Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Schloss mit einem Schlossgehäuse, einem Stulp, einem Riegel, wenigstens einer Falle, einer über einen Türdrücker betätigbaren Drückernuss und einer Schließzylinderaufnahme.
Für Türschlösser gibt es genormte Maße wie unter anderem das sogenannte Dornmaß, das den Abstand vom Mittelpunkt des Türdrückers und des Schlüssellochs bis zur Außenkante des Schlosses bezeichnet und bei dem es sich um eines der wichtigsten Maße bei Schlössern handelt.
Für unterschiedliche Dornmaße werden bisher jeweils eigene Schlossgehäuse sowie unterschiedliche mechanische Bauteile benötigt, was relativ aufwendig und entsprechend kostspielig ist. Zudem ist bei den bisher bekannten Schlössern der eingangs genannten Art die Fertigung relativ unflexibel und mit einem hohen Lagerbedarf verbunden. Zudem ist bei den bisher üblichen Motorschlössern der Motor entweder mit den oben genannten Nachteilen in das Gehäuse integriert oder es wird ein separates Motormodul oberhalb oder unterhalb des Schlosses montiert, was zusätzliche Aussparungen im Türblatt erfordert und eine Nachrüstung nahezu unmöglich macht.
Die WO 03/027422 A1 offenbart beispielsweise ein Schloss mit einem Schließmodul und einem Antriebsmodul, wobei das Schließmodul und das Antriensmodul variabel austauschbar sind. Dabei werden die beiden Module miteinander verschraubt und mit einem zusätzlichen Gehäusedeckel versehen. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Schloss der eingangs genannten Art anzugeben, mit dem die zuvor erwähnten Nachteile beseitigt sind. Dabei soll das Schloss bei möglichst rationeller Fertigung und möglichst geringem Lagerbedarf durch eine variable Funktion, Ausführung und/oder Nachrüstung insbesondere auch flexibel an unterschiedliche Anforderungen anpassbar sein.
Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß gelöst durch ein Schloss mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1. Bevorzugte Ausführungsformen des erfindungsgemäßen Schlosses ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen, der vorliegenden Beschreibung sowie der Zeichnung.
Das erfindungsgemäße Schloss umfasst ein Schlossgehäuse, einen Stulp, einen Riegel, wenigstens eine Falle, eine über einen Türdrücker betätigbare Drückernuss und eine Schließzylinderaufnahme. Dabei ist das Schloss modular aufgebaut und in ein den Stulp, den Riegel und die wenigstens eine Falle umfassendes Schließmodul und ein die Drückernuss und die Schließzylinderaufnahme umfassendes Antriebsmodul aufgeteilt.
Aufgrund dieser Ausbildung ist das Schloss bei rationeller Vorfertigung und geringerem Lagerbedarf flexibler an unterschiedliche Anforderungen anpassbar. Für eine jeweilige Anpassung oder Nachrüstung des Schlosses können wesentliche Bestandteile des Schlosses unverändert bleiben. So können beispielsweise verschiedene Kombinationen von Schließ- und Antriebsmodulen (z.B. elektromechanisch, mechanisch etc.) aber auch unterschiedliche Dornmaße durch Austausch einfacher Blechteile beispielsweise am Antriebsmodul realisiert werden, ohne dass dabei das andere Modul verändert werden muss.
Das Schließmodul und das Antriebsmodul umfassen zweckmäßigerweise passgerecht zusammenfügbare Schlossgehäuseteile. Soll beispielsweise das Dornmaß angepasst bzw. variiert werden, so kann dazu z.B. das Schlossgehäuseteil des die Drückernuss und den Schließzylinder umfassenden Antriebsmoduls entsprechend angepasst werden. Das Schlossgehäuseteil des Schließmoduls bleibt in diesem Fall unverändert.

Claims (10)

  1.
