Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif de protection contre la pluie et le soleil avec une structure porteuse (1) formée à partir de profilés longitudinaux et transversaux (4, 5) ainsi qu'à partir de montants (6), un guidage (2) pouvant pivoter au niveau des profilés longitudinaux (4) de la structure porteuse (1) et pouvant être ajusté au moyen d'un entraînement (10) avec des rails de guidage (7) parallèles les uns aux autres et un élément de protection contre le soleil et la pluie (3) disposé au niveau des rails de guidage (7), caractérisé en ce que les rails de guidage (7) du guidage (2) sont disposés de manière à pouvoir être déplacés avec leurs premières extrémités (22) par l'entraînement (10) à angle droit par rapport aux profilés longitudinaux (4) de la structure porteuse (1) et de manière à pouvoir être coulissés avec leurs secondes extrémités (23) au niveau des profilés longitudinaux (4) de la structure porteuse (1), dans lequel l'entraînement (10) contient des chariots de guidage (13) pouvant être coulissés de manière verticale dans les montants (6) de la structure porteuse (1) et reliés aux premières extrémités (22) des rails de guidage (7).
  2. Dispositif de protection contre le soleil et la pluie selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les chariots de guidage (13) peuvent être coulissés par un mécanisme fileté intégré dans les montants (6) avec respectivement une broche filetée (11) verticale et un écrou de broche (12) coopérant avec la broche filetée (11).
  3. Dispositif de protection contre le soleil et la pluie selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les broches filetées (11) peuvent être tournées pour ajuster les chariots de guidage (13) par un moteur d'entraînement (16) commun par l'intermédiaire d'arbres de transmission (15) et d'engrenages (14).
  4. Dispositif de protection contre le soleil et la pluie selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les arbres de transmission (15) et le moteur d'entraînement (16) sont abrités dans un profilé transversal (5) de la structure porteuse (1).
  5. Dispositif de protection contre le soleil et la pluie selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que les engrenages (14) présentent une fixation (17), au niveau de laquelle la broche filetée (11) est montée de manière à pouvoir tourner par l'intermédiaire d'un palier (18).
  6. Dispositif de protection contre le soleil et la pluie selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'au niveau de l'extrémité de la broche filetée (11) faisant saillie vers le haut par rapport au palier (18), est fixée une première roue conique (19), laquelle est en prise avec une seconde roue conique (20).
  7. Dispositif de protection contre le soleil et la pluie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la seconde extrémité (23) du rail de guidage (7) est articulée au niveau du longeron (4) de la structure porteuse par l'intermédiaire d'un levier (27) pouvant pivoter.
  8. Dispositif de protection contre le soleil et la pluie selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le levier (27) est articulé avec son une extrémité au niveau du longeron (4) de manière à pouvoir pivoter par l'intermédiaire d'un premier axe de rotation (28), et que la seconde extrémité (23) du rail de guidage (27) est articulée de manière à pouvoir pivoter autour d'un deuxième axe de rotation (29) au niveau de l'autre extrémité du levier (27).
  9. Dispositif de protection contre le soleil et la pluie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de protection contre le soleil et la pluie (3) est réalisé sous la forme d'une toile pouvant être pliée ou enroulée.
