Claims (16)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Schachtel (C) aus einem Zuschnitt (1) mit einer mit einer Klebelasche (7) endenden Reihe von vier rechteckigen Hauptflügeln (3, 4, 5, 6), die über erste, parallel zueinander verlaufende Faltlinien oder über Zwischenflügel miteinander verbunden sind, und zwar über eine erste zentrale Faltlinie (8) oder einen ersten zentralen Zwischenflügel (20), zwei erste seitliche Faltlinien (9, 10) oder zwei seitliche Zwischenflügel (21, 22) und eine erste Lasche-Faltlinie (11) oder einen seitlichen Endflügel (23), und umfassend eine Anordnung (12) von seitlichen Umklappteilen (13), die mit einer Seite der Reihe über zweite, senkrecht zu den ersten Faltlinien verlaufende Faltlinien (14) verbunden sind, um den Boden der Schachtel zu bilden,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - der Zuschnitt (1) wird aus einem Vorratsmagazin (30) durch Ansaugen entnommen,
    - der Zuschnitt wird horizontal einem Träger (43) über diesem angeordnet zugeführt, welcher eine obere Kante (45) mit einem V-förmigen Querschnitt oder im Wesentlichen V-förmigen Querschnitt und Flächen, die den Hauptflügeln entsprechen und um einen bestimmten Winkel α zur Horizontalen geneigt sind, so dass die erste zentrale sogenannte Referenzfaltlinie (8) oder der zentrale sogenannte Referenzzwischenflügel (20) sich gegenüber der Kante (45) befinden,
    - der Zuschnitt (1) so auf den Träger (43) gelegt wird, dass die Referenzfaltlinie (8) oder der Referenzzwischenflügel (20) mit der Kante (45) übereinstimmt oder im Wesentlichen übereinstimmt,
    - der Zuschnitt wird anschließend an einen polygonalen Dorn (47, 103) angelegt, dessen obere Kante mit der oberen Kante des Trägers übereinstimmt und/oder sich in der Verlängerung derselben befindet, wobei der Dorn komplementär zu der Schachtel ausgebildet ist, indem die an die erste Referenzfaltlinie oder an den Referenzzwischenflügel angrenzenden Flügel auf die oberen Flächen gegenüber dem Dorn und die zuvor beleimten Endflügel und Lasche (7) auf die unteren Flächen gegenüber dem Dorn gelegt werden, um einen zur Horizontalen geneigten rohrförmigen Schachtelkörper zu bilden,
    - der Boden der Schachtel (C) durch Falten und Anlegen der Umklappteile aufeinander nach Beleimen gebildet wird,
    - die derart gebildete schräge Schachtel (c) ausgeworfen wird,
    - diese aufgerichtet und zu einer Füllstation verbracht wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Zuschnitt (1) auf einen Träger (43) gelegt wird, der Flächen aufweist oder begrenzt, die den Hauptflügeln entsprechen und um einen 30°- bis 60°-Winkel zur Horizontalen geneigt sind.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Winkel α 45° beträgt.
  4. Verfahren nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die erste Referenzfaltlinie (8) oder der Referenzzwischenflügel (20) des Trägers gelegt wird, indem der Zuschnitt losgelassen wird, der aufgrund der Schwerkraft auf die obere Kante (45) fällt.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,

    dass der Zuschnitt (1) in einer ersten Station zum Ablegen auf den Träger gelegt wird, der Zuschnitt unter Beleimung verbracht wird und der rohrförmige Schachtelkörper und der Boden vor Auswurf in einer zweiten Formgebungsstation auf dem Dorn gebildet werden.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass zum Auswerfen der Schachtel gegen den Boden gedrückt wird und zum Aufrichten der Schachtel diese auf eine geneigte Platte (63) fallen gelassen wird, sie schräg mit einem Stapler (64) angehoben wird und sie gekippt wird, indem sie seitlich gegen eine horizontale Platte (65) des oberen Endes gedrückt wird, um sie wieder in horizontale Position zu bringen, bevor sie erneut vertikal auf ein Transportband (62) gekippt wird.
  8. Verfahren nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 6 und 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die aneinander grenzenden Flügel der ersten zentralen Faltlinie (8) auf die oberen Flächen gegenüber dem Dorn gelegt werden und die zuvor beleimten Endflügel und Lasche auf die unteren Flächen gegenüber dem Dorn durch zwei Gelenkarme (120,121) gelegt werden.
  9. Maschine zur Herstellung einer Schachtel (C) aus einem Zuschnitt (1) mit einer mit einer Klebelasche (7) endenden Reihe von vier rechteckigen Hauptflügeln (3, 4, 5, 6), die über erste, parallel zueinander verlaufende Faltlinien oder über rechteckige Zwischenflügel miteinander verbunden sind, und zwar über eine erste zentrale Faltlinie (8) oder einen ersten zentralen Zwischenflügel (20), zwei erste seitliche Faltlinien (9, 10) oder zwei seitliche Zwischenflügel (21, 22) und eine erste Lasche-Faltlinie oder einen seitlichen Endflügel, und umfassend eine Anordnung (12) von seitlichen Umklappteilen (13), die mit einer Seite der Reihe über zweite, senkrecht zu den ersten Faltlinien verlaufende Faltlinien (14) verbunden sind, um den Boden der Schachtel zu bilden,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass sie umfasst:
    - Mittel (33), um den Zuschnitt (1) aus einem Vorratsmagazin (30) durch Ansaugen zu entnehmen und um den Zuschnitt (1) horizontal einem Träger (43, 92) über diesem angeordnet zuzuführen,
    - wobei der Träger (43) eine V-förmige oder im Wesentlichen V-förmige obere Kante (45) und Flächen, die den Hauptflügeln entsprechen und zur Horizontalen geneigt sind, aufweist, wobei die Entnahme- und Zuführmittel so angeordnet sind, dass die erste zentrale sogenannte Referenzfaltlinie (8) oder der zentrale sogenannte Referenzzwischenflügel (20) sich gegenüber der Kante (45, 104) befinden,
    - Mittel (73), um das Legen des Zuschnitts auf den Träger so zu steuern, dass die Referenzfaltlinie (8) oder der Referenzzwischenflügel (20) mit der Kante übereinstimmt oder im Wesentlichen übereinstimmt,
    - Mittel zur Bildung der Schachtel, welche mit dem Träger übereinstimmen oder in dessen Verlängerung angeordnet sind, umfassend einen polygonalen Dorn (47, 103), der komplementär zu der Schachtel ausgebildet ist,
    - Mittel (115, 116), um die Umklappteile und die Klebelasche zu beleimen,
    - Mittel (120, 121), um die an die erste Referenzfaltlinie oder an den Referenzzwischenflügel angrenzenden Flügel auf die oberen Flächen gegenüber dem Dorn und die zuvor beleimten Endflügel und Lasche (7) auf die unteren Flächen gegenüber dem Dorn zu legen, um einen zur Horizontalen geneigten rohrförmigen Schachtelkörper zu bilden,
    - Mittel (134) zum Anlegen der Umklappteile, um den Boden der Schachtel durch Falten und Anlegen der Umklappteile aufeinander nach Beleimen zu bilden,
    - Mittel (112), um die derart gebildete schräge Schachtel auszuwerfen,
    - Mittel, um die Schachtel aufzurichten und sie zu einer Füllstation zu verbringen.
  10. Maschine nach Anspruch 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Dorn aus einem Rahmen mit drei parallelen Kanten (104, 105), welche in Bezug zueinander befestigt sind, und einer beweglichen Kante (107), die in einen Auswurfkolben integriert ist, welcher zu den Auswurfmitteln gehört, gebildet ist.
  11. Maschine nach Anspruch 10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Kanten durch eine obere zentrale Kante (104) mit einem Querschnitt in Form eines umgedrehten V, wobei die Winkel des V 45° zur Horizontalen betragen, durch zwei seitliche Kanten (105), die in Bezug auf die obere zentrale Kante einstellbar sind, und durch eine untere Kante (107), die mit einer beweglichen und abnehmbaren Schablone (108) fest verbunden ist, gebildet sind.
  12. Maschine nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 9 bis 11,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Kanten abgeschnittene Ecken aufweisen.
  13. Maschine nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 9 bis 12,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass sie eine erste Station (D) zum Ablegen auf den Träger (43) aufweist, wo der Zuschnitt durch die Entnahmemittel (30) auf einen ersten Bereich des Trägers losgelassen wird, Mittel (48) für die Verbringung des Zuschnitts (1), um den Zuschnitt einer zweiten Formgebungsstation (F) in einem zweiten Bereich des Trägers mit dem Dorn zuzuführen, wo der rohrförmige Schachtelkörper und der Boden gebildet werden, Klebeauftrager, die das Auftragen von Klebstoffstreifen während des Zuführens des Zuschnitts von der Ablagestation zu der Formgebungsstation ermöglichen, und Mittel, um die Schachtel vom Dorn auszuwerfen.
  14. Maschine nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 9 bis 13,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Mittel (112) zum Auswerfen der Schachtel Mittel zum Drücken gegen den inneren Boden aufweisen.
  15. Maschine nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 9 bis 14,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Mittel zum Aufrichten der Schachtel eine schräge Platte (63) zum Auffangen der ausgeworfenen Schachtel mit einem Winkel zur Horizontalen aufweisen, einen Stapler (64), um die schräge Platte von einer ersten unteren Auffangposition zu einer zweiten oberen Position zur Horizontalisierung, ein erstes seitliches Schiebemittel, das angeordnet ist, um die Schachtel bei oberer Stellung der schrägen Platte die Schachtel auf eine horizontale Platte (65) des oberen Endes zu schieben, um die Schachtel horizontal zu positionieren, und ein zweites, senkrecht zum ersten angeordnetes seitliches Schiebemittel, um die Schachtel vertikal auf einem Träger zu positionieren, der angeordnet ist, um sie einer Verpackungsstation zuzuführen.
  16. Maschine nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 9 bis 15,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass sie zwei Gelenkarme (120, 121) aufweist, die angeordnet sind, um die benachbarten Flügel der ersten zentralen Faltlinie oder des zentralen Zwischenflügels auf die oberen Flächen gegenüber dem Dorn und die zuvor beleimten Endflügel und Lasche auf die unteren Flächen gegenüber dem Dorn zu legen.
