Claims (11)

  1. Broyeur à billes à agitateur comprenant une chambre de broyage (1), un arbre agitateur (5) monté tournant qui avance au moins en partie dans la chambre de broyage (1) et sur lequel des organes agitateurs (10, 20, 30) sont disposés à distance axiale les uns des autres, à l'intérieur de la chambre de broyage (1), et comprenant une entrée (6), destinée à l'amenée de matières à broyer et de corps broyants, et une sortie (7) destinée au retrait des matières broyées, les organes agitateurs (10, 20, 30) présentant chacun au moins une chambre de transport et étant réalisés de manière telle que lors du fonctionnement, ils transportent un mélange formé de matières à broyer ou à disperser et de corps broyants, à travers leur chambre de transport, au nombre d'au moins une, vers l'extérieur, dans le sens opposé à l'arbre agitateur, caractérisé en ce que dans la chambre de broyage (1), ils sont disposés des organes de transport de retour (17, 27, 37 ; 47 ; 57) qui sont reliés de façon solidaire en rotation à l'arbre agitateur (5) et qui, lors du fonctionnement, transportent le mélange sur le côté et/ou entre les organes agitateurs (10, 20, 30), vers l'intérieur, en direction de l'arbre agitateur (5).
  2. Broyeur à billes à agitateur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les organes de transport de retour (17, 27, 37) sont disposés latéralement sur les organes agitateurs (10, 20, 30).
  3. Broyeur à billes à agitateur selon une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les organes de transport de retour (47) sont disposés à distance latéralement à côté et/ou entre les organes agitateurs (10, 20, 30).
  4. Broyeur à billes à agitateur selon la revendication 3, dans lequel les organes de transport de retour (47) sont disposés latéralement sur au moins un support (41) séparé, relié de façon solidaire en rotation à l'arbre agitateur (5).
  5. Broyeur à billes à agitateur selon une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les organes de transport de retour sont réalisés sous forme d'aubes de transport de retour (17, 27, 37 ; 47 ; 57).
  6. Broyeur à billes à agitateur selon la revendication 5, dans lequel les organes agitateurs (10, 20, 30) sont réalisés sous forme de roues à aubes et présentent des aubes directrices (14, 24, 34) qui sont inclinées de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur, dans le sens de rotation des organes agitateurs, et sont de préférence réalisées sous une forme incurvée dans le sens de rotation des organes agitateurs, et dans lequel les aubes de transport de retour (17, 27, 37 ; 47 ; 57) sont inclinées de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur, dans le sens opposé au sens de rotation des organes agitateurs.
  7. Broyeur à billes à agitateur selon la revendication 5 ou 6, dans lequel les aubes de transport de retour (57) sont disposées dans au moins une unité de transport de retour (50) réalisée sous forme de roue à aube et reliée de façon solidaire en rotation à l'arbre agitateur (5).
  8. Broyeur à billes à agitateur selon une des revendications 5 à 7, dans lequel les aubes de transport de retour (17, 27, 37 ; 47 ; 57) sont réalisées sous une forme incurvée dans le sens de rotation.
  9. Broyeur à billes à agitateur selon la revendication 8, dans lequel les organes agitateurs (10, 20, 30) présentent un diamètre extérieur (da) et le rayon de courbure des aubes de transport de retour (17, 27, 37 ; 47 ; 57) correspond à 40 % à 70 % du diamètre extérieur (da) des organes agitateurs (10, 20, 30).
  10. Broyeur à billes à agitateur selon une des revendications 5 à 9, dans lequel les aubes de transport de retour (17, 27, 37 ; 47 ; 57) présentent respectivement une extrémité intérieure et une extrémité extérieure, les aubes de transport de retour formant à leur extrémité intérieure (27i) respective un angle (α) avec la direction périphérique (tu), à l'emplacement de l'extrémité intérieure (27i) respective, qui est compris dans la plage allant de 5° à 30°.
  11. Broyeur à billes à agitateur selon une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les organes agitateurs disposés sur l'arbre agitateur (5) sont réalisés comme organes agitateurs à chambre unique (10) et/ou comme organes agitateurs à deux chambres (20, 30) et présentent chacun le même diamètre extérieur (da), la distance (b1) entre un organe agitateur à chambre unique (10) et un organe agitateur à chambre unique adjacent ou entre un organe agitateur à chambre unique et un organe agitateur à deux chambres (10, 20, 30) adjacent étant comprise dans la plage allant de 10 % à 20 % du diamètre extérieur (da) des organes agitateurs, et la distance (b2) entre un organe agitateur à deux chambres (20, 30) et un organe agitateur à deux chambres (20, 30) adjacent étant comprise dans la plage allant de 30 % à 40 % du diamètre extérieur (da) des organes agitateurs.
