Description

The present invention relates to a support system for supporting and guiding a roller shutter of a roller shutter. The support system according to the invention is particularly suitable for roller shutters of shutters with external inspection.

From the prior art, it is known that in roller shutter cases from a width of about 150 cm, the problem that the members of the roller shutter in the middle sag so much that the roller shutter strikes when rolling off and rolling up and even wedged , For roller shutter boxes with internal overhaul, also called Altbaukästen, there are currently rigid guide rollers, also known as impression rollers or old construction rollers. These are mainly mounted in the center of the top of the window sill and support the roller shutter, so that it does not touch the wedge (traverse) or wedged. These known from the prior art rollers consist of a rigid base frame with various holes for attachment to the window sill, and a rubber roller over which the roller shutter is guided and supported. However, this role is due to their rigid design only for roller shutter boxes with internal overhaul and therefore mainly suitable for Altbaurollladenkästen where the roller shutter guide rails are mounted directly on the window sill. The DE 199 00 589 A1 shows a bearing part for supporting and guiding a roller shutter of a roller shutter with a first sliding carriage in the form of two plates for supporting the roller shutter shaft and with a vertically adjustable second sliding carriage in the form of two further plates. In roller shutter boxes with external inspection, which are mainly used in new buildings, the aforementioned old construction rolls can not be mounted without considerable effort. This is due to the fact that in roller shutter boxes with external audit the Guide rails of the roller shutter are usually positioned about 8 cm from the window sill and the roller shutter shaft is located centrally from the masonry. As a result, the roller shutter armor runs at an angle of approximately 45 ° in the guide rails, which bend without appropriate guidance, the individual members of the roller shutter in the lintel area, strip on the usually existing screen and wedge in the guide rails. The negative consequences of this are a stiff up and down the roller shutter, visible damage to the inside of the roller shutter through the screen and blocking the roller shutter by wedging.

In order to solve the mentioned problems reasonably, so far complex substructures had to be created in order to position the common old construction rollers in such a way that they could sufficiently support the roller shutter armor. In this case, the old construction rolls are usually mounted centrally on the window sill. If necessary, however, several of these roles must be used. The time and material costs are very high and do not always lead to the desired result. Also, the support systems known from the prior art can not react flexibly to different conditions (eg size of the window, roller shutter, etc.).

The present invention has for its object to provide a support system and a roller shutter system available, which overcome the disadvantages of the prior art. The invention is in particular the object of providing a support system which ensures a required stabilization of a roller shutter, quickly and easily adaptable to different circumstances and can be mounted easily and with minimal effort.

These objects are achieved by a support system with the features of claim 1 and a roller shutter system with the features of claim 12.

Due to the combination of the support system according to the invention of a base plate and two adjustable sliding carriage, it is possible, the leadership role of Support system in several levels to move and adjust. In this way, the role can be quickly and easily spent in the optimum position to optimally support and guide a roller shutter.

Another advantage is that can be dispensed with elaborate auxiliary structures for the placement of the known from the prior art rigid impression rollers, which brings in particular an enormous time savings. In addition, the support system according to the invention can be readjusted at any time and adapted to the dimensions of the respective inspection opening and the seat of the roller shutter shaft. In addition, sustainable stabilization of the roller shutter shell is ensured.

Under horizontal adjustability of the first sliding carriage is understood herein an adjustability within a plane which is arranged parallel to the plane of the base plate.

In general, the base plate of the first sliding carriage (in particular exclusively) in one direction, preferably in the longitudinal direction of the base plate on this slidably, being provided on two opposite longitudinal sides of the base plate vanes, in particular Aufkantungen for guiding the base plate of the first sliding carriage. In this way, the first sliding carriage and thus also the second sliding carriage, which is connected to the first sliding carriage and carries the guide roller, can be adjusted within a first plane.

As a rule, recesses, in particular boreholes for the passage of fastening means, in particular screws for fastening the base plate to a window sash, are introduced into the base plate. As a result, a simple mounting of the support system on a window sash is possible.

Preferably, the base plate, in particular on a narrow side of a fold as an assembly stop. This fold can for example be mounted in a groove on the window sill and thus serves the optimal positioning of the base plate. Preferably, the base plate of the first sliding carriage and the base plate each have at least one recess for performing a common fastening means, in particular a screw for fixing the base plate of the first sliding carriage on the base plate, wherein the recess in the base plate of the first sliding carriage preferably an elongated recess, in particular a slot is, or wherein a plurality of holes arranged in series are introduced in the base plate. If the recess in the base plate is a slot, this has a width which, although it allows a screw body (threaded portion) to be passed through the slot, a screw head or nut securing the screw, however, does not pass through the slot Long hole can be performed. A slot has the advantage that the screw only loosened, but must not be removed from the slot to accomplish an adjustment of the first sliding carriage on the base plate. In that case, only the screw has to be loosened and the first sliding carriage pushed into the correct position. Then the screw can be tightened again.
Such shifting is not possible with individual recesses arranged in series (eg bores). However, such an embodiment has the advantage of higher stability. This is advantageous in applications with particularly high material stress. As a result, the unit becomes even more stable in itself and a displacement of the individual elements after fixing is thereby prevented. However - in contrast to a slot - no continuous adjustment of the first sliding carriage is possible.

Advantageously, the side portions of the first sliding carriage are formed substantially plate-shaped, wherein the side portions preferably each have two laterally arranged guide elements, in particular Aufkantungen.

Advantageously, the second sliding carriage comprises a connecting plate connecting its connecting portions and arranged substantially parallel to the base plate and the base plate of the first sliding carriage, which preferably a, in particular U-shaped recess for receiving a screw head of a Base plate of the first sliding carriage having the base plate connecting screw. By such a base plate of the second sliding carriage receives increased stability.

Preferably, the mounting portions of the second sliding carriage and the side portions of the first sliding carriage each have at least one recess for performing a common fastening means, in particular a screw for fastening the mounting portions of the second sliding carriage on the side portions of the first sliding carriage, wherein the recesses in the mounting portions of the second sliding carriage preferably elongate recesses, in particular elongated holes are or wherein in each case a plurality of holes arranged in series are introduced in the fastening sections. If the recesses in the fastening sections of the second sliding carriage are a slot, a continuous adjustment of the second sliding carriage on the side sections of the first sliding carriage is possible analogously to the adjustability of the first sliding carriage on the base plate. If, on the other hand, holes are arranged in series, adjustment of the second sliding carriage is also possible, although this is not infinitely possible. Regardless of the type of recess, it is particularly easy to adjust the second sliding carriage and thus also the guide roller within a further plane, which is arranged substantially perpendicular to the plane of the base plate.

In a preferred embodiment of the support system according to the invention, the connecting portions of the second sliding carriage on a plurality of recesses, in particular boreholes or rows of boreholes for flexible reception of one or more guide rollers. It is also preferred that a plurality of differently shaped guide rollers is assigned to the support system according to the invention. This different design of the guide rollers can manifest themselves, for example, in different diameters. In this case, the flexibility and adaptability of the support system according to the invention is further increased.

In a further embodiment of the support system according to the invention, the base plate at its end facing the roller shutter in the assembled state a tab in the form of a quarter circle with a hole as a fixed pivot point and a plurality of holes, rows of boreholes or slot in a quarter circle to the diagonal tilt of the first sliding carriage. Here, a diagonal adjustability of the leadership is possible.

The FIGS. 1 to 5 show various views of a support system 1 according to the invention, which according to the invention finds use in supporting and guiding a roller shutter of a roller shutter. The support system 1 according to the invention comprises a base plate 2 which can be fastened on a window floor. The support system 1 further comprises a first adjustable sliding carriage 3 with a base plate 4 resting on the base plate 2 and two side sections 5a and 5b emerging from the base plate 4. The support system 1 further comprises a second adjustable sliding carriage 6, which has two connecting portions 7a and 7b. Between the connecting portions 7a and 7b, there is disposed a guide roller 8 (shown in transparent), which is fixed to the connecting portions 7a and 7b. The guide roller 8 serves to support and guide a roller shutter of a roller shutter. The guide roller 8 is rotatably supported between the connecting portions 7a and 7b. At their lower ends, the connecting portions 7a and 7b are connected to each other via a connecting plate 9. The connecting portions 7 a and 7 b are integrally connected to the connecting plate 9. The second sliding carriage is made of a metal plate (raw plate) by forming the connecting portions 7a and 7b by right-angled upstand.

For a better understanding of the operation of the support system 1 according to the invention, the individual elements will now be described in more detail.

Dies gilt auch für die Abkantung 13.The base plate 2 is made of an approximately 1mm thick iron plate. The base plate 2 has four holes 10 for fixing the base plate to a window sill by means of screws. The base plate 2 has two longitudinal sides 11a and 11b and two narrow sides 12a and 12b. On the front narrow side 12a, the base plate 2 has a fold 13. This fold 13 serves as a mounting stop when mounting on a window sill. In the vicinity of the narrow side 12b of the base plate 2, a recess 14 for carrying out a screw 18a for fixing the first sliding carriage 3 to the base plate 2 is centrally introduced. In the region of the recess 14, upstands 15a and 15b are provided on the longitudinal sides 11a and 11b. This Aufkantungen 15a and 15b arise in the production of the base plate 2 by edge-up of a correspondingly shaped raw plate. This also applies to the fold 13.

Also, the first sliding carriage 3 is made by upstanding a raw plate (also a 1mm thick iron plate). Here, first, the two side portions 5a and 5b are folded up at a right angle. In a lower region of the side sections 5a and 5b, these also each have two opposing upstands 16a, 16b and 16a 'and 16b'. The base plate 4 of the first sliding carriage 3 has a slot 17. The slot 17 serves to receive the screw 18 a, which for fastening the first sliding carriage 3 on the base plate 2 both through the recess 14 in the base plate 2 and through the slot 17 is led. The screw 18 is fixed by a washer 19 and a nut 20, which both have a larger diameter than the slot 17, on the base plate 4 of the first sliding carriage 3. The screw 18 a is a flat-head screw, the flat head 21 of the screw 18 a being arranged on the underside of the base plate 2. Also, the flat head 21 of the screw 18 a has a larger diameter than the recess 14 in the base plate 2, so that the screw 18 a is securely held in the base plate 2 and the base plate 4.
On the side sections 5a and 5b, a respective recess 22a, 22b for carrying out a further pan head screw 18b is introduced. The recesses 22a and 22b are circular holes.

Also, the second sliding carriage 6 is made by chamfering an approximately 1mm thick raw iron plate. The connecting plate 9 of the second sliding carriage 6 has a recess 23. This recess 23 has the shape of an angled U. In the connecting portions 7a and 7b of the second sliding carriage 6 each have a slot 24a, 24b introduced. Each of these elongated holes 24a and 24b extends centrally in the longitudinal direction of the connecting portions 7a and 7b. The elongated holes 24a and 24b serve to receive flat head screws 18b which are guided through the elongated holes 24a and 24b and the recesses 22a and 22b in the side sections 5a and 5b for fixing the connecting sections 7a and 7b to the side sections 5a and 5b. Further, in the connecting portions 7a and 7b of the second sliding carriage, bores 25a and 25b for passing a screw for fixing the guide roller 8 to the connecting portions 7a and 7b are further inserted, respectively.

Due to the special combination of slotted holes and upstands, a particularly flexible, simple and accurate adaptation of the support system 1 to different conditions is possible.

When assembling and adapting the support system 1 to a roller shutter box, the procedure is generally as follows:
  • The screws 18 are preferably M8 round head screws with square set DIN603. The use of square head screws with square set has the advantage that only one wrench is required to adjust the support system.
First, the support system 1 is placed with its base plate 2 on a window 38 floor. At the in FIG. 9 illustrated embodiment of a roller shutter system according to the invention this is mounted on a plastic window. In this case, the fold 13 of the base plate 2 is inserted into a corresponding depression (eg groove) in the window frame 38. Here, the fold 13 serves as an assembly stop. For mounting on window sills without corresponding recesses, for example on wooden window sills, a support system is usually used with a base plate without bending. Alternatively, you can work with fixing claws or wire pins in such a mounting. Especially with wooden windows, the support system can be created on the window floor and attached to the floor with a hammer. For the final attachment of the units this must additionally preferably be secured with countersunk screws.
After the support system 1 has taken the desired position, it is fastened by means of screws, which are passed through the holes 10 of the base plate 2, on the window sill.

For exact adjustment of the support system 1 on the window sill 38, the first sliding slide is usually placed in the exact desired position. For this purpose, first the screw 18a is loosened. Due to the fact that in the base plate 4 of the first sliding carriage 3, a slot is introduced, the screw 18a does not have to be completely removed. After loosening the screw 18 a, the first sliding carriage 3 can be moved on the base plate 2 in the longitudinal direction of the base plate 2. By Aufkantungen 15 a and 15 b on the long sides 11 a and 11 b of the base plate 2, a guiding of the first sliding carriage 3 is achieved when moving on the base plate 2. By this Aufkantungen 15 a and 15 b is thus prevented that the first sliding carriage 3 moves when moving on the base plate 2 in a non-desired direction. Furthermore, a rotation of the first sliding carriage 3 is achieved. In general, the support system 1 on a substrate (usually on a window stock) mounted, which lies in a plane parallel to the ground. In this case, it is classic to speak of a horizontal displacement of the first sliding carriage. For the purposes of this application, however, should also be spoken of a horizontal adjustability when the ground on which the support system is mounted, is located on a plane which is not exactly parallel to the ground.

Has the first sliding carriage 3 reaches its desired position, this is fixed by tightening the screw 18 a at the desired position. The recess 23 in the connecting plate 9 of the second sliding carriage 6 is therefore provided to allow smooth sliding of the first sliding carriage 3 on the base plate 2 without being blocked by the screw 18a. The recess 23 thus serves as a kind of receiving groove for the screw 18 a.

In order to be able to spend the guide roller 8 in a desired position not only in a horizontal plane but also in a vertical plane, the screws 18b which serve as attachment means between the side sections 5a and 5b and the connection sections 7a and 7b are also loosened. Then the second sliding carriage 6 is displaced in a plane arranged approximately perpendicular to the base plate 2 (see arrow in FIG Fig. 2 ). This is possible because in the connecting portions 7a and 7b of the second sliding carriage 6 slots 24a, 24b are arranged, the longitudinal axes of the base plate 2 are arranged approximately vertically. Thereby, the connecting portions 7a and 7b on the side portions 5a and 5b of the first sliding carriage can be displaced in the longitudinal direction thereof. If the guide roller 8 has assumed its final optimum position, the screws 18 b are tightened so that the second sliding carriage 6 is fixed to the first sliding carriage 3.

FIG. 9 shows a roller shutter system according to the invention for the cover of a window with the fully assembled support system 1. The shutter system 30 further includes a roller shutter box 31 for an external inspection, in which a roller shutter shaft 33 is rotatably mounted. On the roller shutter shaft 33, a roller shutter 34 is arranged up or unwound. The shutter system 30 further includes two guide rails 35 for Guiding the roller shutter 34 during winding and unwinding. The support system 1 is positioned so that the guide roller 8 assumes an optimal position for guiding the roller shutter 34. In this position of the guide roller 8 prevents the roller shutter 34, the display panel 36 strips. Furthermore, the roller shutter is optimally guided in the guide rails 35 without jamming or wedging. The support system 1 is arranged on the upper end face 37 of the window stock 38, which end face 37 lies on a plane parallel to the ground.

FIG. 10 shows the roller shutter system 30 according to the invention in a front view. By the support system 1, the individual fins 39 of the roller shutter 34 are aligned straight and parallel to each other, without sagging.

In contrast, shows FIG. 11 a roller shutter without inventive support system. In this case, the slats of the roller shutter curtain hang partially through, which leads to wedging when winding or unwinding of the shutter.
