Definitions
- the invention relates to an insert.
- Such inserts in shoes of all kinds are generally used to improve the fit of a shoe or to improve the grip of a foot in the shoe.
- the deposits may for example consist of leather or of plastics, in particular foam materials.
- a major disadvantage of such deposits is that the health aspect of such deposits is not sufficiently considered. Even deposits available on the market can not properly correct feet misalignments.
- the invention has for its object to provide an insert that has a health-promoting effect with a simple structural design.
- the invention relates to an insert with a Einlaggrundêt and a core insert, wherein with the insert core a spiraldynamic, proprioceptive insert system is formed by placed in a patch on the insert Foot of the hindfoot is held in its neutral position.
- the plantar tendon plate is unloaded by a recess in the insert core and the forefoot freely movable.
- the basic idea of the invention is therefore to combine a liner main body with a core insert to form the deposit system according to the invention, which generally has a higher rigidity than the liner main body.
- a position control of the overlying foot can be specified in such a way that spiraldynamic, proprioceptive properties of the insert are obtained, ie with the insert according to the invention a health-promoting effect is achieved by deliberately avoiding or correcting malpositions of the foot.
- the spiraldynamic property of the insert system is given by the fact that the foot mounted on the insert system moves in a spiral, ie not along a straight line. Spiral twisting and stabilizing the foot changes its muscle tension. This continues through the muscle chain across all joints to the head, leading to a proprioceptive behavior, that is the perception of body movement and body position in space.
- the insert core forms a heel cup.
- This heel cup stabilizes the hindfoot and prevents kinking in pronation position.
- Additional lightweight side pads on the heel bone activate the muscular stirrup, providing physiological heel support and positively affecting the muscle chain of the foot, leg and body.
- the insert core has a recess in the region of the heel bone.
- This notch provides for a stable heel position with the side elevations of the heel cup.
- the insert core in the midfoot region has a longitudinally extending, continuously sloping towards the side walls increase, which is designed such that it causes a support of the metatarsal heads 2 to 4.
- the foot is thereby turned inwards, ie to the medial side, whereby the second, third and fourth toe are raised.
- the spiral movement of the foot is supported.
- This helical movement of the foot is advantageously further assisted by the fact that the insert has an additional substructure, which is formed in such a way that the hindfoot and the forefoot are reinforced.
- the insert core is recessed in the area of the metatarsal 5.
- the metatarsal M5 is easily supported in order to influence the supination, that is, outward rotation of the foot, positively.
- the insert core extends to below the metatarsal heads 2 to 4.
- the insert is designed such that the big toe joint is deeper than the metatarsal heads.
- the insert core is advantageously fixed to the upper side of the insert main body.
- the insert core can also be integrated in the insert main body.
- the insert main body is advantageously made of a relatively soft, elastic plastic, such as thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU).
- TPU thermoplastic polyurethane
- the insert core consists of a harder material, in particular a fiber composite material which advantageously contains glass fibers or carbon fibers. Furthermore, the insert core may also at least partially consist of a plastic such as polypropylene.
- FIGS. 1 and 2 show an embodiment of the insert 1 according to the invention.
- the insert 1 has a pad main body 2, which consists of plastic, TPU in the present case, ie a relatively soft, elastic material.
- the insert core 3 is made of a harder stiffer material than the insert main body 2.
- the insert core 3 consists of a fiber composite material containing glass fibers or carbon fibers.
- the insert core 3 can also consist of a plastic, such as polypropylene.
- the top of the insert 1 is one in the FIGS. 1 and 2 coated coating, which may consist of leather or a textile material.
- the insert core 3 forms a continuous area.
- the insert core 3 has a coherent recess area.
- the insert core 3 has a first recess 4 as the first partial area of the recess area.
- This recess 4 continuously merges into a second recess 5 for the tendon plate, which forms the second portion of the recess area.
- the insert 1 forms a heel cup.
- the heel cup is formed by a lateral raised portion 6 a of the insert 1 and a medial elevated portion 6 b of the insert 1.
- the insert core 3 extends over these raised portions 6a, 6b to give them the necessary dimensional stability.
- a lateral, lateral recess 7 of the insert core 3 adjoins the lateral raised area 6a.
- the insert core 3 does not extend to the front edge of the insert main body 2. This ensures that the forefoot is freely movable.
- the insole core 3 extends below the metatarsal heads 2-4.
- the base metatarsal 5 is recessed at the insole core 3, with the metatarsal M5 being readily assisted to positively affect the supination (outward rotation) of the foot, thereby reducing supination trauma. Since the front portion of the insert core 3 extends toward the lateral side of the insert main body 2, it is achieved that the metatarsophalangeal joint is lower than the metatarsal heads.

Abstract
