Definitions

  • the invention relates to a fitting with a swivel spout according to the preamble of claim 1, as shown in EP 1 686 218 A1 is known.
  • the outer fitting housing can be pivotally mounted on a radially inner, pivot-fixed housing insert.
  • the housing insert among other things, for example, a single-lever mixing cartridge is integrated with the operating lever, the temperature and / or amount of effluent mixed water is adjustable.
  • the mixed water flow passage in the adapter is an annular space running around the axis of the housing with a flow cross-section which opens circumferentially radially outwards and which is fluidically connected to a mixed water line leading to the water outlet.
  • the cold and hot water channels of the adapter extend in the axial direction through the mixed water annulus. That is, the adapter-side cold and hot water channels are lapped by draining mixed water.
  • the mixed water is passed to the mixing cartridge through a housing insert to the water-conducting swivel outlet.
  • the water is always in contact with the brass housing.
  • the swivel spout is cast in common, costly practice brass or soldered together from two brass parts.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a low-cost sanitary fitting in which the waterway is separated from the metal of the fitting housing, whereby instead of brass, a cheaper zinc die-casting is used.
  • another object is to simplify the assembly and manufacture of the valve body, specifically using a low cost zinc injection molding process.
  • a fitting is to be provided in which the effort for sealing is reduced in a simple manner.
  • the pivotally mounted deflecting insert on a driver by means of which the deflecting insert is coupled in motion with the valve body in the pivoting direction.
  • the adapter may have a mixed water connection which delimits the outlet opening which is open in the axial direction. Furthermore, the adapter may have a cold water channel and a hot water channel, which connect the cold and hot water pipes with the valve member. The cold and hot water channels of the adapter can be limited by cold and hot water connection.
  • the hot and cold water pipes of the adapter are lapped by the outflowing mixed water.
  • Such a mixed water flushing is omitted in the adapter geometry according to the invention.
  • the cold and hot water pipe can be arranged axially parallel to the mixing water pipe.
  • the hot and cold water nozzles can preferably be arranged eccentrically to the housing axis, while the mixed water nozzle are arranged centrally to the housing axis.
  • the protruding from a main body of the adapter hot, cold and mixed water nozzles are preferably space-saving at one, the cold and hot water lines facing front side of the adapter arranged.
  • the mixing water outlet opening of the adapter connects in the flow direction of a mixed water line.
  • This is a separate from the valve body line element.
  • the run to the water outlet, separate from the valve body mixing water pipe is formed with at least one deflecting insert.
  • the deflecting insert may be pivotally mounted on the pivotable adapter at bearings. In a bearing eccentric with respect to the housing axis, compensating movements between the deflecting insert and the valve housing in the radial direction result in the case of a valve pivoting operation. This can lead to mechanical loads on the deflection insert.
  • a centric bearing of the deflection insert, ie provided coaxially to the housing axis, whereby the compensatory movements are eliminated.
  • the housing axis is to be understood in the present application, a pivot axis about which the valve body is rotatable in a user-side pivoting operation.
  • the surface of the housing axis is to be understood as meaning a surface normal which passes through the center of gravity of a cross-sectional area through the valve.
  • a hollow-cylindrical fitting housing whose central axis forms the housing axis.
  • the deflecting insert also has a driver, by means of which the deflecting insert is motion-coupled to the valve housing in the pivoting direction.
  • a driver by means of which the deflecting insert is motion-coupled to the valve housing in the pivoting direction.
  • the mixed water line is exposed to no mechanical stress due to pivotal actuations of the valve body.
  • the water line possibly connected to the deflection insert is thus decoupled from all movement forces or moments which are caused by the rotation of the fitting housing.
  • the diverter insert may be liquid-tightly coupled to the inlet outlet opening with an inlet-side channel section and having an outlet-side channel section, to which, for example, a tubular water line can be connected, which is guided to the water outlet opening.
  • the inlet-side channel section of the deflecting insert in a double function can at the same time form a bearing point.
  • the inlet-side channel portion is preferably coaxial with the housing axis in a pivotable and liquid-tight connector with the mixed water nozzle of the adapter, wherein the connector is designed to allow a pivoting movement of the deflecting insert.
  • the deflecting insert can have a bearing contour, that is to say, for example, a bearing journal, on its side which is axially opposite the inlet-side channel section. This can be pivotally mounted with movement play in a corresponding mating contour of a housing insert.
  • the adapter can be arranged together with the mixing cartridge in a housing insert.
  • the housing insert can be designed as a hollow cylinder, the hollow profile of which defines a bottom of the insert on the bottom side and has an upwardly open end face, through which the adapter insert and the valve member can be inserted during assembly.
  • the housing insert thus forms a stable support base for the valve member, the adapter and the deflection insert.
  • the insert bottom of the housing insert connecting connections for line connection between the inlet port of the adapter and the hot and cold water lines have.
  • the countercontour cooperating with the bearing contour (for example a bearing journal) of the deflecting insert may be formed in the insert bottom of the housing insert.
  • the housing insert may be provided with pivot stops which limit pivotal movement of the valve body about the housing axis.
  • the housing insert may have a radially outer circumferential groove, in which a stop screw of the valve body protrudes radially inwardly.
  • the fitting housing 1 is a hollow profile part, for example made of zinc, with a cylindrical, upwardly open mounting space, which is bounded on the bottom side by a base plate 5.
  • a hollow cylindrical housing insert 7 is inserted, in the hollow profile of a single-lever mixing cartridge 9 and an adapter 11 is arranged.
  • the hollow cylindrical mounting space of the fitting housing 1 is connected via a passage 13 (FIG. Fig. 2 ) with the water outlet 3 in conjunction.
  • the mixing cartridge 9 is fluidly coupled with the interposition of the adapter 11 with a hot water pipe 15, a cold water pipe 17 and a guided to the water outlet 3 of the sanitary fitting mixing water pipe 19.
  • the upwardly open mounting space of the valve body 1 is in the Fig. 1 closed by a cap 21 through which a lever 23 of the mixing cartridge 9 protrudes upward.
  • the assembly consisting of the housing insert 7, the mixing cartridge 9 and the adapter 11 is in the Fig. 1 clamped by means of a top side of the valve body 1 arranged central screw 25 against the bottom-side mounting plate 5 of the valve body 1.
  • the inner housing insert 7 is an indicated clamping screw 27 ( Fig. 1 or 2 ) with one only in the Fig. 1 indicated kitchen worktop 10 pivotally clamped.
  • the hollow cylindrical fitting housing 1 is pivotally mounted about a housing axis A on the outer circumference of the housing insert 7, with the interposition of bearings 29 (FIGS. Fig. 2 ).

  • This has unillustrated connection terminals, inserted into the inserted from below fittings of the hot and cold water pipes 15, 17 liquid-tight and by means of an insert 37 ( Fig. 1 or 2 ) are held captive.
  • the hot and cold water nozzles 39, 41 of the adapter 11 are at their outlets 43 ( Fig. 6 ) in turn liquid-tight coupled to the mixing cartridge 9 and each define a hot water channel 48 and a cold water channel 44th
  • the adapter 11 has a mixed water channel 45. This is guided starting from the mixing cartridge 9 along the housing axis A downwards, wherein the outlet opening 46 ( Fig. 8 ) is limited by a mixed water pipe 47 is.
  • the mixed water pipe 47 and the hot and cold water pipe 39, 41 are aligned parallel to each other with respect to the housing axis A axis parallel.
  • the mixed water pipe 47 is arranged coaxially to the housing axis A, while the two hot and cold water pipe 39, 41 are arranged eccentrically thereto.
  • the adapter 11 has a stop contour 49. This is in the assembly position in contact with corresponding rotation stops 51 ( Fig. 3 ), which are incorporated radially in the inside of the housing insert 7.
  • the adapter 7 according to the Fig. 6 . 7 or 8th upwardly open mold pockets 53, in which form correspondingly protrude into the corresponding projections (not shown in detail) of the mixing cartridge 9.
  • Both the abutment contour 49 and the form pockets 53 of the adapter 11 form a torque support, with the actuating forces are passed through the mixing cartridge 9 to the valve body 1 and thus the technique provided in the valve body 1 is held substantially free of force.
