Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a dishwasher, in particular a household dishwasher, according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the publication DE 10 2012 107 993 A1 discloses, for example, a sliding swivel mechanism set up for this purpose.
  • This includes a shelf, for example, a lower basket, which is held linearly displaceable on a guide rail.
  • the guide rail is articulated via two pivot arms on a body of the dishwasher pivotally.
  • a locking mechanism is arranged on the guide rail and on one of the pivot arms. The locking mechanism is adapted to prevent a simultaneous pivoting and sliding movement.
  • an object of the present invention is to provide an improved dishwasher, in particular domestic dishwasher.
  • a dishwasher in particular household dishwashing machine, with a body, at least one loading level, at least one guide rail, at least one link arm, a locking piece and a locking counterpart.
  • the at least one loading plane is linearly displaceable along the at least one guide rail.
  • the at least one link arm holds the at least one guide rail pivotally mounted on the body.
  • the link arm is pivotally connected to the guide rail about a pivot axis.
  • the locking piece is arranged on the at least one loading level.
  • the locking piece and the locking counterpart in a release state thereof give a linear displacement the at least one loading level along the at least one guide rail free. In a locked state, the locking piece and the locking counterpart block a linear displacement of the at least one loading plane along the at least one guide rail.
  • the locking piece or the locking counterpart is rotatable for an adjustment of this between the blocking state and the release state about an axis of rotation in the other of the locking piece or the locking counterpart.
  • the axis of rotation coincides with the pivot axis of the at least one link arm.
  • the locking counterpart is inventively arranged on the handlebar.
  • the simplified mechanism results in particular from the fact that the rotation of the locking piece in the locking counterpart (or vice versa) requires fewer components and / or less complex components than, for example, a link with an associated slotted guide.
  • the rotational movement of locking piece and locking counterpart to each other in the present solution is a result of the pivotal movement of the at least one loading plane about the pivot axis. That is, the rotational movement and the pivotal movement take place simultaneously, wherein the pivoting movement is the cause of the rotational movement.
  • the locking piece and the locking counterpart engage with each other in such a way that the linear displacement of the loading plane is blocked.
  • the locking counterpart can engage behind the locking piece (or vice versa) in the locked direction.
  • the locking counterpart can be outside of this Extend locking piece at least in sections (or vice versa).
  • disengagement of the locking piece and locking counterpart in the direction of linear displacement is released.
  • the release state can thus relate to a state in which, for example, the locking piece is still arranged in the locking counterpart, but is movable out of this.
  • the release state may refer to a state in which the locking piece and the locking counterpart are spaced from each other.
  • the body may in particular comprise a rinsing container.
  • the at least one link arm can be articulated on the washing container, in particular on a fitting thereof.
  • the loading level can generally be a storage or receptacle, in particular for crockery and / or cutlery.
  • the loading level is preferably a crockery basket or a cutlery drawer.
  • the at least one loading level is formed as a lower dish rack.
  • the locking piece and the locking counterpart are adapted to be rotatable by means of linear displacement of the at least one loading plane along the at least one guide rail.
  • the displacement of the at least one loading level takes place in the extension direction, wherein an end position of the loading level in the extension direction corresponds to a state in which the locking piece and the locking counterpart are arranged rotatable into each other.
  • a stop of the locking piece on the locking counterpart define the end position in the extension direction.
  • the release state corresponds to a non-pivoted, lower position of the at least one loading plane and the blocking state of an at least partially pivoted out of the lower position, the upper position of the at least one loading level.
  • the pivoting and linear displacement never take place at the same time, but only in succession.
  • the at least one loading plane is first moved out of the body at least partially linearly, in particular pulled out. From this at least partiallyMSverlagerten, lower position, the at least one loading level is pivoted into its upper, also at least partiallySverlagerten position. This is followed by a back pivoting of the loading level from their at least partiallyMechverlagerter, upper position in their at least partiallySverlagerte, lower position follows. From the at least partiallyMechverlagerten, lower position, the at least one loading level is linearly moved back into the body, in particular pushed back.
  • the three following positions thus result for the at least one loading level: a lower position pushed into the carcass, a lower position, at least partially pulled out of the carcass, and an upwardly pivoted, at least partially pulled out position.
  • a lower position pushed into the carcass a lower position, at least partially pulled out of the carcass, and an upwardly pivoted, at least partially pulled out position.
  • the locking piece and the locking counterpart ensure only when pivoting between the lower, at least partially extended position and the upwardly pivoted, at least partially extended position, that there is no linear displacement, in particular rearrangement, the at least one loading level in the body comes into it.
  • the locking counterpart is adapted to engage behind the blocking piece by turning the locking counterpart about the axis of rotation counter to an extension direction in which the at least one loading level is displaceable out of the body for the blocking state. Accordingly, in the locked state, the locking piece abuts against the locking counterpart in a direction opposite to the extension direction, so that a return movement of the at least one loading plane into the body is prevented. In particular, the at least one loading level is thus at least partially secured in its end position outside the body.
  • the locking piece or counterpart counterpart has a C-shaped element with a radial opening.
  • the other of the locking piece or locking counterpart can have a pin-shaped element which can be introduced radially into the C-shaped element by means of the radial opening.
  • the peg-shaped element By linear displacement, the peg-shaped element passes through the radial opening in the space enclosed by the C-shaped element.
  • the C-shaped element engages behind the pin-shaped element against the extension direction, so that a movement of the peg-shaped element against the extension direction is then locked.
  • the peg-shaped element is formed with at least one insertion bevel for insertion thereof into the radial opening of the C-shaped element.
  • the peg-shaped element passes safely into the C-shaped element, even if the opening of the C-shaped element is not exactly opposite to the extension direction, but deviates from it, for example, by several degrees.
  • the peg-shaped element is rounded on one side and flattened on its other side or rounded.
  • the C-shaped element is arranged on the at least one link arm.
  • the C-shaped member rotates about the axis of rotation when the link arm is pivoted about the pivot axis on the guide rail.

  • the peg-shaped element is arranged on the at least one loading plane.
  • the C-shaped element rotates upon pivoting of the at least one loading plane about the peg-shaped element.
  • the at least one loading plane has at least one further guide rail or rollers, by means of which it is linearly displaceable along the guide rail.
  • a running rail can form a telescopic rail together with the guide rail and the further guide rail. Furthermore, the running rail can be supported on the guide rails via balls or other roller bearings. Or else the rollers can roll directly on the guide rail, wherein the rollers are rotatably mounted on a basket portion of the loading plane.
  • the locking piece or the locking counterpart is arranged on the running rail or on a basket portion of the at least one loading level.
  • the locking piece or the counterpart counterpart can be easily provided at the loading level.
