Der Lagerabschnitt kann in einen Grundkörper der Eckumlenkung integriert sein, welcher zum Anbringen im Eckbereich eines Fensters, einer Tür oder dergleichen ausgebildet ist. Alternativ kann der Lagerabschnitt auch als vom Grundkörper separates, beispielsweise gehäuseartiges, Bauteil ausgeführt und an dem Grundkörper befestigt sein, vorzugsweise lösbar. Bei einer gehäuseartigen Gestaltung des Lagerabschnitts ist das Zahnradelement vor Beschädigungen und dem Eindringen von Fremdkörpern geschützt.
Vorzugsweise verläuft die Rotationsachse des Zahnradelements bezüglich beider Verschiebeachsen der Übertragungselemente rechtwinklig. Dies ermöglicht insbesondere in Verbindung mit der Ausgestaltung des Zahnradelements als flaches Stirnrad eine besonders kompakte Bauweise.
Das Zahnradelement kann also insbesondere eine Stirnradverzahnung aufweisen. Dementsprechend können die Zahnstangenabschnitte einfache Geradverzahnungen aufweisen. Dadurch ergibt sich eine besonders kostengünstige Bauweise. Gemäß einer speziellen Ausgestaltung weist das Zahnradelement eine Verzahnung auf, die auf einen Winkelbereich von maximal ca. 180° beschränkt ist. Mit anderen Worten ist das Zahnradelement vorzugsweise als Zahnradsegment ausgeführt. Dadurch kann Bauraum gespart werden, was gerade bei Beschlaganordnungen von großer Bedeutung ist. Hierbei ist von Vorteil, dass der maximale Hub von Treibstangenanordnungen im Allgemeinen auf einen relativ geringen Betrag beschränkt ist.
Speziell kann das Zahnradelement teilkreisringförmig sein, insbesondere wobei sich die Rotationsachse des Zahnradelements außerhalb eines Gehäuses der Eckumlenkung befindet. Dies unterstützt die Anordnung des Zahnradelements direkt im Eckbereich eines Tür- oder Fensterflügels. Claims (14)
- A corner guide (10, 10') of a fitting arrangement for windows, doors or the like, comprising two transfer elements (15a, 15b) which are coupled or couplable to respective connecting rods of the fitting arrangement and which are displaceable along respective axes of displacement (V1, V2) extending transversely to one another, wherein the transfer elements (15a, 15b) are coupled to one another by means of a deflection device (55) for a joint displaceability diagonally across; and wherein
the deflection device (55) comprises a toothed wheel element (29, 29') which is rotatable about an axis of rotation (R) and which can simultaneously be brought into engagement with respective gear rack sections (25a, 25b, 25a', 25b') arranged at the transfer elements (15a, 15b), characterized in that
the toothed wheel element (29, 29') is guided by means of a sliding guide (46, 46') at a bearing section (35) of the corner guide (10, 10'), with the sliding guide (46, 46') having an extent of part circular shape. - A corner guide in accordance with claim 1,
