Claims (9)
- Dispositif pour allonger un accouplement à vis (2) présentant une manivelle d'accouplement (3) entre deux véhicules ferroviaires, comportant un bâti (4), au moins un élément d'entraînement (5) pour la manivelle d'accouplement (3), un guidage d'élément d'entraînement (6) prévu entre le bâti (4) et l'élément d'entraînement (5), qui présente une voie de guidage (7) conçue pour faire le tour de l'accouplement à vis (2), et un entraînement (8) qui est relié au guidage d'élément d'entraînement (6) pour déplacer l'élément d'entraînement (5) le long de la voie de guidage (7) du guidage d'élément d'entraînement (6), caractérisé en ce que le guidage d'élément d'entraînement (6) présente une couronne dentée ouverte (9) sur laquelle sont prévus extérieurement une denture (10) pour l'accouplement avec l'entraînement (8) et intérieurement l'élément d'entraînement (5), l'ouverture de couronne dentée (11) de la couronne dentée (9) ayant une largeur conçue pour permettre l'introduction de l'accouplement à vis (2) dans la couronne dentée (9) et son retrait de celle-ci.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le guidage d'élément d'entraînement (6) présente au moins un galet de roulement (12) qui, fixé au bâti (4), soutient intérieurement la couronne dentée (9).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le galet de roulement (12) roule sur des surfaces de roulement (13) du guidage d'élément d'entraînement (6) pour le soutien de la couronne dentée (9).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement (8) présente au moins un pignon d'entraînement (15) qui, fixé au bâti (4), est en prise avec la denture (10) de la couronne dentée (9) et soutient ainsi extérieurement la couronne dentée (9).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le bâti (4) présente deux parties de cadre en forme de U disposées parallèlement (16) entre lesquelles le guidage d'élément d'entraînement (6) est disposé.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la largeur de l'ouverture de bâti (17) et la largeur de l'ouverture de couronne dentée (11) sont sensiblement identiques.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (1, 101) présente un moyen (18) comportant au moins un levier (19) pour orienter la manivelle d'accouplement (3), lequel levier (19) est monté tournant autour d'un axe de rotation (20) s'étendant perpendiculairement à l'axe longitudinal de l'accouplement à vis (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un moyen (18) pour orienter la manivelle d'accouplement (3) est prévu avant et après le guidage d'élément d'entraînement (6).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que le moyen (18) présente deux leviers (19) décalés l'un par rapport à l'autre latéralement, qui sont montés tournants autour du même axe de rotation (20) et s'étendent avec une courbure opposée.
