Description

The present invention relates to a guide device for guiding a run on a running profile sliding door according to the preamble of claim 1 and a cupboard furniture.

A generic guide device is for example from the EP 0 388 623 A2 known. In this application, guide parts are disclosed with pivoting guide sliders or rollers that allow mounting of the sliding door in a lower guide profile after hanging in an upper run profile by simply pressing the door against the lower guide profile. As a result, a sliding door is guided against deflection in the depth direction, to a perpendicular to the sliding plane.

The problem is that when the sliding door is pushed at a higher speed in an end position, which is defined by an end stop or a damping unit in the tread, it may come without appropriate countermeasures to an undesirable swinging of the sliding door in the vertical plane of the sliding door surface, because a Dodge in the height direction, to a further perpendicular to the sliding plane, only insufficiently prevented. While a guide member facing the location of the end position may optionally be vertically supported in the height direction, the guide member remote from the location of the end position undergoes countermovement, but can not support due to a lack of contact surface and thus does not contribute to absorbing forces.

To prevent this, it is known to provide so-called end stops in the guide profile. A guide part facing this end stop in the guide profile moves against this end stop. Since these guide parts for guiding the sliding door are often designed to be less stable than the running profile and the running parts of the sliding door running on it, there may be a strong deformation of the guide parts, since only this guide stop facing this guide must absorb all forces occurring when striking. FR 2 254 222 discloses a guide device according to the preamble of claim 1. The object of the present invention is to provide a guide device for guiding a run in a running profile sliding door with which reduces such swinging through the sliding door when entering the final position is and manages without the arrangement of such an end stop in the leadership profile.

This object is achieved by a guide device for guiding a run on a running profile sliding door with the features of claim 1, and by a cabinet furniture with the features of claim 15.

The guide device according to the invention has a guide profile on which the sliding door can be moved, as well as at least one guide part which can be arranged on a sliding door. The guide profile and the at least one guide part can be coupled to one another leading along the guide profile. The guide profile and the at least one guide part are at least partially positively embracing each other coupled. The guide part has a base angle piece and a head part which can be coupled to the guide profile.

The head part of the guide part has a receiving groove with a guide profile facing opening between elastically deformable groove legs. This receiving groove serves to receive a head piece of the guide profile, which has a cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the guide profile whose maximum vertical width is greater than the vertical width of the opening of the receiving groove of the guide member.

As a result, on the one hand, a simpler door mounting allows, since here after hanging the sliding door in the tread the door in the region of the guide profile only needs to be pressed against the guide profile, without the guide device has complex, pivoting guide parts.

Due to the at least partially form-fit encompassing of the guide profile and the at least one guide member is also ensured that occurring due to an abrupt braking of the sliding door when entering the end position vertically acting forces in the case of a single coupled to the guide profile guide member on the length of the guide member in Distribute the direction of the longitudinal axis of the guide profile, so that a punctual application of force to the guide member is effectively avoided.

Preferably, the guide means on two spaced as far as possible guide parts, since in particular vertically acting forces can be particularly well intercepted hereby. A collection of vertical forces with only one guide member is not nearly as effective even if it would be relatively wide.

In principle, the guide device according to the invention can also be designed with one or more than two guide parts.

Vorteilhafte Ausführungsvarianten der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.Advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.

The guide member may be integrally formed according to a preferred embodiment. According to a further embodiment variant, the guide part is designed in several parts, in particular in two parts. Particularly preferably, the base angle piece is made of a different material than the head part. For example, the base angle piece can be made of a metal which is fastened to the sliding door, for example by screwing.

The head part of the guide part and the guide profile are particularly preferably made of mutually different plastics. The production of these components made of plastics is possible due to the wide distribution of the forces acting during the braking process. An advantage is in addition to the cost-effective production in the simple coupling and decoupling of the guide profile and the at least one guide member with each other.

The production of the head part of the guide part of a first plastic and the guide profile of a second plastic prevents the development of disturbing noises in the sliding movement of these components to each other during a sliding of the sliding door.

The head part is preferably non-positively, positively and / or firmly bonded to the base angle piece of the guide part.

As mentioned above, it is possible to attach to a sliding door a single guide member having a predetermined width to allow a sufficient force distribution when braking the sliding door.

In a particularly preferred embodiment variant, the guide device has two guide parts which can be fixed to a sliding door and, in the assembled state, are fixed to the sliding door with a fixed distance from one another on the sliding door. This makes it possible that one of the guide parts receives the vertical downward forces when braking the sliding door, while the other guide member acting vertically upward Absorbs forces and thus largely prevents swinging through the sliding door.

The thus formed coupling unit allows easy coupling of the guide profile with the at least one guide member without the use of a joint otherwise necessary to the prior art to allow a connection between the guide profile and guide member after hanging the sliding door in the tread.

The cross-sectional shape of the head piece of the guide profile is arbitrary, provided that an undercut is formed on this, which effectively forms a barb against unintentional decoupling. In preferred embodiments, the cross section is trapezoidal or approximately round or oval.

According to an alternative embodiment variant, the cross section of the head piece of the guide profile is tapered towards the receiving groove of the guide part.

In this case, according to a particularly preferred embodiment, the angle between the converging first side surfaces of the head piece of the guide profile between 50 ° and 100 °, more preferably between 60 ° and 80 °, which allows easy insertion of the head into the receiving groove.

An angle between the converging second side surfaces on a leg-facing side of the head piece of the guide profile is preferably between 120 ° and 170 °, more preferably between 140 ° and 160 °, which disassembly of the guide member of the guide profile with respect to the assembly increased effort allows and reliably prevents unintentional disassembly.

In order to enable a relatively easy coupling and difficult decoupling between guide parts and guide profile, preferably the angle of the front sides of the head piece of the guide profile are formed flatter than the angle of the rear sides thereof.

The acting as a counterpart to the head receiving groove on the guide member is formed approximately C-shaped to support the function of the undercut. The C-shape of the receiving groove is preferably formed so that its plane of symmetry is arranged horizontally.

The at least partially positive gripping in the assembled state of the guide member and guide profile does not necessarily mean that in a method of the sliding door outside the end position contact of these components takes place. Rather, a contact with the corresponding contact surfaces can take place when the sliding door reaches a respective end position.

The cabinet furniture according to the invention is characterized by a arranged on a sliding door, as described above guide means.

The guide profile is fixed according to a preferred embodiment of a baseboard or a base of the cabinet furniture.

In an alternative embodiment not according to the invention, the guide profile having at least one receiving groove is integrated in a skirting board or a base of the cabinet unit.

Of course, it is also conceivable to arrange the guide device in the upper region of the sliding door or on the ceiling plate of the cupboard furniture and the running profile with the running device in the lower region of the sliding door or on / in the skirting board or the bottom plate, so to speak to swap the insertion positions.

In FIG. 1 is designated by the reference numeral 1 a total of a variant of a cabinet cabinet 1 according to the invention. The cabinet furniture 1 in this case has a furniture body with side walls 11, one or more ceiling panels 12 and one or more floor panels 13.

In the area between the side walls 11 near the ceiling plate 12, a running profile 15 is mounted on which in the embodiment shown here two sliding doors 2, 3 are movably mounted along the upper run profile 15.

For this purpose, upper running devices 4 are attached to the sliding doors 2, 3, which are preferably provided with rolling or sliding elements, which are supported on the upper running profile 15, so that the sliding doors 2, 3 along the upper run profile 15 are movable. The sliding doors 2, 3 are preferably moved in their respective end positions against end stops or damping units 16.

In the bottom region of the cabinet furniture 1, a variant of a guide means for the lower guide of the run in the upper profile 15 sliding doors 2, 3 is mounted.

This guide device has, as in the FIGS. 2 to 3 and 5, a guide profile 5, along which the two sliding doors 2, 3 are movably guided.

It is also conceivable to equip such a cabinet 1 with only a sliding door or with more than two sliding doors.

The guide device furthermore has at least one guide part 6 which can be fixed to a sliding door 2, 3. This guide member 6 in this case has a base angle piece with a mounting leg 61 and a preferably perpendicular to this extending leg 62, and arranged at the free end of the second leg 62 head portion 63rd

The mounting leg 61 is preferably flat, with a voltage applied to an inner side of the sliding door 2, 3 surface in which holes are preferably provided, are guided by the screws with which the guide member 6 on the sliding door 2, 3 can be screwed. Also conceivable are other mounting options, for example by means of clipsens or in the form of a U-shaped mounting leg which engages around a lower edge of the sliding door.

The leg 62 may, as in FIG. 4 is shown, for example, also be flat. Also conceivable is a configuration of the leg 62 in the form of a plurality of mutually parallel webs, which connect the head part 63 with the mounting leg 61, as in FIG. 2 is shown.

The guide profile 5 and the at least one guide part 6, in the illustrated embodiments, the two guide parts 6, are designed so that they can be coupled together in the mounted state of the sliding door 2, 3 after hanging the sliding door in the upper profile 15, wherein the sliding door along the guide profile 5 is feasible.

How very good in the FIGS. 3a, 3b is shown, the guide profile 5 and the at least one guide member 6 perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the guide profile at least partially form-fitting embracing each other coupled. This makes it possible that the sliding door can be pressed together with the guide part after hanging in the upper tread 15 in a simple manner against the guide profile. In the in the FIGS. 3a, 3b and 5 embodiment shown, the head part 63 of the guide part 6th a receiving groove 65 for receiving a head piece 53 of the guide profile 5.

The receiving groove 65 in this case has a guide profile 5 facing opening 66. The receiving groove 65 is formed essentially by two elastically deformable groove legs 64, between the free ends of the opening 66 is provided.

The head piece 53 of the guide profile has a cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the guide profile 5, the maximum vertical width b K is greater than the width b O of the opening 66 of the receiving groove 65 of the guide member. 6

The head piece 53 of the guide profile 5 is in this case formed as a free end of a leg 52 extending from a base 51 of the guide profile 5.

The number of head pieces 53 of the guide profile 5, in the embodiment variant shown here, two head pieces 53, is measured, inter alia, on the number of sliding doors 2, 3 leading to the guide profile 5.

The cross section of the head piece 53 of the guide profile 5 is trapezoidal in this embodiment, but may have any other arbitrary shape, in particular still approximately round or oval. The decisive factor is that an undercut is formed, which as it were forms a barb against unintentional decoupling.

Alternatively, the cross section of the head piece 53 of the guide profile 5, as in the FIGS. 2 to 5 shown, the receiving groove 65 of the guide member 6 is formed towards tapering.

On the one hand to enable achievable with little effort coupling of the guide profile 5 and the guide member 6, is, as in FIG. 5 shown, an angle α between converging first side surfaces 531 of the head piece 53 of the guide profile 5 between 50 ° and 100 °, more preferably between 60 ° and 80 °, so that penetration of the head piece 53 can be made in the receiving groove at an acute angle α ,

The rear side of the head piece 53 facing away from the receiving groove 65 before assembly is designed such that an angle β between converging second side surfaces 532 on a side 52 of the head piece 53 of the guide profile 5 facing the leg 52 is between 120 ° and 170 °, particularly preferred between 140 ° and 160 ° and thus forms an obtuse angle.

Supporting the effect of effectively preventing unintentional decoupling, an angle γ is formed on the legs 68 of the guide part 6 which is between 120 ° and 170 °, preferably between 140 ° and 160 °.

Preferably, the angles α and γ are chosen to be approximately equal in magnitude.

This ensures that a greater force must be expended for decoupling the components from each other than for coupling.

The guide member 6 can in one embodiment, for example shown in the FIGS. 3a, 3b be integrally formed, wherein formed with the receiving groove 65 head portion 63 is integrally formed at the free end of the leg 62.

In an alternative embodiment variant, shown in FIG FIG. 4 , the guide member 6 is a multi-part, in particular formed in two parts.

In this case, the fixing of the head part 63 to the base angle piece of the guide part 6 preferably takes place such that the fastening leg 61 facing the end of the head portion 63 has a groove 67 arranged between the groove 69, in which a portion of the leg 62 of the base angle piece is inserted. A backup is done by positive, positive and / or cohesive joining, preferably gluing and / or clipping.

The base angle piece of the guide part 6 can also be formed as a wire shaped part.

At least the head part 63 of the guide part 6 is preferably made of an elastic plastic.

If both the head part 63 of the guide part 6 and the guide profile 5 are made of plastic, the head part 63 of the guide part 6 and the Guide profile 5 made of mutually different plastics, to avoid unwanted noise during sliding movement of the components to each other.

The guide profile 5 is preferably fixed to a baseboard or on a base 14 of the cabinet furniture 1, for example screwed or clipped with a screw 9.
