Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif de dressage affecté à l'usinage de deux fils métalliques défilant simultanément en parallèle et à proximité l'un de l'autre, ou d'un fil métallique en défilement, équipé d'au moins deux rouleaux (2, 3) coaxialement et latéralement limitrophes l'un de l'autre, qui peuvent être entraînés et forment une première paire de rouleaux pouvant être entraînée par un arbre (4), en regard de laquelle une seconde paire de rouleaux (2', 3') de ce type est disposée en réservant deux interstices d'usinage dévolus à un fil métallique respectif (1, 1') en défilement, les rouleaux de ladite seconde paire pouvant être entraînés dans des sens opposés au moyen d'un second arbre (4'), sur un axe parallèle à l'axe de la première paire, sachant qu'un rouleau (2 ; 2') respectif, au sein desdits rouleaux (2, 3 ; 2', 3') des deux paires à présence minimale, est relié rigidement à son arbre d'entraînement (4 ; 4'), et que l'autre rouleau (3 ; 3') des deux paires est monté à rotation sur ledit rouleau (2 ; 2') assujetti audit arbre d'entraînement (4 ; 4'), caractérisé par le fait que chacun des rouleaux (3 ; 3'), monté sur un rouleau (2 ; 2') assujetti à l'arbre (4 ; 4'), peut être couplé audit rouleau (2 ; 2').
  2. Dispositif de dressage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que, lorsque le couplage est instauré, une pièce de couplage (6, respectivement 6') pouvant être déplacée axialement exerce, au moyen d'un ressort de pression (7, respectivement 7'), une pression sur une pièce de couplage (8, respectivement 8') qui est assujettie au rouleau (3 ; 3') apte au couplage et qui relie ledit rouleau (3 ; 3'), apte au couplage, à une pièce de couplage (11, respectivement 11') assujettie à l'arbre d'entraînement (4, respectivement 4').
  3. Dispositif de dressage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que, lorsque le couplage est instauré, une pièce de couplage (6, respectivement 6') pouvant être déplacée axialement exerce, au moyen d'un organe de manœuvre hydraulique ou électrique, une pression sur une pièce de couplage (8, respectivement 8') qui est assujettie au rouleau (3 ; 3') apte au couplage et qui relie ledit rouleau (3 ; 3'), apte au couplage, à une pièce de couplage (11, respectivement 11') assujettie à l'arbre d'entraînement (4, respectivement 4').
  4. Dispositif de dressage selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé par le fait que, par le biais d'une coopération par frottement ou d'une denture, la pièce fixe de couplage (8, respectivement 8') relie le rouleau (3 ; 3'), apte au couplage, à une pièce de couplage (11, respectivement 11') assujettie à l'arbre d'entraînement (4, respectivement 4').
  5. Dispositif de dressage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que le ressort de pression (7, respectivement 7'), agissant sur la pièce déplaçable de couplage (6, respectivement 6'), est en appui sur une contre-butée (10, respectivement 10') qui est bloquée axialement à demeure sur un carter fixe (9) et qui, lorsque le couplage est instauré, tourne conjointement au rouleau (3 ; 3') apte au couplage, tout comme ledit ressort de pression (7, respectivement 7') et ladite pièce déplaçable de couplage (6, respectivement 6').
  6. Dispositif de dressage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que la pièce de couplage (6, respectivement 6'), apte au déplacement axial, peut être déplacée au moyen de vérins (12, respectivement 12') prenant appui sur un carter fixe (9) et dont le piston vient en prise, par l'intermédiaire de pièces de liaison (13-16, respectivement 13'-16') axialement déplaçables, avec une tige de traction (17, respectivement 17') qui est en prise avec ladite pièce de couplage (6, respectivement 6') apte au déplacement axial, peut être déplacée axialement sur ledit carter fixe (9) et est montée sans faculté de rotation conjointe avec le rouleau (3 ; 3') apte au couplage, le couplage s'en trouvant ainsi neutralisé en opposition à l'action du ressort de pression (7, respectivement 7').
  7. Dispositif de dressage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que les rouleaux (2, 3 ; 2', 3') sont profilés en vue de l'adaptation à la section transversale du fil métallique (1, respectivement 1') défilant à chaque fois.
