Claims (11)

  1. Turmkran (1) zum automatische Ausklappen und Zusammenklappen, umfassend einen Pfeil (2) und eine Teleskopstange (4), wobei die Teleskopstange (4) mindestens einen ersten Stangenabschnitt (10) und einen zweiten Stangenabschnitt (20) umfasst, die derart konfiguriert sind, dass der erste Stangenabschnitt (10) im zweiten Stangenabschnitt (20) gemäß einer Längsrichtung (Z10) gleiten kann,
    wobei der ersten Stangenabschnitt (10) mindestens Folgnedes aufweist:
    zwei primäre seitliche Flächen (11, 12), eine primäre vordere Fläche (13) und eine primäre hintere Fläche (14), wobei die primäre vordere Fläche (13) hin zum Pfeil (2) ausgerichtet ist, wenn sich der Turmkran (1) in der Arbeitsposition befindet, wobei die primäre hintere Fläche (14) der primären vorderen Fläche (13) gegenüber liegt,
    wobei der zweite Stangenabschnitt (20) mindestens Folgendes aufweist:
    zwei sekundäre seitliche Flächen (21, 22), eine sekundäre vordere Fläche (23) und eine sekundäre hintere Fläche (24), wobei die sekundäre vordere Fläche (23) hin zum Pfeil (2) ausgerichtet ist, wenn sich der Turmkran (1) in der Arbeitsposition befindet, wobei die sekundäre hintere Fläche (24) der sekundären vorderen Fläche (23) gegenüber liegt,
    wobei der Turmkran (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass:
    die Teleskopstange (4) außerdem einen vorderen Riegel (30) und einen hinteren Riegel (40) umfasst, die mindestens in Translation orthogonal zur Längsrichtung (Z10) beweglich sind, und jeweils zwischen:
    - Verriegelungspositionen, in denen der vordere Riegel (30) mit den primären (13) und sekundären (23) vorderen Seiten (13) zusammenarbeitet, und in denen der hintere Riegel (40) mit den primären (14) und sekundären (24) hinteren Seiten zusammenarbeitet, um den ersten Stangenabschnitt (10) mit Bezug auf den zweiten Stangenabschnitt (20) zu immobilisieren, und
    - Freigabepositionen, in denen der vordere Riegel (30) und der hintere Riegel (40) den ersten Stangenabschnitt (10) mit Bezug auf den zweiten Stangenabschnitt (20) freigeben,
    die Teleskopstange (4) außerdem eine Betätigungsvorrichtung (50) umfasst, die konfiguriert ist, um den vorderen Riegel (30) und den hinteren Riegel (40) zwischen ihren Freigabepositionen und ihren Verriegelungspositionen zu verschieben, wobei die Betätigungsvorrichtung (50) im ersten Stangenabschnitt (10) angeordnet ist,
    wobei der vordere Riegel (30), der hintere Riegel (40), die sekundäre vordere Seite (23) und die sekundäre hintere Seite (24) derart konfiguriert sind, dass der vordere Riegel (30) zwischen dem ersten Stangenabschnitt (10) und dem zweiten Stangenabschnitt (20) nur Kräfte überträgt, die in einer senkrechten Ebene zur Längsrichtung (Z10) ausgerichtet sind.
  2. Turmkran (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die sekundäre vordere Seite (23) und die sekundäre hintere Seite (24) jeweils einen sekundären vorderen Träger (23.1) und einen sekundären hinteren Träger (24.1) umfassen, wobei der sekundäre vordere Träger (23.1) und der sekundäre hintere Träger (24.1), derart konfiguriert sind, dass:
    - die Unterseite des vorderen Riegels (30) in der Verriegelungsposition entfernt vom sekundären vorderen Träger (23.1) ist, und
    - der hintere Riegel (40) in der Verriegelungsposition gegen den sekundären hinteren Träger (24.1) aufliegt.
  3. Turmkran (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei der sekundäre vordere Träger (23.1) eine vordere Kerbe aufweist (23.2), die nach oben mündet, wenn sich der Turmkran (1) in der Arbeitsposition befindet, wobei der sekundäre hintere Träger (24.1) eine hintere Kerbe (24.2) aufweist, die nach oben mündet, wenn sich der Turmkran (1) in der Arbeitsposition befindet, wobei die vordere Kerbe (23.2) und die hintere Kerbe (24.2) derart konfiguriert sind, dass der hintere Riegel (40) gegen die Unterseite (24.20) der hinteren Kerbe (24.2) aufliegt und der vordere Riegel (30) von der Unterseite (23.20) der vorderen Kerbe (23.2) entfernt ist, wenn sich der vordere Riegel (30) und der hintere Riegel (40) in ihren Verriegelungspositionen befinden.
  4. Turmkran (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die hintere Kerbe (24.2) eine nach oben erweiterte Form aufweist, und wobei die vordere Kerbe (23.2) i) ein Führungsstück (23.21) mit einer nach oben erweiterten Form und ii) ein Verriegelungsstück (23.22) mit einer U-Form umfasst, die an den vorderen Riegel (30) angepasst ist.
  5. Turmkran (1) nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der vordere Riegel (30) einen vorderen Stift (31) umfasst, wobei der hintere Riegel (40) einen hinteren Stift (41) umfasst, wobei der vordere Stift (31) und der hintere Stift (41) Querabmessungen aufweisen, die im Wesentlichen gleich sind.
  6. Turmkran (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die rechten und linken seitlichen Teile des ersten Stangenabschnitts (10) symmetrisch mit Bezug auf eine Symmetrieebene (P10) sind, die sich entlang der Längsrichtung (Z10) erstreckt, und die parallel zur Erstreckungsebene (P2) des Pfeils (2) ist, wobei sich die Achse (X31) des vorderen Stifts (31) und die Achse (X41) des hinteren Stifts (41) in der Symmetrieebene (P10) erstrecken.
  7. Turmkran (1) nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der vordere Riegel (30) beweglich gemäß einer ersten Verriegelungsrichtung (X30) ist, wobei der hintere Riegel (40) beweglich gemäß einer zweiten Verriegelungsrichtung (X40) ist, wobei die erste Verriegelungsrichtung (X30) und die zweite Verriegelungsrichtung (X40) parallel oder kollinear sind.
  8. Turmkran (1) nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Betätigungsvorrichtung (50) mindestens Folgendes umfasst:
    - einen linearen Zylinder (51),
    - eine vordere Pleuelstange (53), die mechanisch mindestens einen linearen Zylinder (51) mit dem vorderen Riegel (30) verbindet, und
    - eine hintere Pleuelstange (54), die mechanisch mindestens einen linearen Zylinder (51) mit dem hinteren Riegel (40) verbindet.
  9. Turmkran (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, umfassend außerdem:
    - einen ersten Tragebalken (16), der angeordnet ist, um die Kräfte des ersten Stangenabschnitts (10) an den vorderen Riegel (30) zu übertragen,
    - einen zweiten Tragebalken (17), der angeordnet ist, um die Kräfte des zweiten Stangenabschnitts (20) an den hinteren Riegel (40) zu übertragen,
    und wobei, in der Freigabeposition, die Pleuelstangen (53, 54) jeweils gegen den ersten Tragebalken (16) und gegen den zweiten Tragebalken (17) anstoßen, um die Translation des vorderen Riegels (30) und des hinteren Riegels (40) zu begrenzen.
  10. Turmkran (1) nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der vordere Riegel (30) einen Riegelabsatz (30.5) aufweist und ein vorderes Lager eine vordere Anschlagfläche aufweist, die konfiguriert ist, um gegen den Riegelabsatz (30.5) anzuschlagen, wenn sich der vordere Riegel (30) in der Verriegelungsposition befindet.
  11. Turmkran (1) nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei sich der vordere Riegel (30) und der hintere Riegel (40) zum größten Teil im ersten Stangenabschnitt (10) in der Freigabeposition erstrecken.
