Definitions
- the invention relates to an anchor plug, according to the introductory part of claim 1, which is provided for pouring into a pourable, hardening mass, with a receptacle for an element to be held by means of the anchor plug.
- Anchor dowels of the type mentioned are known in the prior art. Such anchor anchors are used, among other things, for erecting walls, in particular double walls.
- a double wall is a mostly prefabricated wall construction, which is manufactured in the factory and is usually transported lying down with a truck to a construction site, where it is erected and moved into its installation position.
- the shells of the double wall are mostly made of concrete and connected to one another by lattice girders and have a cavity that is filled with concrete at the construction site.
- An advantage of double walls is that no formwork is required on the construction site for the production of walls.
- Another advantage is that the surface quality of the double walls is very good due to the fact that the double walls are manufactured at the factory.
- Double walls include, for example, double walls, thermal walls, hollow and filigree walls. In order to be able to load and move a double wall on the construction site, transport anchors are integrated in the manufacture of the double wall.
- sprouts which are anchored on the one hand to the corresponding wall and on the other hand to another component.
- the other component can be a further wall or a component running essentially perpendicular to the wall, for example in a floor or in a ceiling.
- High forces can act on the walls to be held, for example by wind pressure or by forces that arise during construction, e.g. B Stabilization loads or support loads.
- the forces are dissipated into the other component via the sprouts.
- the forces can be tensile or compressive forces.
- the anchors can only absorb certain and not particularly high forces. If a certain maximum force is exceeded, especially in the direction of pull, the concrete will be damaged and the anchorage may be torn out of the concrete. Experiments have shown that the tear-out is mostly non-uniform. The concrete is usually badly damaged afterwards. If cracks form, however, the maximum load-bearing capacity of the connection is reached and there is a sudden loss of load-bearing capacity. In this case, the wall could fall over directly and pose a hazard.
- the document FR 2510639 discloses an anchor plug according to the introductory part of claim 1.
- An anchor anchor according to the invention is used for installation in a pourable, hardening mass.
- a pourable hardening mass can be, for example, concrete.
- Other pourable, hardening compositions can also be used with the anchor dowel according to the invention, for example plastics.
- the anchor plug has a receptacle for an element to be held by means of the anchor plug, in particular a connecting element.
- a connecting element can u. a. a bolt, a screw, a threaded bolt or the like.
- the element can be fixed in the anchor dowel.
- the element can be an object to be held or a connection, e.g. a bolt, for example a sprout or the like.
- the anchor dowel has a surface pointing towards a direction of tensile force, which is essentially concavely curved.
- a direction of tensile force which is essentially concavely curved.
- Such a configuration of the surface pointing in the direction of the tensile force has the effect, on the one hand, that forces introduced via the element into the anchor dowel and the mass surrounding the anchor dowel, for example concrete, are distributed over a large area. This reduces stress peaks and thus local overloading of the material surrounding and holding the anchor dowel, so that it does not begin to burst, particularly if it is brittle. Instead, the tensile force introduced is distributed over the entire surface. The force dissipation is thus more homogeneous than with known anchor anchors.
- the direction of the tensile force can in particular coincide with the surface normal of the mass into which the anchor plug is inserted.
- the concave curvature can be realized by a conic section, in particular a parabolic or a hyperbolic contour.
- the surface pointing in the direction of the tensile force can be essentially rotationally symmetrical.
- a rotationally symmetrical surface creates a rotationally symmetrical compression stress ring in the event of tensile force.
- the tensile stresses resulting from the tensile stress are partially suppressed.
- the combination of a rotationally symmetrical surface and the concave curvature results in a higher load-bearing capacity of the anchor dowel than in the known anchor dowels.
- the direction of the tensile force can in particular coincide with the axis of symmetry of the anchor plug according to the invention.
- the anchor plug consists essentially of plastic.
- plastic has on the one hand a higher elasticity, as a result of which pressure differences can be compensated in the event of a load.
- plastic has a more flexible surface than metal, which means that pressure differences and voltage peaks can be reduced more effectively than when using metal.
- Plastic is usually more resistant than many other materials to the conditions that prevail when installed.
- a plastic component with a concave surface can be produced inexpensively, for example by injection molding.
- the receptacle in the anchor dowel according to the invention can be designed such that it has a through hole. This allows the greatest possible depth of insertion of the element to be held, which results in a high stability transversely to the direction of tensile force.
- Another aspect of the present invention relates to the provision of an internal thread in the receptacle.
- the element in particular the connecting element, can be screwed into the anchor dowel.
- the internal thread can be used to hold a nail plate.
- the anchor can be placed on a formwork, e.g.
- Nail plates are standard products in the manufacture of precast concrete and are available in every precast plant. They can be used to fix the anchor to the formwork and to ensure that no concrete gets into the through hole during shell production.
- the internal thread is part of a nut arranged on a surface pointing away from the direction of the tensile force.
- the internal thread can be made of a different material than the rest of the anchor anchor. Due to the arrangement of the nut on the surface pointing away from the direction of the tensile force, forces introduced via the nut are transmitted to the anchor dowel and distributed there
- the anchor plug is made of plastic.
- the nut can then be made from a metal that has a higher shear strength than plastic.
- different connecting elements can be taken into account by providing different nuts with different properties.
- the nut can, for example, be cast into the anchor dowel or can be inserted into it.
- the mother can be held in a form-fitting, friction-locking or material-locking manner.
- a bolt can be inserted into the anchor dowel, which is used to fix the components to be connected.
- a bolt can be inserted into the anchor dowel, which is used to fix the components to be connected.
- Another variant is the use of toggle plugs or bolts with a toggle function.
- Another aspect of the anchor plug according to the invention relates to the arrangement of a guide sleeve in the receptacle.
- a guide sleeve can be made of a different material than the receptacle itself.
- the holder itself like the rest of the anchor plug, can be made of plastic.
- the sleeve can be made of a stronger material than the anchor dowel, for example either of a harder plastic or of metal.
- At least one recess for contacting a reinforcement is provided in the surface.
- the installation on a reinforcement allows an additional introduction of force via the reinforcement and thus an increase in the maximum tensile forces that can be absorbed and a more ductile load-bearing behavior, so that the load-bearing capacity is still present even after an initial cracking in the concrete.
- a first independent subject of the present invention relates to a concrete component with at least one anchor plug according to one of the preceding claims.
- a corresponding concrete component is suitable for absorbing higher tensile forces than a concrete component with anchor bolts other than those according to the invention. On the one hand, this increases the resilience of the connection.
- a corresponding concrete component can be a concrete wall, for example.
- a first further idea of the concrete component according to the invention provides that the anchor dowel is flush with the concrete with one end face or is arranged recessed in the concrete component.
- a flush finish or a recessed arrangement allow a flat mounting of the element to be held on the anchor dowel, so that the concrete can serve as support all around the front.
- Another independent aspect but not according to the invention, relates to a method for producing a concrete component in which an anchor plug according to the invention is positioned in a formwork, the formwork then being poured out with concrete.
- Another aspect but not according to the invention, relates to a method according to the previous paragraph, wherein reinforcement is applied to the anchor anchor before positioning the anchor anchor or between positioning the anchor anchor and pouring.
- Another aspect but not according to the invention relates to a method according to the previous two paragraphs, wherein the anchor plug is positioned by means of a nail plate.
- the anchor plug is positioned in a formwork.
- the formwork can be provided, for example, by a formwork. Then the formwork is poured out with concrete. After the concrete has hardened, the concrete component is ready for use and the anchor plug can be used.
- reinforcement is applied to the anchor dowel.
- the reinforcement can rest on the concave surface.
- the reinforcement can absorb some of the forces in the event of a load and result in a more ductile load-bearing behavior of the anchor anchor.
- Another aspect of the method provides that the essentially concavely curved and in particular rotationally symmetrical surface is aligned in the direction of a surface normal of a surface of the concrete component to be cast. In this way, an even distribution of force in the event of tractive force and a high load capacity can be achieved.
- the anchor plug can be positioned in the formwork by means of a nail plate.
- the nail plate can be removed after pouring the concrete component.
- Fig. 1A shows a plan view of an anchor dowel 2 according to the invention.
- the viewing direction runs counter to a tensile force direction Z.
- the tensile force direction Z thus points into the plane of the illustration.
- a surface 4 of the anchor plug 2 is also rotationally symmetrical.
- the anchor plug 2 has a receptacle 6.
- the receptacle 6 is arranged in the center, that is to say also rotationally symmetrically about the same axis of symmetry.
- the receptacle 6 is designed as a through hole.
- a nut 8 is arranged on the underside, ie the side opposite the surface 4. The nut 8 is used to screw a connecting element.
- the anchor plug 2 is made of plastic, in particular of glass fiber reinforced plastic.
- the material can be PA6 GF30, i.e. polyamide 6 with 30% glass fiber.
- Figure 1B shows a cross section through the anchor plug 2 along the section line AA according to Fig. 1 .
- the surface 4, which is oriented in the tensile force direction Z, is concavely curved.
- the concave curvature causes a rotationally symmetrical and uniform loading of the surrounding concrete, in which a rotationally symmetrical compression stress ring is formed.
- tensile stresses resulting from the tensile stress are partially suppressed and a higher load-bearing capacity of the anchor plug 2 is achieved.
- the nut 8 is arranged from an underside 10 which is oriented opposite the tensile force direction Z.
- a recess 12 is formed in the surface 10, in which the nut 8 is inserted.
- the nut can be completely embedded in the anchor plug 2.
- the anchor anchor 2 has an end face 14 which can be installed flush or recessed with the concrete.
- Figure 2A show a plan view of an anchor dowel 2 'according to the invention in a second embodiment.
- 1B In addition to the anchor plug 2 according to 1A, 1B are two recesses 9 made in the surface 4, which are provided for contact with a reinforcement.
- Figure 2B shows a sectional view along the section line AA of the anchor plug 2 ' Figure 2A .
- a reinforcement 38 is arranged in the recesses 9.
- Fig. 3 shows a side view of a wall structure 20 which is constructed with the aid of an anchor plug 2 according to the invention.
- the wall construction has a double wall 22 which stands on a concrete component 24.
- the concrete component 24 can be a floor slab or a foundation or a ceiling.
- horizontal supports against other components are also possible.
- a sprout is mounted horizontally on the anchor plug 2 according to the invention.
- the double wall 22 is supported by means of a sprout 26.
- the sprout 26 is not as described in the previous paragraph, but is held in the double wall 22 by means of a head point anchoring 28 and in the concrete component 24 by means of a foot point anchoring 30.
- the head anchor 28 is fixed to an anchor plug 2, which in Fig. 3 is not visible, but according to the execution Figures 1 and 2nd corresponds.
- Fig. 4 shows an enlarged sectional view through the wall construction Fig. 3 with an anchor plug 2 according to the invention in the first embodiment.
- the double wall 22 in which the anchor plug 2 is mounted corresponds to a generally known structure with two ones Cavity-forming concrete shells, wherein core insulation can be accommodated in the cavity.
- the core insulation is in contact with the shell, which later forms the outer shell of a building wall.
- the sprout 26 is shown in two different positions.
- the sprout 26 can, as in Fig. 3 , be guided diagonally down to a base anchor or it can be supported horizontally on another wall.
- the horizontal support means that several walls can be supported with fewer sprouts.
- the sprout 26 is fixed to the anchor plug 2 by means of a connecting joint 34.
- the connection joint 34 has a plate 34.1 with a through hole 34.2 through which a screw 36 can be screwed into the nut 8 of the anchor plug 2.
- the sprout is attached to a flange 34.3 attached to the plate 34.1.
- the sprout can alternatively be connected to the anchor dowel 2 in another way, e.g. directly.
- Fig. 5 shows a sectional view through the wall construction with an anchor plug 2 'according to the invention in the second embodiment.
- a reinforcement 38 is arranged in the double wall 22 such that it rests on the surface 4 of the anchor plug 2. In this way, a more ductile load transfer behavior can be achieved, whereby the load capacity of the anchor plug 2 increases further.
- an anchor plug 2 is arranged in a steel formwork 40 by means of a nail plate 32.
- the bottom of the steel formwork 40 defines the outside of the concrete component to be cast, so that the nail plate 32 will initially be arranged flush in the concrete component. After pouring, the nail plate 32 is removed and the resulting hole can be filled with a suitable cement.
- Fig. 6B it is shown that the steel formwork 40 is poured with concrete 42.
- the anchor plug 2 is dimensioned such that its underside 10 protrudes from the concrete 42 in order to prevent the nut 8 from being contaminated with concrete and made unusable.
- the nut can be protected against contamination by means of a cover, for example made of adhesive tape.
- FIG. 6 C and D show the production of a concrete component according to the second embodiment.
- a reinforcement 38 is inserted, which rests on the surface 4 of the anchor plug 2' in the recesses 9.

Description

- In
Fig. 6 D gezeigt, mit Beton 42 aufgegossen. -
