  • the handle portion 11 is located as close to the sash as possible in order to reduce the space needed for packaging, but also to prevent damage of the handle portion itself or of other parts.

Claims (23)

  1. Ensemble de ventilation et de fonctionnement (10) pour un châssis (2) par rapport à un cadre (1) d'une fenêtre, comprenant
    une portion de fermeture (14, 18) ayant un côté intérieur adapté pour fermer une ouverture de ventilation (50) et un côté extérieur opposé, un premier bord d'extrémité (19) comportant une partie de charnière (19a) pour un raccordement au châssis et un second bord d'extrémité opposé (15),
    une portion de poignée (11) ayant un côté intérieur et un côté extérieur, et
    une portion (12) raccordant la portion de poignée (11) à la portion de fermeture (14, 18),
    l'ensemble définissant une direction de la largeur depuis le premier bord d'extrémité (19) au second bord d'extrémité (15), et une direction de la hauteur depuis le côté intérieur de la portion de fermeture (14, 18) au côté extérieur de la portion de poignée (11),
    la portion de raccordement (12) étant raccordée à la portion de fermeture (14, 18) et la portion de poignée (11) s'étend vers le bas dans la direction de la largeur depuis la portion de raccordement (12),
    caractérisé en ce que
    la portion de raccordement (12) est raccordée à la portion de fermeture (14, 18) près du second bord (15) à une distance (a) du second bord d'extrémité (15) ne dépassant pas 30 % de la dimension (w) de la portion de fermeture dans la direction de la largeur.
  2. Ensemble de ventilation et de fonctionnement selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la portion de raccordement (12) est prévue dans une position se trouvant dans l'intervalle allant de 0 à 20 mm depuis le second bord d'extrémité (15) de la portion de fermeture, de préférence de 10 à 15 mm.
  3. Ensemble de ventilation et de fonctionnement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, dans lequel la largeur (w) se trouve dans l'intervalle de 40 à 60 mm, de préférence de 45 à 55 mm.
  4. Ensemble de ventilation et de fonctionnement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la dimension (h) dans la direction de la hauteur de l'ensemble se trouve dans l'intervalle de 25 à 45 mm, de préférence de 30 à 40 mm, plus préférablement d'approximativement 35 mm.
  5. Ensemble de ventilation et de fonctionnement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la portion de fermeture (14, 18) et la portion de raccordement (12) forment une structure sensiblement en forme de L.
  6. Ensemble de ventilation et de fonctionnement selon la revendication 5, dans lequel la portion de poignée (11) s'étend sensiblement en parallèle à la portion de fermeture (14, 18) pour former une structure globale sensiblement en forme de U.
  7. Ensemble de ventilation et de fonctionnement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la portion de fermeture (14, 18) est adaptée pour former un angle avec la structure de châssis, ledit angle étant de préférence dans l'intervalle de 5 à 15°, plus préférablement de 8 à 12°.
  8. Ensemble de ventilation et de fonctionnement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel un mécanisme de verrouillage (30) est raccordé à la portion de fermeture (14, 18).
  9. Ensemble de ventilation et de fonctionnement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la portion de fermeture (14, 18) est pourvue d'une étanchéité (31) sur son côté intérieur.
  10. Ensemble de ventilation et de fonctionnement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la portion de fermeture (14, 18), la portion de raccordement (12) et la portion de poignée (11) sont d'un seul tenant.
  11. Ensemble de ventilation et de fonctionnement selon la revendication 10, dans lequel la portion de fermeture (14, 18), la portion de raccordement (12) et la portion de poignée (11) sont formées sous forme de profil extrudé d'un matériau en métal.
  12. Ensemble de ventilation et de fonctionnement selon la revendication 10 ou 11, dans lequel la portion de fermeture (14, 18) est pourvue d'au moins un canal s'étendant longitudinalement (16a, 17a) en regard du côté intérieur.
  13. Ensemble de ventilation et de fonctionnement selon la revendication 10, 11 ou 12, dans lequel la portion de fermeture (14, 18) comprend une partie de charnière formée d'un seul tenant sous forme d'un canal (19b) formé par un pourtour droit (19a) du premier bord d'extrémité (19).
  14. Ensemble de ventilation et de fonctionnement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 13, dans lequel la portion de poignée (11) comprend un bord arrondi (11a).
  15. Fenêtre comprenant un cadre (1) et un châssis (2) comportant au moins une ouverture de ventilation (50), et un ensemble de ventilation et de fonctionnement (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14.
  16. Fenêtre selon la revendication 15, dans laquelle la portion de raccordement (12) est raccordée à la portion de fermeture (14, 18) à une distance (a) du second bord d'extrémité (15) ne dépassant pas 30 % de la dimension (w) de la portion de fermeture dans la direction de la largeur, la largeur (w) dépassant légèrement la dimension correspondante de l'ouverture de ventilation (50).
  17. Fenêtre selon la revendication 16, dans laquelle la portion de raccordement (12) est prévue dans une position se trouvant dans l'intervalle allant de 0 à 20 mm depuis le second bord d'extrémité (15) de la portion de fermeture, de préférence de 10 à 15 mm.
  18. Fenêtre selon la revendication 16 ou 17, dans laquelle la largeur (w) se trouve dans l'intervalle de 40 à 60 mm, de préférence de 45 à 55 mm.
  19. Fenêtre selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 18, dans laquelle la dimension (h) dans la direction de la hauteur de l'ensemble se trouve dans l'intervalle de 25 à 45 mm, de préférence de 30 à 40 mm, plus préférablement d'approximativement 35 mm.
  20. Fenêtre selon la revendication 19, dans laquelle l'ensemble de ventilation et de fonctionnement (10) entier se trouve au sein du périmètre du cadre de fenêtre (1) et ne dépasse pas les organes de cadre.
  21. Fenêtre selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 20, dans laquelle la portion de fermeture (14, 18) forme un angle avec la structure de châssis, ledit angle étant de préférence dans l'intervalle de 5 à 15°, plus préférablement de 8 à 12°.
  22. Fenêtre selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 21, dans laquelle un mécanisme de verrouillage (30) est raccordé à la portion de fermeture (14, 18) de l'ensemble de ventilation et de fonctionnement (1) et à un organe de dessus (2a) du châssis (2).
  23. Fenêtre selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 22, dans laquelle la portion de fermeture (14, 18) de l'ensemble de ventilation et de fonctionnement (1) est pourvue d'une étanchéité (31) sur son côté intérieur assurant l'étanchéité contre le châssis et assure totalement l'étanchéité de l'ouverture de ventilation (50).
