Claims (9)

  1. A drive device (1) for a moveable furniture part (2) comprising a lockable ejection device (5) for ejecting the moveable furniture part (2) out of a closed position (SS) into an open position (OS), wherein the ejection device (5) is unlockable by over-pressing the moveable furniture part (2) into an over-pressed position (ÜS) which in the closing direction (SR) is behind the closed position (SS), and a blocking element (70)
    - which has a first position (BL) in which the moveable furniture part (2) can be stopped when reaching the closed position (SS), wherein the blocking element (70) prevents a further movement of the moveable furniture part (2) in the closing direction (SR), and
    - which has a second position (FR) in which the path into the over-pressed position (ÜS) for the moveable furniture part (2) is enabled,
    wherein the position (BL, FR) of the blocking element (70) when reaching the closed position (SS) is dependent on the closing speed of the moveable furniture part (2), wherein the blocking element (70) is moveable from the first position (BL) into the second position (FR) transversely relative to the closing direction (SR), characterised in that the blocking element (70) is moveable from the first position (BL) into the second position (FR) by a force storage means (74), preferably a torsion spring, being separate from an ejection force storage means.
  2. A drive device as set forth in claim 1 characterised in that the blocking element (70) is arranged displaceably in a guide track (17) provided in a housing (3) of the drive device (1) and having a closed position abutment (72) and an evasion portion (73), wherein in the first position (BL) the blocking element (70) bears against the closed position abutment (72) and in the second position (FR) the blocking element (70) is moveable into the evasion portion (73).
  3. A drive device as set forth in one of claims 1 through 2 characterised by a retraction device (8) by which the moveable furniture part (2) is moveable from an open position (OS) into the closed position (SS).
  4. A drive device as set forth in claim 3 characterised in that the moveable furniture part (2) is retractable by the retraction device (8) at a maximum closing speed 30 mm/second, preferably at a closing speed of between 25 mm/second and 15 mm/second.
  5. A drive device as set forth in claim 3 or 4 characterised by a damping device (16) for damping the retraction movement triggered by the retraction device (8).
  6. A drive device as set forth in one of claims 3 through 5 characterised in that at a closing speed of the moveable furniture part (2) of below 20 mm/second the blocking element (70) is moveable into the evasion portion (73) - and thus into the second position (FR) - by the force storage means (74) before reaching the closed position abutment (72).
  7. An article of furniture (17) comprising a furniture carcass (13), a moveable furniture part (2) and a drive device (1) as set forth in one of claims 1 through 6 for the moveable furniture part (2).
  8. A method of moving a moveable furniture part (2) comprising a lockable ejection device (5) for ejecting the moveable furniture part (2) out of a closed position (SS) into an open position (OS), wherein the ejection device (5) is unlocked by over-pressing the moveable furniture part (2) into an over-pressed position (ÜS) which is behind the closed position (SS) in the closing direction (SR), wherein the moveable furniture part (2) is stopped when reaching the closed position (SS) by a blocking element (70) which is in a first position (BL), wherein a further movement in the closing direction (SR) is prevented by the blocking element (70) and when the blocking element (70) is in a second position (FR) the path into the over-pressed position (ÜS) for the moveable furniture part (2) is enabled, wherein the position (BL, FR) of the blocking element (70) when reaching the closed position (SS) is dependent on the closing speed of the moveable furniture part (2), wherein the blocking element (70) is moveable from the first position (BL) into the second position (FR) transversely relative to the closing direction (SR), characterised in that the blocking element (70) is moveable from the first position (BL) into the second position (FR) by a force storage means (74), preferably a torsion spring, being separate from an ejection force storage means.
  9. A method as set forth in claim 8 characterised in that when reaching the closed position (SS) the blocking element (70) is in the first position (BL) only when the closing speed of the moveable furniture part (2) just before reaching the closed position (SS) corresponds to the retraction speed triggered by a retraction device (8) or is above a maximum retraction speed triggerable by a retraction device (8).
