On sait que dans l'industrie il est primordial de considérer la sécurité des gens. L'invention consiste en un dispositif d'arrêt d'urgence active par la voix quand il y a danger et que l'opérateur n'a pas d'autre choix que de crier.We know that in industry it is essential to consider the safety of people. The invention consists of an emergency stop device activated by voice when there is danger and the operator has no choice but to shout.

La presente invention se rapporte a un dispositif qui sert a arrêter d'urgence le mouvement d'une machine.
Il est d'usage courant dans le milieu industriel d'in-staller des arrêts d'urgences sur les équipements et la machi-nerie. Ces arrêts d'urgences sont normalement places à un endroit qui convient bien pour être activés en cas d'urgence, mais néces-sitent de mettre en mouvement une piece que ce soit un bouton poussoir, une pédale ou autre. Il arrive qu'il soit impossible a l'opérateur d'activer le mécanisme d'urgence parce qu-' il n ' a pas la liberté de mouvement ou le temp nécessaire pour le faire.
J'ai decouvert que ces inconvénients peuvent être supprimes par un arrêt d'urgence activé par la voix, de telle sorte que l'opérateur puisse provoquer l'arrêt d'urgence en criant.
Relativement aux dessins qui illustrent la realisation de l'invention : -La figure 1 représente une élévation qui se trouve en partie dans la coupe d'une réalisation.
La figure 2 représente une élévation d'une autre re-alisation ne comportant pas de bouton poussoir manuel.
L'arrêt d'urgence activé par la voix, tel qu'illustré
a la figure 1 est constitué d'un boitier 1 dans lequel se trouve un relais activé par la voix 2 avec niveau de sensibilité régla-ble 3 lui permetant de ne pas réagir aux sons trop faibles.

Ce relais active par la voix 2 est installe de telle sorte qu'une ouverture dans le boitier 1 lui permette de capter les bruits qui vont l'activer. Lorsqu'il est active,il envoit un signal au relais temporise 4. Ce relais temporise 4 est du type combine, avec deux boutons d'ajustement independants. Un delais ajustable 5 le fait reagir apres une periode de temp predeterminée, lui evitant de reagir aux signaux trop courts et un delais ajustable 6 pour garder cette position pendant une periode de temp predeterminee. Lorsque les contacts du relais temporise 4 ont changes de position , ils permettent au plon-geur du solénoide 8 de deplacer le bouton d'arrêt 7 de type pousser-tirer, de telle sorte qu'il se retrouve en position poussee, provoquant l'arret de la machine.
La realisation illustrée a la figure 2 ne comporte pas de bouton d'arrêt 7 pousser-tirer pour les cas ou l'arrêt d'urgence activé par la voix est installe a un endroit dif-ficilement accessible. Dans ce cas, l'arrêt d'urgence active par la voix fonctionne comme un bouton d'arrêt momentane~en se servant des contacts du relais 4 pour couper le circuit auxi-liaire du contacteur principal de la machine a arrêter. Unautre arrêt d'urgence manuel peut être installe a un endroit qui convient bien et relie en serie avec l'arrêt d'urgence active par la voix.

~131505 _ ~,q_ Voici un exemple d'application de l'arr~t d'urgence active par la voix.
Le dispositif est installe pres de l'endroit ou un prepose doit se rendre pour jeter les dechets dans un compacteur â rebuts. Le bru;t de la machine n'active pas l'arrêt d'urgence parce que le niveau de sensibilite reglable est ajuste de telle sorte que le niveau de bruit normal de l'equipement ne fait pas reagir le relais active par la voix, ses contacts ne changent donc pas de position. Le bruit d'un neon qui eclate, d'une plan-che qui craque, etc.. sont des bruits assez forts pour faire rea-gir le relais mais le signal reçu est trop court pour declancher l'arrêt d'urgence. Si par contre le prepose tombe involontairement dans le compacteur, son crie à l'aide sera un signal assez fort et assez long pour engager le declanchement de l'arrêt d'urgence active par la voix.

I discovered that these disadvantages can be suppressed by a voice activated emergency stop, such so that the operator can cause the emergency stop by calling out.
Relative to the drawings which illustrate the realization of the invention: -Figure 1 shows an elevation which is in part in the cut of an achievement.
Figure 2 shows an elevation of another re-with no manual push button.
Voice activated emergency stop, as shown in Figure 1 consists of a housing 1 in which is located a voice activated relay 2 with adjustable sensitivity level ble 3 allowing it not to react to too weak sounds.

1. Un dispositif d'arrêt d'urgence activé par la voix comprenant :
