- process chemicals are For example, to detergent that are added to the washing compartment of the cleaning device programmatically at a specific time of the program flow.
- a cleaning device When using a pourable detergent in powder form, a detergent dosing must be carried out by hand on the user's side before each start of a cleaning program.
- a cleaning device has for this purpose typically inside the door on a reservoir, which is to be equipped with a manually determined amount of detergent. During a program sequence, this reservoir opens at a certain time of the wash program and the stockpiled detergent from the reservoir can be washed out by the rinsing liquor located in the washing compartment of the cleaning device.
- dosing devices In order to make a detergent storage for a plurality of washing programs, so that does not take place before the beginning of each wash program manual detergent dosing, dosing devices have been proposed, such. B. with the DE 10 2013 104 391 A1 relating to a generic dosing device.
- the known dosing device has a replaceably arranged reservoir, which serves for the storage of detergent in an amount that is sufficient for a plurality of rinse programs.
- the reservoir is rotatably mounted about an axis of rotation, wherein in the proper metering program controlled rotation of the reservoir is effected.
- a motor-driven drive device is provided, by means of which in the case of operation, a rotational movement of the reservoir is made.
- the motor-driven drive device acts together with a support unit which receives the reservoir interchangeable.
- a metering device of the type mentioned is proposed with the invention, which is characterized by a closure means, by means of which the passage opening is closed at least until a proper first use of the reservoir.
- the embodiment according to the invention provides a remedy insofar as a closure means is provided which closes off the passage opening between the storage chamber and the metering chamber, at least until a proper first use of the storage container.
- a closure means is provided which closes off the passage opening between the storage chamber and the metering chamber, at least until a proper first use of the storage container.
- the interruption of the fluidic connection between the storage chamber and dosing before a first use also ensures that a proper portioning of the detergent can take place during Waringebrauchddlingfall.
- the closure means according to the invention also serves as storage and transport protection, because it is effectively prevented, the detergent can immigrate before a first use in the dosing.
- the closure means has a closure element arranged movably on the storage container, which can be transferred from an open position closing the passage opening into an open position releasing the passage opening and vice versa.
- it is allowed to selectively open or close the passage opening on the user side. This advantageously makes it possible to repeatedly open and / or close the passage opening, which makes it possible to remove the reservoir before a complete emptying of the support unit and to close with respect to the passage opening, so that at a later time reuse and / or Further use of the reservoir is allowed.
- This preferred embodiment of the invention thus provides a resealable passage opening.
- the closure element is preferably a wall section formed corresponding to the passage opening and arranged on a rotatable turntable.
- the closure element is thus formed rotatable, wherein the user side can be moved from an open position to a closed position by initiating a simple twisting movement and vice versa.
- the position of the closure element is preferably visually displayed to a user by corresponding markings on the storage container and / or on the closure element, so that it can be seen from the outside whether the passage opening between the storage chamber and metering chamber is fluidically opened or closed.
- the carrying unit has a coding means cooperating with the closing means.
- an opening means may also be provided, which is arranged on the support unit side and cooperates with the closure means.
- the opening means is achieved in an advantageous manner that when inserting the reservoir into the support unit, an automatic opening of the passage opening takes place, if this should not have been manually done by the user side.
- the opening means thus ensures that the passage opening is open when a storage container is used as intended in the carrying unit, thus permitting its intended use.
- the opening means may be formed according to a further feature of the invention as a cam, the reservoir side has a ramp-shaped cam contour, which cooperates with a counter-contour provided by the closure means.
- the cam contour of the opening means and the mating contour of the closing means come into operative contact. Due to the ramp-shaped configuration of the cam contour, a rotational movement of the closure means and thus of the closure element is achieved by this effective contact, which then leads in the course of the insertion of the reservoir into the support unit to an automatic rotational movement of the closure means with the result of opening the passage opening.
- the closure means is a sealing film. This closes the passage opening before a first use. This is to be removed before a Ernstingebrauchddling the reservoir, so as to release the passage opening, ie to design the fluidic connection between the pantry and metering barrier-free.
- the sealing film is arranged at one end of a flap guided on the other side through the metering opening.
- the tab On the user side, the tab can be grasped and then pulled against it, which leads to a tearing and / or severing of the sealing foil arranged on one end on the tab. As a result, the passage opening is opened.
- the reservoir has a first container part providing the reservoir and a second container part providing the dosing chamber, wherein the two container parts are designed to be movable relative to each other.
- the two container parts Prior to first use, the two container parts are to be brought into their intended position, in which position the passage opening closing the seal opening is broken and / or removed, which is effected by means arranged on one of the container parts Entvulelungsstoffs.
- the unsealing agent causes unsealing of the sealing film.
- a further exemplary embodiment of the invention provides for a metering element which provides the metering chamber to be arranged movably within the storage container and can be transferred from a non-metering position into a metering position. Only when the metering element is in the metering position, cleaning agent can be transferred from the storage chamber into the metering chamber in the intended use case. Otherwise, if so the dosing is in the non-dosing position, a transfer of detergent from the storage chamber into the dosing chamber is not possible. As soon as the storage container is used as intended in the dosing device for the purpose of first use, an automatic transfer of the dosing element from the non-dosing position into the dosing position occurs.
- the metering element can in particular be designed to be linearly movable, in particular movable in the vertical direction of the storage container. In the case of operation, therefore, there is a linear movement of the metering element.
- a linear movement is structurally particularly simple and the implementation in practice little susceptible to interference, which is why this Embodiment variant is preferred.
- the metering element has an inlet opening which cooperates in metering position of the metering element with an outlet opening provided by the reservoir. Both the metering element and the reservoir thus provide an opening which cooperate in metering position of the metering. In the metering position, the inlet opening of the metering element and the outlet opening of the reservoir are at least partially congruent one above the other, so that in dosing an overflow of detergent from the storage chamber can take place in the metering chamber.
- the carrying unit has an adjusting means cooperating with the metering element.
- This actuating means is used in a proper insertion of a reservoir into the support unit to transfer the dosing from the non-dosing into the dosing.
- the actuator is, for example, a mandrel which engages through an opening provided by the storage container on the side of the storage container in the case of a storage container inserted into the carrying unit.
- the actuating means thus engages through the openings provided on the reservoir side and comes into driving contact with the metering element. This is pressed as a result of insertion of the reservoir in the support unit in the height direction of the reservoir upwards and so moved from its non-metering position in the metering position.
- two actuating means are provided according to a further feature of the invention, so that a uniformly distributed force can take place on the metering.
- the two container parts are formed with the interposition of a film hinge relative to each other rotatable.
- the unsealing agent is preferably a pipe stub.
- the invention further proposes a reservoir for interchangeable arrangement in a dosing device with one of the features listed above.
- a reservoir formed in such a way.
- the reservoir can either be refilled, that is to say be designed as a reusable container or as a disposable container, in which case a user-side refilling of the storage container is not provided.
- portions of detergent are dispensed in the dosing case via the dosing opening when the storage container is used.
- a detergent discharge takes place as a result of a rotational movement of the reservoir.
- an always equal amount of detergent portion of the dosing is supplied, and discharged from there with the interposition of a channel system in the washing compartment of the cleaning device.
- the reservoir has a storage chamber on the one hand and a dosing chamber on the other.
- the storage chamber of the storage of the detergent and the dosing worried in the case of use, the portionwise detergent dosage.
- the metering chamber is subdivided into two fluidically interconnected subregions, namely a metering chamber on the one hand and a metering channel on the other hand, which are separated from each other by means of a barrier.
- the barrier delimits the dosing space in such a way that upon a twisting movement of the storage container, first of all the dosing space is filled with a quantity of cleaning agent predetermined by the size of the dosing space.
- the amount of cleaning agent metered into the dosing space is past the barrier into the Dosing channel directed in the direction of the metering, without further detergent from the storage chamber flows into the dosing.
- the cleaning agent thus passes from the storage chamber through the passage opening into the metering chamber of the metering chamber, wherein the size of the metering chamber determines the amount of portioned cleaning agent.
- the portioned detergent leaves the dosing and passes through the metering through the metering, wherein no detergent can flow from the storage chamber through the passage opening into the metering chamber of the metering due to the continued rotation of the reservoir.

- the main body 10 of the storage container 9 provides a storage chamber 13 on the one hand and a metering chamber 14 on the other hand, which are separated from each other by means of a partition wall 15.
- the storage chamber 13 is the actual storage of detergent
- the metering chamber 14 serves to dispense detergent in the intended operation in portions.
- the metering chamber 14 is formed in two parts and has a first portion 16, the so-called metering space, as well as a second portion 17, the so-called metering. Like this in particular the representation after FIG. 6 can recognize, the metering channel 17 opens into the metering 23rd
- the metering chamber 16 and the metering channel 17 are in fluid communication, wherein the fluidic connection is narrowed by means of a Dosierbarriere 18, so that a total of labyrinth-shaped metering chamber 14 is formed.
- the storage chamber 13 and the metering chamber 14 are connected via a passage opening 19 in fluid communication, can flow over the case of operation cleaning agent from the storage chamber 13 into the metering chamber 14.
- a closure means 20 is provided, by means of which the passage opening 19 is closed at least until a proper first use of the storage container 9.
- FIGS. 4 to 6 show a first embodiment of a closure means 20 according to the invention, wherein FIG. 4 the closure means 20 in the closed position and FIG. 5 the closure means in the open position shows.
- reservoir 9 results in the intended use case a dosing as follows.
- the storage container 9 is rotated by means of the motor-driven support unit 6 about the axis of rotation defined by the axle 8, namely by 360 °.
- stored detergent in the storage chamber 13 is conveyed through the passage opening 19 into the dosing chamber 14, whereby due to the dosing barrier 18 only one filling of the dosing space 16, consequently only a partial filling of the dosing chamber 14 takes place.
- the metering barrier 18 ensures that the metering channel 17 initially remains free of detergent.
- the volume provided by the metering chamber 16 determines the amount of portioned cleaning agent.
- the passage opening 19 reaches a position, according to which the passage opening 19 is above the level of the stored from the storage chamber 13 detergent so that a further inflow of detergent from the storage chamber 13 into the dosing 16 does not take place.
- the previously metered into the metering chamber 16 cleaning agent to the metering barrier 18 pass over into the metering 17. From there it then passes via the metering opening 23 into the treatment space 103.
- the reservoir 9 with respect to its geometric configuration, in particular of passage opening 19 and metering barrier 18, is designed such that, during a twisting movement of the reservoir 9, first a filling of the dosing space 16 with an amount predetermined by the size of the dosing space 16 Cleaning agent takes place and that in a further rotational movement metered into the metering chamber 16 amount of detergent is discharged to the Dosierbarriere 18 in the metering 17 in the direction of the metering 23 without further detergent from the storage chamber 13 flows into the metering chamber 16.
- the passage opening 19 is closed according to the invention with a closure means 20, at least until a first use of the reservoir 9. It is thus ensured that the stockpiled from the reservoir 9 cleaning agent is up to a first use exclusively in the storage chamber 13, ie an overflow of detergent in the metering chamber 14 is prevented.
- a closure means 20 In the case of an unwanted entry of moisture into the reservoir 9, at most only an undesired clumping of detergent in the storage chamber 13, but not in the dosing chamber 14, can take place. This is advantageous because any clumping of detergent within the storage chamber 13 is less harmful, since such clumps are broken up again as a result of a proper rotation of a stored in the support unit 6 reservoir 9. There is also no blockage of the metering 17 to be feared.
- FIGS. 4, 5 and 6 each show in different views of the reservoir 9, a first embodiment of a closure means 20 according to the invention.
- This has a cylindrically shaped housing 21, in which a rotary member 22 is inserted.

- the turntable 24 has on its underside a handle 25 in the form of a web, as can be seen in particular from the illustration FIG. 6 results.
- the position of the handle 25 can also serve a user for visual display, whether the closure means 20 is in the closed position or in the open position, as the lock symbolism according to FIG. 6 lets recognize.
- the closure means 20 is in the closed position, the wall portion 26 is positioned so that the passage opening 19 is closed. In the open position, however, the closure means 20 is rotated in such a way that the wall section 26 releases the passage opening 19.
- the carrying unit 6 has FIG. 2 via a coding in the form of a mandrel 33.
- This mandrel 33 cooperates with an indentation 28 of the wall portion 26 of the rotary member 22, which is accessible on the turntable side via an opening 30, as close in particular a synopsis of the representations FIG. 7 lets recognize.
- the indentation 28 is positioned relative to the mandrel 33 so that insertion of the reservoir 9 can take place in the support unit 6. If, however, the rotary part 22 is in the closed position, insertion of the storage container 9 into the carrying unit 6 is not possible because the mandrel 33 can not dip into the indentation 28, thus blocking insertion of the storage container 9 into the carrying unit 6.
- FIG. 3 shows a second embodiment, according to which instead of a mandrel 33, a cam 31 with a cam contour 32 is used.
- This cam contour 32 provided by the cam 31 interacts on the inside of the indentation 28 with a correspondingly formed mating contour.
- the cam contour 32 is ramp-shaped, which leads to an automatic opening of the rotary member 22 takes place when inserting the reservoir 9, if this should still be in the closed position.
- This automatic opening is achieved in that the indentation 28 slides with its mating contour along the ramp-shaped cam contour 32 and thereby comes into force transmission with the cam 31, which leads to an automatic rotational movement of the rotary member 22 as a result of insertion of the reservoir 9 in the support unit 6 ,
- the closure means 22 it does not matter whether the closure means 22 is in its open position or in its closed position. In a user-side insertion of the reservoir 9 in the support unit 6, an automatic opening takes place.
- the main body 10 of the reservoir 9 is formed in two parts and has a first container part 34 and a second container part 35.
- the first container part 34, the storage chamber 13 and the second container part 35, the dosing 34 ready.
- the two container parts 34 and 35 are pivotable relative to each other, for which purpose a film hinge 36 is provided.
- the passage opening 19 is closed with a sealing film as a closure means.
- the second container part 35 is relative to the first container part 34 in the in FIG. 9 shown position to pivot, in which position of the second container part 35th provided web 39 engages in the provided by the first container part 34 notch 38, whereby a secure positional fixation of the first and second container part 34 and 35 is reached.
- the second container part 35 has an unsealing in the form of a pipe socket 37. This engages in a transfer of the second container part 35 from the position after FIG. 8 in the position FIG. 9 in the passage opening 19, whereby the sealing opening 19 closing sealing foil is broken.
- the particular advantage of the embodiment according to the FIGS. 8 and 9 is the comparatively inexpensive production. But there is no reclosure of the passage opening 19 is possible, since the sealing opening 19 is closed before a first use closing foil for the purpose of first use.
- the embodiment according to the FIGS. 4 to 7 has the advantage that the passage opening 19 is closed again, which makes it possible to remove a not yet emptied reservoir 9 of the support unit 6 and to close the passage opening 19.
- the reservoir 9 can thus be set aside for reuse.
- FIGS. 10 to 20 show a reservoir for a dosing device according to a fourth embodiment of the invention.

- the base body 10 further provides a peripheral edge 12 which carries a film 426 to the top closure of the reservoir 9.
- the film 426 is welded on the edge 12 of the body at the edge.
- the main body 10 of the storage container 9 provides a storage chamber 13 on the one hand and a compartment 425 separated by means of a dividing wall 15. It serves the Storage chamber 13 of the actual storage of detergent.
- the compartment 425 serves to receive a metering element 422, which in turn provides a metering chamber 14, which metering chamber 14 serves to dispense detergent in the intended operation in portions.
- the sectional view after Fig. 15 can recognize the dosing 14 provides a so-called. Dosierraum which is narrowed by means of a Dosierbarriere 18, so that a total labyrinthine formation of the metering chamber 14 is formed, which ensures in the operating case for the portioning of the dispensed into the treatment room cleaning agent.

Description
The invention relates to a metering device for the metered introduction of a pourable cleaning agent in a treatment room of a program-controlled cleaning device, in particular a dishwasher, with a storage of the detergent serving reservoir and a motor rotatably mounted support unit which receives the reservoir interchangeable, the reservoir a storage chamber and has a metering chamber opening into a metering, wherein the metering chamber is connected fluidically with the interposition of a passage opening to the storage chamber.
Program-controlled cleaning devices in general and dishwashers in particular are well known from the prior art, which is why a separate documentary proof at this point is not required.
Cleaning devices of the type in question typically have a washing container, which provides a treatment room, also called flushing. This treatment space is accessible to the user via a feed opening, which can be closed in a fluid-tight manner by means of a pivotally mounted flushing door. In the intended use case, the washing container serves to receive items to be cleaned, which in the case of a dishwashing machine can be, for example, dishes, cutlery pieces and / or the like.
For loading of items to be cleaned with rinsing liquid, the so-called rinsing liquor, the cleaning device has a spray device inside the rinsing container. This spraying device generally provides rotatably mounted spray arms, with typically two or three such spray arms being provided. In the intended use case, a loading of the items to be cleaned with rinse liquor by means of rotating spray arms.
To achieve an optimized cleaning result process chemicals are used, which are supplied to the washing compartment during a cleaning process, typically as an addition to the wash liquor. Such process chemicals are For example, to detergent that are added to the washing compartment of the cleaning device programmatically at a specific time of the program flow.
Detergents in liquid and solid form are known from the prior art. In this case, solid detergents in pourable powder form or as so-called tabs, d. H. in tablet form. However, the practice has shown that can be achieved with pourable detergent in powder form, the comparatively best cleaning results.
When using a pourable detergent in powder form, a detergent dosing must be carried out by hand on the user's side before each start of a cleaning program. A cleaning device has for this purpose typically inside the door on a reservoir, which is to be equipped with a manually determined amount of detergent. During a program sequence, this reservoir opens at a certain time of the wash program and the stockpiled detergent from the reservoir can be washed out by the rinsing liquor located in the washing compartment of the cleaning device.
The known dosing device has a replaceably arranged reservoir, which serves for the storage of detergent in an amount that is sufficient for a plurality of rinse programs. The reservoir is rotatably mounted about an axis of rotation, wherein in the proper metering program controlled rotation of the reservoir is effected. For this purpose, a motor-driven drive device is provided, by means of which in the case of operation, a rotational movement of the reservoir is made. The motor-driven drive device acts together with a support unit which receives the reservoir interchangeable.
Dosing devices of the prescribed type have proven themselves in everyday practice.
Nevertheless, there is room for improvement, especially with regard to increased operational safety. It is therefore an object of the invention to further develop a dosing device of the type mentioned in that construction is given an increased reliability.
To solve this problem, a metering device of the type mentioned is proposed with the invention, which is characterized by a closure means, by means of which the passage opening is closed at least until a proper first use of the reservoir.
It has been found that detergent stored in the storage container can agglomerate as a result of an unwanted ingress of moisture, and this even before proper first use. In particular, a clumping of befindliches in the dosing chamber cleaning agent is disadvantageous, since this can lead to clogging of the dosing and / or to block the dosing with the result that a proper dosing of detergent in the washing compartment of the cleaning device is no longer possible ,
The embodiment according to the invention provides a remedy insofar as a closure means is provided which closes off the passage opening between the storage chamber and the metering chamber, at least until a proper first use of the storage container. By means of the closure means according to the invention is thus ensured that the fluidic connection between the storage chamber and metering chamber is interrupted. Thus, the detergent stored by the storage chamber can not flow into the dosing chamber. Should it come to an unwanted entry of moisture, it may possibly lead to a clumping of detergent in the pantry, but not in the metering chamber, and therefore not, because thanks to the proposed closure means a transition of detergent from the pantry is prevented in the metering chamber , Any clumping of detergent in the pantry, however, weighs not as difficult as a possible clumping in the metering chamber according to the prior art, because on the one hand it comes with a proper twisting movement of the reservoir whether the size of the pantry to break up any clumps there and there On the other hand, the dosing due to their subdivision into dosing and dosing a kind Labyrinth leadership is more prone to unwanted detergent adhesions than the pantry.
The interruption of the fluidic connection between the storage chamber and dosing before a first use also ensures that a proper portioning of the detergent can take place during Erstingebrauchnahmefall. The closure means according to the invention also serves as storage and transport protection, because it is effectively prevented, the detergent can immigrate before a first use in the dosing.
According to a first alternative of the invention, the closure means has a closure element arranged movably on the storage container, which can be transferred from an open position closing the passage opening into an open position releasing the passage opening and vice versa. According to this embodiment, it is allowed to selectively open or close the passage opening on the user side. This advantageously makes it possible to repeatedly open and / or close the passage opening, which makes it possible to remove the reservoir before a complete emptying of the support unit and to close with respect to the passage opening, so that at a later time reuse and / or Further use of the reservoir is allowed. This preferred embodiment of the invention thus provides a resealable passage opening.
The closure element is preferably a wall section formed corresponding to the passage opening and arranged on a rotatable turntable. The closure element is thus formed rotatable, wherein the user side can be moved from an open position to a closed position by initiating a simple twisting movement and vice versa. The position of the closure element is preferably visually displayed to a user by corresponding markings on the storage container and / or on the closure element, so that it can be seen from the outside whether the passage opening between the storage chamber and metering chamber is fluidically opened or closed.
According to a further feature of the invention, it is provided that the carrying unit has a coding means cooperating with the closing means. This embodiment provides the advantage that it is ensured that a reservoir only then can be used as intended in the support unit when the closure element is in the open position, thus a proper detergent dosage is permitted by release of the passage opening. If the passage opening still be closed, ie the closure element is still in the closed position, a proper insertion of the reservoir into the support unit is not possible thanks to the coding unit provided on the support unit side.
As an alternative to the embodiment of a coding means, an opening means may also be provided, which is arranged on the support unit side and cooperates with the closure means. By the opening means is achieved in an advantageous manner that when inserting the reservoir into the support unit, an automatic opening of the passage opening takes place, if this should not have been manually done by the user side. The opening means thus ensures that the passage opening is open when a storage container is used as intended in the carrying unit, thus permitting its intended use.
The opening means may be formed according to a further feature of the invention as a cam, the reservoir side has a ramp-shaped cam contour, which cooperates with a counter-contour provided by the closure means. As soon as the storage container is inserted into the carrying unit when the through opening is closed, the cam contour of the opening means and the mating contour of the closing means come into operative contact.
According to an alternative embodiment of the invention, the closure means is a sealing film. This closes the passage opening before a first use. This is to be removed before a Ernstingebrauchnahme the reservoir, so as to release the passage opening, ie to design the fluidic connection between the pantry and metering barrier-free.
For this purpose, according to a further feature of the invention, it may be provided that the sealing film is arranged at one end of a flap guided on the other side through the metering opening. On the user side, the tab can be grasped and then pulled against it, which leads to a tearing and / or severing of the sealing foil arranged on one end on the tab. As a result, the passage opening is opened.
According to an alternative embodiment, it can also be provided that the reservoir has a first container part providing the reservoir and a second container part providing the dosing chamber, wherein the two container parts are designed to be movable relative to each other. Prior to first use, the two container parts are to be brought into their intended position, in which position the passage opening closing the seal opening is broken and / or removed, which is effected by means arranged on one of the container parts Entsiegelungsmittels. As soon as the two container parts are in their proper alignment with each other, the unsealing agent causes unsealing of the sealing film.
A further exemplary embodiment of the invention provides for a metering element which provides the metering chamber to be arranged movably within the storage container and can be transferred from a non-metering position into a metering position. In the metering position, a fluidic connection between the storage chamber and the metering chamber is formed, so that in the proper dosing case of the storage chamber accommodated cleaning agent can flow into the dosing provided by the metering chamber. The metering element can in particular be designed to be linearly movable, in particular movable in the vertical direction of the storage container. In the case of operation, therefore, there is a linear movement of the metering element. A linear movement is structurally particularly simple and the implementation in practice little susceptible to interference, which is why this Embodiment variant is preferred.
It is provided according to a further feature of this embodiment, that the metering element has an inlet opening which cooperates in metering position of the metering element with an outlet opening provided by the reservoir. As long as the metering element is in its non-metering position, an at least partially covering the inlet opening and outlet opening is not given, wherein the outlet of the reservoir harboring wall serves as a closure element for the inlet opening of the metering, which interrupts the fluidic connection between the storage chamber and metering chamber ,
According to this embodiment, it can be provided, in particular, that the carrying unit has an adjusting means cooperating with the metering element. This actuating means is used in a proper insertion of a reservoir into the support unit to transfer the dosing from the non-dosing into the dosing. The actuator is, for example, a mandrel which engages through an opening provided by the storage container on the side of the storage container in the case of a storage container inserted into the carrying unit. In a proper insertion of the reservoir into the support unit, the actuating means thus engages through the openings provided on the reservoir side and comes into driving contact with the metering element. This is pressed as a result of insertion of the reservoir in the support unit in the height direction of the reservoir upwards and so moved from its non-metering position in the metering position.
In order to ensure a tilt-free as possible method of the metering, two actuating means are provided according to a further feature of the invention, so that a uniformly distributed force can take place on the metering.
According to a further alternative embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the two container parts are formed with the interposition of a film hinge relative to each other rotatable. In this case, the unsealing agent is preferably a pipe stub. As a result of a relative rotation of the two container parts relative to one another for the purpose of proper alignment, the pipe socket serving as an unsealing agent is driven through the passage opening formed on the other container part, as a result of which the sealing film closing off the passage opening is removed and / or torn open.
The invention further proposes a reservoir for interchangeable arrangement in a dosing device with one of the features listed above. This also results in the advantages already explained above also for a reservoir formed in such a way. In this case, the reservoir can either be refilled, that is to say be designed as a reusable container or as a disposable container, in which case a user-side refilling of the storage container is not provided.
When the dosing device is used as intended, portions of detergent are dispensed in the dosing case via the dosing opening when the storage container is used. In this case, such a detergent discharge takes place as a result of a rotational movement of the reservoir. Per 360 ° revolution of the reservoir, an always equal amount of detergent portion of the dosing is supplied, and discharged from there with the interposition of a channel system in the washing compartment of the cleaning device.
In order to accomplish the dosing detergent, the reservoir has a storage chamber on the one hand and a dosing chamber on the other. In this case, the storage chamber of the storage of the detergent and the dosing worried in the case of use, the portionwise detergent dosage. For this purpose, the metering chamber is subdivided into two fluidically interconnected subregions, namely a metering chamber on the one hand and a metering channel on the other hand, which are separated from each other by means of a barrier. The barrier delimits the dosing space in such a way that upon a twisting movement of the storage container, first of all the dosing space is filled with a quantity of cleaning agent predetermined by the size of the dosing space. During a further twisting movement, the amount of cleaning agent metered into the dosing space is past the barrier into the Dosing channel directed in the direction of the metering, without further detergent from the storage chamber flows into the dosing. In the intended use case, the cleaning agent thus passes from the storage chamber through the passage opening into the metering chamber of the metering chamber, wherein the size of the metering chamber determines the amount of portioned cleaning agent. As a result of a further twisting movement of the reservoir, the portioned detergent leaves the dosing and passes through the metering through the metering, wherein no detergent can flow from the storage chamber through the passage opening into the metering chamber of the metering due to the continued rotation of the reservoir.

The
When used as intended, the dishes to be cleaned are treated with rinsing liquor, for which purpose the

As will be described in more detail below, the

The
The
The
The
When used in the
As can be seen from the above explanations, the
The
