Claims (10)
- Schnelllösevorrichtung (5) für Erdbewegungsmaschine mit Arm (2) zum Manövrieren eines Löffels, umfassend zwei Haken, bezeichnet als vordere Haken (17), und einen Riegel, bezeichnet als hinterer Riegel (18), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwei geneigte Rampen (19, 20) umfasst, die symmetrisch auf beiden Seiten des Riegels (18) angeordnet sind, wobei die Neigungsebene der zwei Rampen (19, 20) unter den Haken (17) verläuft.
- Schnelllösevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Riegel (18), bezeichnet als hinterer Riegel, ein Riegel ist, der durch eine Feder oder durch einen Zylinder vorgespannt ist.
- Einheit für Erdbewegungsmaschine mit Arm (2) zum Manövrieren eines Löffels, wobei die Einheit Folgendes umfasst:eine Schnelllösevorrichtung (5), die ausgelegt ist, um an das Ende des Arms (2) zum Manövrieren der Maschine fixiert zu werden, und einen umkehrbaren Adapter (4), der ausgelegt ist, um mit dem Löffel gekoppelt zu sein, wobei der umkehrbare Adapter (4) zwei seitliche Platten (6, 7) umfasst, die durch zwei Bohrungsachsen (8, 9) senkrecht zu den Ebenen der seitlichen Platten verbunden sind, wobei die Schnelllösevorrichtung (5) zwei Haken, bezeichnet als vordere Haken (17), und einen Riegel, bezeichnet als hinterer Riegel (18), umfasst, wobei die vorderen Haken (17) der Schnelllösevorrichtung (5) dazu ausgelegt sind, eine der Bohrungsachsen (8, 9) des umkehrbaren Adapters (4) aufzunehmen, wobei der hintere Riegel (18) ausgelegt ist, unter die andere Bohrungsachse des umkehrbaren Adapters (4) im Zustand eingeführt zu werden, in dem der umkehrbare Adapter (4) an die Schnelllösevorrichtung (5) fixiert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schnelllösevorrichtung (5) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2 zwei geneigte Rampen (19, 20) umfasst, die symmetrisch auf beiden Seiten des Riegels (18) angeordnet sind, wobei die Neigungsebene der zwei Rampen (19, 20) unter den Haken (17) verläuft, dadurch, dass der umkehrbare Adapter (4) mindestens zwei geneigte Rampen umfasst, und dadurch, dass die geneigten Rampen (19, 20) der Schnelllösevorrichtung (5) in reziproker Auflage auf den geneigten Rampen (13, 15; 16, 14) des umkehrbaren Adapters (4) im Zustand sind, in dem der umkehrbare Adapter (4) an die Schnelllösevorrichtung (5) fixiert ist.
- Erdbewegungsmaschine mit einer Schnelllösevorrichtung und einem umkehrbaren Adapter für einen Löffel, umfassend einen Arm (2) zum Manövrieren, an dessen Ende die Schnelllösevorrichtung (5) ausgelegt ist, um befestigt zu sein, wobei die Schnelllösevorrichtung (5) zwei Haken, bezeichnet als vordere Haken (17), umfasst, die symmetrisch mit Bezug auf eine vertikale Ebene angeordnet sind, die durch die Längsachse des Arms (2) zum Manövrieren verläuft und als Referenzebene (1) bezeichnet wird, und einen Riegel, bezeichnet als hinteren Riegel (18), der in der Referenzebene verschiebbar ist, wobei der umkehrbare Adapter (4) zwei seitliche Platten (6, 7) umfasst, die symmetrisch mit Bezug auf die Referenzebene sind, die durch zwei Bohrungsachsen (8, 9) senkrecht zu der Symmetrieebene verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schnelllösevorrichtung (5) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2 zwei geneigte Rampen (19, 20) umfasst, die symmetrisch auf beiden Seiten des Riegels (18) angeordnet sind, wobei die Neigungsebene der zwei Rampen (19, 20) unter den Haken (17) verläuft, dadurch, dass der umkehrbare Adapter (4) mindestens zwei geneigte Rampen umfasst, und dadurch, dass die geneigten Rampen (19, 20) der Schnelllösevorrichtung (5) in reziproker Auflage auf den geneigten Rampen (13, 15; 16, 14) des reversiblen Adapters (4) sind.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geneigten Rampen (13, 14; 15, 16) des umkehrbaren Adapters (4) vier an der Zahl sind, zwei auf jeder seitlichen Platte (6, 7) des umkehrbaren Adapters (4).
- Maschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei geneigten Rampen (13, 14; 15, 16) jeder seitlichen Platte (6, 7) des umkehrbaren Adapters (4) zueinander symmetrisch sind und ebenfalls auf der Ebene (10) geneigt sind, die von den geometrischen Achsen der Bohrungsachsen (8, 9) definiert ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Neigungswinkel der geneigten Rampen (13, 14; 15, 16; 19, 20) auf der Ebene, die von den geometrischen Achsen der Bohrungsachsen (8, 9) definiert ist, im Bereich zwischen 5 und 45° liegt.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Neigungswinkel der geneigten Rampen (13, 14; 15, 16; 19, 20) auf der Ebene, die von den geometrischen Achsen der Bohrungsachsen (8, 9) definiert ist, im Bereich zwischen 10 und 30°liegt.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Neigungswinkel der geneigten Rampen (13, 14; 15, 16; 19, 20) auf der Ebene, die von den geometrischen Achsen der Bohrungsachsen (8, 9) definiert ist, 20° beträgt.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geneigten Rampen (19, 20) der Schnelllösevorrichtung (5) die gleiche Neigung wie die geneigten Rampen (13, 15; 16, 14) des umkehrbaren Adapters (4) aufweisen, mit denen sie in reziproker Auflage sind.
