Such a connector part comprises at least two contact elements for producing an electrical contact with associated contact elements of another connector part. The at least two contact elements are arranged on a carrier element of the connector part and are held in position via the carrier element. Connector parts of the type described here are used to transmit a charging current, in particular for charging an electric vehicle. Typically, in this case an electric vehicle is charged via a charging station, wherein the electric vehicle, for example, has a connector part in the form of a charging socket, which can be connected via a suitable charging cable to the charging station.
An electric vehicle can basically be charged in different ways. Accordingly, different connection devices are known for connecting an electric vehicle with a charging station, which may have different connector parts. For example, a connection device for transmitting an alternating current may be designed to supply a charging current in the form of an alternating current to the electric vehicle. When connecting an electric vehicle to a socket, for example, a single-phase alternating current is transmitted. However, a charging station can also supply a three-phase alternating current. Alternatively, the charging can also be done by means of a direct current. Depending on the type of current and current, therefore, the connector parts for connecting the electric vehicle to a charging station or a socket are designed.
To ensure that when connecting an electric vehicle with a charging station via a charging cable a charging current fed into the electric vehicle, a maximum permissible current for which the charging cable and a charging system of the electric vehicle are designed, is not exceeded in connector parts Resistance coding used, as described for example in DE 10 2010 053 074 A1 and DE 20 2012 100 613 U1 and also standardized in relevant standards, such as the IEC 62196. For example, in a plug of a charging cable, a resistor may be connected between a so-called proximity contact and a protective conductor contact, the resistance of which can be measured when the plug is connected to a charging station via the charging station in order to recognize the type of connected charging cable based on the resistance value. Different resistance values are associated with certain types of charging cables or charging devices, so that this type can be identified on the basis of the resistance value. In particular, in this way an allowable maximum current that can be transmitted, for example, via a charging cable (for example, 16 A or 32 A) can be identified, so that correspondingly the charging station can limit an applied current. For similar purpose, a resistor coding is used for example on a connector part in the form of a charging socket on an electric vehicle. In this case, a maximum permissible charging current, for which the charging system of the electric vehicle is designed, can be identified on the basis of a resistance value. Conventionally, the placement of such a resistor for the purpose of resistance coding on a connector part is comparatively expensive and requires, for example, a connection of a resistor with associated contact elements by crimping or the like. From EP 1 094 566 B1, a connector is known in which a metal sheet with a resistor chip arranged thereon is arranged between two contact pins and connected between the contact pins.
In an electrical connector known from DE 10 2009 023 292 A1, a contact bridge is provided which short-circuits two contact pins.
Object of the present invention is to provide a connector part and a method for producing a connector part available, which allow in a simple way the integration of a resistance device in a connector part for the purpose of a resistance coding. This object is achieved by an article having the features of claim 1.
Accordingly, the resistance device has a printed circuit board, an electrical resistor arranged on the printed circuit board and at least one contact spring electrically connected to the resistor, the printed circuit board being held on the carrier element and the at least one contact spring electrically contacting one of the at least two contact elements , The present invention is based on the idea of forming a resistance device in a modular manner using a printed circuit board and a resistor arranged thereon. The resistance device can be arranged in a simple manner on the carrier element of the connector part and is held firmly in an assembled state on the carrier element. Characterized in that a contact between the resistor and an associated contact element is formed via a arranged on the circuit board contact spring, the electrical contact of the resistor with the associated contact element can be made in a simple, easy to install manner by contacting the contact spring and the associated contact element be brought into contact with each other. In particular, this eliminates the need for a complicated in the assembly connection of the resistor with an associated contact element, for example, by crimping, so that simplifies the installation of the connector part as a whole.
Preferably, two contact springs are arranged on the printed circuit board, of which a first contact spring electrically contacts a first of the at least two contact elements and a second contact spring electrically contacts a second of the at least two contact elements. Via the two contact springs, the resistor is thus electrically connected to the associated contact elements, so that the resistor is electrically connected between the contact elements. The contact springs are elastically formed at least in sections and can be resiliently brought into abutment with the associated contact elements, so that, upon contact of the contact springs on the associated contact elements, the contact springs are biased and thus a reliable, low-resistance contact between the contact springs and the associated contact elements will be produced.
Preferably, the contact springs are arranged on different sides of the circuit board. Thus, the circuit board has a first side and a first side opposite, second side on. The first contact spring may in this case be arranged on the first side and the second contact spring on the remote, second side, so that the contact springs protrude to different sides of the circuit board. On one of the sides, for example the first side, in this case, the resistor is arranged. On the circuit board suitable tracks extend, which electrically contact the contact springs with the resistor.
It is also possible that the contact springs are arranged on the same side of the circuit board.
As usual, the printed circuit board realizes a carrier for electrical components and consists, for example, of an electrically insulating basic body on which printed conductors are arranged a contact surface which is in contact with a cylindrical contact portion of the associated contact element in the assembled state of the connector part, the contact surface of the contact spring being away from the side of the circuit board on which the contact spring is located, and thus being away from the side a spring arm, the contact surface is connected to the associated side of the circuit board and thus resiliently held on the circuit board.
The contact portion does not necessarily have to be cylindrical, in particular circular-cylindrical, but may also have another shape, for example a rectangular or otherwise polygonal cross-section.
The circuit board is held in an advantageous embodiment form-fitting manner to a holding device of the carrier element. In this case, the printed circuit board can be plugged into the holding device, for example, so that the holding device engages around the printed circuit board at least in sections and the printed circuit board is thus fastened to the carrier element in a plug-in manner. This results in a simple assembly process, in which the resistance device can be fixed with its printed circuit board in a simple manner by insertion into the holding device on the support element.
The resistor and / or the at least one contact spring of the resistance device can advantageously be designed as SMD components and soldered to the PCB attached. SMD components, in contrast to through-hole components, have no wire connections, but are soldered directly onto a circuit board using solderable pads. The attachment of such components to the circuit board is thus carried out in surface mounting, without connecting wires must be passed through mounting holes of the circuit board.
In principle, however, the components can also be arranged by means of push-through mounting on the printed circuit board. The resistance of the resistance device is used in particular for resistance coding. Accordingly, the resistor preferably has a resistance value which is assigned to a predetermined characteristic information, so that the identification information can be identified by means of the resistance value via a different connector part connected to the connector part. Realizes the connector part, for example, a charging connector of a charging cable, it can be measured when connecting the charging plug, for example, to a charging station via a suitable measuring device of the charging station, the resistance of the resistor device in the charging connector of the charging cable. On the basis of the measured resistance value, which is assigned, for example, in a standardized manner to a predetermined characteristic information, this identification information can then be identified. The identification information can specify, for example, a maximum permissible charging current (for example 16 A or 32 A), type information of a charging cable or a charging device of an electric vehicle or other information about a connector part or a charging system.
Die Aufgabe wird auch gelöst durch ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Steckverbinderteils zum Übertragen eines Ladestroms, wobei das SteckverbinderteilThe object is also achieved by a method for producing a connector part for transmitting a charging current, wherein the connector part
- mindestens zwei Kontaktelemente zum Herstellen eines elektrischen Kontakts mit zugeordneten Kontaktelementen eines anderen Steckverbinderteils, at least two contact elements for establishing an electrical contact with associated contact elements of another connector part,
- ein Trägerelement, an dem die mindestens zwei Kontaktelemente angeordnet werden, und a carrier element on which the at least two contact elements are arranged, and
- eine Widerstandseinrichtung, die elektrisch mit den mindestens zwei Kontaktelementen verbunden wird,  a resistance device, which is electrically connected to the at least two contact elements,
aufweist. It is provided that the resistance device has a printed circuit board, an arranged on the circuit board electrical resistance and at least one arranged on the circuit board, electrically connected to the resistor contact spring, wherein the circuit board is arranged on the support member and then the at least one contact element is attached to the carrier element such that the at least one contact spring electrically contacts one of the at least two contact elements. For advantages and advantageous embodiments of the method, reference should be made to the above, which also applies analogously to the method.

1 shows a schematic view of a vehicle 2 which has an electric drive and an electric charging system with a storage device in the form of rechargeable batteries for supplying the electric drive (colloquially referred to as "electric vehicle") its batteries are connected via a charging cable 3 to a charging station 1, wherein both the vehicle 2 and the charging station 1 each have a connector part 20, 10 is provided in the form of a charging socket with connector parts 30, 31 in the form of charging plugs of the charging cable. 3 If the vehicle 2 is connected to the charging station 1 via the charging cable 3, electrical current for charging the batteries of the vehicle 2 towards the vehicle 2 can flow via a cable 32 of the charging cable 3. A charging current can in principle be transmitted as direct current or as alternating current, and correspondingly the charging cable 3 and the connector parts 10, 20, 30, 31 used can be designed in different ways.
Fig. 2 shows schematically a plug-in portion 5 of a connector part 20, which may be arranged as a charging socket, for example on a vehicle 2 and may serve to transmit a charging current in the form of a single-phase alternating current. The connector part 20 comprises five contacts in its plug-in region, of which two contacts K1, K2 serve as load contacts for transmitting the alternating current to the vehicle 2. Via the load contacts K1, K2, a single-phase alternating current can be transmitted, for example, from a conventional socket to the vehicle 2, so that the vehicle 2 can be supplied by connecting to a socket and thus via the usual power supply network (the load contacts K1, K2 are in this Case also called L and N conductors). The plug-in area 5 further has a protective conductor contact PE, which is connected to a protective conductor, a pilot contact CP for transmitting control signals and a proximity contact PP.
It should be noted at this point that the connector part 20 shown in Fig. 2 with the configuration of its contacts K1, K2, CP, PE, PP is to be understood merely by way of example. In principle, another contact configuration, for example for transmitting a three-phase alternating current or for transmitting a direct current, may also be provided, wherein the number of contacts K1, K2, CP, PE, PP may vary depending on the design of the connector part 20. For example, a connector part 20 for transmitting a three-phase alternating current usually has four load contacts for transmitting the three-phase alternating current and a total of seven contacts.
In charging plugs and charging sockets usually a resistance coding is provided, which serves a characteristic information of a connector part 10, 20, 30, 31 or a charging system, such. B. the charging cable 3 or a charging system of the vehicle 2 to encode. By way of example, the resistor coding may encode for which charging current a charging system, for example the charging cable 3, is designed, for example 16 A or 32 A. By means of such a resistance coding, which can be read out, for example, from the charging station 1, the charging station 1 can recognize it , which charging current is maximum permissible, so that a charge current transmitted via a charging cable 3 is limited can and thus ensures that the charging cable 3 or connected via the charging cable 3 vehicle 2 is not overloaded.
For resistance coding, as shown in the embodiment of FIGS. 3 to 5, a resistance device 4 connected to a support member 200 of a connector part 20 such that a arranged on a circuit board 43 resistor 40 is electrically connected between two contact elements 50, 51, the contacts PP and PE (see Fig. 2). The resistance value of the resistor 40 can be read out via the contacts PP, PE, with characteristic information, for example a maximum permissible charging current, being coded based on the resistance value, so that the characteristic information can be deduced by measuring the resistance value.
In the illustrated embodiment, a total of five contact elements 50-54 in the form of contact pins for providing the five contacts K1, K2, CP, PE, PP are arranged on the carrier element 200. In this case, the contact elements 50-54 are configured in each case substantially rotationally symmetrical and are inserted with a collar 501-541 into an associated receiving opening 202-206 of the carrier element 200, so that the contact elements 50-54 are held in position in position via the carrier element 200.
The contact elements 50-54 are arranged in such a form-fitting manner on the carrier element 200 that the contact elements 50-54 project in a pin-like manner over a bottom 207 of the carrier element 200. With their protruding ends, the contact elements 50-54 can be electrically contacted with an associated other connector part, so that via the contact elements 50-54 another connector part, such as a plug 31 of a charging cable 3, can be connected to the connector part 20. The resistance device 4 is inserted with its printed circuit board 43 into a holding device 201 of the carrier element 200, so that the resistance device 4 is held in a form-fitting manner on the carrier element 200. The holding device 201 is arranged on the bottom 207 of the carrier element 200, so that the resistance device 4 is held on the bottom 207 of the carrier element 200.
As can be seen from the separate view according to FIG. 5, the resilient springs made of metal spring strips contact springs 41, 42 are at different Pages 430, 431 of the circuit board 43 arranged so that the contact springs 41, 42 project to different sides 430, 431 of the circuit board 43. Each contact spring 41, 42 in this case has a contact surface 410, 420 which is spaced from the side 430, 431 of the printed circuit board 43, on which the respective contact spring 41, 42 is arranged. The contact surfaces 410, 420 are thus from the respective associated surface of the circuit board 43 and are connected via a spring arm elastically resiliently connected to the circuit board 43.
The contact portions 500, 510 of the contact elements 50, 51 adjoin the respective collar 501, 541 of the associated contact element 50, 51 and protrude beyond the bottom 207 of the carrier element 200, so that the contact springs 41, 42 are electrically contacting the contact sections 500 , 510 can be brought into contact.
The carrier element 200 is made of an electrically insulating material, for example a plastic material. The printed circuit board 43 can be made of conventional printed circuit board materials, for example of a fiberglass mat impregnated with epoxy resin, whereby printed conductors can be arranged on one or both sides 430, 431 of the printed circuit board 43. If necessary, too still further electrical or electronic components may be arranged on the circuit board 43.
The idea underlying the invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, but can in principle be realized even in completely different types of embodiments.
In particular, the provision of a resistance coding of the type described here is basically conceivable and possible in any configurations of connector parts for the transmission of direct current or alternating current. A resistance coding can also be used in so-called combo plugs, which can be used both for the transmission of alternating current as well as for the transmission of direct current.
