand for receiving an edge of a wallboard, and on the opposite surface of which there is a spring element.
  • the groove of the edge profile element is thereby attached to the edge of the wallboard.
  • the spring element is inserted in grooves corresponding post or latch profiles, and thus allows several wall panels can be assembled into a wall.
  • the individual components such as wall panels, connection elements, connectors and / or the like are brought to the place of construction and connected together in the intended manner.
  • the individual construction components are detached from one another and dismantled and can, if necessary, be transported away and rebuilt to a new stand at a new destination.
  • properties such as transportability, fast assembly and disassembly, stability and reusability of the prefabricated modules are of importance.
