Description

The invention relates to a deposit collection system comprising a devaluation unit for irreversibly destroying input disposable goods. Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for monitoring such a deposit-return system.

Known deposit return systems, which are often referred to as reverse wending machines, include a front unit into which the disposable material is entered. Subsequently, the disposable material is transported via a sorting line to a Kompaktor in which the disposable material is provided via a devaluation unit for irreversible destruction of the input disposable material and to reduce the volume of the disposable material is compacted before the disposable material is then collected in a container. The person who has entered the disposable good will be credited according to the deposit amount.

The document DE 10 2010 036923 A1 discloses an arrangement for taking back empties containers, which comprises a recognition device for identifying the empties container provided with a characteristic feature.

From the document KR 2009 0126107 A a deposit return withdrawal system is known in which a microphone is arranged in the vicinity of a devaluation unit, with the aid of which the noise generated when hitting disposable goods on the cancellation system are recorded. In this case, specific frequencies are determined, which are then compared with stored typical frequencies of the noise generated when the disposable goods hit the invalidation unit. With the help of this comparison in particular malfunctions should be recognized.

Fraud attempts are known in which the disposable material is intercepted within the sorting path between the front unit and the Kompaktor and fed again to the front unit, which leads to the pledge of the disposable good is credited multiple times, since the detection and credit is already on the front unit.

To avoid fraud attempts, it is known that sensors are provided on the sorting path, which are intended to detect a removal of disposable material from the sorting path. However, there are also fraud attempts in which these sensors are manipulated or bypassed.

It is an object of the invention to provide a deposit collection system and a method for monitoring a deposit recovery system, are prevented or at least made more difficult fraud attempts on the multiple supply of the same disposable goods.

This object is achieved by a deposit collection system having the features of claim 1 and by a method having the features of the independent method claim. Advantageous developments of the invention are specified in the dependent claims.

According to the invention, a sound detection unit is provided for detecting the sound produced when the disposable good is destroyed by the cancellation unit. In a memory element at least one setpoint value of at least one characteristic size of the sound produced when destroying the disposable good is stored. A control unit compares this stored setpoint value with at least one actual value of this characteristic variable of the sound detected via the sound detection unit via the sound detection unit.

When destroying the disposable material by the devaluation unit and the associated destroying the provided for the detection of the disposable goods on the disposable goods features a characteristic sound is given on the characteristic variables and their setpoints in the memory element. By the sound detection unit in the vicinity of the devaluation unit and the comparison of the determined values with the stored setpoint values, it is possible to ensure that the input disposable material is actually irreversibly destroyed. Thus, fraud can be easily detected.

In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, at least one further desired value of a further characteristic variable of the sound is stored in the memory element, the control unit also comparing this desired value with at least one actual value of this further characteristic variable of the detected sound determined with the aid of the sound detection. By comparing a plurality of characteristic quantities of the sound, an even more accurate and reliable detection can take place, so that errors in the allocation of the emitted sound to disposable goods are avoided and tampering attempts are even more reliably prevented.

These characteristic quantities are, in particular, the amplitude and / or the frequency responses of the sound. These sizes can be easily captured and form a reliable detection of the respective disposable goods.

The setpoint values for the characteristic quantities stored in the memory element have been determined experimentally in advance in particular.

It is particularly advantageous if different setpoint values of the characteristic variable or of the characteristic variables are stored in the memory element for different types of disposable goods and if the control unit selects the setpoint value of the disposable material of the disposable material added to the deposit return system and compares it with the actual value determined via the sound acquisition unit. This ensures that even with different disposable goods that can be fed to the deposit recovery system, each reliable detection of their destruction can be done. This is particularly important when different disposable types of goods are provided with a different amount of deposit, so that an exchange of a higher-quality disposable goods can be detected by an inferior within the sorting line and thus a fraud attempt on the credit of a higher deposit amount than the supplied disposable material is avoided ,

Die Einweggutarten können beispielsweise PET-Flaschen, Dosen oder Glasflaschen sein. The disposable product types may be, for example, PET bottles, cans or glass bottles.

It is particularly advantageous if the deposit-return system includes a sensor for detecting the input disposable good. Through this sensor, the system detects which disposable items have been entered so that the controller can use the appropriate setpoint from the storage element.

The sensor is, in particular, the same sensor with which the disposable material is recognized by default in the case of deposit-return systems as it is being input. In particular, it may be a barcode reader which reads the barcode applied to the disposable item for removal.

The deposit-return system comprises in particular a front unit and a separate Kompaktor in which the devaluation unit is arranged. The front unit and the Kompaktor are connected to each other in particular via a sorting path, wherein the sensor is arranged for detecting the input disposable good in particular in the front unit.

In particular, a cutting unit is arranged in the compactor, via which the input disposable material is cut and / or compressed. Furthermore, in the compactor in particular a container is provided, via which the compacted and depreciated disposable material is collected.

In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the sound detection unit comprises a microphone, by means of which the sound produced when destroying the input disposable goods is detected. This microphone is arranged in particular in the vicinity of the cancellation unit, in particular in the vicinity of a cutting work, so that the resulting noise can be detected safely and without the influence of environmental factors.

It is particularly advantageous if the microphone detects as sound the audible noise resulting from the destruction of the disposable material, ie. That is, the microphone works in the human audible range. Alternatively or additionally, the microphone can also work in the non-human audible range, in particular in the ultrasound range. Thus, a particularly secure detection of the sound and a reliable comparison is achieved.

In particular, sound between 16 Hz and 20 kHz is understood to mean sound audible to the human senses. In particular, sound between 20 kHz and 1.6 GHz is understood as ultrasound image.

In addition or as an alternative to the microphone, the sound detection unit may also include a structure-borne sound pickup for detecting structure-borne noise arising during the destruction of the disposable material. Also via this structure-borne sound receiver, which operates in particular in the ultrasonic range, can reliably detect the destruction of the entered Disposable good can be achieved. In particular, the structure-borne sound pick-up detects the structure-borne noise of at least one component of the deposit collection system, for example a housing of the deposit return system, in particular of the compactor, the validation unit and / or other components in the vicinity of the validation unit, and / or the structure-borne noise of the disposable goods.

The control unit deactivates the deposit-return system if the comparison of at least one actual value with the associated nominal value has revealed a deviation. This ensures that the fraud attempt is prevented. In particular, the system can only be reactivated by an authorized person so that activation is avoided without notice of the attempted fraud.

A deviation of the setpoint value is understood in particular to mean that the actual value is a predetermined minimum percentage or minimum absolute value of setpoint value. The use of such tolerance limits ensures that the system does not attempt to commit fraud even if the deviations are minimal, presumably not attributable to a fraud attempt, and that it is unnecessarily shut down or that the consequences described below are carried out.

In addition or as an alternative to decommissioning, the control unit outputs in the presence of a relevant deviation between the actual and the setpoint also an error message. The error message can be made in particular via a communication unit of the deposit return system by a central monitoring unit, so that the fraud attempt can be easily detected and logged. This central monitoring unit comprises, in particular, a central computer of the company producing and / or operating the deposit-return system.

In addition, the deposit-return system can also include a display unit, for example a screen, via which the error message is additionally or alternatively displayed.

In addition, in the event of a deviation and thus a suspected fraud attempt in particular the deposit value of the entered disposable good nothing credited.

In addition, the deposit-return system may include an alarm unit that outputs an audible and / or visual alarm, if the control unit has detected a deviation between at least one actual value and the associated setpoint. In particular, a loud warning sound can be output and a flashing light can be activated.

This ensures that others are made aware of the fraud attempt, which has a deterrent effect.

A further aspect of the invention relates to a method for monitoring a deposit-return system, in which at least one desired value of at least one characteristic variable of the sound resulting from the destruction of disposable material by a devaluation unit for irreversibly destroying input disposable goods is stored in a storage element. By means of a sound detection unit, the sound produced by the destruction unit when destroying the disposable material is detected. Subsequently, at least one actual value of this characteristic quantity of the detected sound determined with the aid of the sound detection unit is compared with the stored desired value.

In addition or as an alternative to decommissioning, the control unit also gives an error message if a relevant deviation between the actual value and the nominal value exists out. The error message can be made in particular via a communication unit of the deposit return system by a central monitoring unit, so that the fraud attempt can be easily detected and logged. This central monitoring unit comprises, in particular, a central computer of the company producing and / or operating the deposit-return system.

This ensures that manipulation attempts can be easily detected.

The method according to the independent method claim can be further developed with the features indicated in the dependent device claims or corresponding method features.

Further features and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the following description, which illustrates the invention of embodiments in conjunction with the accompanying figure explained in more detail.

Es zeigt:

Figur 1
eine schematische Darstellung eines Pfandrücknahmesystems.
It shows:
FIG. 1
a schematic representation of a deposit return system.

In FIG. 1 is a schematic, perspective view of a deposit system 10 for taking back and Entpfandung disposable goods shown.

The deposit-return system 10 includes a front unit 12 that includes an input port 14 for inputting disposable goods 18. The disposable item 18 may be, in particular, plastic bottles and cans.

On the disposable 18 an identification feature, such as a bar code is provided, which is detected by the input of the disposable material 18 via a sensor unit 16. With the help of the sensor unit 16 it is determined whether the input disposable goods should be withdrawn, what kind of disposable goods it is and how high is the amount to be credited deposit.

Furthermore, the deposit-return system 10 comprises a compactor 20 arranged separately from the front unit 12, in which a devaluation unit 22 is provided with the aid of which the input disposable item 18 is irreversibly destroyed. In this case, in particular the volume of the disposable material is reduced via a cutting unit and at the same time the security features are destroyed, via which the deposit disposable goods 18 are detected by the sensor unit 16. Thus, the disposable goods 18 after passing through the compactor 20 can not be fed to the front unit 12 again.

The compacted disposable goods 18 are stored in a container 24 which is emptied regularly.

The input via the front unit 12 Einweggut 18 is transported via a sorting line 26 to the Kompaktor 20. In order to prevent attempts to cheat, in which the disposable 18 taken within this sorting line 26 and the front unit 12 is supplied again, a sound detection unit 28 is provided in the vicinity of the devaluation unit 22 in the Kompaktor 20, with the help of the sound generated when destroying the disposable material 18 is recorded.

Depending on the Einweggutart, ie in particular depending on the shape, the size and the material of the disposable material 18, arise for each disposable product different typical frequency responses and amplitudes of the Destroying emerging sound. These respective typical frequency responses and amplitudes are specific to each disposable product type so that it can be seen from the sound produced during destruction whether the disposable product 18 added to the front unit 12 has actually been destroyed.

For this purpose, a database is stored in a memory element 32, for which setpoint values of the amplitudes and typical frequency responses are stored for each disposable product type. A control unit 30 compares the actual values of the amplitudes and frequency responses that are recorded via the sound generation unit 28 with the associated setpoint values from the database, so that it can be easily recognized whether the disposable material 18 added via the front unit 12 has actually been destroyed. In particular, the control unit 30 recognizes the disposable material type of the added disposable material via the sensor 16 so that it can use the corresponding setpoint values from the database for the comparison with the actual value or the determined actual values ascertained via the sound acquisition unit 28.

In the sound detection unit 28 may be in particular a microphone, which records the resulting during compacting the disposable material 18 noise. Additionally or alternatively, the sound detection unit 28 may also include a structure-borne sound pickup, with the help of which the generated structure-borne noise is detected and compared with the corresponding desired values.

If the control unit 30 has determined a relevant deviation between the actual value and the expected setpoint that is so great that it is possible to deduce a fraud attempt, the control unit 30 deactivates the deposit system 10. A relevant deviation is understood in particular to mean that the deviations lie outside of a tolerance range around the desired value. Alternatively, a setpoint range can also be stored in the database, so that a deviation is determined when the actual value lies outside the setpoint range.

The deposit system 10 can be reactivated after decommissioning in particular only by authorized persons.

Additionally or alternatively, an error message can be generated in the presence of a deviation and thus the suspicion of fraud. This can be output for example via a screen 34 of the deposit system 10 and / or sent to a central monitoring unit in a center of the deposit-taking system 10 operating company.

In addition, it is also possible that an alarm and / or visual alarm is issued via an alarm unit 36, so that other people are alerted and a deterrent effect is exercised, since the persons attempting to commit fraud must fear being immediately recognized.

Overall, by the method described above, ie ensuring the actual compaction and destruction of the security features of disposable material 18 on the resulting sound, achieved that timely and reliable can be detected when a front unit 12 added disposable 18 within the sorting path 26 illegal is removed again and is not supplied to the compactor 20.
