This device 8, in addition to maintaining each yarn in the optimum tensioning condition for feeding and finishing, also preserves the yarn from any tearing and damage.
  • the apparatus 1 is very versatile and usable not only in dyeing operations but also in any finishing operation which includes the distribution of chemical additives on the yarn.
  • the present invention is particularly advantageous when the aim is to obtain multicoloured dyeing on the yarn "Y” with a "random” and repeatable effect on the individual yarns.

Claims (8)

  1. Appareil pour la finition de fils, comprenant :
    un poste d'alimentation (2) pour au moins un fil (Y) à traiter pour alimenter ledit fil (Y) le long d'une ligne de progression (5) ;
    un poste de collecte (6) pour ledit fil (Y) situé en aval de la ligne de progression (5) ; et
    des moyens de distribution (12) servant à distribuer un additif de finition sur ledit fil (Y), lesdits moyens de distribution (12) étant disposés le long de la ligne de progression (5) et comprenant au moins un dispositif de distribution (13) pour ledit additif de finition, caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif de distribution (13) comporte une chambre (14), pour le passage du fil (Y), définissant une entrée d'ouverture (15) pour le fil à l'intérieur de la chambre (14) et une ouverture de sortie (16) pour le fil auquel l'additif a été distribué ;
    au moins un dispositif de tension (8) associé au fil (Y) pour étirer le fil, le long de la ligne de progression (5), à une valeur de tension prédéterminée en fonction des caractéristiques et des dimensions du fil (Y) ;
    ledit dispositif de tension (8) comprenant au moins un rouleau de blocage (9) autour duquel le fil (Y) est en partie enroulé en amont de la ligne de progression (5), et des moyens (10a) pour détecter et régler la résistance du rouleau (9) pour déterminer ladite valeur de tension prédéterminée ; ledit rouleau (9) appliquant une résistance à la progression du fil (Y) vers le poste de collecte (6) selon ladite valeur de tension prédéterminée ;
    ledit dispositif de distribution (13) comprenant de plus une pluralité de buses de pulvérisation (17) disposées à l'intérieur de ladite chambre (14) pour le passage du fil (Y) pour distribuer un jet d'additif sur le fil (Y) alimenté continuellement, par lequel ledit dispositif de distribution (13) comprend de plus un organe de support (18) pour lesdites buses (17), mobile à l'intérieur de la chambre (14) pour orienter le jet d'additif vers le fil (Y) de façon intermittente ;
    ledit organe de support (18) comprenant un tambour rotatif pouvant pivoter autour d'un axe de rotation (X) transversal à la ligne de progression du fil (Y) ;
    lesdites buses (17) étant disposées sur une zone périphérique du tambour.
  2. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit poste d'alimentation (2) comprend un châssis de support (3) comportant une pluralité d'enrouleurs (4), chaque enrouleur (4) supportant un fil (Y) respectif étant déroulé le long de la ligne de progression (5) ; ledit châssis de support (3) supportant aussi une pluralité de dispositifs de tension (8) étant chacun couplé à un fil (Y) respectif.
  3. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de distribution (12) comprennent une pluralité de dispositifs de distribution (13), pour ledit additif de finition, disposés en série le long de la ligne de progression (5) du fil (Y) ; ledit fil (Y) étant alimenté en séquence à l'intérieur de chaque chambre (14) des dispositifs de distribution (13).
  4. Appareil selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que lesdits additifs distribués sur le fil (Y) dans les dispositifs de distribution (13) respectifs sont différents entre eux.
  5. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit additif est un colorant servant à colorer le fil (Y) et/ou un agent chimique pour donner au fil (Y) une caractéristique multifonctionnelle.
  6. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit poste de collecte (6) comprend au moins un rouleau (7) pour enrouler le fil (Y) dans des écheveaux (M) sortant des moyens de distribution (12) de l'additif de finition.
  7. Procédé pour la finition de fils, comprenant les étapes de :
    alimenter au moins un fil (Y) à traiter le long d'une ligne de progression (5) ;
    distribuer un additif de finition sur le fil (Y) le long de ladite ligne de progression (5) ; et
    collecter le fil traité (Y) à l'extrémité de la ligne de progression (5) ;
    caractérisé en ce que ladite étape consistant à alimenter le fil (Y) comprenant la sous-étape consistant à étirer le fil (Y) le long de la ligne de progression (5) à une valeur de tension prédéterminée dépend des caractéristiques et des dimensions du fil lui-même ; ladite étape consistant à étirer le fil (Y) étant mise en oeuvre par la résistance conférée par les rouleaux de blocage (9) autour desquels le fil respectif est partiellement enroulé ; lesdits rouleaux (9) freinant la progression des fils vers le poste de collecte (6) selon la valeur de tension prédéterminée ;
    ladite étape consistant à étirer le fil (Y) comprenant de plus la sous-étape consistant à régler l'action de résistance du rouleau (9) en fonction de la valeur de tension prédéterminée ;
    ladite étape consistant à distribuer l'additif de finition sur le fil (Y) est réalisée en passant le fil de façon séquentielle dans une pluralité de dispositifs de distribution (13) pour ledit additif ; ledit dispositif de distribution (13) comportant une chambre (14), pour le passage du fil, définissant une entrée d'ouverture (15) pour le fil à l'intérieur de ladite chambre (14) et une ouverture de sortie (16) pour le fil auquel l'additif a été distribué ;
    ledit additif étant pulvérisé sur le fil (Y), de façon intermittente, à l'intérieur de chaque dispositif de distribution (13), ledit dispositif de distribution (13) comprenant une pluralité de buses (17) disposées à l'intérieur de ladite chambre (14) pour le passage du fil pour distribuer un jet d'additif sur le fil alimenté continuellement, par lequel ledit dispositif de distribution (13) comprend de plus un organe de support (18) pour lesdites buses (17), mobile à l'intérieur de ladite chambre (14) pour orienter le jet d'additif vers le fil (Y) de façon intermittente ;
    ledit organe de support (18) comprenant un tambour rotatif pouvant pivoter autour d'un axe de rotation (X) transversal à la ligne de progression (5) du fil (Y) ;
    lesdites buses (17) étant disposées sur une zone périphérique du tambour.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend aussi l'étape consistant à fixer l'additif sur le fil (Y) recueilli dans les écheveaux (M) par une étape de vaporisation à une pression et une température prédéterminées.
